adding in I’ve added in the custom NPCs mod really really good mod I’m actually really surprised about it nice and like easy I think to install wasn’t It we just frightened the mods folder and I’ve been adding in some NPCs so we’ve got around the elven ruins we got this elven scholar so at the minute all he does is just say hello and that’s literally it but start adding some stuff like this in I don’t know what goes on With the eyes with the shaders but it seems to be all shaders do this really really weird okay so we got what’s going on electric null signs as well asks when you build a castle with howdy beam of it duquan red one has some pretty good Videos on on like castles he’s very very good at castles he’s actually got like I’m pretty sure he’s got a video where he goes free like step by step of it but think about it depends on what type of castle you going for if you go for like A really functional one that you probably see in Kingdom Khan deliverance which is like pretty boxy can I hold a style maybe some branded towers type of thing then it’s all about function it’s not about like big fancy halls and big places where you have a big seat and Stuff like that it’s more about the actual defense of it it’s not it’s not made to be fancy whereas later on age-wise you’ve got these more fantasy castles which like disney castle for example everybody those the disney castle watch that wire to say as an example obviously isn’t a functional Castle but it’s it’s one that rich people would live in so yeah that’s pretty much it but yeah depends on depends on what you need to go for definitely need like a gatehouse type of area going into it most um have a courtyard but have a look at some some Pictures of them so most that most castles are completely whether they need to know the amount of elements or something we’ll have to do I kind of like the idea of almost like like the kind of alchemy thing you have to put something in to get something out so we Can do something like that you know it has to you know if they if they have like a wand or staff or something like that they have to actually use the magic all the power that’s in the staff and that gets used up I kind of like the Idea of that you know so they can’t do ridiculous things maybe the the the level of the wizard you know how actually good they are at the type of magic will obviously change change things definitely yeah maybe got you in an hour and lower how’s it going Phoenix arts at all how do you plan your larger builds um I’ve tried to show it on the time-lapses so for example this the arena which I it’s not a huge built it’s a it’s a bigger build that one you probably saw I used well I use wall a Lot because then you’re not you’re not messing around with materials you’re just messing around with wool it’s really easy to remove its release to mass then as well if with world I don’t that’s kind of how I did if you’re talking about the entire city type thing Kind of kind of randomly I guess yeah there’s no I’ve not really do any special stuff with those not too but yeah I high guard obviously we did the video we went over planning but this one it was just mainly you know where’s my gates gonna be okay what’s my terrain Like and I saw these natural hills and usually put put fancy things on hills so that’s why I’ve got like the arena there I’ve got the standing stones over on this side and then kind of built up around that’s why Noah’s gonna do those and I knew I was gonna have this area Here as the like nobles district it was mainly because of this cliff so you kind of just you have a look at what you want to do really yeah cool so sorry there’s lots of comments today which is good it’s going to be on a weekend usually Deluge we’ve been area we’re gonna have some sort of like ruins or something like that where that where they do it so what I decided to do by The river is add in a couple of elven ruins this is what got me thinking well as doing that time lapse a couple of elven ruins and having like the oven scholar around and this might have been a place of magic possibly I know that One of you guys said quite a lot about you know what the stones are gonna be like you know what the stones gonna be are they from a ancient one and the actual power source for this or the natural point of power which is going to Be for these stones will be elven so we’re actually gonna have somewhere over this side just where that big stone outcropping like I showed you guys is because you’ve got a little River I’ve developed any of this land at all so don’t know where this is there we go I Think it’s this one is it this one I’ve gone too far yeah this one so we’ve got some like rocky outcrops over here so I’ll think of doing like building into this probably doing a statue on this but whether we do some like elven ruins around here so this this actual bit Around here we could we could completely like build into like an elven ruin type thing maybe a temple as a place of power and that’s where they practice their magic because it’s away from the actual villages and stuff like that so yeah yeah sorry guys give me two SEC’s a time lapse of that so I’m going through the entire thing and I’m gonna do I’m gonna do a lot of time lots because it takes too Much time I’ve got I think I’ve been I spent about two hours on it’s obviously if we did two hours worth it’d be too long but instead Jules you’ll see in about five minutes and all I’m gonna do is talk through each of those stages typically I’ll start with the terrain so You’ll just need to sort the terrain but I have a rough idea of one could do first so in this case it was like mountainous terrain a couple small woodland houses each of them we like different you know things so you might have one that’s a hunter one that’s a a Lumberjack you know that kind of thing purpose like things just to basically get a rank up on the server so so that’s my plant but hopefully that video do it if it doesn’t what we can do is I can do it like a time-lapse or more detailed Think maybe look at this now I’m thinking do I want to cut this back and do something that know about just make a link interesting it’s bit more cut in then isn’t it I can’t like that the other thing is I’m thinking here there any creatures no they wouldnt Have any creatures maybe not shrimping how’s it going okay so Tami says why not just make a second channel for our games yeah I could do as possible the only thing is I’ve not got enough time to do this channel so if I’m trying to do two channels I don’t think It’ll work I think I’ll end up spending too much time because I quite like obviously playing other games and things I think I’d spend too much time doing the other games and not enough doing doing minecraft and then this would die which would be a real shame I wouldn’t Want to see I won’t want to see this channel die if you know I mean well I quite like it and I’ve been free likes from some you know quieter stages and things like that but I couldn’t like it I kind of like this I can like do Minecraft videos it’s quite fun I think it might move this over into the herb garden so it’s small little path that goes down nice and simple I think he’s Wearing the same ropes I am pretty sure he is freaking out you see oh no I’m not wearing anymore let’s delete them didn’t I remove them yeah well I’ll be fine so yeah we’ve got that guy right Grand Admiral Bowser and he could blocks to Have as a path for Xbox minecraft I have no idea if you’re doing it in default just get a good mix if you obviously want you like two really good ones that work and default a gravel and also normal stone and probably granite as well use those free as like a little mix They look quite good but it depends on the depends new texture pack look for some of the colors really like this oh and don’t don’t mix too much one of my biggest mistakes was mixing too much what I’ve done for this floor materials five materials I think it’s like a light Medium medium one soft gravel dark path dirt gravel fishy dirty fish scale cobblestone which is the one that I’d probably remove out of all those just to get like a mud it’s kind of looks quite Brown gravelly but have a look at have a look at materials it’s like these walls Are made out of just two materials which is dolomite and the hewn stone so have a look at just a couple materials and mix cobblestone war I went a bit further with that we’ve done on my muddy one old cobblestone and normal cobblestone I think that’s it didn’t put any Moss you Know at all I just went with those because I was thinking I’ll just do the most bits by my hand doesn’t run that okay Dr. IM will i ever do halo covenant ships i’ll do ships again no probably not I never got into halo no never going to halo really I know there was some there’s some like cumin and stuff out I know I did did like the Pelican and Things like that but I never got around to doing loads of those I don’t think the big ones however do just cuz it doesn’t you know slight Star Wars right I like Star Wars or watch Star Wars and I like the game so you know I like building the Star Destroyer was quite Enjoyable kind of enjoyable I mean it took absolutely ages whereas I think like some of the Halo because I just don’t play it I don’t think is gonna yeah you know I don’t know yeah blot for a female what offense above air makes a web think yeah and I used that quite a Bit for I’ve actually used it down here for fire it’s really good if you put it
