Zebra Gamer – Minecraft Dungeons Gameplay Walkthrough Part 4 – Pumpkin Pastures!

Hello zebra herd welcome back to minecraft the dungeons today we are heading back into the action of course last episode we made away through soggy swamp I wanted to get a couple more weapons but I’ve been trying to send my emeralds because I don’t know what else

I might need this you know spend them on will get a heavy crossbow I already have one of those hunters armor I’ve noticed that a lot of these aren’t better than what I currently have though so you never only know until you try but I will salvage out then just

Because I don’t need it but yeah maybe it’s not worth throwing about maybe we should save our emeralds for other things but for right now we’re going to be continuing on with the story with pumpkin pastures look at this place it’s a pirate ship it looks very autumn II I

Love it so pumpkin pastures we will do whatever is recommended so like we can’t do quite level 16 power 16 but we can do this one this one’s actually a little bit easier so like maybe it’s all gonna be like that isn’t it okay so well just stick with pumpkin pastures recommended

Power 10 Normal difficulty gear and artifact power 12 the 19 and there’s quite a few different things we can get there and all three are new artifacts so very exciting possibilities so whatever we do pumpkin pastures let’s read about the story the last homely hearth the imager raids have reached the once quiet

Fields of the pumpkin pastures as the villagers were dragged off in Chains and everything burned it seemed all was lost but one village still stands in the chaos that last homely hearth remains a beacon of hope but they need our help so let’s go ahead and definitely help

Them a pumpkin pastures let’s start the mission this is gonna be cool I love this area I just I there aren’t really too many places in the in the actual Minecraft game that feel like this with the autumn coloring and the the village with a windmill in the

Background the energy raids have roasted this once lush land to ruin only one village remains unspoiled in this corner of the world make haste hero who must warm the villages there of the battle to come you are their only hope okay then we won’t let them down

Looks pretty peaceful for right now but it’ll be fun then run around so here we are at the pumpkin pastures and we will just try to look around so far two secrets for chat so it looks like this level might be a bit simple but there’s arrows have they been defending this

Place quite a lot I’m sure probably hasn’t been an easy time for them oh hello already Wow gettin the super spread shot super often every single time that was crazy okay I have to keep that in mind but yeah there are some things I gotta be

Careful I’ve done so I thought we were just gonna lead right into the village not quite we actually have to get there still so definitely going to take this opportunity to look around a little bit see what it was that a baby baby zombie on top of a chicken there we go Oh

Whoo-hoo pretty good but we got some crazy cool gear in the last episode and I am going to do everything I can to make the most of that and really use it see how everything goes what was up this way more zombies see how we learn last

Episode on why the are or how more specific what is this um I just gonna explode kind of be careful that well all these explode I don’t know weird that was very odd we learned all about how you know with the are chillage ER he is

Making it so that the mobs are surviving during the day something you don’t see in normal minecraft so I’m just trying to figure everything out oh there’s like flies around here because of this rotting pumpkin gross not good oh let’s get that that was a shadow form I hear more

Enemies I guess they’re all up this way God yeah and we can all do a bit of that but what about these guys oh my but the bow and arrow is so used for it now having that spread shot is really good also just having that extra range

Makes a big difference with the what is this weapon called this is the grave Bain I think it’s supposed to be a type of I forget anyways I’m real weapons called we’ll get ourselves another arrow bundle we also picked up a hunter’s armor it’s about the same as what we

Currently have but this has enchantments so I’ll keep with this especially since food reserves whenever you use the healing potion you can create random food items I don’t think that’s useful if I are to use the potion speed synergy when activating any artifact to give 20% movement speed for a short time

Interesting upgrades but I don’t think anything I need I have the swiftness that’s good enough for now I will use my potion give it more time to restore it seem that there’s something up this way I can’t quite reach that bow that’s where the maps a little weird don’t

Think it’s worth worrying about we actually did get every single chest we can find or that was available to find in the previous level so we are getting better at finding everything so that’s at least nice so this is all bonus area as well not actually anything necessary

