Foreign Foreign Foreign hello everybody and welcome to Minecraft’s next hardest mod pack today we are checking out survival Unchained so this is a brand new mod pack that just came out today or yesterday I’m not exactly sure but it came out like right now it’s for 1.19 and it is supposed to Be insane like Ultra Hardcore difficulty I I I’m assuming it’s going to be similar to RL craft but you have zombies that are going to be able to break through walls you have a bunch of like Adventure style stuff with like leveling up gear collecting gear there’s like Modifiers to combat there’s a bunch of stuff and we’re gonna cover it we’re gonna get right into it so let’s get going okay so oh hello hello we are in a village okay oh my okay what is happening okay I’m gonna take a step back so I can do Somewhat of an intro oh I don’t even know if I’m gonna get to make an intro hello there oh you know what let’s do this first before we get anything going all right so I’m gonna be try to be quick because we need to like actually get a base going before night time Because oh my gosh what is that on the what is that that okay we need to get something going for night time so I’m gonna try to be quick with my little coverage of this thing okay so we have Ultra Hardcore Health regeneration meaning we will not regenerate Health Unless we use special means like bandages and stuff which drop from mobs a lot of the mobs are reworked to have like crazy Ai and be like a lot more powerful a lot move a lot more weird I know skeletons can shoot from Far zombies like break through blocks I I Don’t even want to talk about Creepers I’m I’m terrified that’s gonna happen there’s a modified combat system which is pretty cool you can see when I attack I do a little crazy little thingy right here that’s kind of sick right oh yeah there’s also like an F5 mode if you guys Want me to I’m gonna play in normal mode for now but if you guys are planning or like want me to play in this mode let me know but I don’t think it I tested it I don’t think it works perfectly just yet that is the Komodo dragon I’m pretty Sure everything is terrifying okay you’re a cow you’re not terrifying I know we need to get some food hello sir oh gee what the no cow just attack me I feel like we can’t even leave the starter base okay I’m not gonna skip over that that cow just Attacked me we have lost almost all of our health already to a cow what is this a gym okay that’s cool so I guess we should like loot up this Village before we get going I don’t know if it’s intentional that we spawn in a village but it’s definitely Nice so we have to be a little careful here because like combat is a little wacky like look at this oh careful buddy I want to end your life oh oh a Komodo dragon are you no no no Temple over there that could have some loot for us I think For the first episode I’m gonna kind of do everything I can to avoid combat I don’t know how exactly easy that’s gonna be these things are all over the place and I’m a little terrified oh no thank you I don’t know exactly what all we’re protecting ourselves from here But we’ve done a good job only one death so far like right off the bat is cool all right here’s what I’m thinking the silverfish are mean yes But they go away after you respawn if we set a bed we should be safe all right we finned it off from the silverfish decent oh we crushed down here so we gotta figure out some sort of a strategy here I don’t know what happened to my backpack I I oh okay here we go we got a weapon we gotta think here there are like completely full chests page with skill what so much is happening right now oh whoa whoa whoa whoa what’s that doing Whoa what did I just get book of skills unavailable craft book of skills to unlock so we need leather paper Okay so this will be our first goal is to get skills going I would assume okay let’s get rid of all this garbage uh Rogue eye Huh I think that’s what we might need to uh go to the end oh we got a music disc we can Groove once we finally get a base going that’s going to get destroyed by oh there’s a whip oh there’s so much stuff here all right let’s start Throwing all our non oh we can’t break stuff I think that’s safe to break but like I’m nervous I’m very nervous to break things let’s take the emeralds that is a golden Scythe graceful Mauler of the frostlands are these fist weapons whoa okay so that’s seven attackings This is four but this thing attacks super fast that might be better unless something has knocked back I feel like we really need knockback we’re gonna take all these weapons and do a comparison you guys can let me know what else better than another thing I don’t know what’s happening but I’m Having a great time I probably like got unalived oh I got him oh we gotta clog the hole okay is there any way we can heal any bandages what what is there a bandage we can craft so a bandage uses string and then we have golden nuggets oh wait we do have bandages these are bandages okay that’s gonna give us regeneration okay Good so we okay first things first we should get a string Farm going