How to: Ars Nouveau | All Rituals (Minecraft 1.19.2)

Hello world and welcome back to another episode of Arsenal bow where this could potentially be the very last episode when it comes to just basically vanilla bars Nouveau after all and today we’re going to be covering all the rituals that are inside of this mod as I say

This is vanilla so we’re not going to be going anything that’s ours Elemental today now there has been a handful of rituals we’ve gone through in previous tutorials so I will be linking those down in the uh in the top right hand corner as we go around in the cards and

The first one is actually going to be this one here the tablet of Awakening we have used this little bit in the past um but this is going to be made with a flourishing archwood all four types of uh archwood saplings there are five types but these are the four you’re

Gonna need and then four souls gems and this will give you the tablet of Awakening now we’ve used this to make bookworms in the previous episode as that is a new update when it comes to ours Nouveau but it’s primary primary thing is to do other things as well one

Of which is to create the amethyst Golem which we’ve gone over in the familiars episode which is what we had over here and all to make the amethyst girl and we first need to get ourselves a uh a little dude over here um or we have to find some budding

Amethyst we use this wild and ritual and it will actually spawn your Golem and from there we can actually get our charm now the main thing however to actually use this charm for is actually on these archwood trees we have here we’ve got many different types but what we do is

When we place down a ritual brazer start the tablet of Awakening and then we’ll start this ritual what’s going to turn is one of these trees when you do it at the base of the tree is into a wild Walker as you see here we have a flourishing wheel wheeled walker rather

Not wild Walker now this can be all the different types of wood as you see here and it’s exactly it’s not a bad way of really you know clearing the entire uh Forest really so you can have all these different colors and they’re going to be turned into all these different

Wieldings now these wildens they are essentially they think of them like Iron Golems they’re going to defend the area from mobs as you can see right now it says they’re not guarding anything what you need is the Dominion wand and you have to just simply right click on them

To store an entity uh and then you just right click on a block and this will now set the home of this wild and Walker as you can see it’s going to be guard in this area now when it’s night time these guys are going to be actually fighting

Mobs which is is pretty cool Defending Your Homeland which is very nice and these guys also will just regenerate health over time using like the Mana inside of the atmosphere I suppose now the cool thing about these guys as well is that if we do get a sword here and

Let’s just use this one this seems fairly powerful it’s even going to treatment for uh if we end up actually killing these guys or if they do die they do not die entirely they actually turn into a wild Walker as you can see they become basically a completely

Defenseless Walker that will run away from the fight and they will actually start their growing time as you see here so after 1186 seconds they’ll turn back into their large form and start defending everything once again so that’s the main use of this tablet of Awakening next up

We have the tablet of binding again this is something that we’ve used in the familiars episode and this is actually your abilities to get your familiars now we have all these different familiars here the four basic ones we had before The Bookworm is new as we used in the

Last episode so show that but as well as that the Golem is is actually new at the time of the familiars episode there was not a Golem um familiar but now there is so if you have a amethyst girl nearby you do our little ritual abrasia and you’ll get

Your little bound script here which you can then claim I have already done it and then inside of your book you can now actually uh get your little familiar Golem as you can see here now this girl and what he will do it says in the book gearing the Gomen and Amethyst Shard

Will give you three minutes of shielding so basically you’ll get more defense if you give this guy an amethyst so to give a guy an amethyst all you’ve got to do is simply right click on him like that and then as you see we now have shielding for three minutes a little bit

More defense next up we have the tablet of borrowing made with a flourishing archwood log and iron pickaxe and a block of coal this is gonna basically dig four grab four holes straight down to bedrock uh so what do I mean by this if we go over here and we place this

Down and we’ll just simply activate it what it’s going to do is that it’s going to basically slowly just do four holes all the way down to bedrock now every block that it does break is going to drop the drops as well which is quite nice next we have the tablet of

Challenge this is made with a vexing archwood log a block of emerald and an ink sac and when you activate this ritual inside of a village this is actually going to summon a raid now when you are in different tiers of difficulty inside of your Minecraft did you see

We’re all normal here you’re obviously going to get that tier of raid now in hardcore mode they can obviously drop tones of undying if you’re in hard mode but however if you are an easy or normal mode you can use an emerald to actually augment your tablet of challenge to

