Hello my lovely lovely friends and welcome back to the classy Kiwi show today I am going to be showing you how to build a castle like this one here on the screen so without further ado let us drop the shaders and get right into the build alright so before we get into the Tutorial I quickly want to go over texturing walls and roofing in this build on this bill it’s very important to put in a lot of texture through your flat walls but I’m not going to put in the textured blocks when I’m building this just to make it easier so that you Can actually learn the shapes that I’m using so instead I’m going to show you right here the different textures to use whenever I use just plain stone bricks you’re going to want either want to mix in cobblestone and mossy cobblestone like I have here or andesite and light Gray concrete whenever I use smooth sandstone you’re going to want to mix in just some plain sandstone blocks through it whenever I use white concrete you’re going to want to put in some dye right throughout the white concrete and whenever I use light blue concrete which Will be on the roofs you’re going to either want to mix in this light blue wool or or you can also use some light blue concrete powder however when you use the concrete powder you’re going to have to put some blocks under the roofs that doesn’t fall through so we’re gonna Start with the entrance gate so for this entrance gate you’re first going to have to put in this shape just for the first little building piece I will stop it right here so that you can get the dimensions for this all right so now you’re going to build up this base for Blocks high with the stone brick blocks remember with these that you are gonna have to texture them even though I am keeping them clean right here in this video so moving up from here we’re going to put down some stripped oak wood I’m gonna first build a pillar on the left That comes up eight blocks then build them along the base and put a couple more pillars coming up along the sides also they sit flush with that first one that came eight blocks up from the stone brick in the room in Queen I’m going to put in smooth Sandstone this is gonna create that great yellow look that you see in a lot of castle walls so moving on from the smooth sandstone we’re going to put these little kind of this little roof over the entrance and so for this roof we’re going to use dark prismarine it’s Gonna come up one block then one half block and then keep moving up like that until we reach the center at the center it’s gonna come up to full blocks and then a half block and then right at the top or I’m going to curl it up a bit Just with a couple stairs the same pattern then just gets repeated on the edge and you’ll see this will with a lot of the roofing that we build in with the light blue concrete it’s going to be framed by dark prison marine blocks like here so and then in the remaining room In between we’re going to put in it the light blue concrete in between these dark prismarine blocks so moving on to the side we’re going to put in this little window design you’re will have to take out that left dhara strip Oakwood pillar these are used ripped spruce wood pillars with Some dark oak stairs and some fences in the kind of crack in between just to get that window look and since this is a castle we aren’t always gonna use glass we will sometimes use some fences like I’m using here we can then just put it on the other side moving around we’re Just gonna start putting on another layer of smooth sandstone this is just gonna come up four blocks above the existing sandstone so now to the side rung to put and these support beams you will have three upside down dark oak stairs to make these and we’re just Going to put a few of them they’re gonna be spaced three blocks apart from each other coming out from the one Center so now moving on to the sides and back of this first room we’re just going to kind of repeat what we did on the front just Fill in the sides with stone brick hoes stone bricks and then put in to this backside just again smooth sandstone and Oakwood stripped repeating what we did on the front so now coming back we’re going to start the actual roof this can seem a bit hard but Really quite simple we’re just gonna put down our base of dark prism rain right in front of those little supports that we brought coming up then we’re going to take our light blue concrete this is gonna come up one block twice then we’re just gonna bring it up two blocks as it Comes across and then we’re gonna bring it up one block again and then the very top just have it come up two blocks it looks a lot nicer if you bring it up one block one block two blocks one block two blocks as opposed just coming up one Block at a time for the entire thing or repeat the same thing on the back although it won’t come out quite as far because the center of roof doesn’t actually quite reach the center of the building so now we’re going to frame this whole roof in our dark prism rain So along the side the dark prism rain is just gonna come up along the side of the roof using stairs and the blocks to bring it just slightly over so that it comes up just slightly higher than the roof itself this gives it a nice look We’re then also going to put a couple more of these little frame pieces just putting down dark prism rain stairs and blocks coming right up the side of this roof we’re going to do this three times at the top of these little pieces that come over the roof I just put down a Couple extra stairs of dark prism Rand a couple blocks then a dark oak fence with an iron bar on top of it we’ll use dark oak fences with iron bars on top a lot just along our ribs on this build because they have this nice kind of Spiked look to them so now we can move on to the first of our towers we’re gonna do a few of these through this build just copy down this base design right here that I’m doing it’s just a