Mojang launches an official fast paced PvP mode where teams from the Overworld Nether and End raid each others shrines for ESSENCE across floating islands with random twists voted on every match.

If you are tired of the same old Bedrock multiplayer loop Mojang just gave you a new official option. Dimension Clash is a team based PvP experience that mixes dimension hopping shrine raiding and community voted chaos into bite sized matches. It is available right now in the in game server tab for Bedrock Edition.
How the mode actually works
Players are split into teams one per dimension on an arena of floating islands. Each team has a base shrine that starts with a few ESSENCE. To win you must collectively mine ESSENCE from enemy shrines and deposit five of them into your own. Neutral islands can be claimed to gain advantages but alliances are fragile since only one team walks away victorious.
- Matches last 10 to 20 minutes
- Vote on a Twist every round such as low gravity or increased knockback
- Leveling grants damage boosts resistance and special items
- Focus is on quick thinking and adapting to the map and opponents
The official announcement highlights the mix of Overworld Nether and End elements shattered across the arena. Finding Dimension Clash is as easy as opening the server browser in Bedrock Edition. No additional downloads or subscriptions are required beyond having the game.
In every match players vote on a unique Twist that brings variety to the game.
Early reactions on X suggest players are diving in immediately to test the twists and shrine defense strategies. Whether it holds the player base or becomes another short lived mode will depend on how Mojang supports it but the launch itself is a rare direct addition to Bedrock multiplayer.
