Hello everybody and we’ll come back to our let’s play world I am mr. envelope and it is good to be back it’s been a while it’s been a very long while since I’ve done anything on this world with you guys but it feels good to be back

You know getting back into recording I’m slowly getting there guys don’t worry if you haven’t been keeping up with my other series i explained a little bit there and I’ll explain it again here um basically just tons of family stuff going on taking care of people from

Recovering from surgeries um there was a death in the family and you know I’m just trying to well trying to do my part in the family and keep everything together and that means taking a break from YouTube and everything so that’s where I’ve been but things are starting

To get back into the you know the normal routine I’ll be uh you know more active and everything in the coming week I think I hope as stressful as everything has been I’ve been really wanting to get back into YouTube because this is becoming tons of fun you know this is

Like my outlet my source of creativity I get to have fun when i do youtube stuff and it helps me relax you know is like stressful as stressed as I might get from you too it actually I’ve become so used to doing YouTube stuff it’s become part of my routine and everything but

Anyways things are we getting things should be getting back to normal hopefully I’ll be able to talk in new videos again because I’m seeing now in the last couple videos I’ve recorded I’m kind of losing my touch I mean if I ever had one um it’s hard it’s hard I’ve like

If you go a while without doing any YouTube stuff you kind of lose like the rhythm that you had you know where at least I do that’s what I find um but anyways enough about that let’s get right back into the episode as you can see i am working on destroying the witch

Farm because as you know 1.9 broke everything yeah the switch farm design doesn’t work anymore and I I knew that there was a new design for 1.9 that exhume avoid made he made it on the season 3 hermitcraft world and he made a tutorial about it before and everything but um

Yeah there’s a new design and that’s what I wanted I want to do I want to work on that I want to make a witch farm again have it work and the new design is actually a lot simpler to sow thistle this will be fine this will be fun i’m

Gonna go ahead and keep on destroying this whole thing and I’ll meet up with you guys and once it’s all gone alrighty guys it’s all cleaned up everything is gone and honestly it’s kind of crazy because this is like the first farm that I’ve built in this world um so I have

Like absolutely nothing crazy going on like this was as crazy as I got well go ski and I had to go mining for all the resources to make this stuff like all the iron for the Pistons all the iron for the cauldrons the trip wire hooks I

Had to talk in a bunch of string which is dawn because of that 1.9 bug and the snapshots let’s go ahead and sleep real quick um it’s just crazy to take all this down and then now you know we’re kinda a lot better off because I just

Ran back to the house real quick to grab a bunch of hoppers and I had a stack already made I had a stack of Pistons already made like I was things are good going a lot better now you know but anyways let’s go ahead and get started

On this farm as I said before this is a farm designed by exhume avoid so if you really want to go check it out i will put a link to his tutorial down in the description um because i’m gonna be following it myself and I’m just gonna

Go ahead and get started now this is a really easy farm like I watched the video a couple times already and i gotta say i think i got it mastered and watch me say that and I completely mess it up but I’m gonna go ahead and place these

Hoppers down temporarily and then I’m going to shift click these other hoppers into them so they’re facing into it and then I got to remove these because like I said these are temporary all right all gone and now I gotta put all of these hoppers shift clicked into each other so

Basically they’re just going back and forth and you can kind of see right now every time an item goes in this hopper this comparator is going to read it send to falls to the piston and extend it let’s go ahead and take this out because that’s not what we want right now and

Then we’re gonna grab the sticky pistons that I actually didn’t have in my inventory we’re gonna we’re gonna put these down right here I got a 1.9 you’re killing me we got to get these on top right here and we’re gonna put these all the way across like so then we’re gonna

Get redstone blocks that I also didn’t have in my inventory we’re gonna put those across right here so that these will stay locked and everything looks good now we’re gonna get unhooked we’re gonna get another block I should probably get that string out of my inventory we’re gonna get more blocks

Put these on top like so and then we’re gonna get require hooks not prepared at all we’re gonna put these all along right here like so and then that’s like the first layer that’s it it’s pretty easy I think so um and that’s like the first layer now how this farm is going

To work there will be string all the cross just like the last farm that we had every time a which spawns it’s going to activate the trip wire hook in the string there’ll be water here I guess I can go ahead and put some down I don’t think it’s gonna harm anything Oh

Where’d that go all I hope it info this is a kind of expensive um anyways let’s put down let’s put down a bucket of water okay that’s not working the way I wanted it to okay so here we go ah there’s going to be walls on the side so

The water is not going to flow that way but the water is going to push the witches all the way over here there’s going to be a really long trench as you can see all the way down all clean it up so it’s more defined and everything um

