Festive Holiday Village in Minecraft

Well hello hello hello everybody happy Monday how’s it going oh my gosh so many friendly faes here today welcome on in everybody it’s so nice to see you all we are back in the Holiday Village world I have a feeling I might have to sleep

Really quickly yes I do yes I do welcome in everybody how are you doing today I hope you all had a wonderful weekend it’s so nice to see everybody hope everybody has been well uh hope you’re all gearing up for the holidays we have about one week left until it’s Christmas

Time so we are working in our Holiday Village again uh we made lots of progress uh last week so froggy was streaming on uh YouTube and I was streaming on Twitch on Friday so some of you might not have seen some of the progress that was made if you didn’t

Catch Froggy’s stream or if you did not catch my stream over on Twitch so we made a bunch of progress the other day it was super fun and we have uh one more week of this until we’re all done so uh we made a just heaps of progress and on

Friday me and froggy are going to be streaming together again she’s not going to be on the server today so keep that in mind C make sure you catch her on um on her channel on Wednesday she’s going to be doing some solo work as I’m doing

Have so far for the Holiday Village we have um another row of houses done that froggy has made so this texturing this texturing is everything I am obsessed with the Limestone so good also the mangrove house turned out so nice we have a storage room as well which uh

Definitely helps because we were having some storage issues the other day just too much stuff too much stuff because it’s modded and of course there is um there’s my uh my home that I’m renting out that has a bookshelf and a washer a washer dryer unit up top so we’ve got

Got lots and lots of stuff done I made this um well we made this little like enclosed donkey area I made this uh Park and I did a bunch of the pathing around the uh around the homes I think this area looks super cute I really like it

So we’re probably going to continue on with um a little bit of path actually you know what the path decorating seems to mostly be done I think we’re pretty much done with that I think the plan for today is I want to get a final house put up here

And I would like to start decorating some of the Interiors so we have this one pretty much done super cute got like a cozy bed with like a dresser and stuff and then over in this house we have can I betet that dog that’s pretty much it pretty much it

We we just got that and uh in this house I think this one needs to be decorated as well so I think we’re going to work on some decorations today along with uh building up this house right here and also we cannot forget chat we cannot

Forget we have to build froggy a home to live in as well but she built one for us so we we got to do that oh my gosh all right I I’m going to catch up with chat for a second because I I’ve missed a lot

It’s uh storming right now in Boston I think we are due for some snow as well I think we’re I think we’re are you talking like a rainstorm cuz I think Toronto’s getting some snow today which I’m looking forward to I don’t think it’s going to stick though you all think

Now okay so this is dark oak I’m going to grab some of this think I’m going to do dark oak beams actually we have dark oak on the trims here though I should probably be careful of that that it could work though maybe let me try chipped let me try uh chipped for

That maybe we could switch it up uh let’s go to the chipped bench let’s see we’ve got nail dark oak log plank firewood if we strip it we’ll get different options but I think I want the texture of that maybe with the nails for like the base would look kind of

Oak in between again oak or terracotta also if we do terracotta we could uh use the chipped bench and get like different textures and stuff the only problem is I’m going to have to make a bunch of clay oh we have tons here perfect we’re going to have to burn

Think it pays off not sure about this this looks very smooth you know what I mean like very smooth in not a good way it looks like it should be floor tiling I don’t know I’m going to try one row of this and see how it looks and if if it’s not

It then we’re not doing it you know what it might actually work it might work I’m going to have to figure out ooh you know what I have a I have a good idea I was going to say I’m going to have to figure something out cuz the

If we want Windows here it might be a little bit awkward but do not fret I’m going to do like an offset hold on a second hold on a second chat I did this once with uh one of the builds in our stream world and I really liked it

So we’ll do an offset like this and then we can get a little bit more space on this side yeah the smoothness makes it look manufactured exactly exactly I’m going to throw all of this up um and see how it looks with like with the roof and

Stuff up and if I’m not sold on it I’m going to switch it all back to just smooth terra cotta just like the classic one don’t hate me but I used to hate I mean hate Spruce but my world is now incomplete without it listen I get it I
