Hi there welcome to the how-to video on how to use the chopper from a progressive automation oh yeah so the chopper pretty good you can chop and plant saplings all types of saplings well not all types the most types of saplings so um to craft it you simply get Yourself a couple of logs a furnace a chest and a wooden axe you can then of course get yourself a wooden chopper the wooden chopper takes some fuel it takes a wooden axe and it takes saplings it will always plant to whatever direction that is that is doesn’t say does it Oh East will always plant to the east first and so that’s kind of that and you can upgrade it of course with some upgrades and I don’t have any wooden upgrades so let’s create the iron one the difference of course between the machines is as always that they can use a higher level Thus the tools last longer and of course the trees get chopped a lot quicker so let’s use this iron chopper here we’ll put some fuel in and we’ll put some saplings in and there it goes and if we grab some bone meal then I just grow the tree you can see that it Will start chopping straight away am normally from the top to the bottom but it goes a bit weird sometimes so there we are it will take any saplings put them back in here and it will take all the wood and put it in there so we can Add the upgrades as I said there’s kind of a loop around there pretty cool and that will just keep going until it runs out of fuel or runs out of saplings so the chopper can also take the wither upgrade which of course will ludicrously increase the range by four by default Each upgrade so you can see that’s getting pretty big um of course big range is good and I keep getting asked this question if we change this to dark oak saplings as long as the range is enough that for saplings will get planted together the four by four trees Will in fact get planted and harvested and grown properly so if we just knock off all these birch saplings here you can see that loads of these dark oak are fine and they’ll actually grow like so of course dark oak being the destructive thing that it is it might actually Destroy the chopper at some point but probably not you’re probably okay but they are um that is it it of course harvests wood I see two rubber plants and regular mf4 rubber plants is well although none of these grown yet there we go and I will chop them down grabbing The rubber as well which is pretty good so there you have it there is the chopper I hope you found this video instructive and helpful and of course you can enchant the tools as well the axe as well if you wanted to go even faster so that is it I hope you enjoy The episode and I hope you found it helpful if you have any questions about the chopper please do ask them in this on the comments below and I will see you later Video Information
