Take a look at how easily this house comes together each of these elements are super simple to learn and you can put them together in a variety of different ways to make absolutely anything you want in minecraft well obviously a building like a house a blacksmith a tavern a library or even a Church all these things slot together each one individually is easy to learn you’ve got the main house you’ve got the side sections you’ve got the balcony you’ve got the towers you’ve got the chimney and then you’ve got the extra trim round about so this is the main Build here so what we want to do is learn how to build this main section right here the roof is pretty straightforward as well then you’ve got these side buildings as well the balcony to build the tower the chimney the entrance all the other details let’s get this built let’s learn How to build in this system so first of all the main housing section what i recommend is it’s seven blocks wide by however many long you want it 17 13 21 even nine i would also make it an odd number make it as long as you want And give yourself a floor so minus 7 by 17 it’s a nice size for a house two layers of cobblestone then two layers of andesite all the way around so once you’ve done four layers in total you can add on i’m gonna go for some upper slabs of ocus wudus And that creates a ceiling and the floor then another layer of andesite on top and again in stone this time so we’ve got two cobblestone three and the site and now two stone on top and i think i’m gonna go one more so it’s eight high in total Two cobblestone three andesite and three stone add on five blocks and one at the ends and then we’re going to be adding on a little roof sorry yeah we’re gonna be adding the roof but also this window right here by the way original content like this does Take a long time to produce so it’s with your support that i can continue if you hit that subscribe button and also tap that notification bell what am i doing here i am blending the cobblestone into the andesite blending the antisight into the stone also blending the stone back into the Andesite and introducing these beautiful stone bricks it’s time to be an artist and to make this look weathered make it look old and blend the blocks together and then we can pay attention to the roof i’m going to go for ocus woodis and spruce As well so the key blocks to put in are spruce full block of spruce planks to start with and they go here and here once those key blocks are in it is a very simple roof to build indeed so i’m going to go for spruce stairs then upside down spruce stairs Spruce slabs on top of them then full spruce planks then an upper spruce slab and then a lower spruce slab on top let’s move the camera to the other side and i’ll show you that one more time just very slightly faster these are the key blocks to get right First of all do them first and then add your stairs on and you can’t go wrong upside down upside down slab slab full block full block upper slab lower slab then i’m gonna just join up the sides with spruce all the way along then i’m going to switch to ocus woodis And then just put whatever i’ve got on the sides in the middle stairs slabs full blocks by the way on the inside upside down oak wood stairs just to give an extra bit of trim and finish on the inside slabs at the top middle full block stairs my upside down stairs And then slabs and there we go the main section of the house is complete super simple you base everything on this main build and there we go the main house is complete and you can see if you puncture a hole there you’ve got your upper floor here if i could squeeze through and There we go looks pretty nice inside i’m not going to tell you how to put a staircase in that would be insulting your intelligence but yeah you should put some sort of staircase in uh as well there we go brilliant so uh the side sections are done in exactly The same way simple as seven blocks wide one two three four five six seven uh use all different blocks cobblestone stone brick and a site stone i’m gonna put five blocks here and one and it’s exactly the same roof that sits on top the next thing to learn would be these Balconies that wrap around your belt you can have it all the way around your build like this one or you can have it just like i’ve done over here actually this one over here that actually does wrap around most of the build as well let’s learn How to do the balconies so first of all you’re going to need these kind of ingredients that i’ve got in my hot bar again i’m going to count up to four blocks in total the height you want to get to is this height here and i like Them to be two blocks wide like this so let’s get going so first of all i’m going to start with some cobblestone like that lines up nicely gonna have two runs of cobblestone let’s wrap this one round here as far as that this distance here you Want to be an odd number as well one two three four five six that’s an uneven number i’ll explain why in a minute in fact let’s leave it as an even number and we’ll show you why that doesn’t really work so well um and then we can change it to an odd number Okay then uh you want a level of andesite like this and the azure site i should call it and then you want to go for a block of andesite like that and then we’re going to go for andesite stairs like this and that would end up there oops With andesite there and then same way over here so stairs and it makes these delightful little holes as you can see through like that and these ones can go on doesn’t matter which way they face like that and then you just fill in the rest of your balcony like that Bring this one along as well and the really cool thing about this and the thing i love about this just so cool look how much light is coming in you’ve got this whole area under here