But yeah super happy about that uh we also got some really good diamond armor and that’s the first thing we’re going to focus on tonight because as you can see it took a beating a massive beating in the ender dragon fight so what we need to do is we need to farm some

Bamboo so that we can get sticks so that we can trade with the Villagers so that we can get emeralds so that we can get mending and then we’re gonna throw a mending on all of these bad Bears here I might actually have a mending book already

Nope okay so we need a full how many we need four five actually this isn’t I don’t know how I feel about this sword I don’t know if I want mending on that one uh five uh six seven we need seven mending books tonight that is going to be pretty brutal

Can you build a mysterious cave with Mobs frozen in ice so that actually sounds like a pretty cool idea um I don’t know if we can I don’t know if I’ll have time or anywhere to do that on this server but check this out you mentioned uh froze mobs Frozen in the ice

We do have these villager like we have skeletons from a mod called better archeology so we could do something like that and it could turn out really cool but we’d have to go out and find the skeletons first um yeah that’s okay so there’s ocelot things there’s villager ones what else is there

Maybe dog no wolf no uh there are a few skeletons I think that maybe these are the only two I don’t know but um that would actually work really well some sort of cave worth like there’s a bunch of Frozen skeletons and whatnot so I will consider that for a future

Build maybe we do something like that in the hardcore world when the next hardcore video coming out uh before the end of September hopefully I know that sounds like a long ways away but you got to keep in mind like I’ve been putting where am I going

Villagers right I’ve been putting a very uh big focus on the s p um just so I can you know stay motivated to play on here and show everybody that you know I’m committed and everything this is a group project um but I’m also I’m just I’m doing a lot of work

Would be ideal but also it’s Sundays so people aren’t online Sunday nights really which is the only time of day I can really stream so we’ll probably do streams Saturday nights and then uploads Sunday mornings uh uh once a week and then maybe we’ll do a double stream every once in a while

Uh it’s somebody else’s build but I changed it a lot um the reason for that is that I literally first of all I’ve never built a ship before like an actual boat and I really did not have enough time between the ender dragon fight and filming hardcore episode three I didn’t

Have enough time to literally design a brand new ship so I forget who it was but I gave him Credit in the video um for the base boat design and then I kind of just built off of that I love your editing style what do you use I use Premiere Pro which

Premiere Pro is fantastic but it’s very buggy and I’ve been having issues I’ve been having a lot of issues with it can you show every building you did in this world yeah I can show it off in a little bit yeah not over the top content creator voice yeah slim Bob is immortal

Bob Never Dies all right boys well this is the boat and I think I think it nails the feel of what I’m going for with this bass in the series I have it hidden over there so hopefully the other members haven’t seen it yet

But I wanted to go and I’m not done I I like it but it’s not it’s not there yet it’s not to what I want it to be yet but I wanted to do a thing where it’s kind of like a living organic boat uh like this centerpiece here like whatever

The top of the interior of the boat is called where the helm is uh I made that I tried to make that look like a mushroom you know with uh you know grass and some torch flowers growing on top and some moss and leaves hanging down I also have these

Mushroom blocks on the bottom of the boat here these mushroom shelves to kind of make it look like it has like Barnacles growing on it and stuff which I think turned out sick and I also added more mud walls to it to make it look like it has roots along the

Bottom kind of like the mushroom does I’m very happy with that I’m finally registered for driving school there you go dude that looks good thank you thank you cool boats I appreciate it yeah I’m very happy with it um but let’s I don’t know if I have any fuel I do

This is where our Helm is this is where we drive the ship and then down below my favorite part of this thing is our little storage area and I have I have so many barrels and chests in here we could literally like if we wanted to just consume an entire biome

And put it in here it would probably fit I have so much storage which I love about this thing I wanted it to be a very short kind of chubby and stocky looking kind of boat uh but I wanted it to have a lot of room for storage

And we are off guard I’d never get sick of this mod never I kind of wonder what it looks like at night with shaders oh that looks gorgeous baby oh look at the reflection the torch flowers are doing exactly what I wanted them to do beautiful beautiful I guess we should just play

With shaders on for a little bit that’d be pretty since we’re out in the water take a nap real quick Ian Walsh dude what is going on man good to see you you’ve outdone yourself once again very homie thank you thank you this is like SpongeBob yes exactly

