Hello everyone and welcome back to uh episode four of our all the mods n sorry I lost my train of thought so last episode we got our Tavern buildt and this beautiful ARS newvo building that I created I’m not a builder so um I did The best with what I could figure out I think it turned out rather well so for this episode we’re going to get into uh a couple things I think I’m going to start building the uh few things for the ARs newvo we’re going to build a farm And we’re also going to build a guard Tower cuz I think that’s needed especially with all the danger that seems to lur around this area because we we have a lot of danger lots of zombies and stuff like to come especially with that little Ravine there and I want my Villagers to feel safe so let’s get into it so what I’m thinking about doing is I think I can fit a farm in this little Plateau area right here I think it should look pretty decent here can’t remember how big the farm is I think it’s relatively small so we’re going to Build that right here what is this sulfur ore okay so we’re going to have the farm built right here um so some changes I made as well sorry my brain is scatterbrain seems ever since I got sick my sinuses have been awful so hopefully that nasal spray just took should help Us um so I did a couple things over here not too much I I need to figure out how I want to decorate it cuz like I said I’m not like the best at building I’m not the best at building so I’m doing what I can uh it took me a little bit Actually figure out this stuff uh I put a maaz bridge right here and then I use the stairs and some of its little um paths I kind of like these paths and hello there Mr Chicken how are you um no you oh what are the odds one egg huh I Think it’s like one and nine actually the odds but uh I kind of kind of put a retaining wall here make it look a little bit nicer and then I had to put a block of dirt here so grass will start growing these guys love to just hang Around around this area so I’m hoping once I get like a farm and a few odd things over Yonder um maybe they’ll start congregating back over here um but we we’ll have to see I might have put the tavern a little too far but I just kind of like how it looks over There you know it’s kind of like in its own little part and why are you down there Remington W ashcom um one thing as these videos start to get more viewers and people start commenting if you com comment your name uh and you want your Name to be part of the colonist uh just comment it below and I’ll start adding them in uh maybe down the road if we actually start getting traction I’ll make a patreon and you guys can support me that way to do it but right now we’re Just kind of doing these for fun just because why not I I enjoy Minecraft and creating content so wow my voice sounds really weird right now this is not my normal voice like with sinuses and stuff it just makes it sound weirdly deep so uh yeah or maybe I’m just finally Becoming a man all right so to actually create the farm it’s pretty simple which I actually have some of the things I need here let me get rid of some of the stuff that I do not need right now so really all we need is we need to make a Fresh hoe you know we always got to have our hes around us uh and then we pretty much have everything else we need in our inventory um there seems to be a zombie under me where is that farm farm so if we add this and we have our farm put This oh it actually use the other hoill okay whatever I didn’t think it would actually use the um already used hoe uh but let’s go up here and try and set this up I believe this is this the front yeah this is a gate right here Um probably put it I don’t know if I want to put it close to the wall like that let’s see here that doesn’t look too bad I don’t know if I want it to face that way really but I mean it’s not a bad place to face it let’s see how it looks Leveling up 2 3 4 5 so I might have to actually I don’t know cuz it puts everything back like that so what if we rotate it one okay rotate that one what if we put it down one I think that fits into the land better Um keep it up yeah cuz less work for him to dig out and then we can kind of build around this to kind of terraform it and there’s a little area you can go back here I don’t know um I don’t want to push this back too far cuz I don’t Want it to mess up the retaining wall um but this this might actually work and then we can kind of build down here to make it look better we have plenty of dirt to do that so set it back to level one so level one is just going To look like this for now which isn’t too bad fall down real quick um that’s the urban Birch what if we what does the medieval Birch look like I think we’re going to switch between medieval Birch and oh I got to replace it don’t I what’s that oh okay yeah I’m definitely going To go cuz oh W that gets that gets really big holy cow that gets huge I don’t think I want that right there so let’s go back to Urban Birch cuz I think that’s going to be the best where’s Urban Birch there it is we got Go to sleep I think I’ll put it really close to this how’s that look at five I think that should work perfectly fine once we get up there uh let’s see level one level one’s pretty simple so it is an actual farm right how Is it Farm or am I going to I think I have to put plots around it don’t I uh I guess we’ll figure it out as we go but for right now we’re going to select okay so we got the oh I don’t want to drop that super simple to actually Do uh now that he has it we can go to manage workers um what time is it it’s getting close to dark time so I’m going to let the day run out so that way we can get like a fresh Montage in the morning cuz I don’t think This one should take very long at all let’s put stuff in there um because it’s it’s a relatively simple build I don’t think he has to dig anything except maybe some of the stuff back here we’ll have to put some dirt cuz that’s