Welcome back to Minecraft I’m Dave and today we’re gonna be building the Batman logo and rather than build you know kind of the old school logo with the yellow around the bat I figured I would go ahead and build the Dark Knight Batman Begins kind of logo for Batman I figured It would be a little bit better not only because there’s so many of those other logos on minecraft but you know I also really enjoyed those films and definitely thought the logo was really edgy and really cool so for this build it was actually suggested and requested by two different people so the First is Wilmer Sanchez and the second is my good friend nightjar gaming Slayer so I’m going to go ahead and link his channel in the description so definitely go check him out he’s a good friend and has always been super supportive of my channel so definitely check him out Let’s go ahead and get into the bill all right for this build we’re going to need one type of wool that’s black cool as you can see we’ve already got one block down so we’re going to go ahead and build up from here two blocks of Black water so one two now in that second block we added we’re going to build one block of black to the left and one to the right so where’s one and two we’re going to go ahead and move up level start here on the right hand side go and add one piece Of black one piece to the right and then three pieces to the left so one two three go ahead and move out the level we’ll start here on the left side we’re gonna add one block up we’re going to build three blocks to the left so one Two three and now to the right we’re going to add seven blocks so one two three four five six six and seven let’s go ahead and move up another level we’re going to build up one and we’re going to build to the right five blocks so one two three four five And we’re just going to go ahead and fill in all the way across until we get to the left block and then we’ll have five fill that in we’re gonna have five to the left so one two three four five that’s where we’re looking like busbar go ahead and move up A level we’re just going to duplicate this row so starting a leftward is going to go all the way to the right and on the very last block three two go ahead start here on the right-hand side we’re going to build up one we’re going to build one to the Right and then we’re going to build all the way to the left until we touch the very last block and then add one extra so I’m not giving you the counts because there’s not really reason to it’s pretty simple building thus far so that’s what we’re looking like there now we’re going To go ahead and move up here on the left side we’re going to build up one build one to the left we’re gonna build this row all the way across till we touch the very last of the black wall and we’re going to build one more block to the right So there we are with that now from here we’re going to go ahead and build up one we’re going to build it to the right one and now to the left of this we’re going to add seven blocks so one two three four five six seven we’re going down to eight block so There’s eight now we’re going to go ahead and do the same thing here on the left side we’re going to build up one here the one to the left we’re going to add eight blocks going to the right so one two three four five six seven eight Alleged the mirror image which it looks like is Alexis double check so I’m gonna go ahead and just put the block of iron here we’re just going to build down and make sure that we are matching up on either side and as you can see we are That’s the only reason we did that we can go ahead and break that up now that’s always an easy way to tell if you’re in the right location when you’re building is just to kind of you know if you’re building something symmetric just try to measure like I just did there so Now we need to do is we’re gonna go and build the head here in the middle so easiest way to do this will just be to start here at the base and move straight up and go ahead and add your one block there and that’s how you kind of know Exactly where the head is going to be now what we’re going to do is on the left hand side of this we’re going to build up to so one two and on the right hand side we’re going to do the same build up to one and two so that’s what We’re looking like there so now we need to go ahead and finish building the wings on the left and right so we’ll focus on the left first we’re going to move over here to the left and we’re going to start on the very right hand block we’re going to move over one And we’re going to build to the left 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 ten blocks go and move back to the right and we’ll start directly about the right block this time we’re gonna add eleven going to the left so one two three four Five six seven eight nine ten eleven that’s what that looks like so I think that’s looking real great we’re going to go ahead and do the same thing over here on the right hand side now so starting on the left block right and move over one we’re gonna add ten blocks so one Two three four five six seven eight nine and ten go ahead and start on the left hand side again we’re gonna start at the very left and we’re gonna add 11 blocks so 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 there you have it so this is how it’s Gonna finish how it’s gonna look when it’s done I am very excited about the way it looks it turned out great there’s definitely ways that you can make it more intricate you can also make it a lot you know larger than this you can do almost a mega build of this symbol and Kind of make it look very you know curved in the wings but for a simple you know real easy pixel art build I think this turned out great very pleased with I’d like to thank both Wilmer and nightjar for the request I had a lot of fun building it and like I said I’m a huge fan of pac-man so definitely was excited to build this one I hope that you’ll build it on your maps as always it’s been a pleasure
