like recently the these past few months I always have to get up and go to the bathroom like one or two times a night it’s so annoying sick you got no I got Food poisoning did not get Co I got food poisoning on Monday and I was able to eat so I wasn’t able to really do anything for like 2 3 days after um yesterday was the first time I had a regular meal since Sunday so I’m recovering I’m in Recovery just getting a lot of rest rehydrating eating slowly like not not too much like I usually eat um I make a lot the chicken but recently I’ve only just one like one piece of chicken like one one one chicken breast and that’s it and just Cook it real quick eat that I used to eat like two usually or one big one like I’m eating one Thin one right now with white rice and it’s been good it’s been like I made that last night I made that before stream today and um that’s what I’m living off of literally Just salt and pepper on it like nothing crazy and it’s funny cuz like that’s this is basically a diet that people do to like get fit and you know lose weight whatever and I’m like well I’m doing it cuz I got thck oh my gosh is that a Freaking what that was a blaster it was not the gal
