That seems to be the the most that we use on a regular basis so i don’t know what that is and then every now and again it jumps up because of all of that stuff there um that’s not too bad that is not too bad

That we’ve just been able to use which is pretty amazing now what we’re going to be doing today well we’re going to be looking at another quality of life thing and it’s something that i often do in mod packs at some point because you tend to in modded often you tend to be

Working around your base or near your base area a lot of the time well at least i do and one of the things that gets to me is eating eating is quite annoying and there are certain things that you can do but one thing that we can do and i keep going to

Here we don’t even need to go to there we can just do that is we have a look at the environmental controller from rf tools so what this does it allows you to put in some modules you can see all of these modules and most of them are like beacon effects so if

You’ve got regeneration you’ve got speed you’ve got haste and there’s feather falling there’s flight so you could just use that to fly as well uh peaceful mode so prevents hostile mob spawning which is quite nice water breathing night vision and then some bad things as well uh oh glowing interesting and and luck

And no teleport so it prevents anyone from teleporting when used in the environmental controller which is good for mob farms perhaps so let’s make one of these first we’ll probably need to make yeah we need to make what the block of diamond and the block of emerald do we have enough

Emeralds yes we do there we go bam so let’s let’s put you down let where shall we put you where do we have anything left um i mean i know it’s a bit of a mess but it’s a compact mess so far it’s a very much a compact mess and we’re going to

Be doing some buildings soon um we’re going to be doing some modded buildings so where shall we why should we stick this should we stick this there there we go um and it’s getting against some stuff it is not infused it is inactive radio radius whatever so this is how it works

As to where you want the effect to be now the the thing that i’m interested in is the saturation because saturation bonus when used in an environmental controller uh saturation three this basically means that we will not have to eat uh which is lovely i think it’s a

Lovely thing to have in your base just not have to worry about anything like that and what i intend to do then is i just tend to put some baked potatoes or whatever food you have in you know whatever bag i’m carrying around and then just not worry about it

Just not worry about it anymore so what do we need to make these modules well we need some of that so obviously all of that we can we’ve got but we then we need a syringe with some zombie some zombie blood in there so we need to make three syringes because we need

Another couple of there you can see it says essence level 100 so we need three of those so if i got any no i don’t i thought i might not have there we go three bottles which is quite nice just means that we have three syringes ah there we go three syringes so

We’re gonna wait for night time to happen it is exactly mid-moon so i’m gonna wait around and then we’re gonna go zombie hunting i found a zombie there we go and we just need to hit them as you can see and it’s it it starts to fill up the syringe there we go

What what why level are we on now we’re on 71. so let’s say to height i don’t know um 80 and from 65 maybe something like that what is that that is 456 rf per tick i don’t think we need the radius to be that huge something like that that might be enough

Um radius 31 so that’s 30 blocks out i think we don’t even need that much maybe 20-ish so 20 blocks out i don’t think we’ll probably even need that but now you can see that 66 rf per tick and then you can see there it says area radius 21 between

65 and 80. so right now up to about what here we are we are basically okay and it’s obviously it’s better to put this in the middle of your base like right here would be probably the best but right now all of our stuff is here and since we can access this anywhere

And you can see you can see my haunches right now are full how amazing is that we don’t have to worry about that and you can see right in the top left corner you can see there’s a little a little symbol which is the same symbol as that there you go

And that obviously is taking what 66 rf patek which just means that we’re using a little bit more energy now which we’re still fine with like that isn’t going to make too much of a uh a dent in that there we go right now we have this let’s stick with

Rf tools for a second and since we have our big energy storage it might be nice to you know be able to see what’s going on up there without having to fly up there ourselves and what we can do is we can use a screen and a screen controller and then

Some of these modules to do that okay so first of all let’s a screen controller which is not too bad can we make that yes we can a screen which is also not too bad that’s a machine base i think i might have one of these yes i do

And then we want some text modules let’s let’s say three and some energy screen modules on to oh i can’t these can’t stack okay fair enough there we go okay so i think what we’ll do is we’ll put this here there you go readme sneak right click for gui and

Insertion of modules use screen controller to power screens remotely so usually you would have to power this uh in the same way using using some duct or whatever means of power you’d have to do that but with the screen controller we can basically just put this somewhere like that uh

Click the scan and there you go connected one screen so that means this is now powered there we go and now we can we can put some stuff in so text wise so this is how you you it works you you click stuff in and it does stuff

Like that and then you’ve got this thing open up the gui and you can say you can say whatever you want um like that there you go hello world and nice and done so shift click to get in here and then click that you can obviously

Make this larger center it which is all very nice and you can even change i don’t know what the true type is that’s quite nice that’s quite nice and then what’s vanilla the standard blocky that’s that’s quite nice that is quite nice so what i would

Like what i would like is i want to know i want to know our power situation so rf power uh we’ll stick that with yes color for the text yeah i think we’ll keep that white on black i think bright i don’t think we need it to be very

Bright so if we look at that yeah r rf power um because why not so so you can see there’s a few other things that you can do that like put a button an actual toggleable button uh you can scan inventories like fluids you can put a clock on there which is

Like a minecraft clock things like that you can do a lot of stuff with that and but what we’re going to be doing is the inventory now i tend to put um text screen modules just as a spacer so normally if that just like you can see it’s invalid and that’s because we

Haven’t done anything with that yet but i use text screens as spaces you can see there’s a lot of things if i were if well actually let’s let’s do this so the way this works is it should say sneak right click on a machine to set the target for this energy module

And what we want is i think one of these two and i think i’m going to do the output one any g module set to block energy pylon there we go and let’s go back down let’s go here there we go and it pops in lovely stuff

And then you can see there we go look we have the power so you can see it’s going down it is going down uh but if i were to put this in there without that spacer you can see it moves up a notch so i just like

I just like doing that just so i can uh i can see a little bit more so what can we do with the rf module well for a start label alignment i don’t know if that is the thing no it isn’t um i don’t know if we can

Can we do that ah yes there we go ah look at that okay okay it’s been a while since i’ve played with this um left did i just put right i know i did i did left i don’t know if we need that um i don’t think we need that really just

Because we know what it is and then if we go in here you can do different things so show the amount of rf if i can i don’t think i can show it without you can just about see it there but we can do different things so rf per

And then just you know just so we can see the overall state of how much energy we have and like i say you can do you can do a lot with this rf tools is a very adaptable um mod there’s a lot you can do and like

Little things like that that you can do as well and let’s get another text one just to space stuff out there we go lovely um so i want to you and then you right so this one let’s put rf tick and commas yes yes i think so and then this one will

Have the percentage and i don’t know what the that would change but there we go we can now see that’s how much energy we’re basically making well losing now so 140 ish it seems to be the standard pretty much we are at 99 capacity now what would happen

If we were say to put some energy in here let’s have a look because obviously we would be making energy so let’s put that in and let’s uh let’s see that should skyrocket up in a second there we go we’re now making all of that per tick almost up to a thousand yep

For me that’s what one of the things that modded is all about you’re able to do a lot of stuff and obviously you can you can play around with all of these and find other things different ways of doing you know different things that you might

Want to see and the button ones is pretty that’s pretty nice because you can you can you can uh control certain other blocks with the button ones so like like lifts or matter transmitters which is pretty nice so that’s just a bit of an idea of what you
