Hello hello hello and welcome back to another minecraft tutorial i’m zooey mama and today we’re going to be building the jelly cap which you’ve already seen on the thumbnail but before we get there oh my god look how many mobs that i’ve actually built it’s absolutely ridiculous this line is just

Getting longer and longer um sometimes i don’t think it’s ever gonna end um but anyway let’s get on to it the jelly cat is um i don’t know if any of you are aware um it’s actually based off a real cat in real life um from good times with scott

It’s actually his cat and he’s a guy that plays on hermitcraft if he wasn’t aware um and he’s funny as hell to watch so make sure you check him out and not only that um a little bit more trivia if you’re this is a tuxedo cat as

Well um which is based off jeb’s real cat in real life as well called newton um and i’ve also did a few different variations of cats as well but anyway enough of me talking let’s get on to the blocks and colors of the build shall we the blocks and clothes we need this

Build are 75 gray wool 63 cyan terracotta 81 gray concrete two black concrete two lime terracotta one pink concrete 41 snow blocks 68 white wool and 135 white concrete so let’s get on and build this baby so to start things off i want to place four white

Concrete on the floor leave a one block gap and then place another four white concrete like so just to give you some orientation these are the front two feet so the head is going to be facing this way okay once we’ve got the base of the front feet complete we’re going to start

Building these up so with your white wall we’re going to go one two three four and then do one on the inside and then the same on this side one two three four and do one up on the inside of the leg and then we can also place a white

Concrete on the outside like so while the white concrete little hand go on the inside of the legs and you can do white concrete up there and also that side and the two outer sides you can do white wool there we go looking good so now we’ve got our front legs complete already

Now once we’ve done that we’re going to obviously spin on round to the side remember our head is going to be facing this way so from the side of the leg i want you to count out some blocks we’re gonna go one two three four five six

Seven eight nine and on the tenth block very important on the tenth block you’re gonna place this cyan terracotta followed by a gray concrete and we can do the same on this side as well so count out the same blocks or you can just look across from here so it’s

Probably about there isn’t it oh no there and then there as well so it should be in line once we’ve got that we’re going to now with the grey concrete can pop in one that corner and one that corner and then do a cyan terracotta there and there so

We should have the back feet all now ready lined up with a one block gap between them and nine blocks in between and this is the tenth block they’re placed on okay so to make sure you get that right because you’ll have a funny looking cat right now we’ve done that

With the white concrete i want you to go one two three four and then one up on the inside do the same this side one two three four and do one up on the inside and then you can switch to your white wall and get one there and one there

Okay looking nice now all you need to do is now spin on onto the inside of the build and with the white wall still in hand pop in one on that corner one on that corner and you’ve probably already guessed it but your white concrete you’re gonna go one two three four five

One two three four five there we go so now we’ve also got the front and the back legs complete remember head’s going to be here tails going to be down there right so now we’ve got our orientation let’s get on to the next section now we’ve got our feet in place we’re going

To spin on round to the right hand side and we’re going to build the side of the head up and the side of the cat’s body up all in one alright so what we’re going to do is with our white concrete from the left hand side on top of the

Leg here we’re going to start from this block go one white concrete and then come to the left by one place a white wall and then go back to your white concrete again we’re going to go one two three followed by a wall then back to white

Concrete gonna go one two three four five back to your white wall then we’re gonna place a cyan terracotta back to your white wall again and then back to your white concrete which i can’t get it there it is so you should be overhanging the back of the body by one block as

Well so there we go there’s the base section done now let’s build on top of that so with our white concrete from the left hand side of the build we’re gonna go one two three upwards then we’re gonna come back down and go one two three four on

Top of that one then switch back to your white wall we’re gonna go white wall there then this time we’re actually gonna get the snow block out i’m gonna go one two three like that switch back to your wall there next that cyan terracotta oh not there

Cyan terracotta on top then we’re gonna go with a gray wool and then another white concrete cyan terracotta’s next i’m gonna go with gray wall this um sorry grey concrete this time to there and then follow it off with a white concrete on the end okay now now we’ve got that let’s go