that is the goal it’s over it’s over it’s not over and I think also eating a bunch of food might give us some extra Health somehow the sleeping gave us Health which is really good But that’s not gonna last long in this world okay where’s the exit where’s the exit where’s the exit the exits above oh hello there sir wonderful weather nothing beats a good night’s rest oh there’s enemies oh there’s enemies everywhere I see a tent we’re going to the tent oh there’s enemies everywhere Why am I so slow go go go go go am I like overweight or something okay I see enemies we’re gone oh no I think the first plan is gonna be getting out of an area with those guys everything I got everything okay go go oh okay there’s another Village okay let’s take refuge in the village this feels like a safe whenever you like get To a safe haven a video game I don’t think they have a waste Stone which kind of is unfortunate but they do have a smithing which might give us some pretty good gear let’s go on in here What was that you yeah get him get him get him yeah dude this is sick look at me go oh my gosh name one mod you’ve played where you get this kind of combat and action and base defending I mean we don’t even have a base yet but we’re gonna defend one okay So this sickle has lifesteal which is pretty nice because we might be able to get some health back and I know Mr Cow attacked I’m assuming Mr sheep attacks oh okay no more fighting sheep at some point we are gonna test the zombies attacking the bases which is kind of What’s scaring me and I want to see it happen but I actually want to have a base before we test that okay so there are bamboo spikes I was thinking about ways we can defend our base but I don’t see any bamboo in the area which is not Good because I know we need to let you can’t just skip every night because eventually there’s probably gonna be stuff like blood moons stuff that prevents you from like staying the night so I think it may not be the worst idea to set up a base somewhere in this area wow Get angry they fight as a team it doesn’t matter when I oh this oh no they’re zombies okay we unlocked some more Hearts from eating random stuff that’s good that’s kind of what I was aiming for all right sweet just found some flax huh wait is this Flex okay yeah flax Seeds Okay that is the one thing we needed the other thing we needed was bamboo which I’m hoping we can find I have a plan to get it I don’t like my plan and there is a flying ship right there that is also not part of the plan Two things I would recommend for sure getting are some flax and some uh what’s called bamboo so I think we need to go to here and then we need to find a way to get that bamboo back that we lost oh there’s a bamboo okay we’re good We’re golden okay now we just need to get back to base and we’re oh wait we want a bunch of this stuff too okay we’re gonna grab whoa oh that zombie Just Fishing rodded me we’re doing pretty good why are he’s like got so much armor on all right I Think it’s about time we get a base going so let’s find a spot we like I’m not cheating the system I promise so I don’t think it’s like I know I just unalive myself to get health back but I don’t think it’s gonna be recommended Later where did I get this I like that um I don’t think it’s gonna be recommended later because it’s gonna mess with our difficulty settings and we actually want to scale up oh you know what we also lost our bonus hearts that’s not good so we definitely don’t Want to okay that’s the last time we’re gonna do that all right Village as much as I appreciate the hostility or Hospitality we have to make our way away and Forge our own path that I’m pretty sure is a dungeon so we’re not strong enough for that but we will remember That it’s there oh you know what I just realized there’s a quest book introduction Brave New World I should have realized this at the start look what you get you get one of these that is probably I’m glad we didn’t waste it so sturdystone can’t be mined by zombies Exploit this effect to your base building strategies okay so we’re learning here it’s good we did all this before we ended up losing our base but I think we can be a little smart here hey buddy can I be like friends with I’m confused get a strafe got a strafe this is it this is it we got him what did we get saber of the Duelist and a pumpkin staff launches explosive pumpkins periodically summons Mrs Mr pumpkin that’s kind of cool okay I don’t feel like that was the uh Exact thing to do the first episode but uh we did it so we gotta be careful with our base honestly because every single block we build is just another bit that needs to be protected so what if we made it to where the zombies can’t get through so like a Little pitfall trap might be a good idea oh you know what I was actually about to go mine some Stone but I wanted to set up the uh the thing that’s probably most important to set up first and that would be well a chest yes we need a chest First so let’s put all this in the chest and then the one thing I do want to set up really quick involves the Terracotta