with loads of light coming in what you could do is open this bit up if you Wanted you could open up this bit you’ve got yourselves a nice big doorway in the way you could take out as many walls as you want to be honest maybe not those ones but over here you could take out walls like that maybe have some columns coming down that holding The roof up like that and you’ve got yourself some extra little nooks and crannies for storage and it increases the floor space um down below here massively look at this you’ve got storage you’ve got increased main floor space as well here what i’m going to do is create a little archway Like that and then i’m going to take some andesite and pop it there as well and it still looks okay it looks absolutely fine there we go we’re into this bit you could decorate this and put flooring and storage and shelves and whatnot right to finish this off what I’m going to do is put some stone slabs all the way around and i’m going to put this in the corner and then i’m going to go alternate stone slabs like that i’m just going to finish that one off right there slab slab slab And this is why you don’t want to do an even number because look what happens you end up with ah the corner not so good so what i’ll do is just reduce this in size Where do i keep getting stairs from there and there um that’s a full block and then we’ve got stairs in there and it just work works out really really nicely and the amazing thing about this is you could suddenly start to put on these to make a little covering or porch Like that let’s put out this fire like that and then you can actually add on little supports here and it just looks absolutely gorgeous one of my favorite aspects of this design look at that this is so so nice and if you really wanted to push the boat out and add lots of Extra little details you could actually carve in here like that and put on some hanging bushies like that and already the place is looking atmospheric it’s like it’s so so much so we’ve done the main building than the balcony we’ve done the roof we’ve done this kind of side porch Detail as well what else is there to learn in this system well i would say these little towers look pretty smart as well little bell towers i would call them because you could actually put a bell in them as well so let’s do that let’s Put a bell so what how tall is this first of all so um this is well let’s go one two three four five six seven 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15. i think between 12 and 14 or 15 blocks high actually makes the Best kind of bell tower as you see i’ve just put simple spruce fences in there and for the roof on top where you can go for any design you like i’ve gone for absolutely super simple kind of an italian little tower look um like that and again to add extra detail in here What i might do is add maybe grab some torches maybe some lanterns would look good as well but a bell looks fantastic up here so let’s put that there a bell there and then maybe add a little bit of light down there so from from here you can see The light coming through you can see the bell sticking out i love that okay so that is that is a lot that’s a lot you’ve got the main body you’ve got the side body you’ve got the balconies you’ve got the bell tower now here is a chimney here’s A chimney that i put in let me show you exactly where i put this chimney in uh way over here can we zoom to there it doesn’t help you get in there any faster does it let me show you where the chimney is in this build it is right in The middle right in the heart of this build so so let’s just actually go ahead and learn how this works again i’m going to get all the way back here so how tall is this so one two three four five six seven eight nine ten yeah ten blocks high to start With so what i’ve done here is create kind of a blank chimney here exactly ten blocks height one two three four five six seven eight nine ten let’s say i wanted the fireplace in this corner here i’m gonna take out one two three um do we take out those ones one two yeah One two one two like that i’m going to get some netherrack stick it in there don’t forget you’ve got to set fire to this as well i’ll put the flint and stale here like that and then i’m going to grab stone brick stairs there there there and There and then your choice of flooring maybe you want a fancy bit of flooring to wrap around like that those little fireplaces you can stick in absolutely anywhere of course you could put some detail into these towers as well i tend not to put any any detail in but if you’d like some Detail on the towers you think they’re too too plain then how about this for a bit of detail carve out four blocks one two three four go two stairs the correct way up and then two stairs upside down and i think it makes that little pattern there which Looks rather smart indeed if you wanted a bit of detail in your towers moving on uh we need to learn how to do this kind of side door um fitting on to our builds as well so let’s go and put a side door onto this build over here let’s put it on Right here so we’re going to decide exactly where the door is going to be right there i guess and what you can do is actually make it’s kind of a double door as well so we’ll grab a door there we go let’s put that in perfect In fact that was as far as to say that’s adorable miss out this block here and here but bring out two there like that bring out two that’s going to be the door and two more on top and then your choice of block is going to be up here we’re going to go Um one two three four five as simple as that is that correct let me just double check on this i think maybe you need to go up a bit further don’t we one two three fat we need to go up a little bit further so let’s take away those Andesite and the site yeah that’s much