circle really and then we’re going to stack up our stone brick blocks coming Up these stone brick blocks will come up five blocks off of the ground they’ll be in line with our stripped oak pillars that we put in so then we’re going to put on some stairs this is going to kind of make an indent it is optional but I Really like the way it looks we’re gonna do the indented coming down with stone bricks and then coming back up it’s going to be with dark oak stairs from here we’re going to stack on top some stripped spruce logs and then right in the middle of the Strip spruce logs we’re going to put in two layers of white concrete we’re gonna put in more windows where there’s room here just using the dark oak fences and then cover the whole thing with more strip spruce logs then the same indent with dark oak stairs and then stone Brick stairs coming up we’re going to stack this up three more blocks of just stone and then on the fourth block of stone we will add my fourth layer we’re gonna put in some andesite stairs then some stripped oak wood on top of that three blocks of those with some more Windows then just frame the whole thing off with two layers of stone brick blocks coming above the andesite stairs that we’ve put on top then we can just put on these dark oak stairs and slabs to begin the roof so starting on this first cone roof we’re just going to Outline that dark oak that we place down with our light blue concrete this first layer that just comes around is just going to be two layers two blocks high off it then inside this layer room to build a layer three blocks high just coming one block in each time moving up From there we’re going to build another layer each three blocks high just again coming in and then from there we’re going to repeat it with one last layer all three blocks high so then a very top of this will fill it in and put one Block to cap it off so now we’re going to try and encase this cone roof with more dark Friz marine we’ll put some slabs just around the bottom piece and then on each of the sides we’ll stack up blocks and stairs of dark prison marine Like I’m doing here so they come up to the top then at the very top I’ll put another block of dark prism rain on top and then put down a couple dark oak fences and a couple iron bars then we’re just continuing this framing around again just doing the same thing with our Dark prism rain coming up on the other side we’re going to build this exact same Tower I’m gonna do this other side in a time-lapse just because it is exactly the same know that I’m not changing anything you repeat these same directions that I’m doing right here exactly the same here On this side they are the same in reference to this first gate building and will look the same as we build them up also remember on these kind of things that I’m not texturing it just because I want it to be easy for you to get the Shape and so for example and I use the white concrete you’re going to want to put some dye right in and with this blue concrete on top you’re going to want to put in some more blocks just a texture it like I showed in the beginning so now I’m moving over we’re going to build another piece to the side I will pause it for a second coming up once all of these blocks are in and show you the lengths you can just pause it when I’m showing the links and get those down and then come to back that as needed Also remember that right here these are the lengths without the corners because the corners are being tugged out so then moving from here rooms start building it up to the edges the easiest way is to just see in reference it’s going to build up to the top of that white Concrete to those two white concrete’s this will be ten blocks off the ground with these stone brick blocks that I’m putting down right here you can see them in reference to the other Tower then coming over to the side once we get to this other corner building we’re Actually going to build it up but it’s going to be four blocks shorter so I’ll tear those out here just the top four blocks so that’ll make these shorter walls six blocks off the ground here’s the left these are kind of two rectangles offset from each other the Second set of walls again is just coming six blocks off the ground and will cause this other side we’re just going to do this outside wall right now so now coming over we’re going to start putting in another little window design these are going to be alternating from oak Stairs of the two blocks down so then they’re on the third block down and then one oak stair at the top and then two strips spruce logs in between so we’re just going to repeat this pattern over and over over this higher stone brick wall section so then coming up over from Here we are actually going to put down another wall with smooth sandstone this second wall is going to come up for blocks so just a smooth sandstone wall again remember texturing it with sandstone as you build it up or afterwards however you like but as we Bring this along this is just gonna come on top of those woods so it actually comes out one block farther than the stone brick blocks bro stone brick blocks always have trouble saying that from what we’ve already built then we’re gonna punch in a few windows these are Easy just using some white glass and a couple stone brick block stairs over on top of them and then again on the other side on this side I like to put on a 2×2 window just for some variety and then a nice little stair of design over it is Nice so I move on over the sides we’re going to build in more stripped oak wood pillars these come up six blocks off of the stone brick wall so again these stripped oak woods pillars are coming six blocks up and then framing them with more stripped oak wood and so the idea Is in between the space that is still open that we’re going to put white concrete in is for four blocks high so again then here we have four blocks to put in our