Custom wood types are great yeah so I used I think I have some left in here um I used Baobab logs and Cypress planks and Cypress logs and stuff and then to kind of blend those two colors together I used Nether Bricks on the side as well

And I think that’s a good color combination I really like it a lot of people on the server have been using Baobab so I kind of feel bad for like you know also using Baobab um but I think it looks the best for this so we’re gonna do it anyways but

Now that we are parked yoink all those glowing jellyfish beautiful that’s a bad thing okay let’s go this way I see some over here we need some lifeboats on here as well I think that would be pretty cool it’s quite fast yeah dude the boats are

Fast and I think I can make it go faster but I kind of want like I said I want it to be like a kind of like Hefty kind of boat you know what I’m saying so I don’t want it to be like too extremely fast that dude is running miles away

Yeah so I’m using uh uh complementary reimagined and then I use rethinking voxels for some of my screenshots and stuff rethinking voxels is just kind of like an upgrade to complementary shaders it’s very intense though and it’s uh it takes a lot out of your

Computer to run them at least for me my computer still gets very laggy at least with those shaders I don’t know if there’s an updated version I honestly haven’t checked so I should probably do that um but still it’s very good Absolutely love them there really is I think we’re safely to the point now where listen there are a lot of good Shader packs out there you know soders Zeus um chocolate pick I believe that’s how you pronounce it uh I mean there are a lot of really good

Shader packs that you all should look into but if you’re for YouTube complimentary is in my opinion like unrivaled you know it’s absolutely the number one Shader you should be using because of the way the lighting Works in Dark Places as well you know you still get the Shader effect

But it’s not Pitch Black like you can actually see what you’re doing and stuff uh in dark areas like in this like regularly in this cave with normal shaders this you wouldn’t be able to see most of this but what complimentary you can and they’re just they they really just nail

The Minecraft look you know what I mean honestly should use some of these I’ll use some of those for black dye I really need to fill up my black dye containers I also have to make sure people know that I am accepting item trades and stuff and not just diamonds so that’s a

Um when I was 12. so YouTube was kind of the thing that got me through it emotionally um you know my dad is I’ll keep it short and simple not a great dude and you know my parents had split custody of me and my sister

So there was a lot of back and forth and I wasn’t you know I I had a kind of like two older Step Brothers when that happened and they were constantly like hogging the TVs and everything and just I never wanted to leave my room when I was with my dad so

I watched YouTube 24 7 and I became more and more obsessed with content creation so that coupled with my best friend uh Jonathan he started a YouTube channel before I did and when I saw that he was doing it I was immediately hooked because I you

Know I just wanted to be like him and I wanted to do everything that he was doing kind of thing uh so once I saw him doing that and this was back when I was in like eighth grade I started trying to make videos and of course originally they were horrible

Like absolutely horrible but as time went on they got better and better so I have been recording for almost a decade you know and I’m just now finding uh success so that is a testament to anybody who wants to do content and stuff like don’t don’t stop you know

What I mean like you can’t if you want it to work out like the only way it’s going to work out properly is if you just pour your heart and soul into it and that thing about what people say about it being a marathon and not a Sprint is entirely true

You know a lot of people look at my channel and they go this dude had one viral video with you know that’s approaching 700 000 views and you got 30 000 subs from that and that happened in the span of about a month and that’s all they see but they don’t see

You know the um the eight years of work that are behind that one video you know so just you can’t you can’t stop and you really have to just suck it up and you have to accept defeat and failure for a very very long time before it’ll start working out for you

You know it’s the sad reality of making content is that you are most likely in the 99 part of people and not that one percent of people who find success quickly you know these Glory stories of people finding success and making hundreds of thousands of dollars on YouTube within

The span of two to six months that’s not a realistic goal for you to set yourself up for and you should never compare yourself to people like that because it will make you feel horrible it’ll make you feel like you’re doing everything wrong and it’s just not a good look what you

Have to realize is that most people on YouTube they don’t even make it they barely like a lot of people don’t even get to a hundred Subs let alone a thousand you know it’s so any Milestone that you hit no matter how small like is important and you have to take those as

They come and not compare yourself to all the other big fish who you know may have spent months just studying the algorithm before posting their first video it’s just you’re not going to be fair to yourself you know so it is a marathon crazy dedication yeah dude it has to be

It’s okay to use other people’s things as a base template and I get mad I get mad when people say when creators are like oh you stole my content I’m gonna legally chase after you or I’m gonna try to have your video taken down or you need to take this down
