Hey guys welcome back to the channel and in today’s video I will be showing you how to import worlds in a Minecraft for Android I will be using the my files application that comes stocked with Samsung’s phones and the Minecraft application as well those are the only Two I will be using I am using a galaxy s 8 on Android or EO not rooted you do not need a root for this so you can also use ES File Explorer if you want but I think the my files is a little bit more simpler but you can use whatever you Prefer so this is crucial that you follow every step that I’m about to give you here I will not be held responsible for any loss of worlds anything like that so just disclaimer out there so you want to jump into the Minecraft application here and you want to follow All these steps so go into the Play option and right here you will see your storage location will be set to application now if you have worlds sadly I do not have I do not know how to back those worlds up without a root and you can’t access those worlds if it’s Selected on an application through the my files app and I don’t know where those worlds are so unfortunately if you really really want to import a world and you absolutely need it then you’re gonna have to delete all these worlds or maybe even you can go into the settings option And change that option to external so first of all if you don’t have any worlds that’s great if you do have any worlds then that’s kind of a problem but regardless you want to change this to external this is very crucial this is the important change that to external do not Leave it on application always keep it on external click on the X and click on plate just to verify it it’s on external now what you want to do is go into the my files application go to internal storage go to your download folder where you downloaded your world and I have Downloaded the spongebob Bikini Bottom one you want to click copy or you want to select it click on copy internal storage go down to games tank Mojang minecraft worlds and there’s nothing in here because I haven’t created a world yet so now you want to click on done and There you go you’ll see that little N or a new or something symbol now what you want to do is you want to close out of both applications go into your minecraft application now now this should work for you guys it should and if it doesn’t just leave a comment description below Make sure you follow this video it is very important that you click on external and don’t leave it on application click on play and there it is Bikini Bottom now I will click on it so you guys can see it actually does work and I will go Back to the folder to show you that that the world is there as you can see this is the Bikini Bottom click on see you can quit and I will go back into the my files up application here internal storage and this is just to verify that It is there and that I’m not editing it out minecraft worlds and there you go there’s the Bikini Bottom and I we even go into the level name to show you that it’s named Bikini Bottom that is it for this tutorial I hope you guys liked this video and understood the Process now as I’m just saying it again for the third time make sure it is on external storage location not the application you want to make sure it’s on external that’s where people go wrong and that’s why you don’t see it in the my files application now if you have any Questions leave em in the comments below I will do my best to try and help you and guide you through it please do watch this video before commenting and try it again if it doesn’t work but I hope regardless I hope you guys enjoyed the video hope This worked for you and thank you guys for 700 subscribers let’s try getting to about 800 maybe even 750 so thank you guys for watching and I’ll see you next time Video Information

If the world does not appear in Minecraft, the issue is because when the world is put in the folder, it’s a double folder. Basically, go into your world folder and if there is a folder inside that world folder that has a similar name, then cut that folder out and paste into folder shown in video. If this still does not work, then it’s probably because you’re trying to import a world that only works on PC, Xbox, and Playstation which are NOT compatible with Android and iOS worlds. So ensure that the site you got the world from says “MCPE”, “Pocket Edition”, “PE”, or “iOS & Android”. Only iOS and Android worlds are interchangeable.
