Minecraft: How to Build a Mansion 2 | PART 1

What is going on guys i am back with another minecraft tutorial and as you can see i’m going to be showing you how to build this mansion and i believe that this is probably one of my most detailed builds that i’ve ever made and it just happens to be a

Tutorial for you guys and in my last mansion tutorial i actually did my very first light goal and you guys absolutely destroyed it and i definitely underestimated you guys and i’m not really looking for a light goal for this video but if you could leave a like that

Would really mean a lot because i did put a lot of time into this build and just keep in mind make sure if it does help you to just leave a like that’s basically my main goal if this helps you and if you guys are able to build this

This design then yeah just to let you know i will be making a lot more houses after this so this house has six bedrooms and four bathrooms but it has potential to have ten bedrooms and eight bathrooms so i will be showing you the layout for the 10 bedroom eight bathroom

If you want to but just to let you know this house that you’re looking at right now i made with six bedrooms and four bathrooms it also has a six-car garage a big open floor area for the entrance as well as a large pool a tennis court and

Then just like a sitting area with a fountain in the backyard now i could have put a lot more time into the backyard but i kind of felt like i’ve already put enough time into this build and i didn’t want to hold it off for another day because i haven’t uploaded

In like six days i didn’t want to work on this too much longer so i just called it done and yeah if you guys do like it then just let me know because once again this is my very first time building a design like this and i put a lot of time into

It so it would really mean a lot if you guys just let me know if you do like it but now i believe we could just go ahead and get right into building it Okay so if you want just the house itself then you’re going to need from left to right 119 blocks and from front to back 80 and then if you want everything around the building then you’re going to need from left to right 182 blocks and from front to back 148.

So for right now you’re only going to be needing some diorite in stone slabs and we’re going to start by doing the shape around the building and if you don’t want to do all of that work then i’m just going to put a time on the screen when i start

Probably building the house so if you don’t want the big shape around the house then on the screen right now will be a time that you could just skip to but for now we will be starting with the shape around the house so once again you’re going to need diorite and stone slabs

So i went ahead and did the shape that we’re going to have around the building with my diorite and the reason why i did it off camera is because it’s kind of hard to remember exactly how many blocks i have to place so i did it off camera and i will be

Going around and counting all the blocks so you guys know exactly how to do it and just be sure to let me know down in the comments if you guys didn’t skip forward if you are still watching this part just to let me know so that i know if i should continue recording

This kind of stuff or if i should just not do it at all so be sure to let me know down in the comments if you are going to do this part around the building it would really help me out but i’m going to be starting at the

Center of this shape so i’m at the front and i’m at the path that we’re going to have right at the center i’m gonna be starting at the left so as you can see i have we’ll do like the front little round shape first we won’t go all the way

Around so we’ll do it like step by step so first off you want to place two two two one Two three four five six Eight and then right here this big section is 25 so i’ll let you catch up so we got 25 8 6 5 4 3 2 1 2 2 and 2. okay so after you have that little turn and the big 25 after that you then want to have another eight so

You want to make sure you go in one so all those are coming out you want to go back in one block and place eight then four three two one Two three four and then right here we have eight and ten so i’ll let you catch up again so from the start or from the edge of that 25 we have right here eight four three two one two four or three four eight and ten so that’s for this little turn right here

And then as you can see we have two one two three and one so we have like this chunk right here so starting at the left middle all the way to that little side right there so it’s like this big turn this big corner right here at the left front side

Now starting at this one you then want to skip over 11 grass blocks so you got one two three four five six seven eight nine ten so 11 grass blocks and you want to start it right where we left off at the block of one so 11 grass blocks in between

These two blocks of one so as you can see we’re just going to be doing the same thing that we did for that little turn so we got one three two one two and then ten eight four three two one two three Four eight and then ten so from that block of one over there to there so we got ten here i’ll start over here so we’ll start from the beginning so once again we have one three two one two ten eight four three two one two three four eight and ten

So now as you can see i’m at the back side and you should already have that big chunk at the front right there then this turn and you should stop at the 10 blocks right here so now we’re just gonna leave off there so now you want to go out like you did

