It’s Finally Here! Chapter 2 FTB Skies Expert – Day 5

So you can kind of spy on the oh I revealed the inventory no I’m just kidding um yeah so who knows any all right been uh it’s been a few days so you know uh did a couple things first off found out that we can plant the hexar

Plants uh you can actually get them from seing grass so um that was a little tip that uh we found out from uh Mr D um but yeah so there’s been a couple things so I went ahead and planted those made some room for the other plants uh

Got started with our herb jars so that would kind of keep everything organized and they got these cool labels on them they just look neat and you can break them they keep their inventory so I’m like I need this whole jar take it with me pop it down boom still have access to

Everything so that’s neat um moveed this setup over here so we’ve got that not really in our walkway and if you may not have noticed but I Shrunk the pond a little bit um cuz this Farm like the pond did go like out to here and the farm was kind of

Like you know close to it didn’t really make much of a walkway through here so yeah I think it still looks good we got a little dog a little Pawn I did add more kelp in there cuz um well we’re using it so cuz creating stuff so just kind of been swimming

Through here I’ll Harvest it whenever it grows um we haven’t really needed like a whole whole lot so it’s been it’s been doing great it’s been fine and I’m poping in this chest oh I got some uh got some mug warts flowers oh yeah you can like left click

Them like a drawer forgot about that all right so big giant brick building hey so here’s all our create stuff uh yeah I did did a lot of a lot of stuff getting all this set up uh conom made semi modular and yes made co- Factory we’ll

Get to that in a moment but uh yeah so we have our water wheels um there’s 16 of them back here boom uh and I haven’t repaired them just so I can kind of show you what I go through but it’s not that big of a deal

And the side alloy is super super cheap um we literally get it for free and make tons of it at a time um so we have our water wheel power so we can just turn that off if we want but as long as nothing else is turned on that one kind

Of doesn’t need to be turned on but like if I’ve got a couple on and I’m just like I’m just going to shut the whole thing down I can just stop the water wheels right there and not have to worry about flipping any of these other levers

All of these operate each section of our setup over here so the first four are the ones are the only ones that are actually connected to our water wheels um so we’ve got the haunting we’ve got smelting we’ve got the Masher in The Cauldron and the mixer in The Cauldron I

Tried to make the symbols you know Mak sense um then over here we got our mechanical crafting setup which I did end up taking off of the Redstone signal uh I’ll explain why in a minute and same thing with the sifters I took those off

Of this um and again I’ll explain that a sec but here we have our deployer setup which are all of these we have three setups for sequential crafting uh I made one for uh our little Quantum mechanism that we need for a few different recipes

That we saw uh and then I have another sequential crafting and this will make our Precision mechanism which the three pokers and it will also make Coke bricks which is hence how we got our cook Heaven over there um this last setup is specific to making blast

Brick um you poke it and you squirt it you poke it and you mash it um this one as far as I can see that’s the only time that you use that specific combination where it has four of them that’s Insanity for end game uh this uses four but it charges is

The flowers so this is for making energ Zer um and then we’ve got Vector plate upgrades and then of course the one we have down there which is that uh other than that this is going to be the only one so more than likely we’ll make our

Blast BS with this and then change this out for another sequential crafting recipe um I do have some lighting issues still and yes it’s been like that the whole time I’m sorry um so we have that lever right here and it actually turn turns on all

Three of these diesel gens U now I’ve been keeping them semi full with uh fluid and so that’ll activate all three of them and all three of them operate all three of those lines pretty well um now as far as these two I went ahead and

Took them off of that wall cuz it it was kind of it seemed kind of pointless to run over there turn the lever on and then run over here fill the inventory stuff like that so like for this we’re going to have to click items into here

So we’re going to be standing here anyways so I figured it’d be easier just to be able to turn it on grab the item turn it off cuz that was the other thing to turn it back off I’d have to run back to the wall and all that stuff with

Those it makes a little more sense uh same thing with the seeve like we’re going to have to fill these chests up to get the sees going so we can fill the chest up turn it on Let It Go when we come to get our items we can turn it

Back off and it just made less trips going over there but um now this little setup I have no idea what voodoo magic is going on here so this was my very first diesel gen that I put up in this building I put this building up and I