Increase the difficulty with the emerald and I’ve spelled misspelled Emerald there so if you’re an easy and you had a couple of emeralds into it it’ll give you the hard version of The Raid and that way you can get totem’s of undying following this we have the tablet of

Cloud shaping made with a cascading archwood log a feather and a source gem block and this is gonna literally change the weather if it’s raining or stormy and you use the ritual brazer with it this is a actually going to make the day completely clear however if you do

Augment this with a a piece of gunpowder it will make it rain and if you augment it with a piece of lapis then it will um it will you know turn into a storm so I augment that there will activate it and this is now gonna start a rain after it

Does its little animation effect and there we go we now have the rain it takes a little bit of time but obviously we get the rain now we can do the same thing here and we can actually make it storm I don’t know how long this will

Take so we’ll jump cut now and it’s got a bit darker and now it’s a little bit stormy there will be thunder and lightning very shortly and then obviously if we just use it as it is it will actually make the day clear again ah the downpour is fading two very

Similar rituals now are the conjure Island desert and we have conjure Island Plains they are made very similarly but ones with a blazing archwood log a piece of sand and an earth Essence the other is made with a flourishing Larchwood log a glass block and an earth Essence now

These both do very similar things they’re each going to generate an island in a seven block radius around it with the uh desert one it’s gonna make an island out of sand and sandstone and with the planes one it’s going to create a uh they basically dirt and grass one

Now these both can be augmented in different ways if you give each of them a source gem it’s going to increase increase the radius by once if you had one source trim it’s going to be eight by eight and if it’s going to be a 9 10

11 12 13 you just want to add more Source gems I’m not sure if there’s a maximum the book doesn’t say but I’m sure there is uh other augmented rituals later on they go up to 178 so you might be able to go up to a 128 Island now

With the conjure Island desert specifically if you augment it with a piece of terracotta it’s actually going to generate a badlands Island instead and then if you give the planes conjure Island a frostya fruit this is coming from a Cascadian archwood tree this is going to actually generate a snow plains

Biome so let’s just show how each of these are going to work now first off we’re going to start on the ground if we place this down inside of here and let’s say do a planes one and activate it it’s going to start running but you can see it’s not going to work

At least not worked very well uh it there’s a couple of spaces here but when it doesn’t actually have anything underneath it or when it does have things underneath it rather it’s actually not going to be able to work as you can see it also says not Source

Needed we do need a source jar for this to actually work as well so we place that here it’s going to start working you can do what it can as you can see but because of all this sand in the center it’s actually going to burn out

As you see here so we do actually want to be a little bit in the air it is more difficult making a sort of floating island as you can see here so we’re going to generate four different Islands here of all the different types so the

First one is going to be our regular sand one as you can see here we’re going to generate that and it does actually work quite quickly this is going to be in a 7×7 area we’re not going to expand its size at all so then from that we are

Going to make some slightly different ones here so let’s go and make the Badlands one which is made the exact same way except this time it’s going to be with a piece of terracotta so we want our desert White first then we want to throw our terracosta in and then we

Right click on that as you can see we’re now making bad lands now this tree may get in the way so we’ll destroy that very quickly which is cool next we have obviously we’ve got our lovely planes one as well which can do the same thing out of dirt and then

We have this one with the brayer of course you need sauce though now just to demonstrate that this is actually a snowplanes biome now as you can see now that I’ve made it rain with a oh lovely ritual we just demonstrated this is now going to generate snow but

Just in this sort of given area as you can see it’s in its own isolated block of snow so you won’t have immediate snow you do have to wait until it does rain burst but as you can see here are all four of our Islands now moving on here

We have got our next um ritual here the tablet of containment we went over this in the last episode as well made with a vexing archwood log a manipulation Essence and three glass bottles and what this is going to do is allow us to put mobs inside of containment jars here

We’re going to have ourselves a chicken we’re gonna activate this put our chicken down and start it running and then this guy is going to end up inside of this jar now this jar can be broken and I can transport this guy around and

He will stay inside as and if we want to get things out of this then we just simply have to use a dispel spell on this and if I’m far enough away it will get the chicken back out uh this can continuously keep running as you can see

Here so if we just give it Source it will keep it going but this chicken is now too far away yep back inside this jarsa another new ritual we have is the tablet of disintegration this is made with a blazing archwood log three gold swords and three books and this is gonna