We’re going to go ahead have the witches spawn they’re going to fall and we’re going to collect all the drops down below and that’s pretty much it now what i gotta do is repeat this three times all the way up to the top for all three

Of the different layers as you can see right here and that’s going to be it pretty much so let me go ahead and do that and uh well go ahead and clean this up a bit more alrighty that’s it that is pretty much it now i went ahead and i put some

Of the glass down I filled one item in each of those hoppers because that’s what you’re supposed to do I haven’t done the middle or the top layer yet that’s why those pistons are not extended but anyways if you come over here you can see what I was talking

About if there’s a water source here and a witch is standing let’s say here in this column the trip wire is gonna release the water basically and then the witch is going to get pushed off into the edge that’s pretty much it I can go

Ahead and I guess fill this all up with glass if I want to constantly like monitor the witches inside there’s going to be no light in here because we still have this roof and everything got a patch up that hole and that blocks out all light levels inside of the area so

Witches will spawn even in the daytime because the lightness will be zero those torches will be gone of course and let me just go ahead in case I forget let’s go ahead and put some torches down here too just in case which is start spawning and I get into some deep trouble but

Yeah let’s let’s go ahead and keep doing some more of the little things I’m just going to go ahead and do some fancy YouTube editing and show you guys the rest of the progress of me building this thing and I’m going to jump that’s so here we go you

Ok guys so everything on the witch farm is pretty much done as you just saw it is looking pretty snazzy and everything and I know I had said or I think I said I thought about at least making the witch farm look like an actual witch or

Something but I don’t think that’s gonna that’s gonna fit into a like I know the whole industrial looking farm doesn’t really fit in with this area either but i don’t know i think if i made it look like a witch i think it would just be

Really out of place and even kind of creepy i feel like if i made it look like a witch that’s something to do like on a server you know but I’m gonna probably leave that like how it is and everything as you might have seen to like there’s a couple of witches that

Spawned so it actually works that’s that’s a good thing I’m really happy that it works and I need to come up with a way to get down into the collection area because like I said I’m not going to have the item elevator anymore i took

All that down i did a bit of cleaning up and everything even around here i did a little bit of work too so i hope you guys like that but i was thinking for a collection area you know i need to have a way to get down and what if i built

Like a witch hunt like an actual witch hut put it in the water like right there something and have like an entrance down underground like I have here because this is right now my only way to get down and honestly I don’t like it it’s like in the middle of the water it’s

Like out of the way if I make that which shot that I was thinking of over by a walkway and everything I think that would make a bit more sense and as you can see right here this is how it’s gonna be I’m gonna clear i’m gonna close

This part off so the witches fall on these hoppers and everything um and that’s pretty much it because that way you know just to make sure everything lanes in the hoppers like items and stuff because I’ve come down here a couple times and there have been items

Here and I want to clean up this area for sure I just need to come up with like that like I said that tunnel and I think it’ll probably come over here off to the side you know come down and everything I think that’ll be good and

That’s pretty much it and then of course down here woohoo um I got to make like the actual collection area and one thing that I actually do need to do is light up all of these old tunnels that I’m not using any more like over here I put down some

Redstone torches this is where the item elevator used to be I need to light it up so things won’t spawn in here so the spawn rates at the witch far more more our better and I think I’ve done a pretty good job at lighting up the whole

Cave system all around but anyways let me go ahead and do like a bunch of the dirty work and then we’ll build the um what’s it called the UH the witch hut which I’ve yeah there we go alright guys so I was just thinking it’s probably to

Be really boring if I you know focus on the tunnel right now and I really want to get this episode out at a decent time because it’s already been a couple days since I started recording what if we built um the witch the witch hut now and

What if we didn’t put it in the water I think in the water would actually be kind of ugly and probably a little difficult to make that tunnel from the surface to the ground it just look kind of weird so why don’t we put the witch

Hut actually like right here we can use these let’s get up here we can use these pillars right here as some of the supports because this is actually it’s almost as wide as I wanted it to be but this is fine we can go ahead and go

Along with this actually let me go ahead and take these down I’m not going to try to build this exactly like how which Hutt’s look and everything I think that would be a little boring but well we’re gonna keep the general same design like using the wood and everything I think

That’s going to be good in fact I kind of want to push this back one more um just cuz I don’t think that’s I don’t know I’ve because I’m thinking there’s going to be like that little outshoot like the little platform and everything or maybe I could just keep it like this

I think that would be fine okay okay then maybe we can put this right here we got to put this there we need we’re gonna I’m gonna have ladders that’s going to be the way up it’s gonna be ladders and that might be kind of annoying but I think I figure if I’m