white concrete and we can put in some fences to make some windows through here it’s nice in the center Room to just do a 2×2 window with the fences and then you can also frame them with some more stone brick walls coming through here so then moving over we are going to after we have finished this last window we were going to finish off this top with some more stone bricks and These are just gonna come up to as we frame up so that it comes up even with the smooth sandstone on top of these stone bricks we can use a fun design where we put in these dark oak stairs so we put down to our Koch stairs two Blocks away from each other that are just kind of going sideways then to below them and then we can just put in some stone some dark oak planks in between from here we’re then just going to finish this off by just putting in stone brick walls along the edge these Are kind of boring but remember you should texture them with possibly some cobblestone or some hand the site if you like and then this is just coming up even with the walls they’ve already built so we have one flesh wall through here again we’re just finishing this off and Along this top area you can put in some more windows just punching out some even holes and then filling them with some fences just putting them in through here we’re actually going to put in a lower building later and we’re going to put on the roof of this later but for now we Are going to go on to the next building and come back to finishing this one up okay so starting on the next wall I’ll pause it right here so you can see how far over we’re going to start and we’re going to build up another stone brick Block pillar this is gonna come up seven blocks off the ground and actually line up just with the base of that stripped Oakwood you used on the last wall you’re going to build this seven blocks off the ground and move it along here I will show you exactly how long you have to Make this wall as I stop it right here so then from there you’re going to keep on moving you’re going to build up a stripped Oakwood pillar this is gonna come up nine blocks off of the brick wall you can then frame this whole space with this strip to Oakwood again coming Nine blocks off the ground and you can put another pillar in the middle just to create that kind of cross look as you put in these walls then from here we’re going to actually build it up we’re filling in the middle with smooth sandstone and we’re going to extend it Five more blocks up so five more blocks up with stripped Oakwood and smooth sandstone moving upwards so then from there we are going to start putting in some windows we’re going to just use the do these with some stripped spruce logs and some spruce stairs that are upside Down along with some brick stairs upside down from here we can just put some white concrete which will look nice with little individual window pieces using fences this is a very simple design but looks nice on a bigger wall like this just because you can put in two of them And they are pretty big again remember the texture areas like this as you build it functionally into your world and so then moving up we are going to put in a nice little trim just using dark oak gates and then above those we’re going to put in a few more windows these Windows are just with white stained glass there’s not much special about them space two blocks away from the oak than one block apart from each other except for these middle windows which are just one block from the middle so then just filling these in with white Stained glass and as we put them in we can put in some upside-down dark oak stairs and some dark oak trapdoors over the top and on the sides of it it’s then moving to the side we’re going to build up this one isn’t going to be completely complete so there’s not Enough room we’re gonna put this little andesite stair feature it’s basically just gonna look like a curved little piece that’s holding up the roof once we build it in and they’re nice to put in just another little touch to put in on the upper part of this build and then Just keep it going over to the side then moving from here all we have left on this wall is to sprinkle in a few leaves this is optional but I like the way that it looks with this style of wall right here so moving on to the back we are Going to build another wall this many blocks away I’ll pause it here so that you can see how many blocks we’re building it and then from here is just going to keep on moving backwards until it connects with the edge of the last building that we built as you can see Here it connects flush with the edge then from here we are mirroring the exact same wall design it will be inlaid a bit onto the last wall so you won’t completely be able to finish part of it but all the dimensions are the same and everything that we’re putting in the Same is exactly the same so you can just repeat what you did on the last wall over on this wall so now we’re gonna start the roof for this we’re gonna start with a layer of dark prison rain that’s going to be just one block and Even with the very top of this wall one block away and even and then we are going to put in some light blue concrete this is gonna be like the first roof that we built on the entrance gate but just bigger so we’re going to do two Layers of just a single block up then a layer of a double block up and then a repeat one block up double block up and we’re going to end up with two double line three double block layers in here you always have to count as you watch This it’ll keep on going single block double blocking it will end with a single block up at the top right here and then we’re going to mirror this same design over on the other side this is really just one building that you’re putting with all the sides are the same That are opposite to each other but it is just pushed into the last little building that we did I’ll stop it right here for a