much better and then one two one two one two like that and that is your door it really is as simple as that we can build up the sides here and the sides and then provide another one of these like that Put in yourself another door and what the cool thing about that is you get yourself a little porch area somewhere you can hang up your armor maybe and then you come out here maybe you can make the other door an iron door like that give you extra defense against the the mobs Right let’s put on some stairs either side like that a key block there and there let’s build up your stairs again down upside down slap slap slap slap slap slap and then bottom slap upper slap as well i think what i’ve done over there as you can see i’ve used actually some Normal oak at the side so that is possible use oak there and oak there and there like that and then slabs further back like that and there we go a really simple little porch entryway other details to get to know in this system would be some little side details what have we got Here we’ve got ourselves a very very simple uh wood store here so your wall would be here so you’re coming two blocks away from your wall with a spruce fence and then stick the spruce slab on top a couple of slabs there and you’ve got yourselves a little wood store at the side Compost composters look fantastic just scattered around as if it’s like a compost bin right beside your house this is a beautiful little design with uh a barrel placed like that and then you just put on some place that temporary block there place yourself some spruce trap doors Like that and you could for extra points put on a little tripwire hook like that other details would be a little workshop area just a raised area at the side of your build maybe with some smoothing tables maybe with some crafting tables like that and then over Here we’ve got a little side shack to store all your melons and your pumpkins this is very simple to do indeed you just place trapdoors like that and then go to the other side and you get these kind of double thick walls of trapdoors like that a little Farm never goes a miss as well and some stacked up hay bales let me show you what happens when you put this all together and there we go the basic house has been completed from two large main sections one 117 114 this one tower has been put in the chimney’s been Put in the side portion the entrance way the balcony that wraps around we’ve even got a little extra room in here for storage and it links through into the main room here and i’ve expanded out the back here as well with some columns to give you extra storage space and wraps Around the back of the chimney absolutely delightful on the inside i’m going to show you this whole place with some details on it but i haven’t really talked about windows yet at all the only windows i’ve really talked about is this one up here but i love to put in these Kind of windows look simple stairs like that here’s one here what you could do if you’ve got some anderson and the site and the site and so and the site sorry and the site all around here then you could if you wanted make this stair and the site and that’s their Stone and it just looks like you’ve got two textures there merging together so those windows i absolutely love you can even do some teeny tiny windows like that which really add kind of medieval atmospheric detail these dormer windows i haven’t shown you how to do these ones As well so let’s collect the ingredients glass oak stairs and jungle trap doors i’m also going to need um an oak slab as well now choose your position for them and what we’re going to do also is put in in fact this is the correct position because i’ve already got the block here Ready turn the stairs like this and then this block here has to be a stair like that a stone stair and as you can see on the inside over there it looks really really cool as if the window is kind of opening out letting more light in with that stair block i’ll Show you from the inside again in a second add your window pane and then your oak slab can go on and from the inside it just looks absolutely wonderful like that you could even for extra points open it up wow that looks so cool like that And like that i just love this building system right when you’ve added the world supply of detail to your build this is what they should look like over here as you can see i’ve added in some paths some banners i don’t think i mentioned this um before this is simply Some slabs on the side with some oak logs to give you a beautiful little balcony here like a juliet balcony and you can add yourself a little workshop deck area here as well you have entrances through the tower as well looking very smart add yourself some bushies of course Some barrels some extra farmage around the side don’t forget your uh campfires up here to make a beautiful kind of uh porch area as well a few pot plants and barrels really add atmosphere to your build around the side we’ve got more farm some storage for our uh melons and Pumpkins and i’ve actually made a staircase up here simply onto the balcony area as well like that don’t forget your lanterns and well yeah that is that complete and if you go absolutely crazy with this style here big shout out to blobman who was one of my patrons who helped me with This build today he’s added on a pond some grass as well some bushies some vines and the place looks like it’s been here for hundreds and hundreds of years what do you think of this style it isn’t a block by block tutorial but hopefully it’s enough For you to be able to build in the style make your own taverns blacksmiths houses whatever you like do check out the links coming up now as you can see for other exact block by block tutorials in the style if you prefer that and i will see you next time with the books Be