Actually kill all nearby mobs however this is gonna actually give us twice the amount of XP but it will give us no actual mobs now this is gonna consume Source on each killing so we want to make sure we have a source jar nearby we’re gonna get ourselves a load of

Spiders and we’re going to start activating this this will constantly run as you can see here and it’s just gonna start killing things over time or instantly just like that and it will give us all of these lovely Source gem experience things which we can then uh

Basically eat them next up we have something a little less harsh and this is the tablet of fertility this is made with a flourishing Archer log three pieces of wheat a golden apple and two’s Blaze powders and this is gonna actually start allowing mobs to actually breed

With each other now if there are more than 20 mobs in the given area they will actually stop doing the ritual which is pretty good this is going to consume Source every time it activates so what we’re going to do here is we’re going to get a handful of sheep here and we’re

Going to activate this and these guys are just going to start breeding I’m not sure if it just gives them the hearts or whether they’re just going to pop out a child ah it does give them Hearts that’s a little bit nicer then next we have the

Tablet of flight made with a vexing archwood log three of these wild and wings two diamonds and an ender pearl and this is going to give you creative flight within a given area now this is going to consume Source every time this effect is going to be given to you so

We’re going to put some sauce down we’re going to activate this tablet as you can see here and then let’s get into survival mode here win survival mode it’s going to give me the effects hopefully or is it just gonna work there you go it gives me the effect flights as you see

Here and it lasts for a minute uh 30. now I can fly anywhere in a minute 30 but however when we do actually run out of flight I am obviously just going to fall straight to the ground however if I am in the given area where the ritual is

This will automatically refresh the uh working uh flight which is very very nice so just make sure you’re always in the area that actually has this available to you next up we have the tablet of flowering made with a flourishing archwood log three poppies three dandelions and an earth Essence

And this is going to just spawn random flowers and grass in your nearby area as if you were basically bone mealing the ground as you can see you have many different flowers and it works in a fairly large area now there are some cool things you can do about this if you

Augment this with a source gem it’s going to actually increase the area as you can see here as well as that if you do augment this with a piece of sand it’s going to replace these flowers with a actual dead um dead things and Cactus I’m not sure

It’s going to work in this area because obviously there’s no sand but as you can see we’ve got dead bushes but if we had a a bit of sand in the area that isn’t going to fall through the floor hopefully uh then we will obviously get some cacti following this we have

The tablet of forestation this is made with a flourishing archwood log a mendelstein and then an earth Essence and this is going to actually place down and grow oak and birch trees in a 7×7 circular area which is pretty nice it’s not going to work however with any other

Tree it seems just these two specifically so we’re gonna place this in here we’re going to activate this as you can see we’ve now got a few little forests going on now you can’t augment this in some ways if you augment this with a source gem it’s going to increase

Your working area by one so if you want an 8×8 area 9×9 area etc etc throw more sauce gems into this if you throw a brown mushroom into it it’s gonna actually convert the grass into podzel as well as this is going to start spawning tiger resources so tiger

Um trees such as Spruce and stuff like that if you augment it with some glow berries then it’s going to start doing jungle resources and jungle trees instead so you’re not just limited to open Birch but that’s what you have by default another flourishing type rich

What we have here is the tablet of harvest we have made this with the flourishing archwood log Earth Essence and an iron hoe and this is going to actually Harvest your crops in a given area now if you every time you actually do the Harvest it’s going to consume

Sauce so you want to make sure you have a source jar nearby as well as that if you do have an inventory such as a chest next to your ritual Brazier it’s going to automatically input those uh harvested items into the ritual chest if your chest is fuel or you have no chest

Around here it is just going to drop the items on the floor where you’re probably going to need a starbuncle to actually get these resources so here’s my very happy rudimentary Farm if I activate this here like this it’s obviously going to start chopping these crops up now

That they are actually going to be working just give it a second to fully activate I am right on the very edge here though of the ritual but there you go it’s now harvested and all of it went straight into this chest which is adjacent lovely stuff another ritual

That actually affect the world is the tablet of moonlight made with a cascading archwood log an exact a block of coal and a clock this is going to Simply turn day in tonight it’s going to give us our lovely firework effect again and eventually it’ll be night time

As you can see counterpart to this is the ritual of the sunrise essentially tablet of sunrise this is the Blazing archwood log Dandy lot three dandelions and a clock and this is going to turn it in today obviously you can see things are speeding by back there

