That game is gonna be Minecraft and that the skill is going to be speed running so I’m going to try to learn how to speedrun and you guys will see the beginning of that Journey right now because I’ve never actually tried to do it before so this is like

Minecraft I’m gonna try to beat the game right now in hardcore mode without knowing anything about how to speed run how about that except for like YouTube videos that I’ve seen of other people so I haven’t looked up the steps I’ve looked up anything this will give us a

Good idea of my starting place my strengths my weaknesses and what I need to work on okay that’ll that’ll give us a good place to start and then we can assess from there and you guys can give me little tips and tricks along the way um okay so this is a little bit

Embarrassing that you can see the worlds that I have been creating and that I have tried to beat Minecraft on Hardcore Mode several times uh okay yeah just don’t okay so while this will give you a good visual history of my of my relationship with Minecraft I guess

Um let’s see about it over a year ago I created this hardcore world called I will never die I did die in that um so then I created this world called No More hardcore worlds and uh then I got bored of that and I said you know what [ __ ] it hardcore mode

Uh played that and then I died then I made another one that I died then I made another one I died and then I made a just a regular Survivor world and uh and I don’t think there’s too much going on in that one okay so

Oh God I need what do I need I need ender pearls and also I need blaze rods that’s right sorry I’m also a little rusty um with my Minecraft lore and whatnot uh so let me get some so I think what I need to do is get some iron I’ve always

Seen speed Runners they go and get iron first for some reason something in their sick little heads tells them that tells them that they need iron so that’s what I’m gonna do first and then uh Then I then Danny’s gotta go well I’m gonna go over there and get

Some Stone first that way I can get stone tools that probably seems important um I think that they want Iron because they need to make a flint and steel so that they can make a nether portal and get to the nether and also they need a

Buck you need a bucket and also I’m gonna kill these sheep so I can make a bed let me know if you guys can hear the game all right where’s the timer I need a timer oh [ __ ] uh [ __ ] what um okay hold on hold on pausing is allowed

Speedrunners do that before I could have sworn I’d seen speedrunners kill the Iron Golem like that does anybody can anybody provide a someone said assassinated uh you have to hit the legs trust me okay can anyone provide any insight as to why that happened does it need to be four blocks tall okay

How to kill iron golem hit the Iron Golem and run away quickly dig down three blocks with your shovel hit the Iron Golem Dig Down uh stacking up okay please note this method is recommended for Minecraft job Minecraft hit the Iron Golem and run away quickly ensure you have three blocks in your

How to speed run Minecraft gather basic supplies chop some trees and mine some Stone then craft a stone ax and a stone pickaxe okay I know that find the village uh once you have an ax and pickaxe look for a village near your spawn location okay

To progress sorry if you can hear my dogs barking to progress to the next phase you will need four iron ingots so you can kill the Iron Golem find the desert temple and open the treasure chest at the bottom craft a bucket and find a lava pool

Once you have the iron ingots craft and iron bucket the bucket is needed to carry lava and water make another portal okay I’ve seen people do that not exactly sure how that whole thing works that seems kind of tricky stay hydrated thanks gang I’ve got a Lacroix here a good sparkling water

Okay I need to find a uh a lava pool or a nether portal or something oh might as well kill some sheep while I’m here uh where are lava pools are they like usually in the desert or what it’s a flat earther thing oh were they like looking around my

Minecraft world and saw that uh there was no curvature on the Earth it’s a good point I’ve been up pretty high in the Minecraft world and I’ve never seen the curvature of the Minecraft Earth I’m starting to think the Earth might be flat after all underground lava pools are commonly

Found in deserts or underwater okay so I gotta find a desert then do I maybe I should go up high gosh so you really gotta luck out excuse me um you really have to luck out if you’re doing a speed run and just hope you get spawned into like the most beautiful world

Where you’re right next to a village and a lava pool and you’re pretty close to the stronghold is that what that thing that’s that’s the place where the portal is I do believe iron bucket is a must uh yes it is and lucky for me I have

Many ingots I actually have so many that you would be sick if you saw how many I have so don’t ask again unless you want to spend the whole night in the ER you have to dream all right I’m guessing speedrunners don’t often look at their chat while they’re doing

It as well it seems like that would be kind of uh a hindrance to the concentration that is required honestly I’ve made it pretty far without dying though I mean like this when I played Minecraft before I feel like I would have I probably would have died by
