Hello and welcome I am farm girl Laura and this is my new channel although I will always be doing tutorials I did want to make a video showing you how to put all of these letters numbers and punctuation onto banners using this new block called the

Loom and if you’ve ever done it the old-fashioned way you know just how bad it sucked I mean it was bad it took a ton of dye and then you had to remember all the combinations it was very time-consuming speaking of time-consuming I tried to be thorough and although these aren’t all

Of the options that you have this video is still gonna be very long and I will have timestamps in the description each column will have its own time stamp before we get started there are a few tips I’d like to go over some of you already know these I’m sure but for

Those of you who don’t they’re gonna be very helpful and they could potentially save your banner each banner can have up to six different patterns you can mix and match those you can use different colors and you can use different combinations you just can’t go over six patterns

Crafted patterns are reusable and do not have a durability bar these are gonna be patterns that you craft yourself and they’re just gonna be an addition to what the loom already offers just keep in mind that when you have it in your inventory all of these will be in a different order

There are six different patterns that you can craft and in the first column and second column I’ve listed what it takes to craft the pattern the third column has the pattern and the last column has a white banner with the crafted pattern and black the crafted patterns include thing

Creeper charge skull charge flower charge filth masoned and border indented which is the only one we’ll be using today I like to plan survival and I know there’s others that do too so I tried to keep it survival friendly just know not every letter has this pattern used but

The ones that do will be labeled with an item frame the top pattern can be removed with a cauldron and water so you’ve been out collecting resources it’s taken you some time to get there but you’re finally ready to decorate your banner and you’re excited you go over to the loom and you

Open it up and you put your banner in you put your dye in and you start crafting it perhaps you have one that you’ve already crafted and you’ve changed your mind on and you don’t really like anymore or perhaps you’re like me and you’ve put your banner in

You’ve put your dye in and you click it you pull it out and then you realize that you’ve made a mistake and it’s not what you wanted at all well don’t throw that thing out no go get it fix it you can fix it to stick it over to the

Culture and and dunk it in the water it’ll remove the last pattern that you’ve put on and yes you’ve lost the dye but it will save you having to make a whole bunch of banners and then you can go back and you can change it once you have it changed just the way

That you like it and you want to go plaster the town with it you want to hang it up you want to show it off you just want it all over the place well you don’t have but just the one well this steps gonna save you a lot of dye

Banners with patterns can be duplicated using a crafting table so what you’re going to need is banners and the same color that you originally started with which for us is yellow we go over to the crafting table and we put the one that we’ve decorated in and we put the blank

Banner in that’s the same color you can only do it one at a time but it’ll duplicate it for you and you can do this over and over and you should end up with plenty and after that you can go decorate and decorate and decorate until your heart’s content

With that being said I do believe it’s time that we get on with starting on the letters the first letter is a and I’m just gonna do this in alphabetical order or so first we have a black banner white pale black T fess black fest and a white border

Next we have a white banner black pail Dexter black chief s black fess black pill sinister and a white border the last one is a black banner white cross black chief s Black fess and a white border And here’s what they look like okay moving on to B This B here will have the border indented pattern first we have a white banner a black purple black chief s black this black base fess black pale semester and a white border next we have a white banner a black pale Dexter black t fess black fess black base fess black pale sinister

And a white border the last one is a black banner white lozenge black pale sinister white border indented black purple black fess and a white border and although I didn’t mention it this one you absolutely can do a Pell Dexter which is the skinnier up and down part

It just gives it a little something different moving on to see first we have a white banner a black purple black chief fess black base fess and a white border next we have a white banner a black pale Dexter black chief s black base fess and a white border

Next we have a white banner a black chief fest black base fess white lozenge a black pail Dexter and a white border next we have a white banner a black purple black chief s black base fess black border indented and a white border and on the last one we have a white banner

Purple you can replace that with a black pill Dexter it makes it skinnier it looks a little odd it’s kind of like this one but in the right context I think it has its place next we have a white banner black chief s black base fess black pill sinister white border indented

Black purple and a white border and on the last one we have a white banner black chief s black base fess black pill sinister white border indented black pale Dexter and a white border moving on to e8 gets a little bit repetitive but we have four of them

See that one’s just a little bit thicker and that one’s slimmer you can kind of even till when they’re hanging least a little and for J if you notice that this one here I added it it’s not on the other board but I thought it deserved a spot

Really just don’t like that cue it’s not my favorite there’s one other thing that you can do if you rewind the video to oh it’s the very first Oh on the list make it exactly like I have it and when you put the border on the next step would be to

Do this one right here and you just do it right on top of the border it will stick out from bottom it’s not bad it kinda isn’t my favorite I didn’t like it that’s why I didn’t make the list because it’s not uniform with all the others but it’s not bad

And our isn’t great either everything I could think of this was about the best I could do I tried some people really just don’t like having that solid are the center it’s not centered it’s crooked it’s not even a circle but this is what I came up with first we

Little bit thicker but it’s not bad it looks good either way and moving on to the last bit of punctuation I threw in two question marks because they are hard and neither one of them look great I think when you use it in context it’s it’s gonna make sense

Odds are when you put it at the end of a question they’re gonna know what it is either way but neither one of them look spectacular so I gave you options first we have a white banner black base texture Canton and a white border next we have a white banner black pale
