Let’s Play Thaumcraft 6: Part 8 | Finishing up Alchemy and building a new machine! |

All right it looks like we are live and we’re back in it so we ended off uh last episode let’s get this a little closer here we ended off last episode with um where is it right we were doing some essentia smelting so uh we need to make the

Oh it’s right here the thumbium essentia smelter we need a bunch of thumbing and tommy and plates kaden thanks for the like welcome to the stream uh essentially a smeltery we already have brass plates let’s go check out what brass plates we have we might even have uh

Oh we don’t have any brass it looks like oh we have it in my inventory here so we’re going to need to make some thomium as well now how do we do that we need pracantio and tara so 20 of each should do cantio that is not ricatio

There we go that is ah we had 24 and tara perfect now we should be able to get four ingot we should probably put the ingots in here so i don’t end up losing some perfect uh that doesn’t look right i don’t know what’s going on there

That block is see-through looks like the uh the wood got folded up somehow there we go all better that was a weird little bug okay so we got the thomium we’re gonna make some plates out of it oh i don’t think we made enough domium because we need a lot of plates

Uh we’re going to need one more plate we don’t have any more for cantio okay so we should have some items that have enchantments on them there we go our axe our leggings what else do we have oh there we go a golden apple but that’s uh not something i want to

Break down no oh there we go a barrier stone but that’s only got one no that’s got nine but it’s got way too many other things on it okay that should get us enough anyways so we need the pracantio for camtasia sorry uh we’re gonna need what else here oh

The armor and metallum i might have to redo this room nope metal m is up here no that’s uh dark something or other and i’ve put my labels away ah here it is metal em we’re gonna need a new container for metal um oh look at that we don’t even have to do

This we have pracantio for cantatio right there so we’re gonna grab one tara because i don’t want to use the old smelter if i don’t have to we’re about to make the new one there we go uh we should go break down the other smelter

I think we have all the items we need now oh let’s put away that and that that that omiyama century essentia smelter yeah we have everything we need oh shoot apparently i’ve got two bows in my bar here too okay now i need a pick and we’re gonna go grab all of this

That’s going to tell us where all the viz in the air is but we can switch it and see where all the flux is so we got a lot of flux over that way so on our little island where we were uh thanks for the follow myla and the like

From everyone else lots of people are like him right now so that island was our essentia smelter it was polluting a lot of flux into the air and we can see it on this map already so that’ll be kind of like our guide we don’t want to be more flexy than that island

Otherwise it’ll be like bad things will happen um so we’re gonna have to go get some soul sand from the nether going to be our next step because i really wanted to make this another farm or another wart farm uh the technic launcher if that’s that’s the thing you’ve never heard of

It is um it’s kind of like a launcher that installs the mods for you it makes it super easy technic launcher have cracked server no uh well it can it it’s really up to the server host if the server is going to allow unofficial minecraft players shared hey thanks for the share

I did not know that i’ll have to check that out there’s actually uh in this mod pack there’s elevator sort of items too it’s like an air lift it’ll push you up with air okay so we’re in i don’t know where that bird guy came from

But now we leave and that will send us to a different part of the map where is he bird guy gone that’s all my stuff okay now we are going to leave i go survival don’t trust me i’m i’m cn survive what ah no not a spider web

At the rack again cobblestone sand seeds go in the farming gauntlet goes away for safe keeping because eventually we might die again and need it again i didn’t even get to use my gauntlet because that creature was gone when he came back or when we came back we need to find an enderman

Uh so we can get a better glove okay right we need the book so we can see what we’re doing next next up so we got the atomic diopter whatever that is make an automatic pig killing farm um i could i don’t know how i can figure it out though

But i don’t like those automatic machines and i i don’t know ruins the fun for me not that i’ve ever used one i just don’t like the idea of the game kind of like playing itself uh we should actually smelt some of these oars like the gold and the iron

We got some silver should smelt some of that oh right i broke the back of my smelter i’m gonna have to fix that first um where did i put the blocks for that right here seared stone and more seared stone enderman’s i love enderman’s actually enderman came out around the