Set this setup here so this was all this diesel gen could handle and that’s our fuel making setup and plates okay so I had plates set up I had that set up and this thing I had it go with fuel okay I I did have I think I still have a lever

No I did have a lever on it uh to be able to turn it off and on now what I mean by voodoo magic is this thing’s empty it it’s been empty but it’s still running now the machine itself says that it’s idle but for some reason this and this

Are all still spinning and they still work they still craft I don’t have any issues with it I’ve never I’m I’m not touching it I’m not breaking a single block I’m just leaving it there we have fuel production and plates for free basically so I was like

Uh okay I’m G to take take it how I get it but yeah that thing’s completely empty so I was like uh okay I mean fuel production being completely free is awesome uh and then plates we can make as many plates as we want I even filled this

Chest up once just to see had no problem made every single plate nothing I was just okay and at first when this happened I assumed when the server reset that it was going to fix itself nope just been Trucking along I even updated the server today and even after the

Update NOP still trucking along so okay well we got it till we got it but yeah that one uh if it ever breaks we’ll put a lever on that and do the same thing over there uh for when we need fuel or plates um but for now it’s

Yeah it’s it’s it’s it’s going I don’t have to I don’t have to do anything so you know there’s that um and yes so I did go ahead and make the coke oven now I was going to wait and I actually was I didn’t have any of the stuff that’s in my inventory

Till about an hour ago but um I was going to wait until streaming doing it all but there’s a wait time after you get the Coke oven cuz you need Creo so you also need c Coke which also takes a long time to make so I was like well let

Me go ahead and make Cen get that stuff started so we can actually make the blast brick and get steel started because that’s another weight process and then at that point you know we can keep going instead of having the extra weight time so um the sequential craft

Is very simple I’m actually going to make more because I want two Coke factories and two uh excuse me two two Coke factories and two blast brick factories I keep want to call them refine something I don’t know why anyways um so two Coke Ovens and two blast brick ovens blah blah blah

Whatever um so we are going to do this craft again the only thing that was actually cuz we’ve got sand being produced from our uh Hammers and Cobble Jens we’ve got clay being produced from our pedestals now the Ash brick was the only thing that actually took like a

Little bit of time but un even that much you got to use this Ash and heated uh Basin and it gets mashed down into the brick um and the ash itself is just made from blasting a log and you get three so it ends up being pretty easy to craft

Anyways but um yeah that was the only one that actually like had a process to it let me go to sleep oh yeah moved our bed up here so yeah just make things easier okay I did poke a hole through here too the room’s empty

But now we can get into our kitchen so I’ll figure out what to do with that later uh we don’t need any of this stuff just clogging okay um um so this one we actually have uh automated to pull certain things so we have a Blacklist on this one to

Stop it from pulling the final product and we have a white list on this to only pull in the final product um and I I did something similar over here and the only thing is because this has four items in the craft I wasn’t able to put a chest I

Wasn’t sure if the funnel would allow this master to mash and stuff so I just went ahead and went with the item transporter and we put a Blacklist I did have to go ahead and make one blast brick so I could make this Blacklist on

Here and yeah so but I mean that’s how you it works so we’re good there rude um but yeah so we have one in here um I do have Hoppers and everything set up for it so uh yeah uh actually I got one more thing to show you and that’s this little uh

Little Shack here um yeah got a little building wrapped around our uh pedestals I did also upgrade our cobbles to tier five and they’re super fast completely unnecessary but it’s fine um and then uh we’ve got our pedestals silk touch and uh yes we did end up getting the

Endstone from using the uh Enderman in our hostile neural networks so yeah uh I think that’s pretty much it pretty much oh we did make our pathway yeah working on that a little bit I haven’t quite figured out the exact like layout we’re going to have

But this kind of gives us something to work off of so it kind of goes you can kind of see it on the map goes all the way around um around the little half circle like I said we’re probably not going to do much behind the house

But okay so we got a diesel in here yeah everything should be fine we’re going to turn this on we’ll make Coke bricks well and that is going to be Sandstone first then clay balls then asick and then we’ll need to go get some fire Essence so Sandstone clay Ash