Back to this left hand side again with our white wall we’re gonna go one two three another white concrete in there followed by another two walls we’re gonna go one two this time go back to your cyan terracotta we’re gonna pop in one there keep coming across and then this is

Gonna be a white concrete keep coming across and it’s cyan terracotta then we’re gonna switch to our gray wall we’re gonna go one two three and while we’re here we’re gonna pop in one there so we’ve got like some sort of little cross going on then next is gonna be a

Cyan terracotta we’re gonna go on top go one two three and then come across by one as well to the left there we go then keep coming across from this this um wall block here is going to be um it’s going to be next gray concrete i’m going

To go one two three four to reach the top as well and then from the bottom here keep coming along on top of this concrete it’s going to be a gray wool followed by a white concrete and then followed by a terracotta on the end then going up from

Here we can actually go gray concrete go one two three to the left here cyan terracotta we’re going to go one two up above that is going to be gray wool one two and gray wool there as well and then also this corner is gonna be cyan

Terracotta there we go looking good now let’s whiz on all the way back to the left-hand side of the build and we’ll carry on from this side again now switch to your snow block i’m gonna go from here one two three four all the way across and then

These two blocks are gonna be snow blocks as well and while we’ve got the snow on our hand what i want you to do is come back to this left hand side come up come these two blocks there and that’s all the snow we’ll need for the time being actually

Switch to a white concrete i’m going to go one here and one there drop back down to this block here is going to be some gray wool so we’re going to go one two three four followed by a cyan terracotta then switch to our gray concrete we can pop

In one there and then next to this on the left hand side great wall we’re gonna go one two three switch to your grey concrete again we’re gonna go one two three four switch back to your wall we can just pop in one there and then one on that block

There with a cyan terracotta just there a gray concrete is going to go in this gap and if you keep coming all the way to the left we’ve got this one block gap here it’s going to be a gray wool and that should be if we stand back it

Should be the body section all complete now now what we’re going to do is work on the head so go get your white wool from the from the left hand side of the build which is where the head’s going to go um come to where the white concrete

Is this top block here we’re going to go from the left of that we’re going to go one two with the white wall then we’re gonna go two with the white concrete and then do another white wall on the end as well above that is gonna be a white concrete

Followed by the lime terracotta which is his eyeball and then on top of that it’s going to be a gray concrete with a gray concrete next to the green and then a gray concrete there so we’ve got like a diagonal sort of shape switch your cyan terracotta you can pop

In one just here and then one to the right of it as well this black block is going to be a white wall switch back to your gray wall on the left hand side here we’re going to go one two three like that looking good and then we can actually get our gray

Concrete out and go one two three and then pop in another grey wall on top like so so there you go you can sort of see the side of his head side of his eyeball and also the side of his body so there we go it’s looking good so we’ve

Done the hard part this is the easy part and um it should be a bit of a breeze so what me and my fellow subscribers like to do around here on the channel we like to have a little bit of a race from time to time and we always like to see who’s

The fastest at building and i just think it’s a fun little thing to do so what you got to do is if you want to race along you can quite happily if you want to take your time we will catch up a little bit later on in the video but

What we’re going to do if you do want to race is we’re going to we can we’re going to copy the exact same section we’ve just done on the top of this side of the body so you can see obviously we’re going to start on this side of the

Leg here so all you’re going to do is look across and white concrete and then white concrete and then you’re going to look across the wall so you can pop a wall there and so on and so forth until you’ve completed the whole thing on this side of the body okay it’s very

Straightforward and simple okay so if you do want to race get ready because i’m gonna count you know see who’s the fastest and this is gonna be a bit of a bit of a challenge today in three here we go two one go right okay i just want to say for anyone

That is new no no no i’m not flying it’s new around here um what i do is i never edit these sections of the video i literally do it as you see me now um because i’ll just try and make it as fair and square as possible because if

I’m editing editing it out obviously i could easily cheat so this is the part of the video where i get really panicky because um i want to obviously win and it’s quite tricky when you’re under pressure like trying to build really quick especially knowing that there’s people

