So Well hello everybody and welcome back to another minecraft video this is mythical sausage how is everybody doing oh man we are back again doing another tutorial and today i’m going to show you guys how to build this awesome minecraft starter house you see right behind me and it’s super cool has Pretty much most of the things you need in order to survive in your first couple days but you know what it’s really awesome we got some diagonals we got some really cool shapes but you know what let’s build this thing right now block for block let’s go and here we go With the block palette so you’re going to be needing some oak logs some spruce logs the strip kind as well the rest of the spruce family also some stripped dark oak wood and then a couple little things along the way and here we go with the dimensions everything’s all laid out in Wool find yourself a nice spot and we’re gonna get this started right now so right here is gonna be the front of the house it’s gonna be the front door we’re gonna have a nice little front porch area a little diagonal extension over here and our fireplace on this side and a back Door over there in the back end i’m gonna start right here on this corner we’re gonna start with the foundation for the house i’m gonna give it a mix of cobble and stone brick but for right now let’s just do everything out of cobble i’m gonna start right here let’s go Down one two three four five six and seven turn this corner we’re gonna go another one two three four five six seven and eight turn this corner let’s go down one two three four five and six and then from here just connect the rest so another one Two three four five six and seven just like so let’s turn this corner and we’re gonna count from one two three and four right on this section we’re gonna go with a diagonal it’s gonna be one block two three four and five i’m gonna turn this corner and go another one Two three and four and then from here just connect to the end another one two three and four just like this now we’re gonna start right here in this corner with a spruce log and go up one two three four and five all the corner bits are gonna go up by Five with spruce logs just in the main area right here and then we’re gonna make this outside bit a little bit different so let’s go up by five on all of them just like this then let’s go ahead and fill everything up here with some of these stripped Spruce logs let’s take it up by four and then on the top bit we’re gonna do a little cross beam we’re gonna do it over here as well so fill everything up over here we’re also gonna put a fireplace in here so we’re gonna be trimming this out Later on but for right now just you can have it all filled out we’re gonna do another cross beam here same on this side let’s take this all the way up we’ll add our windows and our doors later another cross beam on top just like the other ones and in here do the Same thing we’re gonna take this all the way down with our strip spruce until we get to the top we’re going to go ahead and cross beam right here on this level like this now from here we’re going to work on the extension this is going to Be a different color palette for this one we’re going to go ahead and go to this corner and go with some oak logs and we’re going to go up one two and three and then we’re going gonna go up by three every other one and then we’re gonna Grab our stripped dark oak and go up by three in those gaps like this i’m gonna continue it all the way around so every other one gets the oak and then every other one in between gets the dark oak like that same thing on this side Up by three up by three and then take these up by three as well with a dark oak so we have this little extension fit just like this and then now we’re gonna go ahead and do a little bit of a roof here we’re gonna do this one out of spruce so Let’s put spruce slabs on top of every one of the logs we already just placed then i’m gonna go on the outside bit and we’re gonna go down this level and give it a wrap around right here with these slabs going all the way around and they should connect back to this House we’re gonna go on the inside level and let’s go ahead and put a layer of our slabs right next to the top layer that we originally placed and then here we’re gonna take this one up one more time and go all the way around with it And then here really simple we’re just gonna seal it up with our slabs at this level now let’s work on the front porch i’m gonna grab our spruce logs and go right up against this one here go up one and two spacer two up by two space of three up by two Then here we’re gonna put some stairs i’m gonna go one two and three right here i’m gonna go with some slabs on this one one and two slabs right here one two and three and just fill out the rest with slabs on the top level over here We’re gonna go with some fences to go one and one on each side and a gate in the middle and then over here just two fences on top we’re gonna cap this one off with a trapdoor but these we’re gonna lift it up we’re gonna go up one Two and three we’re gonna go up one two and three let’s leave that there for now let’s work on the back roof and then we’ll connect that here with some campfire blocks now at this level we’re going to go with some screw stairs let’s take that down and overhang it that way Let’s take it down all the way to the end and this should go right on top of these blocks we placed so it works out perfect then here we’re going to go with it upside down stair i’m going to go with a stair forward upside down one forward upside down one Forward this is the center then i’m gonna go with an upside down stair right there and