Mevoda – OVERPOWERED Slime Farm! | Minecraft 1.15 Survival (Mev’s World #6)

Hey what is going on everybody move over here welcome back to another episode of meb’s world how are you guys doing welcome back and I have finished digging this hole as you can see we’re getting lots of slime spawning down there but yeah today we’re gonna start off by

Finishing off our slime farm which we did not finish the last time this thing’s already working in a sense cuz I’ve gotten this slime just like two and a half stacks and a bunch of slime that’s just the slimes I’ve killed while trying to dig this thing out but yeah

We’ve got it down to Y at level 5 and we are gonna have to actually get a couple more things before we can build this let’s put the feeds yeah there’s actually a couple of redstone T things that I’m gonna need let’s see if we can

Just grab a couple cuz I know I’ve started to build some stuff for a project over across the way alright the witch farm but we can always build more so we’re gonna need four of these cuz I’m gonna need to make some hopper minecart will take some repeaters is

Will yeah we’re gonna have to get a bunch of stuff over here alright I’m gonna have to get some stuff together some comparators um actually I need a lot of golden rails or powered rails rather okay buy gold one of these days oh hey take those so I’m gonna need all those

One of these days I’m gonna reorganize all this stuff I mean not today but you know one of these days oh there’s my cold alright I’m gonna get everything I need and then we’ll start to build this thing oh okay I think I have at least enough to get started here we’re gonna

Be up and down this thing a bunch but that is fine I first need to figure out where the actual like chunk is I haven’t marked out with cobble up there but we’ll have to probably open up f3 anyway first we’ll just have to deal with all

These slimes of course there we go okay so let’s Oh like here let’s see here if I’m looking at the Chung all right so that’s 46 that is 47 all right so actually no up there actually yeah we’ll do that just get rid of those there all right

Excellent we have two chunks in a row each 16 by 16 so let me just mark out this first pad quick this first boning platform okay cool there we go so I want to first put a block down like right there and I don’t want to do this

On the other side will sort of build this over here but everything we do over here you’re gonna have to mirror right over there I’ve enough space for this yep definitely do all right we’re gonna need cuz won’t any three blocks on either side um actually one thing we

Want to do is we want to bring this out one block on either side next thing we got to do is we’re gonna start taking some of our powered rails here we’re actually could have to dig this wall out a little bit more but that’s fine I’ve

Dug out so much what’s another you know a couple blocks so this will be where our collection room will be so we’ll probably make a way up like over here couple blocks in probably make another like water elevator thing especially since we know the fancy new trick now

Out some of this quick alright so now I actually need a block like yeah there that where I add it it might be cool so we’re gonna have to start using some powered rails I probably should have made more regular I have the materials for it oh yeah let

Me do that quick and save us on some materials okay cool we’re back what’s actually we’re gonna have to move these right there let’s get some powered rails and some regular rails it’s also getting some redstone blocks all right um I’m gonna start laying down some of this

Track here it’s actually uh we have so much redstone we’re just using redstone blocks for these just gonna power these alright so I’m basically just gonna make a line over there make it go all the way down to the end and then make it come back and it’s gonna stop right at this

All right so let’s do that all right cool we’ve got that finished now we pretty much have to take the same idea and mirror it so have it go all the way down there and back up down this line and then kind of right there all

Right so we got that all finished so now both of these need to go on to I didn’t have to dig out even a little bit more here let’s just get a block there just have that going into there for now I have to dig a little here that’s fine

All right so if I remember this correct we’re gonna have to go sideways with this you have to have the block go that way oh man this is this actually reminds me before we lay down this first platform we’re gonna have to put half slabs all

Down here on the floor so that if we don’t get slimes spawning underneath the farm that would be annoying and definitely cut down on the farms efficiency all right so we have to bring this up one more like so needs that some of that block alright so

If I remember correctly it’s that into a block redstone repeater a redstone torch block on top repeater that way back into another block right I think so and just for now we’re gonna do that man these guys keep spawning in here so now I’m gonna have to do the same thing right

Here might as well have it be there haha your trap they’re just gonna be really loud as I’m building this so now when we put hopper minecarts down they will collect anything that we need over here now what I gotta do is I gotta dig this

