Magic & Wizardry Mod in Minecraft (Electroblob’s Wizardry Mod)

Is this the best magic mod in Minecraft this is Electro blobs Wizardry it has a vast array of spells like fire magic ice magic lightning magic water magic Earth Magic light magic dot magic and so much more let’s dive deep behind me we have chests we have a couple of items now the

First thing you need when you get into the Alexa Bob’s Wizardry mod is the Wizard’s handbook this is the book that will tell you everything everything about the mod how to do everything this is the book to follow to learn the mod so I’m not going to explain everything that you can do

Because this is a very very vast and big mod now this mod is only for 1.12 that means it’s gonna draw away some people that only play on the later versions of Minecraft sadly it hasn’t been updated as of yet but it is probably the most vast and

Um well-made magic mod that we’ve had in Minecraft and thus far so once you’ve gotten the book there’s a few things you’re gonna need you’re gonna need to make the Arcane workbench this is how you put spells onto ones to cast them now I will say there is a slash cast

Command you can use this to just cast spells if you saw some of my older you know role play videos you saw that we were basically casting spells with at once I was using a macro keybind mod to keybind spells to create combined spells and just do some really really intuitive

Stuff with the magic but that’s Advanced so let’s talk about playing the mod as a survivalist so you’ve got a whole lot now this isn’t just I’ll link it all down below but this isn’t just the mod this is the mod with all of the spell pack expansion mods and mousey’s mobs

Because that combines into one of them as well there’s a lot of additions you can get that give you a lot of cool stuff now combining spells use the workbench right here you’ve got a lectern which basically lets you look at all the spells that you’ve unlocked

Throughout playing the game how do you get spells you ask well let’s quickly switch into spectator mode and show you a few little things so over here right here there’s a structure like this once you get close to it DOC Wizards will spawn and there will be a field to

You know destroy that and get to the chest you’ll have to kill them all before you can open it but once you do if we get here you’ve gotten rid of this boom you’ve got a chest now in this one we’ve got Scrolls not spell books so that’s unfortunate but we’ve got some

Bombs here we’ve got the crystal the Crystal’s important you need that to combine with your wand to power it on top of that then there are other structures so these are wizard towers in here you will go all the way to the top and there will be a wizard some of these

Not all of them some of them have chests right here usually and but otherwise you can trade for Five magic Crystal you can get an empty spell book for an emerald and Magic Crystal you can get a wander frost a Tome of Arcana upgrades your ones uh a summit zombie spell book so

These will have loads of different options that you can trade for now that’s not the only thing in this mod you’ve got a stone of Transportation there’s a lot of artifacts so you can upgrade and get all different kinds of ones um these are kind of just all your extra

Little bit spectral dust and charms um armor which you saw me wearing so let’s go to the wizard gear here is the base mod wizard gear you’ve got all these different kinds of ones you’ve got different elemented ones for different spells they will give potency to spells

Of that type so you can kind of get them and they have one levels higher level spells need higher level ones same with armor you have armor of all different forms and all different types it negates the cost of spells you’re casting by type wearing a different armor and then

You’ve just got the base one which is just you know average armor then you’ve got battle mage this stuff is pretty new and this is just stronger armor with effects and higher cooldowns so again they come in all different types you saw me wearing one I was wearing the base

One Sorcerer And then you’ve got warlock ones so these again not as much armor on these but you get different Buffs movement speed and higher cooldowns so those are options as well now we’re getting in to the artifacts um baubles the mod baubles is one that

I’ve had in here it helps with equipping these in certain places so that’s going to be needed but when you do have bubbles you can basically equip all of these different potential rings necklaces amulets all of these things have different effects some of them go with spells some of them

Um effect like this one you get a new trade with a wizard every time you trade with them so you can constantly retread with wizards they all have different effects there’s also swords you can cast spells with a sword so you can imbue these swords with spells and then use them to

Cast the Spells instead so if you wanted to be a battle mage with a sword that is also an option um yeah so that is everything we got the Spells we’re really gonna dive into that because that’s what you want to see so spells Now spell books let’s let’s just let’s

