I Survived 100 Days in 1.20 Minecraft Hardcore…

The 1.20 Minecraft update has finally been released bringing a ton of new features such as new blocks mobs and even biomes and today we’re going to be exploring the entire update in the next 100 days and here we are in our brand new 1.20 Minecraft world it looks like

We’re in a dark oak by room or something like that but let’s go ahead and get some wood and with this wood I’m gonna get a wooden ax so I can go ahead and get even more wood for a little while now I’m gonna go ahead collect some of this Stone now

So I can go ahead get a stone pickaxe all right there we go we have plenty of wood and plenty of stone I quickly upgraded to a stone ax and also crafted a furnace and now it’s time to go exploring because in these 100 days I want to explore everything that was

Added in this update that includes the new camel the new sniffer all the new blocks and biomes that were added as well as all the other features so we’re gonna have a lot of things to go and look for in today’s video but whilst I’m

At it I’m also going to go ahead and get a ton of food because we’re probably going to be running around for a very long time and we need food to Keep Us Alive and with all that wool I’ll also be able to get a bed now which is going

To be very very useful for later on I’m gonna collect some sugarcane and of course I’m gonna collect way more food because why the heck not I mean the opportunity is here so give me all your food please whoa boom well there’s an ocean Monument over there and there’s

One over there as well I don’t think there’s anything else though so let’s quickly explore this side of the island and then we might go out on a boat I see some coal in here I’m gonna collect all of this and with all this coal I can place down

The furnace and I can start smelting up some of this food I’ve got plenty of extra cobblestones so I might as well craft up another furnace and get all this food cooking as well and then I just waited for all the food to smelt and there we have it all the steak is

Cooked and there we go the cooked mutton is now complete as well and now I have all the cooked food I can go out and explore looking for a place to either build a house or I could start looking for all the new update features it looks

Like there’s a lava pool there but we’re gonna ignore that because I don’t want to go to the nether just yet I crafted up a boot and then went out exploring looking for something well that is of course after I do this aha there we go and off in the distance

I saw a shipwreck let’s go over to that shipwreck and hopefully we can get some good loot from that too I don’t know we’ll we’ll have to see oh and looks like that lovable starting a forest fire over there all right let’s just get a she’s gonna ignore that that Manson over

There looks pretty cool though I might have to go over there after this shipwreck all right shipwreck please have something good I didn’t come over here for nothing and okay there’s a ton of irons some iron ingots lapis and emeralds now what about the other chest some TNT Moss blocks and some Gunpowder

I guess I’ll take the mending chest plate I guess that’s a good start but can definitely use this iron for something it was now time to go back on my adventure and revisit that mountain that I saw earlier oh and there’s a rune portal down here don’t mind if I do

Blacksmith thing here so oh why are there so many leggings I’ll take these furnaces and let’s go ahead and loot this second village oh we’re gonna be so rich after this and I’m pretty sure everybody knows what time it is yeah and that’s all the hay bales for here

But one thing that I did forget to do in the last Village was get the iron golem so where the heck have you gone Iron Golem all right we’re gonna hit him and run oh my God okay go go go go go and there we go so now let’s go ahead

And sleep I think that’s pretty much it for this Village so let’s go ahead and load the third one oh my gosh I ran over to the third Village and started looting it by breaking all the hay bales you know the usual and there we have it I’m

Pretty sure that’s all the hay bales in this Village I collected some carrots and potatoes then ran back to the first Village on my way looting the Run portal I then crafted a chest to clear out my inventory and then I ran back to the lava pool that I saw earlier from this

Lava pool I created another portal this Speed Run Away um and then went through oh okay we’re in like a crimson biome thing whoa okay this is actually kind of cool but looks aside it’s the personality that matters will they never be mean to us and make

Us run around for ages trying to find this near The Fortress or will they give it to us quickly I I don’t know but I’m gonna write down my coordinates and let’s go exploring and we’ll use the hay bales to like block never mind you know

What before I go any further I should also probably get a shield because there are definitely going to be the mobs that want to attack us and I want to survive not die alright let’s do this can I see anything nope now we’re in a warped forest biome and I still haven’t found