So if you ever wanted to zoom by these levels on a higher difficulty it actually wouldn’t be that bad if you were to skip everything that wasn’t necessary you could probably get a lot done because I know that probably the most valuable thing you can get out of

The levels is going to come from the chests that you get by defeating the level so if you’re just looking for artifacts that might be a good bat and that’s definitely something we will consider at some point is sort of zooming through the levels again to get

More artifacts but right now I don’t really need to do that and where am I okay I fell I was gonna say it seems like you can jump off of platforms but only if you you roll into it so some of them to keep in mind and of course we

Also got this cowardice upgrade up here so what that means is that we should be dealing more damage to stuff by being at full health also another good thing to keep in mind just to preserve our health as much as possible because we get rewarded for it

But looks like we’re getting closer to the village here oh man that was good Wow it was a firework show okay and we get a TNT I’d rather not use it against this one guy though let’s see if we can’t find a bigger group like that and

That seems decent oh no poor little wolf is getting beat up I don’t like that and there’s actually maybe that isn’t part of the village because it leads down here hmm this place looks cool at the lease thank you level up we’re level number nine now and we also get another

TNT can I go inside of this building I can’t but it would be cool if I could yeah look at this pirate ship umm I guess I’ll give you guys that I don’t want to be in the range of it can I go inside of anything here so I guess this

Is what I saw was a big pirate ship I thought it was a building but I was wrong can’t click it up there though would be cool if I could but I can’t so I guess this is some how some of the elders are showing up by pirate ship

Anyways what do I want to upgrade with my extra level up now I can’t quite afford too much unless I want to go for a potion barrier yeah let’s go for that that’ll be good for more intense moments but if I want anything more I’m going to

Have to cough up three upgrade points the same thing here and well this one two here or two there I’ll have to keep that in mind right now though let’s zoom back over this way there isn’t anything else I missed doesn’t look like it okay and what is

All of this about can I get up this way she does not seem weird there’s got to be a way I can make my way across especially since it’s saying that’s the way I’m supposed to go so maybe there’s a way to loop around or maybe there’s

Just as well that was awesome so now I can go back down this way that makes sense that makes so much sense and that’s what we got to look out for is cool things like that because that was both a secret and a chest because sometimes they’ll just be little areas

Like that I suppose where there’s not anything visually going to be telling you hey there’s something here but there is something there oh wow and we could just go way over this way – hey Adam that spider wasn’t running hair we go do it deal with that guys quickly as I can

Don’t hit that enchant me with something I definitely need to use this weapon more than my melee weapon it’s very very good I mean I have a lot of arrows I know but it doesn’t look like as much going on here okay I tried so back over

This way now it looks like this is our main way to go then far as I can tell huh oh and more arrows up to 100 – whoa watch out for that I don’t like that thing one bet that was okay it actually only got rid of one enemy it probably

Wasn’t entirely worth it whoa didn’t even see that spider got the shadow Bru if this area is starting to open up a lot though but every level is had like a unique landscape to it so that’s been a ton of fun I’ve really appreciated that

Can I go up here how do I get up to those guys oh here we go now you’re in trouble now you’re in so much trouble ready for this there are so many enemies up here Wow okay what does go I was trying to trap me in with all that

Explosive I don’t like this I gotta be careful wow this is something else isn’t it weird I see that one skeleton way down this way don’t always try to get done there’s got to be more up here cool waterfalls this is sort of oh and that’s

Where I could hop down to find that oh no I didn’t mean to do that I think there’s another chest run I can hear that the gleaming of a different chest so off to look for it but now I gotta go all the way back around oh and I missed

Something so maybe maybe it was worth it there we go got some emeralds some of them fell off into the ravine so I guess I’m not getting those ones and I guess I could have gone up from here too so shows you that I could definitely get

Better at exploring so let’s try this again got that maybe it’s just that one chest down there I’m hearing I guess the glimmery noise doesn’t go away oby here’s another chest so this should be chest three or four very nice and that’s you know always one of the ways we’re

Supposed to go so let’s try it Oh Taran you up alright that could have been better I keep on pressing the wrong button I kept on summoning the wolf one I want to bring out the fireworks wow that’s a lot of enemies good thing I have the arrows right now let’s use