Take the first spell book Let’s just show you how to craft so we’ll take a crystal flower these are how you find um these which will get you crystals um and we need a staff so let’s just grab the magic one these are all the

Base stuff so if I go you craft a crystal flower I don’t have a crafting table so let’s just grab one if we take this crafting table and put a crystal flower in there you get magic Crystal you’ll find those all over then you take it to the workbench you

Put in the wand you put your crystal in here and you put your spell right here you can have five spells if you upgrade your wand you can have I think up to eight or ten and over in this section up here is how you upgrade the wand if you

Have those upgrades so if I click that I can now take my wand and I have the spell magic Missile on my wand isn’t that great now to go through the Spells you can Shuffle so that is all of that that’s how creating spells works that’s

The gist of it this is what’s going to take a long long time now I’m using Scrolls what are Scrolls scrolls are one-time uses of spells you find these a lot more commonly this is also if you cast them this is how you will learn a spell you’ll learn

How to know it so when you go to your lectern you’ll see it here it’ll be visible so we’re going to cast a whole bunch of spells once you get the spell book you can put it on your thing and continuously cast it this is a one time

But this is a good way for me to show you how it works so this one is frizz it’s a five spell and there is the the magic circles I was telling you about so boom we got a fire magic circle around us and we’re casting a frizz now we’ve

Got a smoke bomb pretty cool good effect of smoke Electrify this electrifies a specific area so that anyone or anything that walks in that area will be electrified like this guy As long as I don’t miss and on top of that now we’ve got Zam this is a very very cool spell shoots out a Zam of lightning now these are in order so these are going to be going up in skill and level so next up we have splash

It’s a water spell then we’ve got snare now this one does an earth thing but it also snares them into into a spot so they’ve got an effect as you can see next up we have shake so this is an earth spell shakes the ground little little basic

This one for the moment we get if we get right here it does do damage now we’ve got four strike it’s a force spell it does force this one I just thought was kind of cool um it’s evade it just you know Dodges so you can have

A Dodge look at that look at those skills it’s a Dodge spell I think that’s pretty neat if you ask me now let’s keep moving because we have a lot of SP like uh these chests are all just spells like all of them next we’ve got Frizzle

So let’s come over to these skeletons right here I’m glad it’s nighttime we’ve got a bigger frizz we’ve got flame Ray shoots fire we got flame cleave this one shoots like a cleave of fire very very cool now let’s uh we gotta be careful with these ones

Um so let’s just move to this area down here Scroll of explosion boom explosion skull of molten if this will change the earth to being um magma which obviously causes spin damage so that’s always good we’ve got solar beam so here we go so this is actually I

Believe a connection with Melody’s mobs if you’ve used that you’ll know how this works but now there is a spell for it and you create this solar beam the blasts very neat we’ve got frost blast oh one of the mobs that spawns this one just an ice spray

Around you in an area of effect we’ve got a frost Ray same thing but Frosty spray and then we’ve got frost barrier very cool effect it summons this sort of 3D Frost wall that protects you and it eventually goes down so let’s make some room for these last couple of spells

Um so we’ve got uh ice breath so this one is gonna be similar to the frost breath um this one’s a bit strange because it like back when you use it and it’s faster in water but I thought it had a really cool effect so I’d show you

Then we’ve got the Winds of Winter this one is just a wind kind of frost spell shoots out and then charge I love this belt you’ve probably seen me use this one super speed with a lightning Trail very very cool so that’s the first chest the smallest chest of spells

These two are all full so well let’s get going it’s why I’m kind of going through them as as quickly as possible because I don’t want this video to be super long but I want to give you a good look so next up we have lightning Ray

It’s the lightning effect now I actually am very appreciative of the lightning in this mod because it has a very very good visual that um like some of this some of the Zam ones they have this really cool lightning look that I think some of the other ones don’t have that

Like level now we’ve got super jump it’s kind of exactly what you expect jump now we’ve got spring charge so this is a lightning version where you charge it up and you shoot and it just kind of does a lightning jump so the longer you hold it the further you go