i’m gonna go with a stair facing this direction here then we’re gonna keep going the same thing we’re gonna put a stair forward upside down one forward upside down one forward Upside down and then this should go perfectly to this section and let’s take it all the way down to the end we’re gonna overhang that bit and then pretty much just repeat that one over here so we’re gonna go with our simple step pattern simple a frame going up right until we get To the center point once we get to the center again same thing upside down stair stair facing forward for this one i’m going to go with some of the dark oak wood but you can go with really any log over here will look pretty good Even oak you can even use birch if you want to just make sure it’s stripped but we’re going to take the dark coat all the way down i just like the way the color contrasts really nicely with the strip dark coat with the oak uh outside area so that’s pretty much Why i picked it but you can go with any log up here if you don’t have dark oak available so once we take all these down this goes it goes down right to here i’m gonna work out a little window that goes on both sides in a second but Before we do that let’s work on our little overhang bit here i’m gonna grab campfire blocks i’m gonna put it right on top of the fence and take it all the way down till it goes on top of this fence here and then just take it all the way back To the very end right here of those stairs we just placed make sure you extinguish that you don’t want this thing on fire the overhang should look just like this then i’m gonna grab some trapdoors i’m gonna place these on the outside level just have a nice little overhang bit and I’m gonna grab some oak fence gates i’m gonna go right down that line here and then take it all the way down to the end and take this one all the way down to the end just giving it a little bit more support now it’s time to work on The window here in the center so what we’re gonna do is count from this block and go down one and two and three right here we’re gonna put an upside down stair do the same thing over here so one two and on the third one upside down Stair right there above that i’m gonna put a stair facing this way and one going back same thing over here stare this way one going back i’m gonna put an upside down stair here upside down stair here stare forward stare forward upside down here and they stare forward on this section Then really simple we’re just gonna bring these logs down so right from here one and two right from here one two and three another one and two here and we have a nice little window right on this section now let’s just get rid of this little middle bit Just like that i’m gonna grab some of the oak logs and we’re gonna go up one two one two one and two gonna get rid of that bottom one and we have a window there it looks really cool now we just have to repeat this on the Other side now we’re gonna work on the back let’s do it together again so one and two on the third one upside down from here one and two on the third one upside down i’m gonna go with stairs forward stairs forward upside down stair upside down stair forward one more Forward upside down here and it’s there facing this direction bring down two logs here two logs here and one two and three here again we’re going to cut this little bit out and then go ahead and come back in let’s add this oak right here so one and two one and two One and two here and pop that one out for a window now from back here we’re gonna work out some extra details we’re gonna be placing some slabs every other one going down like this i’m going to put trapdoors in those little gaps only thing i’m going to get rid of these two Right here these are going to place them upside down stairs one on this side one on that side let’s knock these three down i’m going to put a back door so we’re going to put an upside down stair there let’s take these up and then let’s go ahead and put another stair here Another couple stairs right there now from here i’m gonna grab these trapdoors and we’re gonna go out one more level like so and then i’m gonna grab some campfire blocks let’s go down one two and three here let’s extinguish those and we got a little overhang bit for our back door here Now for this gap on this section we’re going to be grabbing our oak logs and let’s go one here one in the center go take it all the way to the top and then one on this side and then dark oak in the little gaps in between like so Then we’re gonna grab this upside down stair and then cover up this level just like this now jumping back over here on this side we’re gonna pretty much do the same thing so we’re gonna grab our oak put one here put one in the center put one on that side And then dark oak in the little gaps one and two one and two here and then upside down stairs all the way down but we’re gonna break this up because what i’m gonna do is let’s actually knock that bit down gonna grab our brick and right from the center we’re gonna Take this up one two three four five six seven i’m gonna put a brick stair here then i’m gonna go right on the inside let’s knock that bit out i’m gonna take brick up right on this corner let’s go up another one two three four here we’re gonna put a Campfire block on top and then surround this in trap doors like this of our spruce from down here we want to dress this up a little bit so i want to take this up another one two three four let’s put a stair right on top let’s go up here one two three Put us there on top here we’re gonna go up another one two stay on top of that here we’re just gonna go up one and here one we’re gonna put a stair here and a