Here you just want to have three two nine two three ten Four three two one two and three so starting back over here from the ten so we have three two Nine two three ten four three two one two and three so now we have the entire side right here so i’m at the back side and if obviously i’m looking at the back side it’s the entire right side and then if i’m looking at it from the front

It’s the entire left side so basically you could go to the go to the left side and you should have this entire area done now it’s just going to be the same thing on this side i will still be counting the blocks just in case if it is a

Little hard because obviously it might be hard to just mirror it basically to just like match it up so i’m gonna be starting at the back where i left off but just make sure you have this entire side done now we’re just going to be doing the same thing on the other side

All right so we’re going to be leaving off at the three blocks that we placed last at the back side so now you want to skip over 17 grass blocks so you got 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14

15 16 17. all right so 17 grass blocks now you want to place three two one two three four ten three two Nine two three and we’ll stop it there for now so starting at this side now we have three two one two three whoops wait yeah yeah yeah so three two one two three four ten three two nine two and three all right so you so you have that little section now

So you could catch up guys always just know that you could easily just pause the video if i am going too fast so you can catch up so like right now would be the best time to pause but let’s just carry on so starting from the three so you then want to place

Ten nine whoops hang on hang on hang on hang on don’t do that don’t do that we got ten and then we got eight my bad so ten and eight then four three two one Two three four and then eight ten two one two three and one okay so let’s go back where we started so we started at the three so we have ten eight four three two one two Three four eight Ten two one two three and one so now the only thing that we have left is this little section towards the front so i’m back where we left off so i’m at the block of one which is the last block that we just placed

And now we just want to match it up to the other side so we have to skip over 11 grass blocks one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven then you wanna place one three two one two ten eight four three Two one two and three so we’ll stop right there for now so we went from the one to the three right there so we got we gotta skip over 11 blocks and then you got one three two one two ten eight four three two one two and three

So make sure you have that and i’ll just start off here and i’m just gonna count as the rest so starting at the three so we got four and this is eight and then this big chunk here is 25 just like the other side so 25 here and then we have another eight

And then six five four three Two one two two and two and now you should have five spaces remaining in between these two uh spaces of two okay so i know you probably took a while on the 25 so i’ll give you time to catch up but yeah now we have the entire shape

That the building is basically going to be sitting on and keep in mind we still have like all the shapes and stuff for the backyard but i’m not going to be doing that in this part and this probably already took a while i’m not really too sure how far

Into the video we are and i’m not really too sure how much of the house we’re actually gonna get done in this video but for now you should have the entire shape looking like this and yeah i guess i’ll go back down and count all this one more time so you have it

Right keep in mind it’s the exact same side or the exact same thing that we did to that side so where did i start i started at the 3 so we have 4 8 25 And then we have another eight six five four three two one two two and two so i’ll go up above i’m at the front side right now and we have five spaces in between the front middle we have 11 spaces on the right and left side

And then we have 17 spaces at the back so i’ll go up above and it should look something like this it doesn’t need to be exactly like mine but overall i just decided to put the shape around the building to make it look a little better

And to raise the building so it’s not just on the same layer as the ground and yeah i guess it’s pretty cool but you guys definitely do not need this if you don’t want it and obviously if you don’t want it then you’re probably not watching this right now

So yeah once again guys just let me know if you actually did this part it would really help me out just so i know if i should do stuff like this again or not but once again this is what we got okay now with my diorite still i’m gonna go

Around and place four more layers on top of the layer that we already have so it’s five in total so i would recommend using a potion of swiftness if you are playing on console and i have my diorite and i’m just gonna place four more layers on top of all of

This all the way around so it’s 5 in total Okay guys i went all the way around and i have four more layers on top of that so it’s five in total now after you have five layers in total all the way around you then just want to make some really simple adjustments to either the left or the right side you

Can start on either side we’re going to be doing it to both sides it’s really simple so i’ll just go to the left first and i’m just gonna cut down one layer at this strip of three and then at this block of one we’re gonna cut down three layers

So we have two in total here and four in total here i’m gonna do the same thing on this side so one two three and then one here now let’s go to this other side and we’re just gonna do the same thing so we got one two three and then one

