Good day gamers my name is waddles welcome back we’re in for a wild ride today so get your gamer if you will get your gamer your your gamer chair and oh boy so today we’re gonna build a villager Love Shack also known as a villager breeder we’re gonna do one of

Those things I’m really excited this is going to advance our villager I don’t village city castle plants along like a lot big is smiling ear-to-ear bark is smiling eye to eye there they’re super hyped about it and I am excited because we have a chakra box with materials that

I am actually realizing I forgot to get I thought I got it all but no I did not we need some cocoa beans today so villager breeder that thing we’re gonna do a new design actually I’m trying something out it should work in theory but these are some of the materials and

Then more of the materials are in my inventory and we’ll just run around and get the other things that we need as we’re going like carrots and hoes and trap doors things like that so so I’ve been walking around then kind of thinking about where we could put our

Villager breeder and I think I’ve come up with a pretty good spot for it that spot is going to actually be over here past storage City now there’s a catch with a villager breeder when you do a villager breeder you will need to move your baby villagers at least 100 blocks

Away from the thing otherwise the Brita will stop working we are building a fully automatic one by the way so this design will just run well we’re basically in the area over here and we won’t really need to be involved with it at all ever which is a really really

Good thing but you know in difficult fashion we’ve got to begin with a little bit of deforestation but this time it’s not for science or anything like that it’s for love so it’s it’s a good cause for sure so I think what I’ll do is did

I bring the cocoa beans yes I did well we’ll plant some cocoa beans on the jungle wood over here for brown dye that we need and then get to to tree shopping really really quick now then we’ll talk about the build while we do the build so villager

Breeders first stuff why would you want to build a villager breeder well really that’s easy so you can have more villagers why more villagers well for things like which writing hall maybe an iron farm maybe just add life to your world really anything not as one build a villager

Breeder well that’s where I say I’m sorry I can’t answer that right now that’s the point of the whole video so we’re gonna build our breeder in the sky you don’t have to do that but I am doing it so I can see the thing because we

Don’t really have anything over here and that means I would probably unfortunately end up never seeing this build if we didn’t put it up in the air now we’re gonna start with Oh falling we’re gonna we’re gonna start with following then we’re gonna climb back up

And place a block like that and kind of go around the center area I’d like to have a 3×3 Center that will actually probably come back and replace with dirt that I forgot later on so I think what I want to do is go three four five blocks

Out in each direction from this thing to create again a circle that’s what we’re going for and then we’ll sort of fill things in so if we were to do three then maybe we could go a fourth one out then we could go in and to over right and

Then I think we would go to like that and then how would that be a circle um yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah I think I got that right kind of amazed at myself for we’re getting that down the first time yeah okay so we’re gonna start by

Creating a giant dirt platform the dirt is where crops will be planted farmer villagers can actually harvest crops and then kind of share those crops once villagers have enough crops in their inventory they can actually breed like we don’t need to trade with them or anything like that so basically the lane

Will be to get four villagers out of this thing two of those villagers being farmers and let those farmers harvest the crops when they need you they’ll share the crops with everyone and it’ll basically be a Love Machine we’ll get tons and tons of villagers from this thing hopefully with time and

Then this thing is actually pretty easy to turn off as well if we start to have too many villagers we can just basically close the exit points of this farm and let the villagers stay in there and then whenever we need to to actually use it again we can just move villagers away

And out of this thing and everything should work and it really should be fine so that means work stations we need work stations for this thing to actually work how do we make composters I can’t remember I remember stealing composters in the beginning of the series but I

Think it has something to do with fences right like we need some fences and then What do we what do we do how do we make a composter um it’s gotta be in here somewhere composter oh we need a lot of fences for a composter hmm that’s expensive yikes that’s okay though now if you didn’t know villager professions are controlled by work station blocks these

Work station blocks are many different things actually in Minecraft including composter smithing tables stone cutters even just a lot of different things we’ll need to composters and then we need to other workstations those other workstations can really be anything so let’s go ahead and just do I guess the

Smithing table because we have one or the ability to make that and then we could do a cauldron as well I think the cauldron is the workstation for the leatherworker villager so that’ll work just fine now we need to get back up there and finish our circle and I’ll