that we harvested so we need five of that and it is already almost night time and then uh we do got to get a furnace going um That was just mean we gotta figure out a way to get some gear going soon oh this thing’s actually kind of sick stop I feel like the worst Minecraft player ever a faction battle why what did I do to deserve this I’m just gonna mine peacefully I’m not part of anyone’s faction here Stuff is just blowing up and I just feel like it’s my base faction battle ended does that mean one side one or something no how did you use me Broski okay oh you know what I have magic now too huh what do you think of that Oh yeah that’s what I thought I’m not part of your faction you better stay I’m neutral I defend my land all right so this is done smelting which means we can I’m just gonna stay over here let’s do this so we can let botany pots get to Work we don’t have a hopper just yet which is gonna be the goal but we can start growing some of this uh bamboo I don’t know how long it’s going to take it to grow but we need to get a lot of this going and eventually Once we get a hopper we can make this start going into a chest our first goal is getting a bucket I feel like lava will help a lot with this because we can make a trap with lava it provides light and we can also attack the iron golems With lava if we can’t find any iron oh this stuff would make good for a trap not a bad idea something to consider I know we should be mining like normal people but I don’t feel safe mining just yet he is not taking damage why are you oh no he’s taking damage Good now just don’t move all right we got to take another method at this I’m a little scared but it’s gonna happen you weren’t ready for range were you boom did we get enough for a bucket oh we got five we got more than enough for a bucket I don’t like that Get him get him get him oh huh dude you were my Ally what are you doing I just got attacked by my own Minion oh my gosh what is going on all right well anyways let’s grab this and head back to base yeah that’s what you get Karma right There all right I guess we can also follow through on the quest a little bit I think it wants us to do this this is the thing that can’t break so sturdy Stone interesting interesting uh click to submit I guess we could submit this and we get an extra sturdy Stone some XP Cornerstone anticidality is necessary material for any constructions Cornerstone of Street on its own in its own way interesting so ironing it in andesite we haven’t seen the anesite yet but that doesn’t seem like it’s critical right now what about this we can also hop into create which is the beginning and we Need andesite alloy so we gotta find a way to start getting some cobblestone as well so I know using Create we can we could find a way to make a uh Cobblestone Miner but I think we could just mine some for the time being all right here’s what I’m gonna do I’m gonna I’m gonna do this we’re gonna make an investment and I’m gonna go mine a lot of cobblestone I don’t think this is the worst idea to do all right that’s a little bit of cobblestone I don’t think it’s even close to as much as we need for this Whole thing but we’re gonna see how we do okay so we got 23 sturdy Stone which is pretty decent I don’t know exactly about doors though doors are a little concerning we’re just gonna have a one block tall house or like a two block tall house here is this A turtle oh buddy you are like 100 gonna be my buddy all right stay there I’ll find a way to make you my buddy so I think an important thing we might need to set up in the base is like an AFK spot for Cobblestone mining because You’re gonna need a lot of cobblestone for this until we can get somewhat of a cobblestone generator going it’s gonna be a little rough having a base I think it’s better to mine underground for now let’s just leave that right there and I know what everyone’s thinking right now it’s like Oh why don’t you just like sleep through every night and I know I mentioned the thing about the blood moon it’s like yeah when it comes I don’t think people realize I can’t just fight it out they will destroy my entire base ruthlessly I I think I don’t know I’m not taking the I don’t want to take the chance exactly what I was just saying oh my gosh are you kidding me there’s no way there’s no way oh oh crap oh no Are we safe I’m so scared oh my gosh I hope this holds the music is just that much more terrifying so you can I know it says there’s monsters nearby but you can’t even sleep during a blood moon oh no no no no oh he’s spawned inside the base that’s not Okay I still feel like I think we’re safe here’s my plan we’re gonna do this I don’t know how to make golden bandages okay all right I’m all out of cobblestone so if they break through here or like through my furnace area we’re done it’s over I I’m stuck in one block right now and I cannot Escape uh what’s it called of of Unchained survival Unchained we’re gonna have to do a lot of work getting a base that’s Actually safe but at least we have a spot that’s secured down and uh still make that