Kind of whole thing out right here we got to do the same exact thing on the other side over there so let me do that real quick I’ll probably have slab this floor too just to get these slimes to stop this morning and I’ll be like ok we

Got that all finished it was a little bit of a pain in the neck on this side because behind all of this gravel is an entire wall of lava so that makes it a little more difficult we also need to run the hopper line like out a block

Because if it got anywhere near this powered torch it would lock the hoppers so that’s why we have that happening we have everything now running into this one double chest so anything that is collected by this entire system will run into that chest next thing we need to do

Oh you see I have slab this two slimes stop spawning for the meantime ROM so we’re gonna have to fill this entire thing in and this will be the first spawning platform but actually yeah let’s do that first Oh fill in this whole platform first if

I have enough slabs I might not I have more smooth stone cooking up that we can make more oh yeah let me just fill this in real quick actually you know what I have changed my mind we’re gonna get everything else in place first just so we can start collecting

And stuff like that now what we need to do is we need to go out three blocks with magma blocks I have three stacks plus 43 hopefully we can make it we’re gonna have to do it three blocks wide and we’re gonna have to do it all the

Way back to right here I believe yeah yeah right here all right got that done on both sides and we had 31 magma blocks to spare now I need to fill this all in with slabs and then we need to light it up because slimes can spawn in these chunks regardless of lighting

Level but we don’t want other mobs spawning in this farm necessarily so we’ll light this all up with torches and then what we have to do is we pretty much have to go up one two up to that height that’s like the spacing and then we need to do eight more layers of

Spawning platforms so that’s gonna take a whole lot of slabs luckily I have the stone and I just have to keep it kind of cooking it up I already gotta go get some more but yeah I’m gonna do that I’m gonna make eight more spawning platforms

Light them up and then we’ll be on to the next step okay we are back all right though I have built all of the spawning platforms let’s just get as much iron as we can I’m cooking up all of my iron I’m turning it into there was blocks all

Right hopefully this should cover it we might actually need to get one iron as crazy as it sounds we have a stack plus 14 yeah we might need a little bit more because we now have to place iron golems and I think in total we’re gonna need 20

I believe think you know what I might as well do let’s place the hopper minecarts just so we can start collecting stuff so yeah as you see I have all the platform’s done there is nine of them but as you also see stuff is not collecting it because we don’t have the

Hopper minecarts down yet so that should get these going oh what a feeling that was gonna happen okay break that it’ll be fine alright that means I’m gonna have to break this one as will they should start collecting all of the stuff that is here you’ll see all

These slime blocks starting to disappear and everything will be going into this chest so this is at least doing its job while we are doing the next part so now we need to take a little glass one two three four five six seven and then one

Two same thing from the other side too hey guys how you doing okay so these are the spots that we are gonna spawn iron golems on I made a whole bunch of spruce fences so we’re gonna do this I need to not be in here alright um now

Let’s see if I can spawn this guy and like not get I not get myself killed and also I don’t think I could do it that way look I have to spawn him up on the ledge and then push them in and the purpose of

The iron golems is it makes the I mean the slimes are kind of stupid so they’ll walk off the edge anyway but this will make them walk off the edge this and be ready Oh No get in there okay beautiful we’re good a little bit more places blocks come on buddy come on

No no no no no don’t do that don’t do that why won’t he let me push him he’s just gonna die I can already tell see where you going Oh forgot that that happens did you get that effect now all right first attempt down let’s try this again

Okay now we’re doing something here perfect alright we got him in there we got him to move a little bit and basically he will actually cover both of these levels so we’re gonna need one golem every two levels and I’m gonna have to put another row there another row over there in

Another row over there so that’s gonna be five golems in four places making twenty in total so he had this is going to be I guess I’m just gonna put all these golems in place and then I will be back okay so we’re back all of the iron

Golems are in place now so this farm is actually fully functional at this point so we have already started to get a decent amount of slime to get some in there but as you see we’re starting to get a lot and I am going to need all of

It now there’s just one more thing I want to do to this farm I think either I’ll leave the scaffolding there or maybe I’ll move it but I want to leave a way down here in case we need to do maintenance and stuff actually on this left-hand side okay

They’re running right now I’ve come down like a couple of times and the carts have just stopped um I don’t know if that has to do with me like unloading the area or something like that but it only seems to happen on this side it doesn’t happen on that side I don’t know

