don’t Really like watching horror movies in the theater because there’s always going to be someone that like i don’t know that like laughs it whatever and it’s like i don’t know i feel like to truly experience it you’ve got to be lights off headphones on just you in the pitch dark I can’t do it like that i can’t watch stuff alone like that have i seen nope no i haven’t it looks good you know i like some of his movies uh i thought his first movie was really good i thought us was pretty whack i’m not gonna lie I thought us kind of sucked get out get out i i liked a lot us us had the weirdest mean i’ll pretty much watch anything that he puts out now because he has really cool ideas for sure how’d i feel about midsummer i loved Midsummer i thought it was really fun did you ever see that i it’s another movie where i watched some of it but i couldn’t finish it because i got really scared and grossed out yeah no fair enough it’s it’s it’s i i like the subject matter of like some Of the stuff in it just really got to me i couldn’t handle it yeah i i guess i really find like i like i like cult stuff like cold stuff freaks me out a lot i thought it’s definitely it’s definitely one of those movies that’s kind of like jerking itself off throughout Yeah where it’s like oh this is this is so uh this is so trippy this is so artistic and stuff but i like the ends i i really like the end i thought it was if it didn’t end how it ended i don’t think i would have liked it and i don’t Want to spoil anything but i thought some of the scenes were cool i thought it was good fun it’s definitely not my favorite horror movie but i thought it was good fun the village i like the village i like the village yeah the villains don’t really freak me out very much I think that was like one of his last best yeah i’m not someone yeah old it’s his new film and it’s it looks so bad what i’m so curious to watch it it’s like a it’s literally about like this isn’t really spoiling anything because like you can tell what it’s about by just Looking at like the picture of like you know like the poster of the movie yeah a beach that makes you old that’s literally the what yeah i just i want to know like what happens like why does the beach make them mold how does that occur A thriller about a family on a tropical holiday who discover that the scheduled beach where they are relaxing for a it was like sister something oh saint saint Saint maude saint maude dude this movie is so [ __ ] up is it like scary it’s horrible it’s i don’t even recommend it i loved it though [Laughter] i mean it has a good rotten tomato score i liked it it’s really [ __ ] up though i i love this movie Don’t spoil it but i think it has one of the sickest endings i don’t want to give too much away i watched it horseshit what did they do to it They just cut out so much and just it changed the entire story it just anyone who says this movie sucks has only seen the original if you watch the director’s cut the way it was intended a [ __ ] blessing one of the best movies of all time Yeah this movie got a lot of hate well yeah the original cut was horrible the original cut was awful it deserved the hate but if you watch it how it was intended oh my god man yeah they’re totally different movies i know it’s a it might be a Controversial opinion but one of my all-time favorites i love movies about medieval times yeah i mean oh my god it’s got edward norton be without fear oh god yes your enemies oh god yes safeguard the helpless even if it leads to your death oh they do what becomes of us The world will decide yeah that is eva green yeah the world always decides and liam neeson dude it’s got qui-gon [ __ ] in it dude there you are not what you were born but what you have it in yourself to be a kingdom of conscience peace instead of war love instead of hate that Is what lies the end of crusade i fell asleep every time watching this movie no i don’t blame you i trust me i i could see people i mean it’s the same as gladiator in a sense they’re pretty boring at times but i don’t know i i love it I have a weird patience with like slow movies i really don’t mind the longer the better in my opinion oh [ __ ] dude every day you will be a good man what god desires is here and here yeah the leopard king is such an awesome character yeah that was ed norton I just find the crusade so it’s a really moody slow movie and like a lot of people think it’s boring but i like it that jane eyre was so good oh you have some people that agree with you you saw It yeah it’s my favorite one i’ve it for the art form yeah i can appreciate the artistry behind it and like i think it’s cool like to look at like behind the scenes stuff Like how people do it and it does kind of like make it less scary but when you’re like in the moment like watching me you’re like immersed and you see that [ __ ] it [ __ ] with me so bad yeah no i know i know i know what you mean Oh you saw it as a kid in a high school and i had one class where it was like maybe 10 girls and they were all seniors and we all finished we finished everything for the year pretty much and we didn’t really have anything to do and My teacher was really cool that i worked with um and she was like hey you know i just want to do something fun for the kids and i just kind of want to watch a movie and i was like oh cool like i’ll just bring him like my netflix and he’s like Okay great so i signed into netflix and we were searching around with the girls and i was like so like what do you guys want to watch and they’re like oh we want to watch something scary and i was like i was like oh okay i mean And my teacher that i was working with was like yeah that’s fine you know they’re they’re adults pretty much we can watch whatever she was like as long as there’s like not nudity and stuff and i was like yeah okay and so we got to like paranormal Activity 4 or something and they were like yeah we want to watch this and i was like i was like whoa you guys know paranormal activity and they’re like no but this looks cool and i was like uh you you just want to start at four and they Were like yeah yeah this looks awesome and i was like i was like you know what yeah this does look awesome like [ __ ] yeah let’s watch this so we watched it we like closed the blinds and we watched it for like two weeks straight because i only taught him once a week And we just would just rock up to class and watch paranormal activity 4 for like it was awesome yeah they loved it dude they got so freaked out oh god it was so much fun you know watching that in like a classroom with a bunch of other people i Would get i don’t think i’d be as freaked out yeah i mean it was still like it was still like kind of a scary movie because i mean it was pretty good but i just remember watching like the original paranormal and i was like yeah this they they’re definitely milking the [ __ ] yeah They made it like yeah they made it like an interconnected story like it was like a prequel and [ __ ] which was like very adventurous for that idea just assumed it was like a one and done kind of thing yeah it was cool in that class we deciding what things look like i i get to pick out what the main character looks like what the houses Look like what what the setting looks like and those worlds are so they feel so real in my head whenever i’m reading or uh i i listen to a lot of audiobooks well recently since i started streaming i don’t really but when i had way more free time in japan I would i would blast through audiobooks like like once a week finish finish a book a week and just just take my time and enjoy it and just yeah create those worlds in your head but overall i think i would rather watch a movie but it’s so hard to compare because Nothing really compares to having a story being told to you and imagining everything for yourself yeah it’s kind of hard whoops i still have to finish reading american cycles