Now we got shock Zone this one’s pretty cool because this creates like a an area of shock so it’s kind of like that first one we saw but in a much bigger area of effect now we got xaml it’s pretty simple it’s like it’s like

The frost one but it’s more of like a dark lightning then you’ve got Cyclone bolts this one is an air spell it just you know shoots a beam of air but knocks back grapple probably one of my favorite spells we could be Spider-Man you can grapple pretty much anything

And it’s pretty damn intuitive it’s it’s great it works really really well so yeah grapple’s great ocean burst we’re back onto the water magic here we go this one not bad Quake so now we’re getting more into the Earth spells we’ve got quake you have to be on the same level but it

Does damage all right next up we’ve got probably about 10 more rows of this so let’s keep moving you know what I will grab Rose so that I can replace the row every time so I don’t have to keep going back there we go we got a full inventory let’s go

We have Scroll of Whirlwind this is a wind spell if you can guess again froze up knock back for damage you’ve got splooshle another water spell so come back here zombie this one creates like a a whirlpool wherever it lands next up we have Arcane beam so this is

Just a kind of magic beam pretty standard a man of what I really like this one this one’s a new one but I think this looks really really cool look at that effect so it creates this sort of Mana Vortex that then explodes I was a big fan of

That one now we got astral projection oh yeah this one’s cool so basically what this does is you create an astral projection of yourself that can kind of go and explore things without you having to go to them so if you’re trying to look for something you can astral

Project and spend the next you know 20 25 seconds looking around um so the one thing you got to know is you can’t go left to right so up and down and you have to point in the direction that you want to move in um but yeah very very cool

And then once the astral projection is over it’ll bring you right back to the spot you cast it in like that next up we have Ring of Fire it creates a ring of fire on the floor pretty pretty standard that one we’ve got greater Fireball this one creates a fireball now I am

Going to tell you this is not all the spells that I’m showing you I’m just showing you the ones that I think have the coolest effects there are other ones that do lots of other things there’s growth spells things where you do planting lots of utility spells that I’m

Not showing we’ve got kefiris it’s just an even bigger version of it and then this one which I think is really really cool this is fire pledge and it creates this sort of tornado of fire which I think is pretty cool so next up we’re gonna have a whole nother row let’s go

You know what I think I did this out of order but it doesn’t matter Scroll of disintegration you cast this beam onto something and it starts burning and disintegrating scroll up damn eight booms it creates booms on them Inferno pillar this one creates a pillar of

Inferno this one does it on top of you so this one surrounds you in it so if you’re looking for a really cool effect like powering up this is the spell to go for Eternal ignis um pretty simple again this is a lot like a disintegration very similar and then greater explosion

Is an even bigger explosion we’ve got Mass pyrokinesis um I think this does this sort of fiery effect so come here it also does it on the enemy it makes you kind of whoever you touch bit oh Sun strike this however is similar to the spell from mersey Sunbeam

Um but this is Sun strike and it casts it on the ground although if you hold it it casts a multiple so very very cool next up you’ve got solar flare this one’s pretty cool it creates this sort of solar explosion around you and then you’ve got ice Lance

Now this actually freezes the enemy so when you hit them with it they are frozen for a few seconds he’s over Frozen because I cast it a few times all right Next Step there’s a lot of spells and a lot of really great effects so especially if you’re someone that is

You know a role player then this is great so next up we got chain lightning I’m gonna go if we got like a group of something somewhere yeah we’ve got some pigs here so chain lighting is simple it casts lightning but it chains onto other

Enemies in a in a circle so it’s very good for clearing out AOE next we’ve got lightning vortex which creates a Vortex of the lightning and shoots it in a direction you’ve probably seen me use this one before as well now this one used to have the

Effect of the other one uh the other lightning spells that’s a visual but it was extremely laggy so I think they’re averted it lightning disc is next um this one’s a pretty simple projectile spell but you know sometimes simple is all you need thundering chain you’ve definitely seen me use this

That’s the effect I was talking about by the way so this shoots a thundering chain in an era if you’ve noticed if you’ve watched my fairy tale origin series you know that I made a spell using a bunch of spells and that was a part of it that one there it’s got