Their cowardice that wasn’t too bad we also have a potion barrier going on well we’ve got some supplies over this way don’t mind if I do so we get some arrows some bread don’t quite need it but we could have let’s turn it back thou got another chest and

Apparently that’s gonna be our fourth one so who knows what if they’ll be more and on we have two T and T is on her head I’m sort of curious to see how high we can stack that up I don’t think it’s worth that oh man didn’t mean to throw out that way

Still plenty of enemies around to find and beat up so I really don’t want to give up on this area just yet that’s a pole thought that was an enemy he aha here we go and can we get up on top of this hill oh don’t want to forget about you like I

Said before so this is like one last little corner over this way not much to it but I had the check okay so it looks like we’re going off this way now and I see this little thing actually there was a little bit of an area down this way

Not too much here okay this chart applied all by different options this place is looking a little ravaged now I really thought we were gonna get to the town sooner than this so certainly interesting so far oh is this it oh oh no it’s locked off I’m guessing because

They think I’m an enemy whoa it’s him again get out of here what is he doing now okay it’s creating lots of enemies oh not good actually told me not to buddy actually so far I’m sure that’ll change out Oh we’ll get our TNT I will definitely use I’m so sorry mister woof

Oh okay okay watch out that got most of them and that was it oh that was easy that’s the best you got our children gonna have to work harder than that so as you can see we have found the village I think oh okay hold on there’s still

Tons of enemies wow that was good okay hold on get that Apple so we can start restoring some health oh it looks like there’s some levers to pull wow what is that I have no clue we’ve got some kind of new thing sickles they’re worse than

I currently have but it’s a dual wield a ceremonial weapon the hell’s from the oh my gosh okay hold on I thought we were done not quite Erica the drawbridge is being lowered there’s still more skeletons about Wow be the sickles a ceremonial weapon that hell’s from the same region as the

Desert temple interesting but significantly we could know what I currently am so not gonna worry about afraid now because I really need to survive with what I got want some more supplies probably gonna need these extra arrows yeah we’re there there gets to a point when you’re like

Halfway through the level the games that start showering you with arrows at least that’s how it’s been so far and at that point I can just use a lot of arrows with scale mail that’s a new type of thing there we go I gotcha so let’s see that one that’s 14 says

None as good as what we currently have another of zombie chicken or baby zombie chicken oh nice 246 oh let’s definitely get you wow did we get two for one there that was weird I’m not sure okay got to be careful with these guys but making it work oh no I

Got the Sheep again I’m sorry it’s not too much in terms of like chests around here but apparently we’ve gotten all of them we’re just looking for one more secret which why would there be a secret without a chest enemies scale mail 52 health 35% damage reduction and plus 30%

Melee damage this is a melee type of armor this armor craft near the shores of the Great Sea was inspired by the scales of fish and it looks like that’s all we have right now we got some more of the sickles but don’t have to worry about those too much it’s still not

Quite high enough in damage to be worth it whoa okay so he’s the guy who raises those pillars gotcha definitely I’m going to keep that in mind let’s slice and dice some of these guys all got some TNT I think or not what no world’s going oh that that was a

Stack of like five baby zombies on one chicken the poor chickens back and that’s running this a volker what’s going on here first off do that oh gosh oh gosh interesting grab some old weapons is this the Evo right here then I guess so let’s go for him wow that hurts

Come on keep slicing dicing him okay that was cool let’s destroy all these guys too but they’re not as big of a deal now that was crazy though for sure the Evoque er seems pretty cool but I guess there might be cuz I know we run into the

Enemy last episode I think there are bosses and then there’s like mini bosses I would consider that a mini boss because they know they’re just not as big of a deal but they’re still boss why it’s technically they have the health bar and everything anyways what’s over

This way okay watch it buddy not too much just yet yeah it is cool to see all these different new characters that are technically being added to the to the Minecraft alors let me get out of this hmm so I’m still looking around for whatever that last secret might be could

Be just about anything okay that wasn’t a good I thought I could go down that way I suppose I can’t so uh we got you over here oh gosh there we go let’s get that shadow brew and definite get rid of the enchanter guy because he