Brick and I’m trying to make 27 of those I put my teleporter over that’s nothing thing put teleport pads everywhere so we got mob farm storage create home um just for if I don’t feel like running uh we can just pop on over there uh so we need 27 of this

Stuff easy peasy there we go and Bo and Bo and we just stick it in this chest in the back and there it goes and see this one will take everything and cycle it back through and see you can already see the first one right there and that way they can all do

Their do their little pattern and get the craft going uh I’m actually going to oh you know what you know what you know what I just saw this I just saw this let’s go over here uh let me get this guy and then let me go back yep we can take this tank

I didn’t do the math on how much of the Creo fluid we need for the blast bricks but we can always just put it back in the drawer okay so we’ll stick our tank there uh the blast brick takes the bricks first and then the ever burning air so we’ll stick our

Bricks here and the ever burning air here and same as the other one one I set this one up to make 47 20 cuz we get seven more for the quest and then another 27 to give us us a second blast per um oh I need to put a filter thing on

That almost forgot uh nope let’s go this way there it is see mer like this all right we want to deny no allow blast bre there we go now it should work as Intended I wonder I wonder if we can let’s see uh we would need this here I wasn’t sure if these would work with create belts I know there’s some wait where did it go I feel like get landed somewhere it’s not supposed to oh yep there it

And it’s just more convenient don’t have to refill it as often now we will have to figure out a way to get from that one I wonder if if I can put this so that’s that one and that one right I don’t know if you can extract from the bottom let’s

Needs in his tool tip see the inment PDF for details on each spell spell FY can hold multiple excuse me multiple spells add a spell to a focus by combining them an envil One Moment One Moment okay uh okay Shrine shrines use a specific element to

Change the world around them in some way for example they might make lava disable teleports spawn mobs Etc depending on the shrine shrines do not need an element container instead they accept element directly via element pipes interesting consumes water oily be spawn egg interesting I wonder if that with

Combination that b or maybe this Shrine converts water into honey and the oily bee will convert that honey into oil I don’t know uh element binder the element binder uses much more Elemental energy and must be placed on a fulls siiz container the binder is used to craft multiple items

Together along with elemental energy place the ingredients in order starting at the top and going clockwise it’ll use up Elemental energy and then complete the craft once it’s used enough okay let’s uh make one of those but we’re going to need another container too

Require Mana they added a rune into the recipes so this is going to be our first one uh we need to make a cake uh which that’s not a normal recipe so we’ve looted a cake before I think um o we can buy them from the Villager h H that’s tempting but this crafting sequence is kind of cool so I think we’re just going to go this route so we need to cake icing cake base icing is that cake base is this which is this which is that so yeah that’s the path we’re going

To take so first up we’re going to make this flower we need some orange some white Soul powder Brown and then a cake but I guess you know I guess we got to set all that up first okay so for cake batter we’re going to need a mixer and a basin we’re

Going to make all this stuff fresh uh mixer uh let me put this way like few of these okay so we got that and a basin and then the cake base is the batter mashed in a basin so we’ll make another Basin and the press okay and that’ll get us cake base

This has to smoked so we’ll need another fan the campfire so I don’t forget logs I burned all my logs will this one work yay okay so smoke in the base will get us that and then to get the actual cake we have to squirt the icing now the icing

Takes another mixer and Basin now does this first one take heat no so there’s no heating required on any of this which is awesome okay so we need another mixer and basin oh we’re out of those what another Basin and so we need That you help out robit said just stand there gosh he’s like I don’t do told sir all right sweet all right so this is everything that we need for that you know what honestly yeah let’s give it its own water wheel setup uh no well I can’t remember what it was called

Two three four five I think six Stacks at a time uh same thing with the soul haunting and then we got our washing setup over here now this is actually connect to our mechanical crafter setup cuz we’re really not going to need this very much so I might as well put this to

Good use um but easy recipe for making obsidian is turning magma blocks you wash them they turn obsidian so ends up being great um that’s uh unfortunate that that occurred uh that was a lot of kill that was almost two stacks h i was a patient so I didn’t stick it in a

Furnace and that’s where it got me all right what do we got 36 all right let’s stick it in a regular furnace why did it do that why you burn up smoking it only counted as smoking but I can stick it in the smelter it’s fine it’s fine we’re not upset it