Time that i was playing uh slender uh the first slenderman game the older yeah i don’t know what it was um how to describe that slenderman game there was slender the arrival it was not that one but uh i think that was the inspiration for the

New mob 2 at the time that was a good one that was a really good mob endermen scare from water yeah they teleport around like crazy when they’re when it’s raining or if you go into the water you’re pretty much safe from them until you come out

Enderman hates us they don’t mind us if we don’t do anything to like attack them or look at them yeah if we don’t look at them they’re fine if we don’t look at them that’s a true friendship there so this should be working perfect uh we’ll put that gold ore we’re gonna put

All the iron in there and some of the silver oh all the silver we got a lot of room in here you know enderman’s are slenderman in the halloween texture pack i did not know that that is actually new information for me that is funny i can’t rest now oh because there’s

Monsters nearby it’s a good thing i put my gauntlet away ah let’s go grab that what is this 33 growth they’re getting there we’re gonna have a lot of uh we’re gonna have to expand the farm pretty quickly i should also make where the mob drops

There we go we got blaze rods so i should make a potion uh brewer or whatever make a secret house what like under my current house i could do some uh redstone trap doors or something maybe maybe i’ll make a secret house i want to complete this dominomacon first there’s so much stuff

In here uh metal purification is something i shouldn’t be working on i don’t know if that’s gonna work with uh if it’s gonna uh lost my train of thought oh if it’s gonna work with my smelter if the oars will be right but i should definitely test that out

Oh shy guys in the mario texture pack only get that if you play on the switch though oh wow i don’t have a switch or a ds or any of that stuff i wish but i just never i spent all my money on this computer uh what was i doing

Metal purification gonna retrace oh my gosh right the gauntlet that’s a good way to remind me get a creeper in my house there we go right because i was trying to sleep i need food though more steak there we go if you’re in creative mode press control

I don’t have good i’m not in creative it’s neat though yeah the the switch is yeah it’s got some really good games too but uh yeah i don’t know i just didn’t want to put that money into what is going on here didn’t want to put that money into

A switch when i could buy a graphics card what is the mod the mod is uh hex rewritten for it’s like a it’s a mod pack but the mod that i’m mostly playing with is thom craft i love creepers too creepers and enderman’s our favorite mobs

I no no no you gotta eat lunch all right i’ll catch you later but creepers suck i’ve lost way too many hardcore worlds to creepers i think i tried rl craft and um it didn’t work or it didn’t not it didn’t work um it worked just fine the

Crafting and stuff was off oh maybe that’s what’s going on here no um okay looks like i’m gonna have to close this down and open it back up real quick here i wonder if this is going to show that doesn’t look like it’s showing up oh yeah there it is

X rewritten for that’s the mod pack i’m playing and this is the whole launcher that i’m playing it with creepers ruin houses all the time you can see big holes around my house that is because creepers came by and decided to sneak up on me

If i see them i can kill them super easily but if i don’t see them and they just blow up i can’t no they get me pretty good there we go got it back it’s going to take a second but it’ll load back up i don’t know what happened there

We have some holes for chests uh we have a hole in my roof we got this hole there’s been too many creeper attacks around here perfect oh i went a little too low there ground was up here before the creeper attacked i still haven’t moved my bed

This was my my uh house to start with until i built the larger house here and i still haven’t moved the bed over to the new house okay so the next thing we’re gonna work on here what is it gonna be probably we’ve done a lot in alchemy we’ve pretty much

Finished alchemy but we can do metal purification we’ll do metal metal purification and then we’ll move on to um infusion i think so we’re gonna take all these crystals because it’s just gonna make my life a lot easier while we’re researching oh and only have crystals in my inventory perfect

And here’s our research table was i already working on something yes i was reactions can’t do uh auromancy we’re not gonna work on calibrate yeah uh measure sure we’ll get some infusion concentrate uh we don’t have a steli viz but we might have stele or uh or essentia

Here it is if we had it it would be right there but we don’t have it because we emptied it out i believe it’s delay perfect so we’re going to take one of those and we’re going to take another quartz or four five we’re going to craft those into shards