And then one one two three next you can use your stone slabs and place one layer all the way around on top of the diorite Okay so i went all the way around and placed a layer of stone slabs on top of the diorite okay guys i’m at the front side of this shape and i have some stone bricks and what i’m gonna do is place five right here in this empty space

So you just wanna make sure you have one block of space remaining with diorite so starting right here you still have one and a half blocks right there you just wanna fill all of this in and now behind this you want to place 32 more blocks right in the center

So including this layer is going to be 33 so we got one two three four 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 and 33 so right here is where we’re going to be

Starting the house and this is gonna be right at the front center of the building so that is like a little marker of where we’re gonna start the house right in the center of this space of five all right so if you are one of the people that skipped forward in the video

Then this is probably where i ended up having you skip to because we are going to be doing the shape of the building itself now and if you are just here for the house and not this big shape around here then just know is that the only thing i’m

Gonna be showing you for the house in this part in part one is just the shape of the building itself so yeah after you have that done then just look out for part two as well as the people that did all of this because we will then be doing more work for the

House like the exterior of the house so for now you’re just going to need some white stained glass and stone bricks and pillar quartz block and like i said i’m just going to be starting out by doing the shape of the house itself okay so if you’re just doing the house

And not the big shape around it then you don’t really need to worry about this you could just start placing the house anywhere you want so you could start on the ground and just start placing the house but if you did the big shape then you

Should have this big strip of 33 in total of stone bricks so you just want to make sure you start out with your white glass and i’m just gonna place three right here in the middle so we have one block lined up with this strip of stone bricks

Right in the middle and obviously once again if you are just building the house you’re not doing the big shape then all you have to do is just place three glass blocks okay now we want to go in one block and basically just place three like this but delete the one in the

Middle or like on the inside so you have two so you have three right here and then right on the corner of that you have two okay now you just want to do the same thing and you want to have another two like that so right on the corner

And then another two after that so keep in mind i’m at the front center of the building and this is like the big round shape that’s at the front of the building so now after this two you just want to place one so delete this one and now we just have

One like that at the corner and then you want to place two from the corner of that so we’re kind of like turning it now so we have three two two two one and now we have two just like that it’s not like that it’s going in

Okay and now we just want to go from the corner of that and place another two so we have this round shape so from up above maybe it’s a little easier for you to see you could count the blocks and it should look like that

Okay now let’s go off to the right side and we’re just going to do the same thing so you want to go from the corner and place two so off the three you want to place two and then two from the corner of that and then two more

All right so from up above at the front you have three little sections of two now you wanna go from the corner of this and just have one And then you want two and then two more behind that so i’ll go up above so you can see the shape one more time you could count the blocks so it should look like this next you want to switch to your end stone bricks and i’m just going to go

Ahead and start at the right side so right behind this glass you want to place 14 blocks of endstone bricks going from here towards the left so we have one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen and fourteen all alright so we start right behind

That glass and we have 14 in total now we’re gonna do the same thing over here so one two three four 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 and 14. okay so i’ll go up to the front again so you guys could see and it’s as simple as that

Okay now you just want to go to each side with your end stone bricks again i’m going to start at the right again and we’re going to be leaving off at this corner you just want to place seven more blocks behind this corner so it’s eight in total so we have one two

Three four five six seven so we have eight in total including this corner piece so seven starting from this block to that corner and as you can see i just went to the back i went towards the back so this is the front and i just went towards the back

Now i’m gonna go to this side and do the same so right behind this corner just seven more end stone bricks one two three four five six seven All right so i’m back at the front again and once again i’m probably just gonna start at the right side every time so yeah i’m just gonna head back to the right and we’re gonna leave off where we left that last block so starting right here you just wanna place another five

One two three four five now you want to skip over two blocks so i guess i’ll just place pillar quartz so one two and then you wanna place another six and stone bricks one two three four five six we could delete these so now we have a

Gap right there and this is just gonna be a doorway for the front side of the building okay so in total starting at this corner to this corner we have six and then we skip over two and then we have another six here okay so just to let you know you’re actually