second so that you can see exactly the shape that we’re using for this roof and so then from here we’re just going to extend the dark prism rain Over the side this will come up just a bit so that you can see it overlaid add with the stairs and then the rest will just cover up the light blue concrete it will create a nice shape this doesn’t have to be exact but again just covering It up then putting some stairs on the outside so that they frame it we’re going to do this on both sides so that comes right on over the roof and then from here we can do a very very simple side design for this room so we’re going To start with is just bringing up stone bricks up to the top of this up to the last wall that we build from here we can put in a couple of windows and then this is optional I like to just push out the side of it sorry that is completely Optional and there’s not an exact science to it but this part with the andesite stairs is more necessary from here we are going to move in the wall so it’s going to move in one block into the roof so then is out live from the last wall that we build this is gonna Come in with some white little stained-glass so moving on from here we’re going to copy the exact same design onto the other side this is exactly the same I guess the only difference on the side is that the three wall they will build three windows on the lower part just because there’s not Enough room so moving on from here we are going to start building some pillars on top of this roof these are going to be in a pretty simple shape and they were going to come up even with the top of the roof at the top of the roof right At the very top will be built we’re going to put down some upside-down oak stairs from here we’re going to down a layer of 4hi white concrete with some holes in the middle to be windows on top of that we’re going to put down some stone brick blocks and then us a Couple stone brick stairs on the top of the white concrete is optional we’re then going to outline the edge of this stone brick area with a dark oak and then put on top some dark prism rain slabs from here for the roof we’re just going to build around the base with one Block on each in the middle of each corner then bring that up the next layer is gonna come up two blocks and then a block on top of each corner then it’s gonna come up two more blocks with a block on top of each corner piece and It’s gonna come up two blocks and the very center you can replay this if you like that part does look a bit hard but it is actually quite simple once you do it so then over to the other side we’re going to build the exact same Tower in There is no differences here so I’m going to do it quickly again just repeat the same techniques that I did on the last tower so now moving over to the middle we’re going to build in another Tower I accidentally messed up the dimensions here first try it’s going to Be exactly the same just set exactly in the middle the only difference is it’s going to come up a few blocks higher so the stone bricks are actually gonna come up two blocks higher than the roof we are then going to add in a third layer Of stone bricks but on top of this layer we’re gonna put in some upside-down andesite stairs on top of those stairs we’re gonna put down some strict logs I like to do an assortment of oak and spruce here but you can do whatever you like these are gonna come up four blocks With some holes in the middle then you’re going to put on inside that some stone bricks and then again put in some andesite stairs on top of it from here we’re going to start this roof design which is a bit complicated but if you look it over a couple times it should Make sense so build in a layer of light blue terracotta four high then get rid of these corner pieces that I did here so that it fits in build another layer three blocks high get rid of the corner pieces up on the top so that there it’s kind of going up up Up up down up down build a layer this time four blocks high just above the tops of the last blocks punch out of the corners and fill in the corners underneath it then build in a layer three blocks high this one’s just going to come around here without anything taken out on the Top then a layer another layer three blocks high just making a kind of plus on the top of it then one last piece coming up four blocks high you can then put down a couple dark oak fences and iron bars so to finish off this last roof we’re gonna just frame it again With a couple more pieces of dark prism rain just coming up over the roof again you’re just bringing stairs and blocks right up over it it’s not that hard just bringing it straight over to give it that framed look which really does add to it in general you just do it on both Sides bringing it through right to the center of the room in between the little towers we just built in so now we can build the roof for this next piece so first we’re gonna build up the blocks just one block higher on top and they’re Going to star on this roof this roof is harder to do exactly because there’s really not much that you are doing exactly this roof actually looks different than the roof I did last time because all you are doing it’s putting down some blocks one block away this Dark prism rain at the bottom and then yours out lining it with the light blue concrete as you come up so if you look here the light blue concrete will be brought just one block in from that dark prism rain and you’ll just bring it out you can design decide the pattern for This I’m not necessarily going to say block for block what weighs the best but you really just outline it bringing up I did two times up with a single block then up with a double block then again a single block then a double block but really this one’s up to your decision What looks good this one is less block for a block this roof just bring it up here especially on the backside as we come on over you’re going to