Definitely have to remember to place some light down under here and in the farm we we definitely want light inside of this thing but ah yep we’ll have to come back and do that okay so now we have a platform that should be big enough now we need to talk about

Removing villagers from this thing to do that we’ll need a falling area for baby villagers to fall basically and then exit this farm so something like this should do I I think if we we did that and then we place trap doors that are open now why trap

Doors well the the mob AI and minecraft sees this as a walkable block even though it’s not really so creatures will try and walk across this and then fall right down but of course we don’t want the the grown villagers to leave our farm so we’ll play some slabs above

Those things so baby villagers can move across this area but the adult ones cannot the slab should be on the lower half of I guess the second block above this falling areas so now we have something that looks like this this is looking good so far now the work

Stations so the work station should probably go in over here because I like symmetry I like to keep this thing symmetrical so we’ll place them in like that that should be fine now though looking around at the land I just don’t know if this is enough cropland so what

I’d like to do is go ahead and actually extend this circle a little bit because we do need to actually put some beds in here as well so if we can make the circle a little larger that would definitely be good I was planning on placing the beds or along the outside of

This build anyways and that will definitely eat up a little bit of farmland so we’ll go ahead and make it bigger uh-huh that looks good now we need beds we’ll need I think two pads on each side so that means eight total beds and I think I

Think I brought all of the bed making stuff that I would need let’s see did I did I remember that I did okay cool so now bed just will place a bed there and then a bed there on each and every side of course we’re going to put some

Walls on this thing so villagers don’t fall off of it that would be a big problem they’d fallen and died for sure so well definitely make it a little safer but there we go eight beds that’s all good now but we are definitely going to have

A problem baby villagers like to go on top of beds and jump and sometimes they can end up jumping off of the beds and landing on the crop land and then it’ll break and that won’t be good so we’re actually going to pull out all of the

Dirt that is near the beds and just replace it with a block that we can’t even plant things on so we we don’t end up with just plain dirt in the farm anyway so it would be kind of ugly so we’ll do this but you definitely

Wouldn’t have to do this if you didn’t want to and you were fine with like dirt being in your farm and just kind of looking ugly no offense up but if you’re fine with that cool do that then I feel like I’m going full tutorial mode to today so

Yeah I don’t know I just feel weird today it’s one of those days where I feel completely off and and just odd like actually had a lot of trouble starting this video today and I had to restart it like three times which is really not usual sometimes I have

Trouble with the beginnings of the videos and making sure it feels right but I don’t know today was just weird it’s been a weird couple days I guess I have no clue gamers anyways we’re looking good now but now we need to talk about hydration all of this dirt needs

To be plantable and as it stands right now it is definitely not plentiful so I think what we could you just go down below this farm and then place a slab below where the workstations are then we could probably hide water under the workstations and then that should cover

This whole area in terms of the water requirement right like if we just place it in there that would be four oh yeah that’s definitely gonna cover everything that’s three off that way yep easy peasy so we’ll go ahead and do that we have to pull these back out not a big deal

Though and drum roll this is a deep magical moment this is the very first cocoa bean that we’ve harvested on our own like that a farm type thing I mean we obviously harvest and some of the jungle but but not at a farm this is a high

Production fancy farm over there for the cocoa beans you know so kind of a big moment I’m feeling special okay so everything is now in up here we have the water we have our workstations we have the following area the beds yep just about everything so I’ll come back

And replace it I think this with dirt too there’s no need to have this as wood there and the scaffolding will be eventually completely removed as well but we’re leaving it for now so we can of course access the farm and continue to work on it

We will not leave any sort of way in or out of this thing meaning if we need inside of it we’ll have to break some blocks on the wall and that’ll be fine it’ll it’ll keep the villagers safe and inside of this thing that’s the biggest like most important thing about the farm

Now the final design I’d like to do some brown terracotta because you know like the villager brown clothes and coats and then some glass so the villagers have an amazing view of this beautiful ocean I didn’t purchase this real estate from the Minecraft people for not China I

Didn’t buy this land from knotch for nothing so they definitely need a view I’m thinking a too high window all the way around the edge then another brown terracotta stripe and then to finish things off maybe honestly a cobblestone slab roof – to make sure everything is safe or even