That you’re trying to beat me as well that’s that’s the horrible pit and um not only that i’m actually back on java probably most you’re already aware by now i’m actually back on pc which i’ve i’m used to sort of playing with a playstation controller in my hand um but yeah

It’s a bit challenging being back on pc and you probably hear my keyboard being frantically smashed i’m not particularly i mean it’s not exactly a great keyboard and mouse um but it does in the trick what i needed to do so um i apologize if you can hear that in the background um

But this is horrible there’s too many switching blocks uh how am i doing anyway do you think i’m i don’t know am i am i doing all right how are you doing exactly like this is a horrible bit i can’t see if i could see how fast you were going i

Think the pressure will be on even more but the thing is you can see what i’m doing but i can’t see what you’re doing so it makes it makes it worse for me because i need to almost go a lot quicker than you know i don’t know

I’ll keep making loads of errors right that in there whilst we wait like that and you might notice as well i’m actually pick blocking pick blocking pic picking blocks um i’ve keybinded one of my uh the middle mouse keys then i can quickly access the block and you can

Also do it on playstation xbox if you if you uh if you want to do that as well you can actually go in your settings and select pick block as a key on your buttons so it makes it a bit easier when you’re building but i’m nearly there how

You doing i am oh no i want a place out there what am i doing um i’m nearly there just got the eyes to do the little bit ahead to do what am i doing come on come on come on come on to me come on

Uh oh i think i made an error uh-oh what am i doing i made an error somewhere what’s going on uh oh oh oh oh oreo oh that’s why why have i placed that there oh no i think i’ve messed up i think i think that’s cost me the game

I think that’s cost me the game ah no this has been a disaster duh i’m done i’m done i am done how did you get on with that oh no i’m not oh false alarm i’m done though that was a shambles um how did you get

On let me know in the comments did you beat me because that was horrible that there was too many switching blocks between that one um but let’s just double check the work you should have two sides exactly the same yeah we did it there weren’t too bad oh

Okay let’s move on to the next section okay now we’ve done the two sides and the legs let’s work from the base of the body so we’re going to work along the belly sort of section now so come on the inside of the build go all the way to

The end with your white concrete i’m going to do white concrete from this side to match to the other side the white concrete can i come towards us one two um and then these blocks you can leave empty if you want because obviously unless you’re building inside the build

Or you can block them up it’s entirely up to you and so i’ll leave that choice up to you right so now we’re up to the white concrete so once we’ve done that we’re gonna come towards us with the white concrete by another two so one two

Now on the left-hand side we’re gonna go one two three and then switch to your white wall and we’re actually gonna go back on the inside here and go one two three four five six seven and then you can spin on round and we’re gonna pretty much do the same on this

Side so get your white concrete out we’re gonna match that all the way to the other end white concrete all the way across there and then come towards us by two then you can come towards apply another two one two and then to the left

That can go one two three as well okay and then all you can do is switch your white wall and you can now just fill in all these gaps with white wall like so there we go and you should like i said have some a few gaps there but that’s

Nothing to worry about and now we should be have this all sort of flush in line with each other and we’ll work on this chest section now so what we’re going to do with this this section is do white concrete cross there get your white wall and then i’m going

To do white wall across there and now we’re underneath this sort of mouth area or chest or the chin area of the cat so what we’re going to do is get our snow block out and you can place any block there for the time being and you can

Just come towards us we can get rid of that one if you really want i’m gonna go one two three four okay and then we’re gonna go on this inside one two three and then one oh one two three on that side so you should have a pattern looking like that then

All we’re going to do is get our white concrete out we’re going to go one two three four five and that should bring us nicely to the front of the sort of cat’s face now and from here what we’re going to do is white wall we’re going to pop

In white wall there white wall there this block here is going to be a snow block above that is going to be a pink concrete with a snow block to the left and to the right as well and that’s obviously the mouth section and then all

We’re going to do now is come on the inside this and we can place place annual block there we’re gonna go with a white wall on top of that it’s gonna be a white concrete this is gonna be a black concrete which is just there and a black concrete just

