Hello um I wanted to make a quick video or maybe a couple of videos on a few things I’ve learned while creating with meat space over the past month or so um I’ve been sort of tinkering with this just for a little bit before that I was On Mid Jenny a lot which was pretty cool uh cool thing about mid journey is you can basically just type in some like random stuff and things will come out and you don’t really have to work too hard at it so basically every picture you make is Going to be a winner and it does a lot of the work for you decide to move on it was getting a little expensive 30 a month is kind of you know a bit of the budget so Mage space is about half that at 15 but it basically Runs off stable diffusion and that takes a little bit more work to get results whereas mid-journey you can pretty much type anything you want and you’re going to get something nice this one as soon as you go to you know the basic 1.5 it’s going to just give you some Some things that need a little finessing uh do once you do get into the custom models it becomes a little bit more easily but you have to sort of again add some keywords and tokens to help you along um before that I was tinkering with like crayon night Cafe even a Google deep Dream back in 2016 so I’ve been interested in this for a while but um you know things are really progressing pretty fast now so uh one of the things I really was interested in it was uh creating consistent characters across Generations so what I’m probably going To do is create three videos the first one will be creating consistent characters the second one will be fixing faces and the third one will be adding multiple characters in the same photo from the previous ones we’ve created all right so what I’m going to do is I Want to set up a couple things right off the bat so I’m using deliberate as my custom model I find that one has sort of a nice look it does a pretty good job and it also is real good for consistency uh realistic Vision at Hassan are other two other good ones too Um a lot of the results you get from delivery you can usually kind of match in those other two as well they might look a little bit differently but they kind of follow the same path so any one of those three is going to pretty much help you out I want to start off with just the tablet aspect ratio two three I usually keep my steps at 50 and my CFG at six just to start I usually don’t move those too much unless I start getting a real tricky prompt where it starts giving me artifacts I usually just leave those as Is um so let’s take a look at the prompt I got a negative I kind of stick with and then a positive I kind of build off of as well so it’s a sort of generic Vibe this a little bit and then I’m going to start filling this in so the first thing I do is the type of photo so typically I’ll probably start off with like a raw photo a couple other ones I use our analog photo um if I want to go low file do something like MiniDV video uh like a video screen grab even like security video as long as You reference uh something that isn’t like you know the outside of a Walmart it actually does a pretty good job doing a real grainy mobile sort of style um there’s a couple other ones sometimes you can throw like an artist name or photographer in there too and you can get some interesting results Uh build I’m going to take that out but that’s going to be like defining the the basically their build so you know things like you know full figured thin fit athletic things like that um the next one will just be the gender age I’m gonna put in basically how old They are so I’m going to do I’m actually going to leave that blank for now just so you can kind of see how it randomizes things right off the bat before we dial it in uh this here is just something you can usually admit it but I just have it In there it just helps sort of with the Fidelity of the image it also acts as a nice barrier because I like to have to build the gender and the age up front because they’re more or less static and then after I’ll do the things where you Can sort of modify the person that doesn’t really change what they look like as far as like facial features go it just sort of adds some accessories all right so for your accessories right off the bat I’m just going to put shirt there just so we don’t you know get Anything inappropriate while we’re doing some testing and then hair I’m going to leave blank just for the moment too down here at the bottom 2D 3D cartoon painting illustration are just ways to sort of get you some photorealism deformed render hands those just sort of help with some things that might go Wrong uh hands is sort of a it’s not really intuitive but that’s something I’ve added recently it helps with the hands for some reason I don’t know why just does uh here we have things just for the sake of the video so we don’t have any inappropriate stuff and then uh We’ll get into ethnicities a little bit later um it’s not really a strict science it’s more just to sort of guide things in the right direction obviously there’s no opposite of Asian or opposite of Caucasian it’s just a way to sort of guide it in the right direction because AI models tend to want to go in a certain direction so if you can negative prompt your way there it’ll actually make things a relatively consistent across each generation all right so I’m just going to generate a couple off the bat uh we’ll do I guess We’ll do like four at a time just to see what we get and what’s going to happen is I will rerun these and just take a look and see what happens when we just basically have the woman with no other categories does a shirt say Raw wrestling van Maybe I know sometimes when you have keywords it just like throws it in there okay we will do one more there we go raw okay all right so let’s go over here and refresh our page and we’ll just zoom this down so we have just four here so when we don’t have anything specified We basically have two women that kind of look the same and two that are a little bit differently so let’s go back here and we’re going to add I always like to add age just because it dials it in but it also helps you with uh you know making sure everyone’s you Know appropriately aged I’m going to do long brunette hair and I’m going to leave it at that so without anything we get people with you know a little bit of blonde a little bit of dark hair and so forth but what this is going to do is by Adding the year and adding the hairstyle it’s going to dial it in a bit more so I’m going to run four more generations of these just to test and see what we get that’s two that’s three and that’s four all right so let’s take a look at those So here is our four that we’ve generated without any attributes and then here are the four we created by adding simply the age and the hair color so at this point we’ve almost reached something that is relatively consistent but we really haven’t specified the look of the person aside from you know hair Color so if you want someone that looks slightly different now we can start playing with it so at least we’ve stabilized it but we maybe want to play with this a little bit more so let’s do thin just uh add a build type we’ll keep that the