required um but other than that it Should be really simple which there a couple of those laying there but I don’t think those were going to affect him so let’s let the day run out and we will get into our beautiful Montage All righty there we have it so here is our little farm uh it was it was really quick um I mean you’ll see the vid the the speed up it it is super quick so I don’t know how this works manage workers uh none of them are anywhere Near good for this but I guess uh Chetwood is the best so we’re going to hire him um now I’m not 100% sure how this works since there’s no real Farmland what’s it then so I guess we’ll see what he needs um when he comes over here so If he needs something he’ll he’ll tell us so chat should uh should be heading this way yeah Callum Chetwood yeah he’s he’s coming this way there he is look there’s our little farmer you go man look at him Galloping a along and he he looks like he needs Something uh there’s no guard I’ll work on on it uh if I had fertilizer Place more fields for me to get working okay so he does need Fields that’s what I was thinking so see at mine colonies so where’s the field oh it looks like that’s it right There I think that’s it this the field field yes so I need leather and some sticks and and the hay or pumpkin so let’s go grab that stuff what’s a fancy field oh okay okay well that’s something it’s a fancy field I guess basic field large Field oh so it looks like we about to build this as well a large field right here should do well let’s click it build building and then we also need to go to sleep all right so I think for the most part I’m just going to let let Him do his thing with uh this uh I will have to gather some stuff for him once he gets started on the field uh looks like it’s going to be like Cobblestone mainly and maybe a hoe I don’t know if it wants me to give him Farmland but this should look pretty Good and then maybe I’ll put another smaller Farm below it like in the front here that might work um we’ll see what does he need uh okay so he does have some of the stuff he needs already ready uh so need another Birch fence some more torches and some Cobblestone let me go Grab Cobblestone real quick that should be relatively simple oh that should be everything he needs and he should be getting to work pretty well look he’s doing a pretty good job I don’t know why he’s just using the pickaxe but uh I mean he has The uh thing we’re going to help him out a little bit small square I also it looks like there’s a composter H but I think we need to research that so for now now we just got to do this manually let’s put some plant materials in there this gives us a good Way to get rid of a lot of these uh berries and stuff that drop from these trees which get really annoying oh there it is you finished the field that’s not too bad actually oh here we go there’s another one um so I don’t know where he Got the water from he just kind of pulled it out of thin air but we do have to kind of fix up the uh spots put a little another little layer around it should do fine um’s so now that you got that what else do you need fertilizer um we’re working on the Fertilizer sir I have no idea how long this takes to do anything but you will get fertilizer soon and then you can start building stuff um but while we’re waiting on the fertilizer and now that we got this set up uh let’s go get the The guard Tower set up uh we need a bow which I think we should have string yeah we oh we have a bow anyways perfect so go to the guard Tower we’re just going to build one for oh we have two so I guess it’s easy enough it gives Us two we only needed one um cuz I think we’re only going to build one for right now cuz we really don’t have room for other um peeps yet I’m going have to like put some stairs here or something cuz like get a little Annoying jumping Up and down there um but I know where I want to put at least one guard Tower think the first one’s going to be like maybe right on this little Hill thing right here all right um I think the first guard Tower is going to be here military guard Tower guard Tower now what are we on what pack are we on we’re on Urban what about the alt oh wow that looks kind of nice then this is this one two three four five I think we could build one of each um let’s rotate it there we go why on this Platform it’s button up that’s it’s a good spot how far over here does It Go um goes a little bit can’t really see what stuff’s here it’s not too bad what about level one so level one will go to here we can actually probably move it over one let’s move it forward Two so it doesn’t go too far over this Edge there we go oh there we go that fits perfectly right there this is this is pretty simple first guard Tower so we set it up set build building and then we’re going to pause the Builder so we can do a little Montage of this build options build building all righty let’s give him this last bit of materials required resources and then we will unpause you and let’s get into a fun little montage All right so here it is it was another quick build which is really nice um and it’s it’s it’s fairly simple I mean it’s it’s a it’s a simple guard Tower there’s there’s not much to it I also find it funny watch like over here look at these Guys they kind of like hop across it and I have no idea where this tree came from this is really odd I don’t remember planting a um sapling here so let’s get rid of this cuz this is going to get a little Annoying Sorry Miss jumpies Mr Mrs Jumpies they’re just kind of jumping so what I’m going to actually try and do is see what is it oh I don’t want to give you food hi 25 gold what are your stats though strength 13 agility so decent stats uh let’s see what about about you Over here what about Zane honeycomb I don’t have honeycomb oh you would be perfect though um who else do we have we have you and you I think that’s it I don’t have honeycomb I could I don’t even