If it continues to be a problem maybe I’ll switch out all the rails underneath to powered rails that wouldn’t be that big of a deal it will just take a little bit of gold but uh yeah one last thing I want to do as I said I want to leave

Away down here just so we have like you know if we need to do maintenance or whatever but I don’t want to have to come down here every single time I want to get slime I’d rather move the slime up so I think I’m gonna replace this

With a hopper and I have the hopper run into an item elevator I actually have everything I need for it here and then have that item elevator just run into a bunch of chests so first thing I gotta do just get out of here I have marked

Out a spot up top where I need to dig out a hole you know would actually be kind of cool is if here let me show you guys quick I just gotta get out of here first all right so the item elevator is gonna be over in this wall right here

I’m still gonna put more glass and stuff here but wouldn’t it be cool if I dug this out a little bit so that the item elevator is actually visible so you could see all the slime coming up through it that would be kind of cool but yeah I have this hole right

Here which I kind of marked out it’s centered on this building the thing about this farm that’s kind of weird I still have to fill in one more layer of cobble is um this farm is still kind of uneven like that’s not perfectly centered down there the reason is is I

Want to make a big building on top of this thing so that it’s not just this big flat box and stuff and the building I want to make in odd numbers I always prefer building in odd numbers but the forum is an even number so one of these

Sides is one block actually this side is one block larger than this side and it’s fine it’s so big you can barely even see it by the way you see that stone brick famous right there just a 1 smooth stone right there one day I’ll fix that

Um but yeah first thing I gotta do here it’s kind of dig down in a plus sign you know what I should do this with glass if we are going to make this visible to uh to the world okay I’m gonna dig this out we’re gonna go

All the way down to Y level five okay I have the hole dug and I started to dig out you know add some glass and stone brick just so it looks a little nicer and I kind of dug out the front so we should be able to see into this thing so

This thing drops like right here so I might actually have to back a couple of things up quick and where’s it going right here this is going to be the spot huh we’re gonna put a piece of sand down right here the right spot right correct

All right now I gotta just build up the rest of the glass around it I think what do I want this I just kind of like kind of plan this out a bit so we’re gonna leave room for the redstone we gotta leave room for the hoppers to run into

This thing so let’s figure this out so the dropper um actually no wait that’s not right at all you’re going the wrong way here there we go that’s where I want the dropper to be and these chests and just have the redstone be right over there yeah that’ll work

All right first thing I gotta do here I gotta figure I gotta use my brain um I know it’s tough all right so this is actually going to have a comparator there yeah we’re gonna have to move all this stuff Oh God oh now I’ve done it now I’ve done it

I’ll just get all this stuff back into some chests all right there we go beautiful okay this that just can’t be there either oh man I am doing badly we need to move these over so I remember how I did this one two three that should do the trick and then we’re

Gonna need another block I might as well make it stone brick let’s take this out – all right um I think the way this works is that and that’s yeah that should that should do it and then let’s make these hoppers kind of run this way I guess yeah all right

So we’re gonna make all these hoppers run right into the side of this dropper quick all right so I got them all in place all except the the last one that’ll run into here so I’ll have to place one more hopper now I will just have to PLAs we’re gonna have to finish

Out the rest of this and fill it all in with glass so we have a solid one block wide tunnel going up okay we are back I have finished this I guess giant hole here and I have extended the glass up a little bit so we can have the water run

This way a little bit into some chests over here but this is actually the trick one of the viewers mentioned to me and it works great so instead of going and filling every single source block we instead just put water at the top I actually don’t spray three but I

Actually started to make some water breathing potions anyway here just in case we’re slow so let me grab one of those real quick okay there we go I only need one so let’s get back over here and basically now we go all the way down to

The bottom and we place kelp all along the way all the way up to the top and that’ll make all of these blocks water source blocks and then we can just break the kelp replace the regular sand that we place the kelp on with soul sand and

This will be a perfectly good working item elevator let’s use this real quick there we go get our kelp ready and go all the way down to the bottom here and place kelp all the way oh no I don’t have enough kelp okay I just need to get a couple more pieces

There should be some right over in the water here okay I got nine more that should be enough to finish this up real quick so we just have to place all the kelp here and we got to go down to the bottom and we got to be careful cuz I

