Community hits massive sulfur and TNT targets in under a week, unlocking the free Cursed Cubes add-on from Blockception plus exclusive Character Creator cosmetics for everyone.
Minecraft players answered the call for chaos and delivered. The Chaos Sparks Community Challenge officially ended yesterday with the community clearing every target. That means the promised rewards are now live for all Bedrock Edition users regardless of whether they participated.
What the Community Actually Did
- Placed over 20 million sulfur blocks across Bedrock worlds
- Spawned more than 50 million sulfur cubes
- Fed TNT to 10 million sulfur cubes to trigger explosive mayhem
The challenge ran from June 19 at 8 AM PT to June 24 at 10 AM PT. Players chose roles as Brawler, Builder, or Rancher and wore matching free Character Creator jerseys while contributing to the shared totals. Every action counted toward the global goals no matter which team you picked.
The big prize is the Chaos Cubed: Cursed Cubes add-on created by Blockception. It is now free for the entire Bedrock playerbase. In addition, participants and non-participants alike can grab themed headgear including a Sulfur Cube Head, Brawler Helmet, Builder Helmet, or all three depending on progress tiers.
Rewards are available in the in-game Character Creator and Marketplace. Mojang set the claim deadline all the way out to June 16 2027, so there is no rush but the add-on is worth grabbing while the event is still top of mind. Java players got separate skin downloads but the core add-on unlock is Bedrock-only.
