Well hello everybody and welcome back to another minecraft video this is mythical sausage how is everybody doing oh man I’m doing great hopefully you guys are doing amazing because today we’re doing a very special video I’ve been getting a lot of questions asking me sausage how do you pick what blocks To use when you make a house how do you pick the color palette how do you decide what texturing to use and how do you go up out it and even setting that up how do you make that decision so today I’m gonna be making 25 minecraft starter Houses well just a facade but we’re gonna be making 25 houses each house is exactly the same the same dimensions the same look the same roof type but we’re gonna be changing the textures changing the blocks just to get some inspiration so you guys can make a decision if you Could have maybe in a house what are the blocks you’re gonna be using so let’s get this started do a little bit of a time-lapse and we’ll go over every single house alright let’s get it started right now with the first house the house you just saw this Is the most basic minecraft house you could possibly do with this color palette basically to soak we’re do you see some oak logs some stripped oak smoke planks with a cobblestone base any simple spruce roof as simple as you can get it so that’s your base if you wanted To start out with your basic minecraft style I think that’s the one to get behind especially most of them are like that in be a regular old villages and the place buyer but want to change it up let’s go ahead and now do some darker woods we’re gonna be easy some spruce Log with a spruce inner border and then switch it up this time we’re doing the reverse for putting the oak on the top on the roof so you can mix and match and bring it in some break on the floor and is that used a lot grit Florida trust me Use it it’s awesome now this will go a little bit of a darker tone to it so we’re gonna be bringing in the dark oak on the inside but then bring some acacia on the outside reading a little bit of that orange does make that pop if you Want to give that a shot I would love to give this a shot maybe in some occasion biome something oh no that’s all savanna red and it’s a panda biome they’ll be pretty cool now for this one we’re gonna be changing it up a little bit by adding Some of the white color some of the birch makes me birch on the inside with some darker words on the outside like the dark oak maybe a little bit of a stone base that also looks really really cool to want to give back carbon a shot now besides that we’re gonna go With a little bit of a stone interior now so we’re using the oak log and the outside stone on the inside and stone on the roof that’s a really cool combination you want to give that one a shot as well now we’re getting away from the words now how about adding some of The stone outer border with some sandstone smooth sandstone and regular old sandstone the inside with a stone roof that is a really cool combo as well now getting more stony into this how about we go with a regular stone and andesite cobble makes mixing a little Bit of mossy and now BC and maybe some of the dead coral so cool this very very almost like mausoleum look maybe you can get this as some ruins with this style very awesome combo if you want to get rid of all those words that go straight up stole everything which is pretty Awesome now this one it gets a whites in here let’s get some quartz let’s get some of the smooth ports let’s also get some quartz everywhere white everywhere it looks pretty cool give you a little bit of a Greek look now depending on this the the types of blocks are using You can basically change the whole style of the whole type of bill so that was almost like a greek-inspired you can still get that Greek inspire but maybe instead of having those smooth stones diorite yeah that’s right hire a Polish regular breaks it up makes It a little bit more worn in a little bit older looking when you had those blocks together now here I decided to bring in some of the the end so hardly ever used if I’m mixing in stone with some of the the oak oh so good with the Whites if you want to get that light color pallette those that we’ve seen right there is a go to now here this gives me that Spanish style almost Italian Mediterranean you get some of that terracotta some of the break some of the granite mixing those together also a really good Choice you want to get that style of shot now if you want to mix in that with some woods dark woods like some spruce some dark oak mixing on the roof on the middle section right there texturing up that’s an awesome combo also to give a Shot to especially if you want to get that Mediterranean Spanish feel to it now here love this combo some of the cobbles with the dark oak strip kind with some dark prismarine also a good shot if you want to give it maybe a little bit of Nor did feel you can even put that in some of our water but here we go check that out this one a little bit of the Asian Flair get used to that mushroom sand block with some of the acacia and the dark prismarine go to for any Asian inspiration right There so cool now I wanted to use that dark prismarine again but give it that underwater feel now I can definitely see this underwater with all those different prisons right there looks very very cool very very nice combination now over here go with the light colors again we’re Going with some of the sandstone some of these trip jungle wood jungle wood on the top as well with the planks going up in that roof style bringing that light color but it looks like you can definitely mix this in a any desert theme right I kind of like that the Adobe style mixing in with that as well now changing all that up how about we go with some spruce on the outside and bring in some of the red sandstone hardly ever used this but it’s such a cool combo especially mixing these together you can definitely see this at A western style with that red and the spruce combined the two together it’s a very cool combo that I hardly ever see now here how about some stripped dark oak mixed in with a little bit of browns different Browns how about some brown concrete some mushroom stem block mixed In with some dark oak slabs going up to the top into a point hardly ever use those combos especially when you’re mixing in those Browns or the woods how about mixing in some of those other Browns give it the other Browns some love how about give you some green love Right here so mixing in a little bit of the concrete of the green variety a little bit of powder concrete with some of the glazed terracotta I’ve never used it as a trim and some brick for the roof for that contrast contrast helps trust me so cool now with another update Coming I wanted to bring in a little bit of the nether in here so how about mixing all the Reds of the nether the retina debris the regular nether brick and some oh man so some of the lovely old now how about forgetting about the red it’s going some purple how about Bringing some of the end blocks some purpur with some end stone and bring it also the purpur with boom buck right that’s super cool now mixing those together you can definitely see this almost like an N city an end village that’ll be super awesome I do Wish though we had some n walls right maybe some purple walls something like that would be pretty cool so how about now we bring in some of the purple but bringing some of the pink with the outer border of nether break they give you a nice little roof combination with the White of that quartz now that color combo it’s beautiful I’ve never seen it done and I gotta do it more often these are really really cool to me now besides that how about we go completely in a different direction let’s bring in some of the white of the quartz and a glass Mixing glass different shades of glass into the walls never do that I never do that but I think this could be something to try out especially if you want to do something underwater with the glass – that looks kind of cool right kind of like that now besides that let’s go back Even further it’s go back to some wood again but how about mixing blocks that I never brick and never mix how about some of that lovely Oh hay bale sideways with some yellow concrete mixed in with some yellow clays terracotta and some spruce I like that I like that mixing in blocks You hardly ever use now how about this one let’s end it off in style with some ice little ice house we’re here with some packed ice regular old ice and the mixing is some snow blots with the diary yeah that’s right mixing a terror with snow it matches it Looks cool look at those dead bushes there well not really dead but they just dead coral but out of all of these which one was your favorite pick one let me know your favorite let me know if you got a top 2 or 3 – but out of all of These which one do you guys like the most I love more it’s hard to pick but some of those Spanish ones looking really cool and some of the dark prismarine combos the asian-inspired but there’s just too many to choose from so you guys choose for me also in the Conversation let me know if you’d like to see a whole village in one of these styles which one would I do and what violin should I do with it we know also in the comments section but