A brown terracotta one to kind of match that and then we’ll put lighting on top of it I I don’t really know yet but you know let’s test the beds well what happens when we sleep do we get thrown off of this thing nope we don’t okay

Cool so yeah this is where the dye stuff comes in and that means I’m unfortunately going to have to wait a little bit now I will also be needing quite a bit of glass and unfortunately I am pretty much out of sand again somehow so I think what that means is we’re

Probably going to have to take a break and fly over to like a beach maybe that way and and get the sand should be easy to do but ah yeah I just keep running out of this stuff that’s not good so while I work on the project I’d like to

Talk about it just a little bit first the location now I think earlier on in the series I did mention building this at the Skylands and I was actually initially planning on making our villager breeder over there but I decided to move it over to where we’re

Currently building it because of ease of access it’s a whole lot easier to move villagers from this build site over to the swamp than it is to move villagers from the Skylands over to the swap the Skylands are also quite a bit farther so that brings me to my second point

I think I am planning on building an iron farm over by the Skylands and that’ll be that and this villager breeder is going to fuel our iron farm with villagers even though the design that I’m contemplating on doing does not require very many villagers at all oh man so I’m up here

Kind of waiting for things to do to finish up and just looking around in our world actually looks really different from this angle I don’t know I of course don’t usually look at it from over here but I kind of like it it makes the the lighthouse look way

Closer than it actually is though like I don’t know to me that looks pretty close this is a really really different angle though I’m really not worried about this design not working because it honestly should 1.14 village breeders are actually pretty easy to understand in Minecraft 1.14 to get a villager

Prettier to work all you are really going to need is some crops some beds and some workstations and of course villagers but yeah they’re pretty easy to actually get to work now like I mentioned earlier around I think for the top of this thing we will be doing cobblestone I am unsure

I think cobblestone know I think cobblestone could look fine and honestly right now the villager breeder is giving off all of these early game fields so I think that’ll be kind of a cool way to wrap things up with it now one thing that I didn’t mentioned is right above

Your work station blocks you will want blocks either just connecting up to the ceiling of this thing or just like sitting right above the workstation so villagers don’t jump on top of the work station and they jump off and again ruin cropland okay so the builds is getting

Finished but before we move any villagers inside of this thing and and by the way that whole dirt thing over there is how we’re gonna move them in will we’ll do like a bubble column but we need to talk about moving villagers away from this thing as well and that

Means we need to set up some kind of contraption some sort of thing underneath this farm to funnel the villagers into a single like wide column and then basically I think move them over this way and then over that way because the is the swamp which is rape kind of in

That low area over there so what I’m going to do is create some sort of boxed in area under here that’ll be definitely three blocks down below this farm and then we’ll put a floor and then we’ll put water currents moving I guess all the villagers to the

Middle so they’ll fall down into this box down here that you can’t see because it’s not in and yep then be moved over so I think what I’m gonna do is just get the thing in and then I’ll come back and I think showcase what I’ve done after

It’s done and right before I move the villagers in and unfortunately this is definitely the part where I need to go get more glass because I am out of sand completely so or pretty much completely I think you know unfortunately so wish me luck it’ll be just a few minutes and

Then we’ll be ready to finish this whole thing off okay I think I have the last of the glass that I need so finally we can move on to to just finishing this whole build off so I think we should start this all or finish this all by

Going up here first and killing all of the land this will all need to be turned to cropland and oh boy that’s a little gap looking through that’s the kind of thing that bothers me do I want to fix that and not really not today but maybe

In the future we’ll come back to it fix that I I don’t know it just drives me crazy anyways we till all of the land and we also should actually close all of these trap doors we need to get for villagers inside of this thing and if

You can recall we only have two so if we close the trap doors until we have four grown up villagers then we open them we’ll be good to go and I forgot that glass whoops okay everything looks good I did a skylight by the way and the Lighting’s good I’ve already checked

That so now we need to plant our carrots and actually I just found out that I have less than a stack of carrots in this world I guess I’ve never really bothered with farming the stuff so well plant what we have for now and let this thing kind of grow up technically you

Could be using potatoes or like other crops but I don’t really want to use potatoes because we could get poisonous potatoes and actually poisonous potatoes can clog up villagers inventories which is definitely a problem so not something that we want to do now we need a bunch of signs in the