Will I think he’ll be the rest of the mobs and we don’t want that okay so far not too bad now I’ll use this potion now because he never now I want I’ll need it next so just restore my health and then what the cooldown do

Its thing I do like having a shield though after using it it does encourage me to be a little bit more tactical about my timing so what else can I do around here not like only too much at the moment well we’ll get another supplies chest getting us up to over

Three hundred and forty arrows I think that’ll be all we need this one I don’t know if I can even use that many of my driving but I will certainly try okay got some enemies over this white let’s do a bit of that but the wolf is definitely a good distraction against

Most most of them and allows me just to sort of focus on the more dangerous ones and there’s a level up will you reach double digits or level ten scrappy Scout is the achievement we unlocked for that cool okay there we go got to be a bit careful here but I think

Now might be a good time for the potion oh we got that’s that damage stacking or whatever it is this is we can attack really quickly I need to get rid of that guy over here because he’s making more difficult okay there’s so many different ways to

Go I don’t know if this way is anything mandatory or if it’s all just extra staff we’re gonna find out there’s a potion and it looks like that’s about it yep okay this is a dead end hmm but there’s still plenty of little corners in on the other side that we can explore

A little bit not looking like there’s too much to it value I wish I could go inside these houses and find cool stuff but just doesn’t see what the game operates that way sort of a shame my inner Explorer wants to explore more especially with Minecraft you know like

You can do anything you want you can explore anywhere you want so sometimes that limit is a little bit weird for it being minecraft but I don’t think that’s a bad thing it’s just different and different isn’t inherently bad there we go so I think I’ve cleared out just about everything so far

Oh got some more armor over that like only got rid of one skeleton with that shot it’s not the best those more of the scale armor which I don’t think I’ll really need that much especially with these wizard robes but especially now it’s not even this high as what we

Currently have so I think I will be salvaging a bunch of this stuff we get a lot of the same weapons right now okay so ring the warning bell the last hearth well we’ll definitely do that but I want to explore a bit first cuz I have a

Feeling that’s gonna be a big deal we bring that warning bell say there’s not too many villagers around I thought with the opening cutscene we would see some those little scarecrow here that’s cool cool so what’s with this building I can’t go over there it’s locked off good to keep in mind

Probably something I’ll be able to do once we figure everything else out maybe can I go nope not over there okay got it be careful with that I’m just exploring everything I can right now before we worry about any of this hello I can’t get in there that’s fine so that’s the

That’ll be certainly helpful let’s do that I know you don’t okay maybe you will wow that hurt yeah let’s get this set up so we have our shield there we go Volker taken down and that is going to clear out the land new event door opened well would you look at this

Let’s go inside victory in that’s it okay and the villages of the pumpkin pastures go on to fight another day so we missed the secret overall very fun level very quick one as well I think if some of these levels are just longer than others I do try to explore them as

Much as I can but as you can see level complete pumpkin pastures we opened up a hundred of the chests defeated ninety eight percent of the mobs healing done zero annex I didn’t heal other people and thirty thousand damage done so let’s see what we get our

Cool chests here this is gonna be full aiming quiver the quit this quiver is filled with the deadliest of arrows so is that an artifact it is so maple could try that over the the fireworks for it but oh look at this we get a wandering trader I didn’t mean

To attack you so random artifact get a rate amount of fact appropriate for your level 178 will get a fishing rod so let’s try this a couple of times wind torn when the wind torn echoes throughout the forests of the overworld the creatures of the night tremble with fear

So I’m guessing it’ll make them all run away let’s do one more totem of shielding this totem radiates powerful energy that bursts forth as protective as a protective shield around those near it interesting so let’s try some of this out of course I have seen this before

This is a passive we got this last episode basically it makes it so the more enemies you take out the more it’ll heal you when you need it but this is the thing can I only control which one yeah okay I can but yeah first off Wow and how long does that

Last for it seemed like a good couple of them we also have that horn and that scares enemies away and then lastly we also have this and that makes this cool shield the only problem with this is it doesn’t move with you I could certainly see that being useful doubt