Don’t want to I don’t want to like wash all my redstone out if you know what I mean all right that’s good beautiful all right let’s go down to the bottom okay here we are so there’s actually not really any way you know I could do this this will keep

The redstone safe right no no well act now actually that’ll be good that’ll work so we’re gonna break this here break that there replace it with some soul sand cool and then just replace the glass did that work no it didn’t work oh no we messed it up I’m gonna have to

Replace all the all the kelp oh no here no wait it still works no we’re fine actually hey look at that it works all right cool let’s go back to this chance again you know what I have feather falling boots on we’re fine everything’s fine here

There we go see we live all right so now oh no oh no did I oh no just one right here I was just I don’t want it washing out any of the redstone it’s not that tough the Redstone but it’ll just be pain you know

All right so that should close up the water right there now before I connect this with one last hopper I’m gonna make a little actually hope I only get a couple chests down here I’m gonna have to grab some more but there we go how many hoppers do I

Have oh we’re gonna need some more hoppers too all right let me grab some more hoppers and a couple more chests okay I am back with some more chests and some more hoppers all right so I need to kind of frame out a little channel for

The water to go and then I’ll just put a regular block here for a second and then a couple of chests so that’ll be the first top chest break that get some more no wait don’t want that there you want that and get one more up top

That should work dude is beautiful and then we make the water flow this away and it didn’t work great okay um well then let me see something You know what we’re gonna raise this back one up one that’s fine do that that’s fine it’s fine see if I care I don’t care it’s fine why is it going straight down it’s supposed to go that way huh if I just do this alright that’ll work

Oh that works see let’s um dig this out quick and put a couple chests down okay so that is all in order now now I should be able to close this up and everything should be fine I think maybe we’ll see yes we’ll find out in just a second here

I might not even need to make this this big but it’s fine we will eventually like make this all nice looking and stuff so now the last thing we need to do is hook up that one last hopper below and then this thing should be working let’s jump down quick again excellent

That block cool I didn’t want to get in the way of the the minecarts okay so there we go and they should be working let’s go back upstairs and make sure everything’s going into the chest and let the water stream and everything works okay up there Oh yep there we go

And everything is coming up perfectly going down into this bottom chest this is beautiful so now we don’t have to go downstairs anymore um I will eventually put a big building around this thing we are gonna have to leave this open well we can cover it with glass we just can’t

Cover it with solid blocks it messes with the efficiency if if you have any solid blocks over the spawning platforms so even if we build something up here we’ll probably still keep like glass I think I’m gonna do like a glass pattern floor as well and we’ll probably put a

Little building in the front to kind of hide all this stuff and these chests are just temporary we’ll get rid of those but this is functional now we are getting slime like a champion that’s actually to put this down here because we’re gonna be using it a lot to make slime

Slime blocks so now we have only one thing left to do and then we’ll be pretty much ready for our destruction project or demolition project that I was telling you about over at the witch farm and we have to get coral so I need to go out exploring and find ourselves a

Tropical whatever it is after I figure what it’s called I am a boat around here somewhere right gotta have a boat see this is what happens when you don’t know oh there we go okay cool alright so I’m going to head out on the water and hopefully it doesn’t take us

Too long to find one of those coral reefs and once I get there I don’t all right no I know I know I need like dead ones but I don’t exactly know how to get them I haven’t really messed with them before but either way we’ll figure it

Out let’s go find ourselves oh man we finally found one this is awesome so we are a couple thousand blocks away from the base so I’ve never dealt with this stuff before so I know I need fan Coral let’s try first the fortune pick second us anything or do we need silk touch

Like guess we’ll need soap touch let’s try the silk touch pick oh hey look look at that alright that’s actually what we need um I need to find a way to kill it though all right I’m just gonna collect as much as I can and then see how I turn it into

Dead coral because we’re gonna need dead coral so yeah I’ll grab a bunch of this and then we’ll get back to the base all right we made it back home which is good news and I also figured out along the way you see I have a dead coral here if

I place a piece of coral and then wait a second it’ll turn to dead coral so I’m just gonna have to turn all this to dead coral so pretty much have everything we need so that we can start doing our demolition project next video but I hope you guys