Middle of this lower area to prevent water from actually spilling down into this gap here and ruining our old villager moving thing and then after the signs in the middle we need to place water along I guess the back side or the sides that are not near the signs you

Know so the current closer sorts in the middle not the backs explanation but you know what I mean what I mean displaced water so the curds go towards the center now we’ll need one more sign in the middle where the scaffolding is we can get that in a minute once we’re all

Officially done I just want to make sure everything’s good so that’s good I think which means we can actually I guess get out of this thing and replace the center with dirt and we’ll make our way back into it a different way so we can remove

This and we can place a sign like that that’s good now we can get down even more and I’ll explain this in a minute we need to actually move our villagers over to here now so I’ve got a bubble column in there and then a rail line

That actually goes all the way over to the shore I just need to activate all of these powered rails and then we should be good to go and I think I can roll the villagers one by one over to here and then give them in a minecart and push

Them up this Hill aye it should work I think I hope let’s give it a shot let’s go ahead and fly over to the other end of the island and grab our first subject subject yeah that sounds weird but subject okay we’re breaking in we’re grabbing you I well

Hold on let’s let’s go ahead and make our door open and open and now you you’re coming with me we are sailing two new lambs to your brand-new home that you will love I think this is the one from the Savannah that I borrowed yet yeah that’s Savannah clothing yeah yeah the red

Shirt you’re coming with me buddy all the way around the island now because you miss anything we actually got our hands on these two villagers last episode one of these villagers we cured from a zombie the other villager we borrowed from the Savannah we borrowed a villager from the Savannah so

That’s where these villagers came from I probably should have closed the door on the other one you know like so nothing could happen boy fingers crossed fingers crossed reflect far enough away or something that nothing will happen I mean this is pretty far from that end of

The island I’m gonna be a little nervous alrighty boat coming in there we go now you need to exit your boat and come over here please no wrong way hmm how do we want to do this he’s really really really where are you where are you

Nope you’re not going anywhere no no no no no no we’re gonna try this all over again you’re coming back this way minecart there okay both away and no no no no no no no no no not again where is he trying to go oh boy where

Did it go oh there is okay what are you doing dude oh my gosh what are you doing where is it going is it really trying to go all the way back over – no no no no no all right buddy you’re stopping right here and you

Are coming with me I have no clue what’s going on with the boats they’re like glitching uh can we actually row off of this ledge that looks a little steep let’s go back this way man this villager really really wants to work I think that’s what was going on I think it was

Trying to go back to its work station odd interesting is this too steep that might be too steep no no I think we can do this we got this uh yeah okay there we go good okay so I have learned the hard way I’m taking zero chances putting

This villager in a chamber like that and the breaking the boat and now you wander go up there okay uh-huh we both made it up here yes and this is your new home buddy you’re not going anywhere you’re gonna have to lose the idea of that other job this is the one

For you I didn’t train for this one so it should change its job over to to one of these ones hopefully a farmer actually we might have to pull these other workstations out okay I think we’re good time to go get the next one and to do that we will break out like

This go over here there and now we fall and hurt ourselves a little bit just a little bit though now you better not behave the same way I am NOT going to to let you leave I’m sorry you you’ve gotta come with me and of course yes of course

It would almost be nighttime I don’t know if we should try this or not this could be dangerous so you know what we’re gonna go for it oh boy where’d he go oh no we’re gonna relog uh-huh there it is there he is he’s marching away of

Course you might not want to do this dude yeah this is a really bad idea like for your safety please just stay okay you just you just faked out the boat come back you stay I have my votes ok villager number 2 as being a big problem like to say the

Least yeah a big problem so we’re gonna go ahead and move the rail line I guess I didn’t really need the rail line over here after all I can rebuild it and I think just move them right over and in it should be a pretty easy process it’ll

Be a lot shorter than this line so fingers crossed this works okay villager number two is we could say not cooperating at all you yep there you go uh bad that was bad go ahead and go yeah keep going keep going yep yep and now you’re locked in here and you’re going

Up thankfully they just walk up on their own that’s kind of weird that’s cool though there we go now we have two villagers inside of here and what are you working as you are now a leather worker with a tunic very cool but not

