Follow our twitch twitch TV slash camera and Joe but without further ado let’s get right into this so the other day I was contacted by another youtuber called rep X elated he said that he had managed to find perhaps effects for the messing and ditions button bug and an easy way

To get it back we spoke for a little bit and he told me how he did it so I forced it up on my community tab asking people to leave their PSN stand below if they were messing the editions button now to my surprise there was a lot of you who

Were experiencing this issue right and a bunch of you did comment but I did end up ending up three different people to test this method that one but sadly of all the three people that I had up all three actually had only got the game and stole digitally so they could not test

It out and it won’t work for them I did end up heading up another two people though who did have the game on disc and I would the test that we did do it came back as a 50/50 for one person it worked fully and he had the game in the

Editions button again and for one person that didn’t work at all so yeah so for those of you who have never actually heard of the missing editions bottom bug or even the editions button in general allow me to give you a quick rundown since the release of Minecraft

PlayStation 4 barrel crashing way back on December 10th 2019 players who own the old edition of Minecraft the legacy edition or depending on who you ask the console Edition got given the ability to download baroque edition for free and got access to the editions button if

They wanted to switch back to the old Edition from the new however many players within the community for some reason didn’t get the editions button even though they owned the old edition of Minecraft and now after six months of waiting we still have got no editions budding for some players but now that

You’re all caught up let’s continue now I do want to see this before we jump right into the tutorial as a bit of a disclaimer this method only works for Minecraft PlayStation 4 console Edition desk owners if you have a baroque Edition disc it will not work now

Additionally if you don’t understand the difference between the new edition crap the neo-traditional minecraft I should probably fling some for upon streaming of the new edition as enough links are up on screen probably running about now of the old edition now additionally a lot of additions here I like to just add

On top of all the information we’ve already a ninja shit right there that f you have bought minecraft on the PlayStation 4 store after December 10th 2019 you own the PlayStation 4 baroque edition not the legacy Edition and you will not be I guess entitled to the editions button the editions button is

Only given to players that actually owned the old edition of Minecraft so if you didn’t own the old edition don’t expect to get the editions button if you don’t already own it now I’m gonna go over all the steps on how to actually fix this but what you need to understand

Is all these steps are a little bit complicated at first when you first try it out so it’s a little bit too complicated me speaking about them look down below in the description or in the pen comment I should have every step 1 to 8 and we can go from there so step

Number 1 before you do anything really mainly is removing your minecraft disk from the console if you have your minecraft disk inside the console take it completely out before you do anything because that must be removed in order to do this correctly the second step is obviously going from your PlayStation 4

Home screen to settings and then from your settings to storage and then from storage to system storage and then from the system storage to save the data and then from there just simply select a minecraft I know I’m going a little bit fast but I will have all the folders on

Screen on exactly what you need to do once inside your safe data area for Minecraft you want to delete two files name that saved data there should be two of them you can’t miss them they’re very easy to see and it should be the very

Very very top of this save the data area now you do not and I will repeat this once more do not delete any other saved games otherwise you will be permanently deleting your worlds and you cannot get them back now for step number four you

Want to make sure the disk is stolen say the console you definitely removed at this point and you want to delete slash uninstall minecraft don’t worry you won’t lose any worlds one still you need to put the disk back into the console and it should immediately start

Downloading the update version at 2.0 a or whatever update you’re on now what you want to do is press star application without updating it’s not very hard but you want to press that specific button star application without updating from here you will be loading up into the legacy edition of Minecraft and

Want to do is simply load up a new world and play on it for a few minutes you know one or two minutes it doesn’t matter then just excellent save and then close the application let the game fully download once the game is downloaded load it up and boom your additions

Button should be there but yeah guys after doing all those different steps and wonder you should have your additions button back but if you guys do know I do apologize no listen I’m gonna have another video coming out hopefully next week talking about how to get your

Additions button or if we can find a way on how to get your additions button f you are someone who owns the game digitally but if you currently only date like the entire game and one on disc there should be effects for however just remember this is more like I guess a

Troubleshoot as opposed to an actual for bug fix you know this is more of a I guess not perfect this is a permanent solution for anybody he does the step you walk your additions button hopefully forever but if the next update comes out in a bugs out and you lose that again

And you know you can just do this again or what not but I would like to just remind everybody before in the video that listen this is not a parent and bug fix I’m trying to help the community out the same way as rip X laters we’re just