stair here so we have this cool look and then if You want you could break it up maybe put a stair sideways here make it look a little bit more ruined can you put a stair sideways like that it looks pretty cool and if you want to you can bring in a little bit of granite If you wanted to break it up do a little bit of texturing and since we’re already here we can texture the bottom here by adding a little bit of the stone break you don’t have to do this part but it just makes it look a little bit cooler when you add a little Bit more texture there to the bottom bit and it should look something like that now for this window i’m just gonna add regular glass there to the side i’m gonna put a little trapdoor here on this corner of oak back here i’m also gonna add a couple Windows i’m gonna put one over here on this side one over here on that side just four blocks and then trap doors on each section like that i’m gonna grab some oak bushes and we’re gonna just put two down just like that in the bottom for this section i’m gonna have one more Glass over here i’m gonna put our window in there just like that trapdoors on any side it’s going to put one side here and a couple more bushes there at the bottom back over here on this side i’m also going to add two more windows I’m going to go down two on these right there and then just regular clear glass on both you can use any color i’m just going to go with these i’m going to put trap doors on this side and then trap doors on this side here i’m gonna add a little Bit of a flower box so i’m just gonna go right here one two and three and surround these in our trapdoors of our spruce and berry bushes at the bottom i’m gonna jump inside and put a door let’s go with our spruce one here and on this side i’m gonna knock right Here on this section three out it should be centered to that i’m gonna go ahead and put a door here and grab a stair and we’re gonna put this upside down right above the door right here and then just a little bit of texturing here to this all Strip spruce i’m going to add just a couple bits of just plank just coming up on the side just like that i’m also going to do it a little bit over here just a tad on the sides that looks pretty good and then we can do a little Bit here on the front bit just to break it up a little bit and then definitely a little bit on this end just like that now for added details i’m gonna go ahead and put a little rock piles in certain spots so maybe one small one on this side Maybe one slab over here you don’t have to put exactly where i’m putting it but it just adds just a little bit of detail so something like that i’m not going to add any on this side and then maybe just a bit over here on this corner like so now Just to add a little bit more detail on the roof i’m going to go with some trapdoors i’m going to place these on the second one from here also on the second one from here as well here so we can match that up and then on this one i’m going to be Putting it right exactly where the other one is so a couple right there and maybe one on the center just like that another house is completely done but let’s go on the interior let me show you what to set up inside now for the flooring over here I’m just going to cover this all up in oak you could pretty much put any uh block you want down here it will look good in any situation that’ll be just fine but then also what we got to do is we’re going to figure out a way to get into The diagonal for this one i’m just going to knock down just one bit right here on this corner so let’s go up by three i’m gonna put a little upside down stair right here by doing this we save on all the space you could break it All up and just have a full diagonal entrance to get in but it really is up to you guys how you want to set it up for me i’m going to leave this all up and leave this all down and then we’re going to go in from here Now for this section i’m actually going to have a drop down so we’re going to go down this level and then for here i’m going to go ahead and just put a bunch of oak again so all the way down ok on the bottom for this also i’m going to have a stair Right here i’m not going to see that up with the door but i’m just going to have a stair going in and then for the top bit on this section i’m just going to put a trap door like that so then we have a little drop down and this Is our area that i really wanted to have for an extra bedroom now over here on this side we’re going to work out a little bit of the kitchen so we have the fireplace going up here so that is perfect we’re going to put a furnace in the middle i’m going to go With an upside down stair right on this section and then i’m going to take up our break going all the way up to the top like this then i’m gonna grab some barrels and we’re gonna use these as cabinets we’re gonna go down two two on this side i’m gonna go down two Over here one on this side and then we’re gonna put a cauldron in the corner i’m gonna go with some trapdoors and put those on the top like this and over here just put a cake on one side this had some tea pickles why not how about a little flower pot let’s add Another flower pot on top maybe some storage here and random junk on the corner something like this looks pretty good and then maybe extra bits let’s do another flower pop but this time let’s put a plant on top of that one and then maybe how About let’s just throw a bush on top of that one so we got a big old plant on the top like that that looks awesome over here we’re gonna take these logs up we didn’t take them up initially and just to cover this up we can cover those two up like so And then on this i’m not going