So like which ones well I choose I think I’ll have to wait and see how you will salvage this one though just because we already have one that’s better than that I don’t think we need this so we’ll sell but just as well but it shows you that

We want to make the most of our money when I’m curious about if I call in the woof and then I switch out this for something else he goes away that’s sort of a shame and shows you can’t really do things like that I’ll have to keep that

In mind so yeah that’s really cool and it shows you that maybe we don’t have to replay through levels to get some of the artifacts were looking for but maybe we should I don’t know I’m trying to look to see if anything has popped up here yeah like the flaming quiver well that’s

What we get the wind horn and the flaming quiver so we could just get these through the guy if we wanted to but I feel like we should put some extra time to something I feel like we just finished this episode so early so maybe we should go back and explore some stuff

At a higher difficulty the creeper woods wasn’t that bad especially if we did like well I can’t quite do this one well it’s level 16 I could handle it it would just be tough I have to be very careful let’s try it let’s go to creeper woods

At 16 and see if we can’t take it on or so default difficulty because I can’t change that either so let’s give this a go and have some fun with that I figure you know if the episodes under like a half an hour after I complete the main

Mission maybe then maybe I’ll go back and do this kind of thing if we don’t survive that’s fine I’m not going to thoroughly explore it I’m just going to try to sort of push through as fast as we can we’ve already seen the story so we can skip through all that and let’s

Try this out and see if this is any better okay I’m using I gotta get us all the new things I so that is something to keep in mind but I think we can handle this ah oh I can fall down here gotcha I freaked out for a second yeah I’m used

To having my extra speed I might want to switch back over to that you picked up a bow but it has less damage when I currently have so probably not worth focusing on but definitely this is a great way to practice stuff so I guess that doesn’t really make them scared it

Just pushes them back which I feel like we definitely don’t need if we have the shield so let’s put this over wait oh can I not always control oh no no I can that’s a little weird either way we’ll try this combination out so let’s go

Ahead and get it what friend out and we get seven fire arrows this way and that’s pretty good isn’t it okay so that’s only trying to move it over like that but for these guys being what is supposedly supposed to be higher levels they’re pretty easy to handle so

Far so it seems another thing we end up meeting the least as a shield but as more enemies show up I’m sure that’ll change and if there’s an easy chest like this I might as well grab it oh there we go get some extra strength and speed and

I will just run around destroy whoever I can as often as possible like I might not worry about like say the the caves too much because it was took a while to explore I just want to see if I can complete at this difficulty and see what

Extra stuff we can get you know and I don’t think there’s gonna be enemy any any enemies over that way but yeah it shows you that there’s a lot of replayability for this game a lot of you know reasons to go back to these levels and try them again let’s definitely do that

I didn’t that’s that’s sort of a waste unfortunate and this will also help us level up a bit to be born prepared for the upcoming levels so that’s cool it means that also if I get higher power I can reason tackling other levels at higher difficulties as well so like I

Said we’re just gonna zoom through and just do what we’re supposed to and see what that experience is like and it also means better loot the higher difficulty we’re out the better loot we get so when we are exploring level super detail give me a lot of cool stuff for

It there’s an arrow bundle for us oh okay so this is a way we’re supposed to be going well wait let me get this if it’s like right there I might as well take it of a couple extra seconds of Swift potion so whoa oh is that that was wolf

Armor so we’ve seen that before and now we’ve seen it again oh my oh my okay so this is where I could try to do something like this lots of enemies throw that not that way you’re kidding it bounced off in such a weird angle that could have gotten rid of so many

Enemies oh it happens pretty good so far though and I haven’t found anything new that I think is better than what I currently have but it at least helps me get more emerald so I can get more stuff with a shot that light if you get the

Shield up so as you can see it helps against like projectiles but it doesn’t seem to stop enemies walking right through it which I’m not a big fan of so I think that the shield is probably something I will take a pass on maybe I’ll go ahead and trade it out for

Something right now I mean really beyond that I can use the boots and that’s pretty good okay hold on Wow got to be careful but I definitely like the fire arrows I’m trying to of course experiment with what I can I don’t want to just stick with