Another Fortress I really hope we don’t run for too long I continued running around through the nether until eventually oh yes okay I was actually right so now that we’ve found another Fortress we can actually go ahead and look for the blaze spawner this is where we have to start becoming way more

Careful because Blazers can do a lot of damage and so can those things too and surprise surprise I don’t really want to die um it’s definitely not on the agenda today um there we go there’s the nether fortress achievement so now where do we

Run I guess we can go down this way and hopefully we can find something give me something good oh yes we got some diamonds nice and what about you okay this this chest wasn’t as good and I did see one over here as well give me

Something good oh oh my gosh oh okay we’ve got a blaze here and it looks like there’s a wither skeleton here too so we’re gonna be very careful hello Wither Skeleton oh oh we gotta be really careful now get out of here Blaze and looks like we’ve

Got our very first Blaze Rod so it looks like things are going quite well already I continued my exploration around this nether fortress until eventually I finally found the blaze spawner there we go that’s the blaze spawner that we were looking for give me your Blaze Rod oh

Yes I then started digging around the spawner to I don’t know improve the spawn rates I see people do it so I’m just assuming that works and then it was time to get some more blaze rods okay we were on one heart but now I have 16 believe this nether fortress looks like

We’re making our way over to the Warped forest biome so we need to go and find a couple mobs now well really I only need one mob which is the Enderman oh my gosh oh it’s not working it did not work it did not work

Oh it did oh my that was way too close Okay Enderman you’re gonna have to die for me holy and it didn’t even give me an ender pearl wow I’ll believe it or not the next five end pills wasn’t on video how long have I been doing YouTube for and I still don’t

Know how to properly record a video God damn it but whilst I was fighting off all the Enderman my iron ax actually broke sorry I had to craft a new one and now that I have a brand new iron ax and I’m actually recording I could go ahead

And collect way more ender pearls there we go we now have 15 interpols so now we can go back home and if I’m not mistaken it should be over in this direction and it looks like it’s right over there let’s go and now that I have all the end

Pills and blaze rods I don’t need to worry about going back to the Nether and instead I can now prepare for the next phase of these 100 days and that is getting prepared to do the ender dragon fight but before I can do anything like

That I need to go ahead and get another iron pickaxe because my other one broke and I may as well place down these furnaces and start smelting some of this food but now it’s time to go out and look for a cave this looks like a promising cave oh looks like this goes

Down quite deep as well and there’s some more iron here so I’m gonna go ahead and collect this and here as well I crafted up another Shield because my last one broke in the Nether and now it’s time to collect a ton of materials oh look at this we found a zombie

Spawner inside this spawner room was an other side disc a couple golden apples and a name tag and whilst I was in the caves I also had some very annoying encounters um honestly I don’t know how I survived bro are you kidding me four creepers there’s a slime I didn’t think

I was doing a 100 days in a zombie apocalypse video I left that cave and then I cropped it up a couple of furnaces so I could start smelting up all my iron and with the iron I crafted up some more armor and a couple new

Tools and then it was my time to go out exploring once again looking for some better loot now and when I say battle loots I mean those beautiful blue diamonds that now puts us on nine diamonds because of the diamonds we got from the nether fortress earlier and

Looks like there’s some more here as well there’s a skeleton shooting at me and there’s a spider spawner here can we get anything good oh oh yes we got an enchanted golden apple another name tag a cat disc and there’s diamonds up here for us to mine as well

Oh okay what that whoa whoa whoa what the heck why are there like 13 creepers oh let’s get this diamond it looks like there’s some more diamonds here will this be more than one yes it will be after that pretty successful mining trip I had 28 diamonds so now it’s time to

Return back to the surface and now that I was back on the surface and I had a ton of diamonds it’s time to upgrade my gear let’s first begin by making all the diamond armor and then I’m going to get a diamond pickaxe and now that I had

Better armor and tools it was time to start preparing for the end fight and first I was going to do this by getting a ton of flint and then I went around collecting some feathers I would do one of those fast montages but I’ve broken the budget on that already if I did

Another fast Montage this video won’t be released for another three months and with all that loot I just collected I crafted up a ton of arrows I also used some sugarcane and gum powder that I had stored away to craft up a ton of fireworks and now it’s time to locate