to have a second floor i just want a really high ceiling but i want to add some details here so i’m going to put a trapdoor in the middle right here on both sides and i’m going to add a couple slabs on each end like this Then i’m gonna grab some stairs i’m gonna put one on each side like so one on each side like so same thing over here so one in each one in each here and then on the top we’re going to grab the oak and i’m going to put that in A little section here for a little cross beam that looks like that then on the center bit i’m gonna grab a grindstone i’m gonna put one on each side i’m gonna put a chain on each end and i’m gonna hang a lantern from underneath the chain like that for Added details i’m gonna put two slabs on each side and a trapdoor in the center and then over here i’m just going to go ahead and lift that up one more time and then add a slab in the center like this for even more details a couple trapdoors a couple trap doors Like that and we have this nice almost like a little bit of a curve there to the top of the ceiling now for added details also a couple trapdoors underneath the stairs one on each side i forgot a glass here that’s fine also i’m gonna put an upside down stair right here underneath The window another one on this side i’m gonna grab a flower pot put one on each end and then just pick any plant or flower we’re gonna put one on each side like so now right here in the center i want to add a little dining room table so let’s Do this i’m going to put two stairs here two stairs here of our spruce i’m gonna grab some of the strip dark oak let’s go down one and two i’m gonna be placing some oak trap doors this direction and then two this direction then some oak signs right next to the stairs On each side so there we go it’s like this and i’m going to grab some oak pressure places put those two on top and we got a little dining room area right here i’m also going to grab some carpet i’m going to place these down here in the front Right in front of the kitchen and we’re looking good now over here i’m gonna take these two out we have this little space so we can add more details so you’re gonna add a little armor stand and let’s play some diamond armor in here why not That looks cool put some buttons on each side just for some more details like that and up here i’m just gonna add a couple paintings just get the little ones just remove these so we can have those set up and over here in this corner i put a little composter with Some bushes going up like this actually with slight modification i really want to have another composter over here with a couple bushes so to do that we’re gonna have to maybe take this little bit out let’s have the little drop down here on this corner take this back up and this actually Makes it a little bit cooler because now we have those two composters that i really wanted to add and then we could go ahead and put our trap door like that now we have a little drop down in the corner and we’re still good and we have our compost with our bush Very nice now back here we can do so many different things number one i want to dress up the ceiling over here so let’s go ahead and lift all of this up one more level just like this then i’m going to add a cross beam right here on this level Like this by doing that we could do a little room divider here on this end and i’m going to lift this up right here in the middle like this also i’m going to lift up right here on this center like that now we have a little divider here that we can have uh More space on this side for a bed i’m gonna put a little orange bed here on the side why not becky i’m gonna put a little composter put some more bushes back here one or two put a little shelf here so i’m gonna put a stair here stair right here Let’s grab a slab put that in the middle we’re gonna grab some barrels let’s go ahead and go up one and two let’s put a double chest there on the side and put a lantern on top add some carpet here why not put a little cyan down there that’s perfect On this corner also let’s put a painting put that right in the center oh not that one i don’t wanna sleep with that that looks cool little angel we’re here gonna put another shelf so let’s go with a stair i’m gonna go upside down right here And drop a little lantern on top of that now over here on this corner i’m just gonna take these barrels all the way to the top so you have extra storage here put another little composter with a bush here on top we could do a little stairs So let’s put a stair down like that and a trap door in the back a little seating area right here in case you don’t want to you know hang out with friends outside let’s go with one more painting right there in the corner and we are done with this little compact Bedroom right here it’s really cool and there it is all done with the build hopefully you guys enjoyed the tutorial also if you wanted to dress up the house a little bit here’s some inspiration if you wanted to do this in your world just a little bit of path block some coarse dirt Some planks there on the floor we got some fences with some lanterns there a bunch of trees scattered around here just to make it look like it’s all inside the forest and it’s looking really really cool also some very bushes here path going this way path jumping down that direction and Also let me know if you guys want me to build more of the same style here in this area make maybe make a whole entire village in this style but let me know if you guys want more of this in the future but for right Now i’m out of here thank you so much for watching catch you guys in the next minecraft video goodbye Hmm You Video Information