Lovely stuff now I believe this is our last sort of growing thing here we have the tablet of overgrowth this is made with a flourishing archwood log three Mage blooms and two Earth Essence and this is gonna essentially bone meal the blocks around you and this is gonna

Require some sauce so if we have nothing around here as you can see it should just start uh basically bone meal in the ground probably so it’s going to be very similar to the grass that’s over there but if we actually ended up putting some saplings down here so let’s not actually

Use these ones let’s use some ordinary oak or any other type of saplings actually let’s just use a couple of different saplings here let’s go something like that these guys should start growing as you can see here there goes all of the uh the grass first

Now as well as this you can augment this with a bone block and it is going to actually Force baby animals to grow a little bit faster as well I’m hoping that this is going to slowly affect these trees though now I’ve been testing this out to see what it actually works

On uh when it says blocks I assume it just means glass because hang on there we go I was about to say it’s not working on grass blocks but apparent on Moss blocks but there you go it is now working on most blocks obviously need some Stone nearby it isn’t however

Working on saplings and as well as that it doesn’t seem to actually be working on um our crops either so I suppose you just have to literally just work on blocks itself so obviously it’s going to work on the grass to make all this and it’s going to work on Moss blocks to

Actually make more Moss although it is very very slow the last thing which I imagine it is going to work on as going by the wiki is if you use rooted dirt to cause hanging roots to grow underneath it that is a vanilla mechanic I am

Thinking that uh that it will work on the rooted grass as well or the rooted dirt as well I think the main thing people are probably going to be using this for is for forcing babies to grow up though right next up we have the tablet of restoration this is made with

A flourishing Arch word log a golden apple an abduration Essence and this is actually going to heal any nearby entities such as you know um villagers or sheep or cows or pigs or something but it will harm Undead mobs such as skeletons and zombies as well as that if

You use this near a zombie villager it’s going to instantly cure them and if you are nearby them they are going to give you discounts one you once you have cured them this is also going to require Source every time that it operates so you are going to want your sauce jar

Nearby and if we have a zombie villager is that a specific egg we do have that here zombie villager that’s us activate that if we have this guy here they will uh maybe turn on fire first but there you go they are now back to a villager

And if we gave this guy something that’s let’s give him a left turn because we we like like turns if I can have that please you’re gonna be a job sir You’re Gonna Be You gonna be a dude yeah you’re gonna give us some lovely discounts next

Up we have the tablet of summoning animals this requires a vexing archered log a block of lapis and any three shards they don’t have to all be star bunk or you could use wixie you can use drag me whatever you have but it must be three shards and this is gonna spawn

Random mobs that are native to the given biome so we are in an ocean biome at the moment so I’m not sure how this is really going to work so that’s uh sorry not that one that’s the wrong one hey look there’s a whale over there I wonder

If the whale’s gonna spawn let’s uh summon this guy here and we’re going to give it a bit of sauce just in case and there we go we’ve got ourselves a seal coming out of it and this is gonna keep running apparently which is nice I’m not sure

How many times you can activate it but it’s running there we go we’ve got some more guys I have not seen these fellas before forbidden and or carness so yeah I don’t know if those are enemies but uh they do different things and there you go ended

So I guess it maybe does two things over here I don’t know what we’re gonna get in the beach biome let’s have a look see this here is a Tiger Biome which is very nice so we’ll put this here as well we may end up getting some Forks foxes I

Did not want to actually augment that with a zombie villager egg but there you go here we go we’ve got some seagulls God that is perfect for the beach and over here we actually got a whirly sprig which is nice as well as a raccoon who was dying next up we have

Got the tablet of sanctuary this is made with a cascading archwood log a water Essence and a sea lantern and this is going to deny any mobs from spawning in a 32 block radius so if we go um time set at night right now this guy’s gonna want to find

A bed but yeah mob should start spawning in this nearby area if I step away a bit hopefully maybe not they would start spawning obviously what we can then do is actually give this tablet this we are going to have to give it Source because it’s going to consume Source once every

Minute and if uh if a spawn has been denied um but only in that if that’s the case so if we right click this here in a 32 block area now we are uh gonna have no Block Mob spawning which is lovely kind of hard to prove it right now but now

You can augment this with rotten flesh to increase the area obviously we’re gonna have to stop this again um but if we throw in our tablet not not throw it in rather if we right click with our tablet and give us some rotten flesh it’s going to increase the radius