The stronghold looks like this direction oh looks like we’re going to be going out onto the ocean which means I’ll have to get another boat but since we’re over the ocean that may mean we’ll find an exposed stronghold I think it may be time to throw another ender pearl let’s

Go well looks like we’re traveling in the same direction still eventually I found a stronghold so I dug down and made my way into a library here we are we’ve finally made it to the stronghold oh and we got a smithing template a power four book as well I collected all

The books and then went exploring it around in the stronghold oh and here we go here is the portal going to go ahead and fill in this portal however before I actually went into the end I went around collecting a ton of iron so I could

Craft up an anvil and make a very good bow and if I’m not mistaken it should be right around here and now it’s finally time to destroy the ender dragon let’s not even Bridge let’s end the poll over to the main island now it’s time to just

Shoot out all of these pillars as the first one down that’s the second down on third fourth fifth number six seven eight that was number nine so now we just have to attack the dragon and with our power 5 Bow I don’t think this is going to be too much of an issue

All right let’s go in and attack this Dragon it looks like I’m swinging at the air but we are attacking the dragon eventually I ran out of arrows so I finished the dragon off with my sword I then collected the XP and the dragon egg

And now it’s time to find an End city which looks like the end Gateway is over here so enderpel through and oh my gosh no way the first thing I see is an end City I ran over to the end City and then started looting it I took out a ton of

Shulkers and then I made my way over into the ship and now let’s go inside and take out this shulker box so I can finally get my hands on the elytra there we go I’m gonna go ahead and loot the rest of this and now I also want to go

Ahead and put The Mending book on my elytra but we don’t end there because now I have an elytra and a stack of fireworks so I went around going to other end cities and getting even more lighters and getting even more Loot and if I get one more shell I’ll have enough

For another two shulker boxes so please give me your shulka shell thank you just like that we got two more shocker shells and now I think it’s time to go back home so I’m pretty sure the end Gateway is somewhere over in this direction there it is and we should be able to

Just just go back through go through the portal and now we are back home I feel so good to be back home and now we can actually start doing the good stuff now that I’m back at home I started clearing out all my shulk boxes and once I was

Done I could go out and start exploring looking for all the new additions in the 1.20 update but mainly I was looking for a cherry blossom biome which you’ll soon find out why I was looking for this I haven’t found the cherry blossom biome

Yet but I do want to get a couple of these saplings but now that I have these saplings I can go back to exploring after quite a lot of flying I finally found the cherry blossom biome oh there it is let’s go this is a very small

Cherry blossom biome but that’s all good because I really only just need the saplings and I’ll take as much wood as I can get can I get these flowers as well yes I can hopefully we get a ton of saplings from this tree as well oh looks

Like we’ve got our first one I collected a bit more wood and then I was off on my way back home mid fight I did have to switch around the lighters because otherwise this one would have broken but now that we’ve done all that I’m going

To go ahead and plant all of these saplings because we’re going to need a lot of wood and in this chest I should have a ton of Bones which I do so I’m going to turn all of this into bone meal and let’s get to chopping I think we can

Sneak in another fast montage two whole days that is how long I spent mining wood I’m officially going insane it was time to start terraforming some land so I could build a house before I could build the house I had to make sure that all the lands was completely flat

So I didn’t have to worry about building into the ground now that was done I had a completely flat piece of land that I could build my house on and now it was time to actually start building I just want to point this out now this house is

Going to mainly be for looks instead of practicality in fact I probably won’t even be able to use this house for much other than putting a bed and a chest inside of it soon you’ll actually see how this house probably looks once everything’s completed but to save

Everybody some time here let me just build this really quickly foreign and there we have it my house is now 100 built and I’m honestly really happy with the way this turned out let me know what you think about this in the comments down below look at this horse

Right here it looks so Majestic in this cherry blossom biome and for that reason I think we’re gonna tame this as you know from earlier we have a lot of horse armor so we may as well give this a try there we go well we’re currently stuck

In a tree but now we have a horse now that I had a horse I wanted to do a little bit more terraforming because out the front of my house was a huge hole and I think this could look cool as a pond but we won’t be turning this into a