Like at this this Y level I can just like jump up like half the ladder and to make it to the top let’s take this down for now I’m gonna have to take all these down to probably up to here oh i thought i had soaked

Touch on that oh well I have more jungle leaves it’s all good okay so that’ll be there I honestly kind of forget how the witch hugs will look now that I’m building this I kind of forget like what I’m trying to replicate let’s just clear this whole area like so yeah and then

You know maybe we’ll bring this over to the side I think that’s one of the things this was a little bit wider come on all right and then we’ll have like which Hut house wall in there because I know they’re pretty crammed and then like a doorway uh-huh this will probably

Be oak wood except if I won’t be able to see it much uh-huh wait what oh is that is that actually it this is a really small build I don’t think I anticipated that I might make it a little bigger than but this also looks like perfect size wise I don’t know guys

Maybe bring it one more back let’s bring it one more back okay yeah this I think looks a lot better I think we’re gonna go at this um let’s go ahead and throw this junk out uh-huh okay um those who go there those go there probably and

Let’s put so that course turd that I had back oh come on course course course um I have a lot and then that one regular dirt we could put those there like I said we’ll just have like that probably like so and then i’ll put the ladders up

And everything I think that’ll be good in fact let me do that really quick just so I don’t forget huh awesome not gonna need this many ladders but it’s fine oh my god are you serious let’s actually just do that I don’t know why I always try to make like a number that’s

Divisible by seven so there’s no leftover sticks but this is fine yeah I think that’s pretty pretty decent let’s go ahead and get this guy right there I know mmm I feel like something’s wrong right here but that’s it’s gonna have to be fine let’s also get some dark oak

Wood so it kind of matches the outside right there we’re gonna need a crafting bench on the end song because I need one oh my god I can’t craft sir okay I need torches so bad um and then I think probably just like the little windows the little witchy windows

Do I really want those they’re probably might as well we’ll just have them on the sides on the back we’ll be we’ll have a cauldron but something else that I wanted to put in here because I thought it might look a bit which e is a enchanting table because which is which

Is like to read right is that a thing good do witches read i’m not sure but we’ll put that in there in case this which likes to read in fact thinking about it I’m pretty sure I’m the witch in this in this situation um yeah let’s

Go ahead and use some dark oak wood I wanted to you know where did that come from I wanted to get some counter space maybe like that and then I’ll put like a cauldron right there and then this will probably a trapdoor leading down super simple um let’s put this there ah let’s

Get that brewing stand zip zip zip these are all hmm maybe I can get some nether work growing in this forest because I’ve noticed this forest is kind of dingy like it’s really it’s really dark and everything and I like that but I wanted to add like some cobwebs around here and

Stuff just to make it look a little more creepy i suppose i really like dark oak forest because of how dark they are um yeah kind of dub but yep okay so that looks pretty good I’m liking how this looks and now let’s just there on the

Roof where is this guy there is I don’t know how he spawned I let this place up perfectly I’m perfect anyways um so this is the roof that I have going and honestly it’s nothing special that’s why I just cut it out pretty much I wanted

To make sure that I could do this and make it look nice though so here we go beautiful um that is actually pretty cool I’m liking this a lot um it’s oh well it’s as basic as a you know a build can get pretty much but that’s what the

Witch farms are they are pretty basic builds and they’re nothing too special so I think this is a success uh let’s go ahead and fill this part up I probably should have patched up that little hole back there but you know what I’m gonna leave it

Just to mess with people go ahead do that I really like the windows this is something I do a lot of the time anyways I’m thinking too let’s go ahead and make it feel even more cramped um there we go that way the winter it’s not just like

You know perfect square and whatnot this is pretty cool and then like I set up with the trap door right there so I can get down it’ll probably just be like a straight job you know because I don’t want to be climbing no ladders and then

I was thinking they get back out i’ll do some minecart elevator magic right here so it’s like you just right click on the minecart you know to teleport to each one and then you get up super quickly and i think that’s gonna be good so check this out guys I should probably

Make a door but I think this is done and I think it looks really good and I’m very happy with everything that we’ve done today and you know what as I was making some of this episode I realized that last episode I built that giant mob

Grinder so we kind of didn’t really need this to be like up and working like um that bad but you know what I’m glad I have it work in anyways because like I said this is the first farm that I ever built in this world and it’s the first

Really big farm that I think I’ve ever really built but this this one’s a lot easier but the one before is what I was talking about um and I’m glad that it’s working again cuz this way you know this thing has a use and who knows maybe I’ll

Do some decorating with this because I’m looking at it it is kind of ugly you know it’s nothing great um but anyways I’m happy that it’s done I’m glad everything is looking good over here too um let me know what you guys think of this little witch idea and everything in