see that as we put this in we’re really just eyeballing it putting down this dark prism rain then bring it up so that it Meets itself there will be some flat sections here the one important part you have to make sure you do is that it starts outlining the wall that you built and that you have one block at the very top that comes along just a one block Center for your building here so then we Can come and outline it with dark prison marine and then put in some spikes with ours brick walls our dark oak fences and our iron bars just along the top of this as we’re coming through then we can put down some blocks to outline it this time It won’t be quite as clean because we have this kind of diagonal moving a roof so at times you’ll just have to use blocks moving up to the side it won’t look quite as good as the clean straight roofs when you bring up the dark prism Rain but it’ll still work out you also might have two that come up a corner like right here and meet each other this is all okay moving forward and so then we’ll put some more on the back again just putting them up at your own discretion I’m not going to say exactly What block to put them on for this specifically one just sprinkling a few lines of dark prismarine through coming up to the top of this roof so now with that finished we can move on to our next building it’s going to build in this building here and I will pause it so That you can see the dimensions we’re putting it in with these dimensions here eV and from this distance from the last building that we just built I’ll stop it right here so that you can see and so then moving from here we’re going to start building this up this is gonna Come up thirteen blocks off the ground in reference to the tower that’s gonna come up to the top dark oak stair if you’re comparing them to each other but again 13 blocks off the ground then build it up all the way around to make this box shape this we’re gonna build Our roof on top of especially if these flat walls again remind you that’s very important to detail so from here we’re gonna do another pretty straightforward roof with a light blue concrete this is gonna come up two blocks then it’s gonna come up two blocks again it’s going to Start steeper than the other roofs that we built but twice up with two blocks then we’re gonna build build it once up with a single block and now we’re just gonna alternate single block double block coming up here’s the double block and then coming up again with our single blow And this roof is just going to keep moving up like so and then once we reach the top it will do the same thing right back over on the back side and so as we move onto the back side again we were just copying the same thing I’ll go through This one a bit faster as we move through it the same design just moving upward and then from here we’re going to actually fill in the edges of this with just regular brick as you see we’re just bringing it up to the edge of the light blue concrete just all the way up Through here and then we’ll use this later for some windows but right now what we’re gonna do is just put in some more spikes on every other block coming up again brick walls dark oak fence then just an iron bar I put them on every other ones that the dark oak doesn’t Connect with the building itself I think it looks a bit better we’re gonna do the exact same thing on the other side I’m glue through it a bit faster again just mirroring how it looks on this side we have a lot of symmetry in our buildings In this build and so then we are going to put along the top more spikes again we’re keeping a lot of these spikes in this build they add nicely to the feel of what we’re trying to do and these will be over some dark for is marine so Right here we’re gonna build a couple interesting window designs you might have to look over this a couple times because it is a bit complicated but just to stare two blocks then two stairs moving up in a slab in the middle if you watch it slowly we can then from the Very center of that bring it up and it’ll connect up to the top as another little dark prison piece that’s moving up we do this a lot on the roofs it just makes them look a lot better on all of your builds in fact you probably should consider that on your roofs having Little pieces that add depth and look like they’re coming up and wrapping around or over your roots just generally a good tip to go with so then moving up we’ll repeat the same thing and we will do the exact same thing on the other side same dimensions these are just Starting at the very edge right next to the spike that we put in and moving up and so then from here once we get this finished we will be able to work on our windows and sides so we’re going to add a bit of detail here these are just Upside down stairs alternating right at the top of the original that we built up then a couple blocks down then filling them in with a couple full blocks and then just putting a long stairs along the top to get that cool ridged look then we’re just gonna cut Put in a couple of white stained windows through here that just look nice kind of in the edge of this building we’ll repeat the exact same thing on the other side again just putting in these stairs occurring this nice like kind of more classical castle look you’d expect it to See it in and then moving on to the side we will do the same thing just offset down a bit so again we’re just putting down these upside down stairs set two blocks away from each other filling in the in-between and then putting in some stairs right here again repeating the Exact same thing on the other side on this other side aloft to take out a few of these later as we build up a tower but for now we’ll have them there I would also like to quickly say at the very beginning I forgot to show you Detailing the andesite pieces when I put in pieces like this with andesite it’s nice to put in some polished andesite so