Pond until later on because now we are going to be building some farms and I’m going to need a bit of sugar cane for this first one because I’m going to be making a very basic sugarcane farm which literally looks like this it’s infinitely expandable just as long as I

Get more sugar cane which I’ll get by expanding this Farm even further when the sugar cane Rose the next farm that I was going to make is a wheat potato and carrot Farm but before I do that I actually needed to do a little bit more terraforming once again making the land

Bigger and flatter now the land was fully ready to be farmed I started tilling the dirt with my iron hoe and then started planting all the seeds now that I had two Farms it was time to go a little bit more advanced however before I actually started this more advanced

Farm I needed a lot of blocks so I went into the nether used a couple of the iron pickaxes that I got from the end cities and started collecting a ton of Netherrack now that I have a ton of Netherrack I’m gonna start building up a

Farm that you guys have seen a ton on this channel which first involves building out a massive platform just like this and now that that platform is complete I need to build a smaller platform that looks something like this and then I spent the next two or so days

Building up the rest of the platforms that I needed to build and there we have it the farm is now complete well not quite because I still need to replace all the Cobblestone with observers and dispensers and I also need to build a massive slab platform on top of this

Farm so technically we still have quite a bit to go but I don’t have those materials so let’s go ahead and collect them for these materials I’m mainly going to require a cobblestones that’s definitely going to be the main item that I’m going to be mining up just

Gonna start a simple mine down here and let’s get to collecting a ton of cobblestone there is literally no way I’m doing a fast Montage this time have you seen my editing this entire video maybe next time For anybody confused why my pickaxe almost has Max durability again is because I used an anvil um which is right next to my chest and stuff over there you can’t really see it but now I need to go back into the mines and get some Redstone that’s going to be the

Last material I need so let’s make our way into the caves and hopefully not die oh we’re picking up some speed oh oh oh okay Dodge the walls and boom perfect so now that I’m back in these caves I’m looking for the red ore There It Is Well

Looks like there was only a vein of two so let’s look for some more oh there’s some diamonds right there and Creeper get out of here please thanks for the gunpowder I will definitely be taking these diamonds what the heck oh and we got so many because of the fortune I

Didn’t even realize this pickaxe had Fortune I saw so much Redstone earlier so I don’t know where the heck it’s disappeared to now oh there’s some down here give me all your Redstone please cave and there’s some more here as well oh now we’ve got plenty of redstone

Quick combine it all up before we get shot at we’ve got about a stack and a half of redstone right now so I think that will do us for now at least you know what let’s just collect a bit more just in case and give me some more

Gunpowder thank you very much and we’ll also be needing some strings so like you know what to do you too spider I’ll deal with the dispensers and observe this very soon but now let’s do the very long and tedious task and that is to build this massive platform

The farm is now complete so if I go ahead and fly on down as you can see the farm is now working I do need to light up some of the areas underneath the farm so these mobs don’t spawn but if we have a look in the chests as you can see we

Are already getting a lot of loots now obviously I haven’t AFK this quite yet but if I pair this gunpowder with the sugarcane over here I should be able to just simply craft up a ton of fireworks and fly on backup so now I’m going to

AFK this for a little bit so I can get a ton of gunpowder and then we can go ahead and do some exploring let’s have a look and see how much we’ve got oh my gosh it looks like we’ve got plenty of gunpowder and arrows I collected all the gum powder and moved

It into a separate shulker box and then I also started farming all my sugarcane that had been growing so I could craft up a ton of fireworks and after that I had about 15 stacks of fireworks and now I think it’s time to go exploring and whilst exploring the first thing that I

Actually want to find is a desert village and if you don’t know why I’m looking for a desert village well you’ll find out very soon now I haven’t found a desert village or biome yet but I did just find a jungle biome and what comes with jungle bones bamboo and what

Happened in the 1.20 updates bamboo blocks were added so I’m gonna go ahead and collect some bamboo and now let’s continue looking for the desert village and whilst exploring I actually found an ocean ruin and right next to it was a desert village and in this desert

Village is of course the camel which takes so for another 1.20 update feature and unfortunately the base is way too far for me to bring this camel back with me so we’re gonna have to keep him here but now that I’ve took the camel off the

