So if you always watch my videos you can easily tell that i mainly use a controller to pvp and a lot of you guys are asking me on how i pvp on a controller so hey guys welcome back to my channel and in this video i’m going to be Teaching you on how to pvp on a controller So this video will split up into four parts settings for controls aiming strafing and miscellaneous so settings and controls are really important since it’s where your hands are gonna be playing and resting i really suggest that you find your own settings that you’re comfortable with but these are my current settings So if you can tell by my settings i use claw control so you can sprint jump by looking around smoothly this clip is gonna be showing you what’s the difference between claw and non-claw controls so obviously using claw controls is much more smoother and you’ll get more advantage than non-claw I really recommend that you practice claw controls if you’re gonna be competitive or just want to be better than most controller players but like i said earlier i don’t really recommend using my settings as your own however you can copy mine and change it to your likings being comfortable with your setting is Really important not just because you’re comfortable but because your hands will not get strained or get hurt i think having a good settings will greatly improve your gameplay so aiming is the most important part about pvp but aiming is really just about your eye and a hand coordination So it’s really up to you you won’t be able to get good at aiming instantly so it really takes time but if you’re just gonna do 1v1 pvps like butt pvp and other stuff then use a lower sensitivity since it’s mainly about to get more precise hits But if you’re someone who plays skywars cheshire survival games or any competitive minigame like me i really suggest using a high sensitivity you can also use a slow sensitivity and work your way up to a more comfortable sensitivity which you can look around more easily especially at your back So while pvping be sure that you’re looking directly to their head to get more reach since if you’re looking down you won’t be able to hit them that much but um pretty much just hit them as straight as possible to get the most amount of reach i also Recommend that if you don’t click that fast or your cps isn’t that high like me use a projectile to start a combo because it’s a guaranteed air knockback and if you’re already doing a combo hit them at their field since that’s the closest hitbox to you So strafing is really just about moving into weird directions so your enemies can’t hit you that easily so i just use d strafing metal which is basically just going left or right in random times I also use w top strafing method which will basically just make your enemies knock walk much more further than normal hits and to do this is basically just reset your sprint every time you hit your enemy this strafing method won’t work on the hive so you don’t really need to learn this If you’re just gonna play on the hive mainly so this clip is gonna be showing you what’s the difference between using the w top metal and not using the w top strafing metal As you saw using w top shifting method will make your enemy go four blocks while not using w top strafing method will only make your enemy go three blocks but like i said earlier double top strafing metal doesn’t really work on the hive so i can’t really use it myself too So miscellaneous will basically just be a tips and tricks on using a controller to pvp and this section will be split up into four parts jump bridge hot bar inventory and texture packs Do So basically practice switching fast and precise on your hot bar this will not only help you use projectiles if you can’t combo that much but also if you’re gonna clutch or you need an enderpearl to run away or chase someone i don’t really have any practice world except my skywars academy map But if you do i recommend this kind of setup which is basically just a dispenser with a redstone clock connected to it it’s really up to you but i recommend hiding your controller cursor which is basically the plus sign in your inventory when it’s open because in my opinion Using a controller cursor feels really slow and doesn’t have a fixed rate of moving through an inventory slot and also be comfortable with the shortcut buttons So you don’t really need to follow this section since it’ll only give you some information that is isn’t really shown in vanilla minecraft but i suggest using texture packs that has transparent chest inventory and some useful information like paper doll while the chest is being opened or currently opened Um hey guys i’m currently i’m about to finish this video and i’m editing this right now um i know i sound depressed but i’m not like my voice sounds really deep and depressed but i’m not okay i’m okay um but anyway i didn’t actually expect this video To like to take this long to make and um i hope i teach you guys how i play on a controller and i hope you guys get better too okay um okay bye just use my texture pack please thank you very much and of course please join my discord Please i’m begging you thank you very much i’m okay bye Video Information