now moving on to the tower I will pause it right here so that you can see the dimensions needed and so then moving up we’re going to bring this up one block Farther than we brought the first wall up last time so that’s going to be 14 blocks off the ground so build every piece of this circle 14 blocks off of the ground as it comes up and this will dig a bit into those little pieces that You build into the edge of the wall in the last building this is okay just knock those out as you put it in then we’re gonna put in a layer of just oak stairs coming up again you have to use some oak planks and the piece of the Behind the pieces of the oak stairs that are still showing just to make sure the whole thing looks full and there’s no holes in it we’re into a layer of stripped oak logs above that then a layer of three high smooth sandstone coming across through this tower just Trying to keep some diversity in the different wall types of this towers and move up just because one giant cylinder is kind of boring you can knock in a couple windows here up to you there is going to repeat again on the top stripped oak logs a layer of one block Of that then a layer of just oak stairs coming along the top and then I put down some oak planks here to put them on because they will be upside down from here we are going to do a lair of three high stone bricks coming through these stone bricks are gonna Come three high just in between our next layer which is gonna jut out a bit on top of these stone bricks you’re going to have to put in some dark oak stairs I put a couple of these upside down kind of alternating these you do have an even Number on each wall of the circle so it will look a bit funky but this does end up looking okay if you put them in really you won’t notice it in the build itself then we’re gonna put in some stripped spruce wood moving along on top Of these dark oak stairs and slabs so they sit one block farther out and the rest of the cylinder then putting just some dark oak stairs and slabs on top of the spruce wood from here we’re gonna do a layer of stone bricks that is four high starting right behind those dark Oak dark oak stairs and slabs that we put in again for high and then we were going to start pushing that out so three times we’re going to build another layer of stone bricks each time pushing out the corner so that it approaches the stair it’ll get one block away from Being a full square right up here from there we’re gonna build a couple of these in the center space four blocks apart we’ll put down strips spruce pillars four blocks high and put these little white window pieces through the top of this and these will be on each Side just Center it in it and then from here we’ll just it finish up the stone brick square so that does push out to a square right above that from here this parts a bit trick you’ll have to wash it a couple times but we’ll put in these White concrete windows these will be pushed one blocks higher than the windows that we just did and pushed out one block farther so they come to a corner right here right underneath them you can put down two full blocks and two stairs that they kind of curl out we Will put down one of these on each corner just moving with it so then from here we’re going to put on a roof to this whole thing with blue concrete this roof will be very boring it will just be a singular pyramid coming straight up it’s not very Complicated you can knock out the corners like I did here if you like kind of boring the top you can bring up two blocks high shouldn’t be an issue so from here we’re going to have to put in some dark Oh around the top it’ll wrap around the top Of the pieces of white concrete that jut out and the very front piece of blue concrete that is showing you can put down a couple upside down stairs and then just do slabs top slabs for these dark oak from here we can start the next Roofing you may have to look over this a couple times because it is a bit complicated but were going to use light blue terracotta from here we’re going to kind of make the circle but it moves in so it’s gonna come around one block then we’re gonna bring it in one block except For these edges that’s going to come in two blocks again watch over this a couple times to see what I’m doing because it is a bit complicated as we build it up but essentially you should reach this shape once your two layers in and these will come up two blocks high From there we’re going to just build it up one block in from there and then build it one block up to the top I will do it fairly slowly on this next roof so you can get an idea again you’ll just have to watch these a couple times to Get the idea of what this roof is I would say it’s the hardest roof in the building even though it’s probably the smallest it is kind of complicated so just watch over it a couple times try and get the shape down if you get it a bit off doesn’t really matter we’re just Looking for this kind of cone almost mushroom look because this is more of a fantasy medieval themed castle that we are building so I’ll go through it a bit faster this time we’re just building in this exact same roof on all four sides we can also add in between them just Dark oak stairs coming up through the blue to frame up towards the top again more of this framing and we’ll do the exact same design right here for this top roof again just coming through we’re repeating this same thing and then we can completely frame off this light blue concrete roof in between It and put a bit of a cap on it with some dark oak stairs that will come to a circle it always takes me a bit to get them exactly into the circle but it should work out from down here we are going to build in another little piece Again I showed you here how to detail with andesite you want to do smooth andesite and andesite this is just another little framing on that we’re gonna use underneath each of these windows to