By one each time so let’s just give it 64. and it’s going to slowly start consuming all of those now there is a maximum size as I was saying earlier this one is going to be 128 block radius so it’s a 256 I believe it works in a

Circle it could be a square but I believe it’s a circle that’s a 256 radius of uh no blob of no entity spawning which is lovely so we need to give it another 32 for the maximum of course um and that will obviously stop anything from spawning it doesn’t look like

Anything really wants to spawn nearby to me though which I find pretty strange and we’ll activate that there 96 rotten flesh you’re gonna need for maximum but that’s now working and obviously it will only remove Source if it actually denied a spawn in uh in a minute’s time all

These have come through the wall all right that’s gonna have to be good enough next we have the tablet of scrying this is made with a vexing archwood log three spoiler’s eyes a piece of Glowstone and a sauce gem we’ve covered scrolling a couple of times

During this but this is a ritual to give it to us exactly so when we put this in here what essentially scrolling does if you don’t know it’s going to grant us x-ray through the world but only with a given block so right now it’s not

Currently active if we want to see a very specific block inside the world let’s say some iron ore as we can see here we’ll get some of this and we’ll throw this inside and then we’ll just activate the tablet what this is then going to do is allow us to actually see

Um Iron Ore through the ground as long as it is a nearby we’re in the ocean so that’s probably not the best thing here but it should give us scrying there we go now it’s activating there we go I now have spring I had to stay

Within the area so it actually gave me the effect so make sure you don’t leave but yeah we now have scrying and as you can see we’re starting to get particles in the ground white means that it’s actually quite close as you can see here green means it’s semi far away and blue

Means is very far away um so this is still obviously just white if we go down here I probably should give myself some night vision but yeah here we should have um some iron right here I don’t know which you can see in the tool tip at the top now as

You saw this gave me five minutes as it says in the top right hand corner what you can actually do is if you throw in an manipulation augment into the ritual beforehand it will actually extend this by 15 minutes so you can end up with 20

Minutes of scrying so it’s a very good way of uh getting um loads of diamonds and stuff because this is actually rather cheap the next one we have is the tablet of the summon wild and we’ve used this ritual before uh in the tier three Final Boss episode and now this is made

With the vexing archwood log any three wild and drops you can use all three types or just one of and a block of lapis lazuli what this is going to do is that if you just activate it it’s gonna basically just summon a world and it

Could be any type of wild and this one saw some of the wild and Defender um which I’ve actually not seen before is pretty cool so here we have a Walden it’s still running I don’t know how much is going to end up spawning here you go

They’re spawned in some more stuff we’ve got the Wild and stalker hang on if there’s just been a new graphical update I think this is just a new update oh my God these guys look cool this is the first time seeing this in real time wild and Hunter on stalker and obviously the

Guardian that’s pretty cool I much prefer the way these guys look now but anyway if you actually augment this with all three types of um um drops you’re actually going to spawn the Chimera boss the Wild and Chimera which is the boss battle and I have to

See what this guy looks like because this is going to be brand new to me we’re not gonna fight him though I hope he looks cool and not the same wow that is very different a thousand health that is amazing and apparently I’m not far off away Oh wow he knows wings and third phase he now has spikes that’s pretty cool now I will say you won’t have regeneration in your version I don’t think this is because of another mod that I have that makes mobs more difficult and the very last tablet we

Have is the tablet of warping this is using the vexing archwood log and a warp scroll and what this will do is actually teleport all entities in a nearby area to a given location so I’m gonna actually activate this over here I’m going to put that down and then

Obviously it needs conditions unmet so it needs a warp scroll so what we’re going to do is we’re going to put a warp scroll over here we’re going to link it just to the floor we went over warp Scrolls um in the previous episode and

What we’re going to do is we’re going to throw this guy in here and then we’re going to say let’s make a load of villagers go over there this would be a very good way of of starting things off so we’re gonna have a load of visual villagers we’re going to activate this

And hopefully let’s see if all of them end up popping over me included all pop over here nice obviously it does you end up using up the warp scroll but for now that is going to be everything when it comes to rituals in the vanilla based version of ours new vote obviously there

Is some Oz Elemental stuff as well but for now that is where we’re going to be stopping for today and for that I think that is going to be everything when it comes to ours Nouveau now in fact actually there is one more thing and that is the turrets the in turrets we