List it’s time to go out and collect a few materials the first one are some feathers next I’m going to collect some copper and oh I just got to settle from this chest nice but with these materials I’m gonna go ahead and craft up a brush

So I can fly on back to the ocean ruin and use the brush on this suspicious sand I continued brushing all these suspicious sand blocks because I was trying to get one item and that was a sniff rag but unfortunately luck was not on my side so I flew around trying to

Find another Rune thing but unfortunately I couldn’t find that either so I returned back to the village and used the saddle on the camel because I wanted to try ride the thing but the camera definitely wasn’t the most efficient way of transportation in this world so I went over to another Village

That I saw and gave the other camel a new friend I wanted to fly around looking for more features but my elytra was pretty much broken so instead I went into a cave and started mining a ton of oars for XP my elytra is now fully

Repaired so I could leave and return to exploring but another ruined oh yes it is Oh there it is we finally got what we were looking for it’s a sniff rag which takes off another thing on this list and oh my gosh there is so much bamboo over there there was a massive bamboo forest and how could I say no to Bamboo after

All we’ll be using it later on I have a few stacks of bamboos so now let’s go back home and now that I’ve made it back home I planted the sniff Rag and now all we need to do is wait I know the Moss block actually speeds this processor but

We can wait so in the meantime I think I’m going to go ahead and extend this sugar cane farm and there we go now we just need more sugar cane to grow so I can extend it out even more I see you over there creeper

Goodbye and now that all that was done I could actually start putting all the bamboo to use I pretty much only just started by making a quick little bamboo Farm I don’t need to plan too much because it grows so quickly and with the leftover bamboo that I had I could go

Ahead and turn it into bamboo blocks I was going to use these bamboo blocks for a small little builds that wouldn’t take me too long to do since I already have a house and I don’t need anything too complicated I just made a simple mine entrance that’s what I was going to be

Building out of these bamboo blocks and in the end it honestly didn’t look too bad I ended up adding Moss underneath the sniff rag just to speed the process up a little quicker but it looks like it’s going to hatch very soon anyways so I just AFK for the rest of the day

Waiting it’s officially night time and this egg still hasn’t hatched please hatch quicker I thought it only takes like 20 minutes it’s definitely been longer than 20 minutes oh the sugar Cane’s grown just gonna keep my eye on that egg this entire time oh there it is the sniffer has finally

That is bastions and once I find a Bastion I’ll explain what oh there’s one right here I’m gonna quickly grab all this gold I mean I don’t really need it I feel like it could just be useful sometime and I also want to go ahead and

Just get a random piece of gold armor the boots will do and now it’s time to explore in this Bastion now what am I doing in this Bastion you may be asking well I need to loot these chests here oh okay that’s not what I’m

Looking for but I will take it in fact I’m actually looking for netherrite upgrade template which you find in chess in the Bastion I’m pretty sure now I don’t actually know where the chests spawn one in this Bastion so we’re just gonna be looking around I don’t think

There were any more chess in that Bastion so I’m just gonna continue looking around oh golden apple and there’s another Bastion over here but this one should actually have way more chest in it oh there we go the netherrite upgrade smithing template looks like that actually wasn’t too hard

To find either now the real question is can I find some more in this no but I can get a nine block oh yes we can get another oh and we gotta fly away quick okay and can we see any more chests around here now I could just go back

Home and duplicate these smithing templates but I don’t know how to do that so we’re just going to go around to more bastions and find more upgrade templates just like this one there’s a chest here but it doesn’t look like we can get another template get in the lava

And die all right can we get a smithing template no but we can get some ancient debris I saw another chest over here it doesn’t look like we can get another template which is fine I guess but surely there are some more chests in this Bastion well it looks like I’ve

Completely raided this Bastion and I haven’t got another smithing template so let’s head out and now let’s go look for another Bastion all right let’s go ahead loot this yes we got another netherride smithing upgrade and another armor trim as well looks like there’s a ton of gold

For us as well so this is actually perfect oh no you don’t cast okay maybe you do and please give me another netherrite upgrade come on no looks like there’s another chest oh another right scrap there’s another chest over here but no luck for us in that one either and