have enough gold so I might just have to go with the Villagers we have for right now uh and make them into a um guard yeah these are not good um yeah I think we’ll just go with the Knight we’ll hire you oh make giv this an open bed slot cuz this is their sleeping quarters as well oh that’s kind of nice um we’re Going to need to get them some gear at least a sword all right so I made an iron tipped sword for our thing uh open requests fulfill so so yeah she has the uh iron tip stord so she or you say so wonder if it should have been Stone It looks like she can use stone tools and I didn’t realize that but she should be able to use that um I don’t have any armor I can give to them yet um I’m not sure what type of armor does it say yeah so they’ll attack anything um hopefully those pesky Um yes hope those pesy illers aren’t around anymore cuz they were last episode they seem have disappeared but you know they’re probably still wandering around somewhere I also noticed that our fertilizer is done so we can collect this and give it to our farmer um and then as well As let’s put more stuff in here we’re already out of stuff to give all right that should be fine for right now so inventory let’s give you your compost get a see you place more Fields you have a field what are you talking about you have a field right here Um let’s go with carrots there you go now you have your field right you good got to see you let’s get him a hoe looks like he can use Stone so I’ll give him a couple Stone hes oh we had a new child oh that’s kind of cool you got a little baby Villager um I do I I’m pretty sure I have carrots somewhere thought I did I might not maybe he can just pull them out of thin air uh carrot shouldn’t be too hard to find if not I could just give him wheat and we can continue to live off Bread soon we will need a warehouse as well can I help you uh let’s give you Stone hoe can I help you okay you have your hoe see he’s going to ask for some carrot seeds at least you’re going around doing your doing your tasks and stuff what a good little uh guard Out here oh wait never mind it’s not the child I thought that was the child right there I’m like holy crap why is the child just roaming free what kind of parents are these thought this would be a cool area but it turns out it’s not the best area Okay where’s the little child oh there he is look at him oh oh you’re so cute Hayden sea wash wals okay that’s kind of cool we got a little baby okay what do you want now what do you need can I help you uh I have influenza I need car I don’t have Any carrots now they’re starting to get sick they’re going to get sick and die I don’t have any carrots right now sir I need you to start start planting carrots so I went out and found potatoes but I couldn’t find any should clear you so I do need Carrots I can’t find any carrots so I’m been kind of looking around for carrots and stuff but I have not been able to find them this is quite the quink a dink so I have gone all the way over here found a couple Villages but none of Them had carrots so I don’t know if this way might have some maybe this way I am not sure at all I could have sworn I had some carrots but I need to clear the influenza before starts killing the villagers but we may start losing them uh you Know what what can I say all right so the next thing we need to start laying down is ours newo which we can use this gold for and let’s grab this coal as well we’ll leave the hay there for now um it’s almost night time though but we Do need this gold and I found some gos while gos gold while I was on my travels so should be relatively easy to do all right so for the RS new bow we need to clear out our inventory um so what we need to make is we need an imum chamber So we need two gold and we need the archwood planks which I think we should have some archwood laying around yes we do so let’s make an imbuement chamber we need one of these so let’s create that um we need an Arcane core which we don’t have yet cuz We need to make Source gems which good thing we found some lapis this so we actually need that lapis that I put away we only have seven though we’re going to need a little bit more than that um can we also make the scribes table where is the scribes table right There um so we need planks and wood which we should have both uh there’s this and the planks Perfecto so our scribes table where was it it is right here uh let’s go place these two in our building so my plan for this was to put imbuement Chambers on all four corners Which we can actually get this started so you get the imbuement chamber you put a Lapis in there for some reason the um the animation isn’t working normally you’ll see oh it is it’s right there that’s weird it put it it’s it’s kind of glitching but once this gets to 100% we Will have a source gem T we have the source gem yeah it was weird cuz it it put it over there for some reason but yeah here’s our Source gem uh our scribes table let’s see if I remember this way perfect so the scribes table is going to allow us to create Some uh different uh enchantments basically which we will actually need to create our book first which for the basic book we just need we need iron tools which good thing we have plenty of iron get us some sticks real quick like let’s make our sword cool one two three shovel Pick and an iron ax oh wow I didn’t realize we just did that also we need to check our Quest so let’s see what do we get we got a lot of stuff out of that I wouldn’t say a lot but we got a we got a fair Bit um I think a lot of it’s just XP um the other thing we needed was we need a book which I just put books in here so we need one book and then we will go into here click on this bad boy let see make sure it Doesn’t take that one all right so now we have our oh back to game that was weird so now we have our book which we have nothing on it okay so we press C and we can open our book so um in this base form you