Today I’m going to show you guys how to make this laser door that will kill anything that tries to pass through it you’ll need one mine car one powered rail one block of redstone decent amount of redstone one lever an observer and another block of your choice which I Chose iron and a command block to get a command block go and say slash give at s commandor block now go and say slash game rule command block output false now with that we are going to to place three observers or blocks of your choice in a Row just like that now we’re going to count over five blocks one 2 3 4 5 and we are going to place another three observers or block of your choice so it looks like this now we’re going to dig down two in between just like that and Now we’re going to add some powered rails in between and I will place a block of redstone right here to activate it now I’ll go and place a mine cart so it goes back and forth just like that and I’m going to place my block of iron In between to cover that up now I’m going to go ahead and make this longer and I’m going to have it at least five blocks long so 1 2 3 4 five and you can make that longer if you’d like that is just the minimum length you must have Now with it looking something along the lines of this we are going to go inside of your little chamber and we are going to dig out two blocks and we are going to have a strip of four just like this now we’re going to delete these grass blocks on the top And these bottom blocks as well and we are going to go ahead and place four command blocks in a row just like that and we’re going to crouch and place redstone on top of it and to crouch is shift on PC L2 on PlayStation and Xbox now inside this First Command Block we Are going to have it on a repeat unconditional and needs Redstone and we’re going to go ahead and say execute the word at and then a symbol at e bracket type equals Minecart and then another bracket now we’re going to say run particle Minecraft colon obsidian underscore glowcore dust uncore particle and then We’re going to do space two up arrows and then 2.5 and then another up arrow and that is it for this first command block and what we’re actually going to do is we’re going to copy this code PC that’s contrl a contrl c and I’m not sure how you can Do that on Xbox and Playstation so sorry about that and we’re going to go and copy that into this next one and instead of 2.5 3.5 and this one is also going to be a repeat unconditional needs Redstone the next one also a repeat uncondition additional needs Redstone and then we are also going to copy the command back in there and this time we’re going to do 4.5 instead of 3.5 and now last but not least this is the definitely the hardest part so make sure you’re paying attention for this one in here we are going to have a Repeat unconditional needs Redstone and we are going to say kill at e braet x equals and then we need to make sure your position is on so to do that go and go into your settings and inside of game and scroll down and here is where it Will be is show coordinates so make sure that is flicked on and now what we’re going to do is we are going to stand on this first block to the left and we are going to take the coordinates of those so the EXP position is -127 for me comma Y equals and then get your y value which mine is 71 and now this is where the tricky part begins so make sure you’re paying attention for this part so go and say comma DX equals we are going to test if the x value which is your first value Changes if we walk backwards so let’s go and walk backwards and as you can see mine does so if that is happening to you what we’re going to do is we are going to say DX = 0 comma d y = 2 comma d z = -3 end that off with a bracket If instead yours your x value is changing like this when you walk backwards and only your Z value is changing that means you need to change your command block to DX = 3 comma d y = 2 comma DZ = Z now We’ll go and cover that up and when you activate it you can either put the lever here or what I like to do is I like to put the lever on the back so it can be like a prison or another option you can Do is you can break that block and put a redstone to the lever over here or wherever you want it but for the purposes of this video I’ll do it right here and as you can see it will turn on and when I run through it as you can see I will die so now to explain it so in this First Command Block we have it repeating and what we are doing we are we are executing the command at the entity which is a mine cart and we are going to run a particle effect and this Is the particle effect the obsidian glow dust particle I thought it looked cool and this will basically raise it two um kind of two blocks above the mine cart so if we look here we have it one and then 2 and 1/2 and in this the second Command block we are doing the same thing we are just raising it to three so that is the second line and then the next one is four which is the the third line and then this last command block is where we get the most confusing where we Set our x value and then our X values so that is where it will initially kill and then we have our distance from X our distance from X since our x value goes backwards we need it set at zero so it will not go left and right this way the Distance to Y is two blocks meaning that it will go up two and that’s how far it will kill you and the distance to Z is -3 so meaning it’s from here to here in the actual Mine card so that’s it for today’s video If you guys did enjoy make Sure to leave a like And subscribe and I’ll see you guys on the next one bye Video Information