add in a bit more depth they’re just again some blocks and then upside down stairs underneath them so That’s actually the end of this build itself from here I’ll show you a couple embellishments that you can use along the edges when you have extra space you can add in these little stone pieces like I just did there again not necessarily but you can build them in Very simple well and then to round off the rest of the space all I do is put in stone brick walls then do these very very simple oak plank roofs where they’re just literally just contouring the shape and just moving up just placing oak oak slab sorry there’s gonna Kind of round out any space where it looks too square you want to get the oval look for this build so any space that is open or there’s too much of it you’re just going to fill in these walls again not block for a block just try and Give it a round shape just put in this roof again this roof is literally just following whatever shape you make and then building it up I can’t do block for block for this because you’re really doing it differently each time that you build it like I did if you look on the Other version of this castle that I did I built these slightly differently it’s then just putting these in you can also knock in a few windows just to give more to the build with our fences in these extra walls that you build out just rounding out any extra space that You have alright so now we’re actually finished the build I just wanted to go over the couple last things that really put this bill together and this is texturing and terraforming I talked about texturing in the beginning but it is very important just looking at these two versions of the build it’s obvious How big of a difference it does make so just keep that in mind when you’re building this and then the other thing is the terraforming so this build looks very good when you terraform it it just brings the whole thing together so you’re gonna want to build it on some Raised land you can really just raise the land after you build it or do whatever you like but the trick to this is putting in these little rock spikes that come up just bring up rock pieces putting slabs on top then sprinkling leaves through it you can also use walls If you like I didn’t here but then you also want to actually bring it up the walls so the stones actually encroaching it’s not on a flat surface from the looks of it and that’s why especially a lot of these walls there’s a lot of open just stone Brick on the base that would be kind of boring alone but if you look at it when we actually put this rock kind of encroaching up it it makes it look a lot more interesting and just better in general so definitely take that in mind compared to that will work it makes to Build a castle like this this terraforming is a drop in the bucket and we’ll make the whole build come together a lot better and then personally I just like how it looks kind of having an entrance that is elevated so you have kind of like an aisle coming into it and If you see in the original video that I did if you do want a bit of insight into how I design things like this I did a previous video talking about how I designed this castle originally I put it into a lake just because I like how that Looked on the lake Island it’s of course not necessary so thank you so much for watching this video it really does mean a lot that you’re here and especially if you made it through a longer video like this please consider subscribing the classic TV show if you liked it this did Take quite a lot of work to get this all compiled into a tutorial format with that said I have a great time making this video I hope that you have a great time building maybe you can take some inspiration for this and if you do rebuild the entire thing wow that is awesome Shoot me some pictures it would be absolutely awesome to see this and with that all said goodbye and as always stay classy my friends see ya Video Information

In this Minecraft build tutorial, I go over how to build a medieval fantasy themed castle. Here is some insight to how I design a build like this – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HnVGzBx5ZJ4&t=56s Thank you for watching, if you enjoyed please consider subscribing! Stay hydrated taking on a project this big, best of luck 🙂 Stay classy my friends, Kiwi . . Common question: how many blocks are needed? Answer: This is rather hard to give exactly. The reason for this is that for this build to look good, you really need to texture it (I go over this at the beginning of the tutorial). Texturing is random and with a build on this scale, that randomness can mean that the number of blocks I use may be hundreds off of what you use. That said, here are some estimates for ONLY THE BLOCKS YOU USE IN BULK, WITHOUT TEXTURING. It will be very off, but will at least get you started. Remember that for each of these blocks, you’ll need a lot of their texturing double (again, reference the info I give at the beginning). -4500 stone bricks (again, ~half of this can be cobble and mossy cobble for texture) -2000 light blue concrete (~half can be light blue wool or light blue concrete powder) -1000 smooth sandstone (~1/3 can be sandstone) -700 light blue terracotta -550 stripped oak wood -500 dark prismarine -500 white concrete (~1/3 can be diorite) -350 oak slabs -330 stripped spruce wood. -300 andesite stairs (~half can be polished andesite) -300 dark oak stairs -300 dark prismarine stairs -240 white stained glass pane -230 dark oak fence -200 dark oak slab -160 dark prismarine slab -150 stone brick stairs -150 andesite (~half can be polished andesite) -120 oak stairs -100 oak planks -70 stone brick wall -60 iron bars -52 dark oak fence gate -50 dark oak planks -40 dark oak leaves -40 andesite slabs (~half can be polished) -32 dark oak trapdoor -20 spruce stairs 20 andesite stairs (~half polished) 20 andesite walls (~half polished) . .