There’s another chest over here too we’re getting a lot of golden carrots and gold blocks but we only need one more netherride upgrade so please game be nice to us what about you oh wait I’ve already looted that chest bastions are so hard to loot I don’t know where

The heck anything is I thought there’s usually chests on the bottom here but I guess not in this one I think we may have looted this entire Bastion so I think it’s time to find another one and hopefully this is going to be the last one we have to loot looks like there’s

Another nether fortress over here that’s pretty cool now the good thing with looting all these bastions is I can practically fix my entire elytra with all the XP that I get and there’s another nether fortress over here and another one oh my gosh now for some reason I can’t find the last Bastion

Hopefully we don’t have to search for too much longer oh here’s another Bastion I don’t know if I’ve already looted this one oh oh my gosh oh my God yo these guys why are there so many all right get out of here pigland brute okay what’s inside the chest we got some more

Carrots what about the next chest oh okay actually no it’s not that good we do have a mending crossbow though I will take that and what about on the other side got another diamond pickaxe we don’t really need any of this here and the final chest no go ahead block

Ourselves off and please oh my gosh why are there so many arrows there’s another armor trim but it’s not the smithing upgrade we need there’s another chest in the middle here looks like it’s got nothing oh go go go go now I want to quickly check if there are any more

Chests around here because I’m sure there’s more than just two chests in this area and all right oh yes okay we finally got the last netherite upgrade piece but can we get anything else oh a mending I don’t think we’re gonna need that though I continue to loot the rest of this

Bastion and finally I had all four netherrite upgrades smithing template things that I was going to need so now it was my time to return back home let’s take a quick look at all of our riches from this uh exploration I guess you can say boom we already have enough ancient

Debris for one netherrite piece we have a lot of golden carrots I can make a much better diamond pickaxe as well as a better iron sword as well but honestly the best part of this entire trip would have to be the netherrite upgrade templates but I had just looted all the

Bastions it was time to use some of the loots if you recall from the bastions I actually got some ancient debris so I smelted it all and turned it into an Ingot and used that Ingot for my diamond pickaxe but now I could not upgrade to

Any more of my tools until we got more netherrites so it was time to collect more netherrites and how was I going to do this well the easiest method for me right now is to actually use TNT so I went to a nearby Island and started collecting a ton of sand this should

Probably be enough sand for now so let’s go back home place down the gunpowder and the sand oh yeah we have plenty of gunpowder and now I should be able to just get a ton of TNT maybe I underestimated how much sand we would need all right well let’s start with

Nearly three stacks for now and if we need more we can come back later so let’s re-enter into The Nether and now we just need to dig all the way down and Dodge all that lava all right now let’s make a massive strip mine and now all I

Really needed to do was make a massive strip mine and place all the TNT ready for me to mine all the engine debris up we were going to get rich and now that all the TNT has been placed I quickly made an escape path and then lit the TNT

And now we watch it explode come on let’s go go oh yeah we’re gonna get plenty another ride from this it looks like we have a few bits of netherrite up here to start us off it was two and for some reason the TNT stopped so let’s

Just shoot it again and watch it explode from that TNT we only got two ancient debris which I mean hey that’s actually not too bad so I made another strip mine and exploded some more TNT and hopefully in the process we get some ancient debris but it’s not looking too

Promising actually oh there’s some I created one final strip mine the final 16t is about to be placed and there we go let’s go ahead shoot the TNT to light it up and wow that actually didn’t make it far at all and in the end after three stacks of team 103 oh

It’s about to break as well so let’s return back home for now I also had an extra netherite scrap in one of my shulker boxes which puts us one short of a second netherite Ingot now what armor piece do I put this on I think we’re

Gonna put it on our helmets so let’s go ahead and upgrade our helmets I cropped it up a lectern because my next goal now was to get a mending book and obviously we need a lectern to give the Villager a librarian profession who’s gonna take the job it’s really good pay guess no

One wants the job Alright you’re all standing around surely someone’s gonna take the job now what the heck fine I didn’t want you guys anyways jeez we’ll go to this Village instead and the second village also didn’t want the trade so I returned back to the main