What I know just for the sake of it because I feel like I’m gonna miss out on some good stuff if I do that I’m sorry mr. Kalba I need the health but also it seems like some of the stuff I got at the very beginning worked out

Really well for a reason okay there are lots of mobs everywhere let’s go back a little bit find out what’s going on here that will come out okay good and you add an apple okay very nice so far and we’re getting something you know decent extra emeralds

Out of things I don’t think we’ll cry reach level 11 out of this but it’s been worth trying miss still a good chunk of the level leftover okay gotcha oh man but I don’t know yeah that’s why I’m sort of on the fence is the fireworks better than that the flame arrows at

Least when it comes to a group of enemies it seems like the fireworks are much better but the flame arrows might you know provide more consistent damage especially if we’re going like one on one with a bigger enemy which might be more my concern anyways anyways we’re

Good to go up this way and okay so let’s try it here we’ve got a couple of spiders it takes them all on like one hand which is really good and the arrows of course travel for a while and with all the multiple shots you get there’s definitely a number of advantages with

Both of them I could just equip both of them and then I want to have a whoof so don’t know how I feel about that okay so this is I think this is a little supply room right if I remember correctly depth of supplies so might as

Well go and grab some of this stuff excellent and we can skedaddle I see that spider a couple of them actually quite a few we have more arrows and I know what to deal with so I was gonna keep moving forward with this he didn’t even notice me before though I took out

Most of his health okay lots of spiders in here I do remember this I may just sort of pop out of nowhere oh man got it and got it okay so what’s going on back this way got you a little bit okay not too much else going on the

Spiders I don’t like dealing with these guys but we have such good reach with our primary melee weapon that’s not really too hard to actually deal with them so actually we might be able to reach level 11 here oh yeah then we got a freed the villagers so this level sort

Of started to come back to me there we go I love a lot so as you can see it can be worth doing all this stuff you get new gear you get new loot you get more experience from one level up so we have some points to spend after this for sure

There we go and this will mean we’re more well equipped for some of the upcoming challenges how cool is that with that being said I might just want to not waste too much of my time here and just try to zoom through yep gotcha try to zoom through get whatever enemies

Still need to be taken out oh you guys are in trouble oh actually how that hurt that’s where we gotta be careful remember we’re going in this at a little under level and apparently there we go okay now you guys are in trouble I’m taken now all the cows – I’m sorry

And let’s say you so that’s everybody let’s find the exit now can I get up like that nope zip the door is open oh now I can get you guys oh good got you over that life taking out whoever I can relay because there’s so many of them now this is where it

Gets scary and where crowd control would be really useful but I can also just you know the wolf really does help with that because oh my gosh there we go because he does distract them for a bet gives them somebody else to attack instead of swarming me since we are so

Ranged focused I mean our melee weapons great too so there’s just so many enemies around it just never ends which is sort of a good thing because we’re already a good chunk to a level 11 now too so it just it’s worth the couple of minutes it takes that’s for sure

Definitely if you’re struggling with like a level go play some of the older ones of a slightly higher difficulty you might be able to make some good progress that way I mean no matter what even if you replay easier levels you’re still gaining experience you’re still making

Progress that’s what I loved about games like this is that no matter what even if you don’t do well you’re still making progress by the end of it all okay TNT time I’m just gonna put that right there that could have been better fortunately some of them uh persisted

Here we go now you’re on trouble the fire just works so well against them if 326 errors we got doubled TNT swiftness potion and an apple okay well they’re going to hit no one okay one illa jerk that’s it I definitely need to get back to playing minecraft survival I actually

Have not even played minecraft since they’ve added the illah Jers so I definitely it’s been don’t like to do Lister’s as always so many games really see each and every year including this one I’ve been so busy with it I haven’t been able to play good old out minecraft

I need that Apple pronto there we go that’ll help it’s not perfect bye gotcha okay more guys up this way but there is the exit so we got a level and then half we no thanks to you again so yeah that was awesome just being able to

Get some easy experience that way so if we never to have some extra time at the end of each episode I might do that a little bit of course we only have 25% of the chests open it was sort of a bit of a speed run but we still get a chest out