Right no no no no we want him to be a farmer we oh okay perfect this is yeah that’s a farmer okay so now that we have a farmer in here we probably would want to lock it straight in sort of lock our farmer villagers profession and we’re going to need to

Trade with them a few times by trading with that farmer villager we will also actually ready up the villager for breeding now we’ve actually also already traded with the other villager a few times so after trading with the farmer both villagers actually might breed all conditions should be met so maybe we get

Our first baby today which would be really really cool and we could actually probably get rid of this water thing as well so there we go that’s good now trading let’s trade with this guy a few times level them up so the trades are officially or the profession excuse me

Is officially locked in we definitely don’t want this farmer changing back farmer villagers are essential for a farm like this to actually work so level up and you are now locked in perfect awesome now how do we get the culture back in I guess like this there we go now unfortunately this villagers

Profession is already locked in and the work station is way way over there so that might actually be a problem it could be a good idea for us to try and move this villager out of this thing eventually and keep for villagers inside of this thing that actually work here

But no villagers do your thing are they going to do their thing right now they’re looking at each other don’t mind me just just just be know to look me I’m not here guys I’ve ok I I guess I’m kind of ruining it maybe that’s not

Gonna work so there we go that’s our villager breeder now we need to talk about transporting villagers away from this thing and that is something that I think I can actually do off camera now I’ve actually started digging down here and setting up how we will actually move

The villagers away so villagers will fall down into this water area and then fall into the center and then fall down down here we’ll catch them with more water streams and move them all the way over to the swamp now how are we going

To do this well I think what we’ll do is we’ll create a tunnel in the ground on why 64 which is what this bottom part is on and then move them straight over to the swamp it should be pretty easy but because mobs sort of drift around when

They fall I’ve widened this area so we’ll place water on the sides here to move them over towards the center we’ll do the same trick with sides that we did up there right in the middle to make sure the water doesn’t flow down into this low area I also went ahead and

Grabbed some ice to line the floor of the sun’ll width but I don’t know if that’s really going to help too much though I don’t know we’re gonna give it a shot I’ll go ahead and build this all but will it work I think only time will tell what we’ll

Do is wherever a water stream ends will place an extra sign then place another water source on the other side of that sign and then again the whole floor of this thing will be packed ice to hopefully make it more slippery I mean I know mobs don’t really slip on pack dice

But maybe I I’m just giving it a shot here hopefully it works fingers crossed okay well after some time a little bit of hard work bleeding not I didn’t believe after a little bit of work this water tunnel goes all the way down over

And I will show you but but but I don’t think I’m gonna but it goes all the way over to the swamp now it almost went through the slime farm actually I guess I will show you I’ll go this way though it’s a little bit faster right over in

Here is where aha right here is where it exits so we’ll extend this tunnel as we need to over into whatever we do over here I’m thinking about probably like making like placing dirt all over the swamp and letting the grass fill in and making like a town or something I’m not

100% set on what I’m going to do quite yet and I’m not sure if we’re gonna do that next episode or in one that comes a little bit after now I would like to actually come back in here eventually and like put a glass ceiling actually on this whole villager transport tunnel I

Think that could be kind of cool a nice little detail maybe we’ll do that sooner rather than later but this is our breeder and that is good now unfortunately I’m a little bothered by how ugly it is from the bottom I really don’t like dirt and I I mean I did the

Oak and the cobblestone like an early game feels so I don’t know maybe we need to to decorate this up and make it look a little better somehow I I don’t really know but up top I did break into it and spread the carrots around a little bit

And then I actually added a bell on this build as well now in all honesty I’m not sure if we’re gonna be able to convince this guy to breed we might need to move like a work station over here actually I I don’t know I thought about it and yeah

He can’t work so I don’t know I’m gonna keep my eyes on it I I might kidnap another villager from the Savannah and bring it over here I just don’t know but I think that just about does it for our episode on this villager breeder so we’ll definitely be

Checking up on it in the next episodes and kind of making sure it all works and everything it is again a new design I’ve never tried this one but in theory it should work as long as our villagers breeding conditions are actually met and the work station one is a pretty big one

So I don’t know good I have to think about that one for a little while and see if we can get it to work because really theoretically there should be already some action happening but it’s just about time for today’s comment of the day today’s comment of the day is
