Minecraft Dungeons – First Look @ All New Season 3 Features & Enchantsmith Guide

Hey what’s up guys welcome back to the channel it is 10 a.m right now so season three just went live and in this video we’re going to talk about pretty much everything that’s new I’m gonna showcase the enchant Smith of course we first have to unlock him so I’m going to show

You exactly how you do that but then we’re gonna reroll some enchantments to check out how it’s done also talk about the treetop tangle the tower multiplayer and also the new rewards which you can check out at the adventure Hub so let’s get right to it just uh quickly finishing the coffee but

Uh Hey here we are I already talked about this yesterday but as you can see I clearly only have 76 gold bars so I am super broke I still have an ALT character with 410 but first we’re gonna have to unlock the enchantment so that’s what we’re gonna begin with we also get

Some new art for the camp loading screen which I think looks pretty cool and here we are so this is what fun Affair season 3 Camp looks like I think it is pretty cool it has some nice shaders so everything is a little bit brighter we also have the adventure Hub with some

New um things to unlock the storage chest has been here for a while right now but um for me personally it’s the first time I’m Vlogging in since many many moons uh this is by the way the place where the enchantment will pop up it’s not there yet because we have to

Rescue it if we open up the map for a second we also have a free new mission for everyone which you can find in the island Realms so um just like the um Gauntlet of Gill’s Mission which is free in the howling Peaks DLC we now get one

In the jungle awakens DLC area as well so right above the daily trial of the day we get the treetop tangle this level includes some new rewards guys so here you can actually get your hands on a new artifact which we talked about yesterday

As well as a new piece of armor we can check out the treetop tangle with its new loot in a future video but right now we want to unlock the enchantment so what you want to do for that is travel to the high block Halls because right

Here you can see this captured Merchant icon so basically that means if you visit this place finish it and locate the enchantment you’ll be able to unlock this one and use its services at your camp the enchantment can be found pretty early in the high block calls level what

You want to do is make your way to the very first Supply chest checkpoint open up the map this will basically bring you to the exterior of the high block calls and then you’re gonna just make your way to the marketplace I always use the shortcut at well right here this is

Something you don’t want to do instead though move to the main gate because right here at the very end you will find the enchantment in the cage if you click this one it will be freed and it will say merch to locked and Chad Smith right

Now you don’t have to end the mission you can basically just press escape and return to camp all right so here we are back in the camp so what we’re gonna do right now is walk to the southwest and there we have it the enchantment so now you can see

That we’ve unlocked the ability to replace enchantments of your choice with a random one the cost increases each time so this is something that worries me a little bit so let me first get my hands on a nice item which we want to enchant let’s say uh the ghost Candler

Right here has some pretty bad enchantments but I personally think this is without one of the coolest looking armors in the game so I’m gonna transfer that one to my inventory and get to the enchantment now if we select this item and go for any type of enchantments for

Example this one right here it will cost this 250 gold bars boy oh boy that is a lot that’s almost the same as the price of a new gilded item from the piglin merchant so if we check out this bad boy for a second you can tell that the regular

Ones are 270 to 340 up to 400 plus but the amount of gold bars we need to randomly reroll one of our enchantments is 250 at power level 251 so say we take one for power level 100 this will be cheaper but still it is very expensive

Personally I am pretty worried about the viability of this new mechanic is it even gonna be interesting for you to spend all your gold bars on it because the biggest problem isn’t the increment in price it’s not the gold bars but it’s actually the RNG element to it the low

Chance that you can actually get the enchantment which you’re aiming for say there are 50 different weapon enchantments you will have a two percent chance to unlock the one which you’re looking for it could happen first try then you would be super lucky but it could also be possible that you’ll be

Farming for thousands and thousands of gold bars and you will possibly never see the enchantment which you’re looking for as you can see I currently have 76 gold bars so I won’t be able to do anything with this character but let’s move on to the second one which I have

All right here we have him let’s return to Camp let me show you how difficult it is to get some gold bars say I did a couple of ancient hunts I got my hands on some gilded items this one right here for example I’m gonna

Salvage it it will only give me 16 gold bars so I think this is way way way too expensive so I’m salvaging a lot of nice items right here so uh this hurts a lot as you can see some only give us like six gold bars now we get 16 on average

But this brings us to a total of 543 so say we want to make this Guardian bow hit like a trick this is just showcase purposes I know there are better items out there but um I already have growing as well as overcharged so it can hit pretty hard right now I think

It’s gonna be interesting to add something else like power to it but it will cost me 250 to modify this enchantment so I’m just gonna go with the worst one piercing modifier enchantments now we lost 250 gold bars great and instead we get shockwip what I

Do like is that right now you have this custom icon in the top right of the screen and um it didn’t increase the price so basically the maximum amount of gold bars you’re gonna have to pay is 250 but still it is very expensive so

Let’s do that one more time and now we got our hands on prospector this is a pretty nice enchantment as you don’t even have to use the guardian bow but I don’t think I would use it in combat as yeah we don’t really need emeralds we

Need gold bars so the only way to get your hands on all these gold bars is basically to visit the ancient hunts take part in these missions but we all know that it is pretty difficult to get your hands on thousands and thousands of gold bars you’re gonna have to sacrifice

Many of your items for those runes and then in Return of course you will find these bad boys have to invest in Chapman points as well so guys good luck with the Hunts anyways let’s get back to my main character and check out the adventure Hub so right here we can find

All the rewards for season one Season Two Season three so say you purchase an adventure pass you can always go back to a previous season and collect those rewards so for final Affair season 3’s free track we get 1 500 emeralds at level one at level 2 we get 10 gold bars

Oh boy with 10 gold bars you won’t be able to do anything basically then also some basic emotes empty some flares and right here we’ve got 20 gold bars a pretty interesting piggy baby pig that one looks pretty cool but as you can tell the gold bars are

Not much they’re not much they’re not gonna help you in any way if you want to get some new enchants at the enchantment but what is pretty cool is that they add quite some pets to the free tabs so at the very end of the free track you can

Also unlock the turtle shell Cape while if you go for the pay track there you will find the Hedgehog pets and yeah of course if you pay for it you will be able to unlock so many more pets emojis flares and whatnot but I personally think this is not really what you want

To focus on if you’re looking for more replay value and end game content let’s say and then last but not least we also have the new tower so starting from today ladies and gentlemen you can check this one out with up to four friends they also confirmed that the more people

You have in your squads the more challenging this one is gonna be so if you’re playing with four people it’s gonna be a lot more difficult in comparison with a party of two let’s say but they already confirmed that they’re gonna encourage multiplayer for the tower right now because there are some

Obstacles possibly puzzles or pressure plates which you’re gonna have to stand on at the same time to let’s say collaborate and claim victory I’m not going to check out the tower right now but I just wanted to cover pretty much everything that’s new to the camp all

The things you can discover with this new update so we get the enchantment the seasonal Adventure rewards as well as the treetop tangle free Mission as well as the Tower with multiplayer and of course also a new layout everything also comes with new rewards alright so there