Only seeing five here and then you have six here which are also only going to be seeing five because we’re going to start bringing this out so six in total that we just placed here and then we placed five we skipped two spaces let’s go to this side and we’re going to

Do the same thing so starting right here one two three four five skip over two and then one two three four five and six all right let me go back up to the front show you what it’s looking like so from up above at the front it should look like that

Now still with her end stone bricks i’m gonna head off to the right side again and leaving off at the last block that we placed so right here in the corner i’m going to bring this out towards the front three blocks one two three now i’m gonna go to the right and place

Two so it’s three in total and now from this corner i’m gonna bring it out towards the front again another three one two three so we kind of have like this little zigzag type shape so we have three right here and then we basically have another three here

And then we have four in total here okay so i’m gonna do the same thing to the other side so we’re gonna bring it out towards the front one two three then on this side we’re gonna go off to the left one at two so it’s three in total

And now from this corner one two three so i’ll go up to the front so you could possibly see it a little easier so it should look like that keep in mind this entire building is symmetrical so whatever we do on the right side is exactly what

We’re also going to be doing on the left side okay let’s head off to the right side again and this is going to be where the garage doors are so as you can see we have three spaces that are actually being shown right here now i’m gonna use just my pillar quartz

Block for now we’re gonna be skipping over five blocks so one two three four five now i’m going to place another three stone bricks like end stone bricks now i’m gonna skip over another five one two three four five then place three more end stone bricks

And then one two three four five and then four end stone bricks now you could delete these quartz blocks so these gaps are where the garage doors are going to be so we have six garages in total so we have one two three and then we’re gonna have four five and six

And behind these garage doors we’re also gonna have more garage doors on the other side so basically the cars could go in towards this garage and go out to the other garage at the back side so i’m gonna do the same thing over here so as you can see we already have this

Three now i’m gonna skip over another five one two three four five and then place three one two three four five place three one two three four five and place four delete these quartz blocks and now we have the gaps for the garage doors on each side

And i’ll go to the front look above to show you exactly what it’s looking like it’s getting a little big now so those are gonna be the sides like those big sides over there that’s what these are so those are where the garage doors are gonna be and then we have the

Center point so overall this let me get up a little bit closer this is what we got all right now let’s go off to the right side again and we’re gonna start where we left off so we have this row of four here we just want to place two more at the

Right corner so all the way at the edge where we left off you just want to place two more blocks going out and then next to that you want to place 13 more so this entire side is going to be 14 in total including this block so we have 1 2 3 4

5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13. so from that corner to that corner is 14 in total now let’s go to this little row of 4 and do the same thing so we just want to bring it out 2 like that and then 13 more behind that so it’s 14

In total 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13. so now from that corner to that corner is 14 in total so i’ll go to the front again so as you can see in a second i just basically brought it in two box

And then i just put a row of 13 behind that so i brought it more towards the center so it’s looking like that all right now let’s head off to the right side again and we’re just going to be leaving off where we have this strip of brick here

Now i’m gonna place eight more blocks going off to the right from this corner so it’s nine in total including this corner so we have one two three four five six seven eight so from that corner to that corner is nine in total now i’m going to skip over five blocks

One two three four five and then i’m going to place 9 after that 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. let’s go here delete this so this is going to be a gap for like uh it’s not really a doorway it’s just kind of like a little entryway

Type thing just like a little opening right underneath the front balconies you can’t really see from here but we have some balconies here and then i just left a little gap at the bottom so you could go in and out so we have that right there so nine in

Total from that corner to that corner as well as that corner and that corner and then we have five blocks of space in the middle let’s go to this side and do the same thing so starting here we want to place eight more one two three four five six seven eight

Then skip over five blocks in total and then we want to place another nine one two three four five six seven eight nine all right so we basically have the entire front side of the building so now we’re basically i sorry if i said basically a lot

So now we’re going to be doing the sides and then the back so the front side of the building Is this for now and then we have the right and left side and then the back side of the building but i think i’m just going to leave it here guys so we did most of the shape for the house and then we did the big shape around the house

Which took a lot of time so that’s why i’m not doing more to the building itself so just look out for part two and we should definitely start bringing up the walls and stuff for the exterior of the house okay guys so that is gonna be it for