There and then that’s gonna be gray concrete and gray concrete there you go and there’s the sort of underneath the chest done there’s some little looks and you can see underneath of the chin area and then underneath this sort of belly area like that there we go looking

Nicely okay let’s get some orientation and work on to the next section of the build so now what we’re going to do is spin on round we’re going to go over the top of the cat’s head and i’m going to work this way towards the back of the build

All right it all makes sense in a little short while so what we’re going to do is work on the head section for the time being using your gray concrete we’re gonna go one two three across the center there then switch to your gray wall we’re

Gonna go one two three down the center and that should match up nicely to the end now and we’re gonna do a grey wall there and there and while we’re here we might place another gray concrete just there and there these two blocks you can

Leave them blank or you can put in any old block that you want because guess what we’re gonna put on there now we’re gonna put in his ears we’re gonna do a cyan terracotta pop one on top like that and then a wall next to it there we go

He’s a cute little cat ears there you go okay once we’ve done that we’re going to do drop down a level and now we’re going to work on the sort of back and top section of the cap all right so at the top end here we’re

Going to use our gray wall we’re going to just match that all the way across to the other end with the snow block again you’re gonna do the same just copy the snow all the way across with two rows of snow and while we’re here um earlier on

We did the little speed build um but just for ease i um told you to place the white concrete but we’re actually just going to switch that out and just place in a cyan terracotta i just didn’t want to confuse you earlier on with the speed

Build um it just gives it a little bit of uh difference on either side it’s very subtle i know but it’s a true reflection of the actual mob itself right so just trust me just trust me on that okay on the left hand side here

What i want you to do is place another snow then to the right of that i want to place this cyan terracotta then a gray concrete and just where this cyan terracotta is um just knock that out and actually just place a white concrete and again i just didn’t want to confuse you

A second ago and now we’ve done that on the left hand side we’re going to do a gray concrete pop in one there next that is going to be some wool so we’re going to do two gray wool next row down is going to be a row of

Cyan terracotta so it’s just three back to our wall again we’re gonna go with the gray wall we’re gonna go one two and then three so we’ve got like a little l shape switch back to a gray concrete gonna go one two three again back on this left-hand side we’re gonna pop in

Another wall next to that is going to be cyan terracotta going to place two a grey wall can be placed just here below it and then switch back to your gray concrete and do one two and then we’re going to do one two three across there while we’re here we’re going to do

Another cyan terracotta there and pop in a cyan terracotta on that side in the center there you’re going to get your gray wall go one two towards us now switch back to your gray concrete and go one there and one that side as well looking nice and with the gray concrete

In our hand we’re gonna go one two next that’s gonna be a cyan terracotta back with your gray concrete gonna do another two just on that side there and switch to your gray wall we’re gonna go one two three four and there we go we completed the back section of the cat

You should have something looking a little bit like that while we’re here we’re actually gonna work on the back end of the cat now so all we’re gonna do is get our white wall and we’re gonna do a row across the base there and pop in one white ball in the center

Switch to your cyan terracotta i’m gonna go one two three four five like so switch to your gray concrete pop in one the left and one on the right and that block can be any old block you want because we’re actually going to be perverting the tail on there right so um

It’s up to you if you want to place a block the tail is very straightforward as well so what we’re going to do is switch to our gray concrete i’m going to go one two and then go one down so we’ve got like a l shape switch it back to

Your cyan terracotta to the left that we’re going to go one two three four like a little zig zaggy thing switch back to your gray concrete and to the left i’m gonna go one two this time downwards and then we’re also going to come towards us by three so one two

Three so that actually should be four in total along and then what you want cyan terracotta do another two on the end there and then we’re actually going to go diagonal and place one two three like so and there you go my friends in all of its glory

The jelly cats oh yeah look at him go and i’ll tell you what all the cats are built he’s probably gonna be one of my favorites so i just like the amount of detail that’s on that guy but anyway enough of me talking thanks for stopping by if you haven’t already subscribed