same and then down Here I’m going to go back over here I’m going to add basically just to a random don’t read into this it’s just basically a way to sort of guide it away from something I’ll do um I’ll do Nordic Caucasian next just to kind of play with that so again I’m going to generate four more and let’s see what this looks like there’s four so let’s refresh that again so again we have four very stable people created across four different Generations but it is different from the one that we had before so just by adding a couple negative prompts on some Ethnicity people again completely at random we have something that looks a little bit different let’s go back down here and what we’ll do is we will just add two different ones and we will run four more just to see what that looks like all right so I’ve created four more Let’s refresh those so there we have sort of two with a bit of a lighter eyes and lighter skin tone and then one with a little bit that’s a little bit darker all right so what I want to do is I want to actually create two different people And I want to make them look slightly different because what we’re going to do is over the next couple of videos we’re going to eventually have same picture at the same time but we really want to nail down what they exactly they look like they want to make them you know slightly different So let’s go back over to this one here and we’ll just do a quick remix and clear the seat out because we don’t want to do that so let’s play with let’s do let’s do athletic let’s make her 28 and let’s do short short light brown hair Okay I’ll leave her on the screen all right so we’ll go back over here and we will make this uh yeah we’ll keep that then actually maybe I’ll just get rid of that I’ll make this a little bit older and we will do we’ll add some freckles freckles actually does modify the face Quite a bit uh down here what I want to do let’s do what’s negative prompt uh blue eyes just to make sure those are real dark there we go because sometimes freckles can sort of allude to maybe like an Irish sort of person so this might help sort of Bring that down there we go so that keeps the eyes nice brown but it doesn’t make it like you know dark all right so let’s rerun these two more times just to sort of get some consistency just make sure that you know every time we do a change just do Make sure that it sort of persists over a couple different Generations okay so there’s person number two and person number one so it’ll be our basically I’ll just duplicate this a third time go back to our main page clear person a and person B so just a couple different tweaks we Have two different completely different people and we are going to start working with those let’s go back to the first one let’s start playing around with the type of photo so I’m going to do analog on this one here and then for this one I’m going to bring It to a landscape I’m going to change this to a candid photo and see what those look like now sometimes analog can change it a little bit just because it’s using different Source material from the training data so it might not look exactly the same But it’ll be in the ballpark and if the face isn’t exact there’s actually things a few things we can do later to kind of fix that so I’m going to rerun that one more time there we go so candid photo so it doesn’t look like a Studio Yeah so this is the face a little bit different but the main reason is we now have sort of like a half body shot as opposed to a traditional portrait so I’ll put that bra right there just real quick and yeah we got a little bit of a Different look here but again we can sort of fix that when we get to part two now let’s do mini DV video and let’s do security footage so I guess sort of like a Lo-Fi you know harsh leading here and we get sometimes a little bit more candid So again you know kind of the same but yeah so we’ve got a little bit of variation between people so obviously you know the studio portrait shots is going to be very consistent but when we start modifying a little bit it will start to look a little bit um a little bit different All right so let’s go back over to do landscape let’s do fuzzy video footage and over here we’ll do a we’ll add a photographer a name in there just to see so a lot of this is just sort of experimentation seeing what ends up changing a bit And what ends up sort of staying the same I’m gonna try to make this like sort of look like a webcam if you specify like a video and then a roam it’ll actually end up uh almost make it look like it’s a you know from like a laptop or something To a degree it really depends on kind of how I should do uh dorm room is a funny even if they don’t live in a dorm something dorm room kind of almost emulates uh you know sort of a very casual thing all right so this one’s pretty good that one stayed fairly consistent It’s like a fuzzy photo and then another portrait okay so let’s take a look at these again and just try to determine which ones are going to be sort of fitting us so here is our two original people kind of a traditional portrait Style once you start doing full bodies and Start putting them out in you know different environments you start getting a little bit of variation but again we can sort of fix that when we get to part two we start fixing faces because a lot of this is going to be sort of um all right so I’m going to bring this Back to Raw photo just because it seems like a lot of the variations it you know introduce a little bit too much so I’m going to have and uh we’re going to bring them on a trip to a log cabin we’re going to do this for both of them Foreign so there’s our person here and here’s our person there so again deviating ever so slightly but you know retaining a lot of the core features let me go back and put those back to Portrait just because portrait does have sort of a different feel to it just the way to Real estate and composition takes up the space it sort of helps out a bit so there’s one and there’s two looks a little Kim is Robert okay all right so what we’re going to do next is kind of move over to part two where I start fixing faces And that’s going to help out a lot with these different um looks that we have where it just doesn’t really feel like the same person but it’s just because it’s sort of taking up different real estate the the training data that creates facial photos and portraits is going to be completely Different from the training data that had full bodies but when we do our face fixes we can actually key in on those faces and kind of return it back to the ones that create these nice full ones here so what I’m going to do is I’m going to Just go over a couple things I’ve created in a couple of sample prompts that I found have created some different unique people and I’ll just kind of show you what they look like and that’s a good way to start a springboard and maybe take a look at some experimentations on your own All right so we have a skinny woman 95 years old white hair negative prompt Indian we have woman 68 years old long brown hair Asian Indian negative prompt we have Brown Eyed Woman 47 years old long dark auburn hair negative prompt Indian Asian we have skinny