can Actually do some pretty decent things so we have projectile self touch so projectile it’s going to shoot a projectile self is just going to do whatever we say to us us and touch is going to be if we touch a block um so we could do touch and break so this could Be like mining my caps lock is on so Mining and then we create that spell and so now we touch a block it create it does it um and I’m not sure what my Mana is right now so it’s not using too much and my Mana regeneration is all right um What we will need to grab is some Source berries um those are very useful we’ll have to go mining some lapis as well um like I wasn’t going to get too far into it I just wanted to create some basic things um so we got this so now that we have Our book we can actually open this up um so there’s actually a lot of things so there’s different tiers to them as well and I think you have to have the certain tier book um for these so tier one is all this stuff um amplify is really nice so Amplifies thing and it will actually make our break to Diamond level which is nice um and it’s like an instant break which is really good for like Mining and stuff um bounce is really good so you can we almost basically fly uh conjure Mage Light is going to be useful as well So we need um a lann and a torch so let’s go grab that and cuz I want to that’s one of the ones that I want oh my game keep’s freezing it’s weird all right I think I might have a lantern laning around somewhere I know we definitely have torches yeah we have Torches in our inventory uh so let’s see if we have a lantern laying laying about if not I can create one y we have some lanterns right here so lanterns torch um so Mage Light Select and then we do one two and then it creates it this cool little animation at least This animation was working properly we’ll pop it up and we have it and then we just click and now now we go into oh didn’t mean to do that and now we go into open our book and go to spell slot two projectile and light and this is going to be light all Right so pressing V will pull up our little um quick selector so we select our light and then basically when we do it h we can conjure these lights like this also if we open our book and go into the color p we can actually change the Colors of it so now it’s a rainbow light so it’ll like flicker light and I think um if it’s correct yeah you can see so depending on the um Shader pack you’re using you can actually um get the actual colors to work so I want to use I think I’m going to use like a green I like green green is really good so should conjure green light yes perfect so this is going to be nice when we’re in caves so we can actually shoot lights really far away and we don’t have to keep crafting torches um so that makes it so Much better oh look he’s actually farming his ters perfect you’re doing you’re doing swell there uh Callum L uh Callum J check wood and we actually got a lot done today so that is really nice and it didn’t take too long I also added This Way Stone here um as well cuz I Found a couple while I was out searching Maxim what do you want 24 I don’t have 24 I am sorry she is still sick up here um well sir you should not be near her she’s going to get you sick what do you want okay sunflower I don’t even have Sunflowers I need to start Gathering materials oh there’s another guy in here what is he want is a fine day um what do you want say oh you want honeycomb which we don’t have honeycomb either which we could actually get because we’ve been getting a lot of um We’ve been getting a lot of nests around and there’s a lot of bees around us so we could easily get honeycomb and recruit him cuz he is uh he has some good stats actually let me see I find it weird how they kind of bounce on this I Don’t know why they bounce show stats so his stats are so much better um but I think adaptability is what we need for our um person there uh hopefully we can find carrots cuz we do need them surprised I haven’t found carrots yet I might have seen them and Just not pick them up but you know things happen uh we’re at least getting potato production in so we have a monopoly on potatoes which is nice uh we have the guard Tower this so I’d say we did a lot of good stuff this episode all righty everyone I hope you Guys enjoyed this episode we got a lot done today um we got the basics of ours Novo down that’s all I really wanted to do because I know we don’t have the materials um we might do some adventuring um next episode um I also want to get a warehouse set up um cuz That’s going to be useful too cuz then The Courier can start giving everyone material so I can load the warehouse up with basic materials like birch wood and Birch planks and all the other stuff that a builder will need so that way we don’t have to constantly be giving him Stuff also we need to go searching for some carrots cuz they seem to be elusive to us we got plenty of potatoes now um but carrots carrots is the issue maybe even build a restaurant cuz I know they’re going to get hungry um I might start getting into create Because that’s another mod that I I’ve seen a lot of gameplay of but I have not played it yet well I can’t say not I’ve not played I’ve played with it before but not to any like massive extent so there’s a lot of stuff I don’t know About it um and I think it’d be fun to work through it and if you guys have any ideas on what I should create with it soz I do want to get like a railroad um going through here um we’re also going to start upgrading some buildings I Think the Builder should get upgraded to level two because that’ll be extremely useful for us cuz it’ll build a little bit faster and it should give us some more storage in this thing so we make like custom builds uh we can just plop all the stuff in there cuz it has the Storage and he doesn’t complain about it um but yeah so I hope you guys really enjoy this video if you do like it please subscribe or leave a