Lightning wall this creates a wall of lightning in front just you know protection and then static dome which is similar but it’s a dome of lightning so if you’re trying to create like a force field to protect you that’s one way to do it then Kazam

Again it’s that Sim similar spell but a higher damage you’ve got Decay this one’s pretty cool because it’s sort of like a poison spell like dark Oozy black pit um that you can use in very very um artistic ways if you think about it and you got Darkness orb this one is

Just your kind of generic dark magic so let’s keep it moving onto the final row of this part all right we’ve got yeah so we’ve got now lightning pulse this one is like a lightning shock on the ground very good sound effects and then you’ve got storm cloud so this

Creates a cloud in the sky that shoots down lightning bolts over a period of time um it usually rains and does but obviously it will only shoot the lightning bolts if there are enemies nearby so I wonder if I’ll do it on pigs or like any entity

Good question so let’s find out we’ve got villagers right here let’s see if it’ll do it to him hey you no will it do it to you or do they have to be enemies oh no it will there you go he is being shocked and that just kind of continuously

Happens over a period of time uh we got frost breath so this one’s similar to the old frost breath but this one actually does a freezing effect on them you’ve got frost Nova which you charge up and then shoots at these ice spikes we’ve got ice Bash this creates this sort of Frosty

Exterior it it snows the ground and let’s come do it next to these guys and it does it in quite a big area and you can continuously charge that one blizzard beam it’s like the beam from disintegration but it’s Frost Frost fan is ice spikes shooting them out ice spikes

Is this one so you can do this out of any sort of flat surface it will just create spikes and then you got a scroll of Blizzard uh Scroll of Blizzard creates a blizzard oh wow that needs to be fixed a blizzard like that and it will slow enemies deal damage and just You know overall do everything you need it to do very cool visual any ice Wizards out there all right we gotta return to the chests we’ve made quite a a distance so we I think we’ve got one more Row in here yeah one more row and then we’ve got the final chest so

They keep getting better and better so we’ve got Scroll of tornado this is the you know lightning Vortex but it’s a wind tornado instead so for those air users that is it we got the quake and we’re upgrading that Earth spell into an even bigger Quake we’ve got rupture

This one is the same sort of thing um it just ruptures the ground we’ve got Whirlpool this creates this sort of bubbly Whirlpool that will drown enemies in it and kasploosh is the same but it’s larger and it’s uh you can shoot it wherever you want wherever it lands we’ve got Cyclone Shield

Oh boy I forgot about that so this is like an air you shouldn’t spam it you should only use it once um but yeah it does this and it’s like an air kind of Shield it does damage to enemies inside of it then we got fangs um this is the Avoca attack

It’s pretty cool we got solar Bean so this is an earth beam of leaf that will you know do consistent damage and continuously happen and then Dragon Fireball it is literally the dragon Fireball from the ender dragon as a spell um so yeah that is all of those and now we are moving

All right we’re gonna grab four rows of this again and then we’ll come back for the last two okay so it’s always from the the right hand side so we got wind blast uh we need an enemy for this so let’s make it night time that generally makes things easier

Um but let’s come over here this will do sheep so wind blast again it’s just a wind blasting spell oh phase step this one’s cool wherever you’re looking it will kind of phase step you forward um but the important thing is it can go through blocks so let’s say there’s a

Wall in your way like let’s go here there’s a wall in my way can’t do it there uh yeah maybe hear my work yeah there we go so yeah if I stand here and I hit phase it’ll put me forward if I stand Here phase I’m on the other side

So you can phase through blocks which is really neat we’ve got Dragon raw you can kind of guess this is similar to the Ender Dragon spells but it’s a dragon rule for some reason it does a lightning effect on things I’m not sure about that and you got unrelenting Force this is I

Believe their equivalent to first throw da from Skyrim but it’s cool spectral pathway this one’s pretty neat because if you come let’s say we go up here and we cast it we’ve created a spectral pathway that we can now walk over till about that long now sadly can uh cast it again

It doesn’t connect which is a little bit disappointing but if you need a long pathway I think um let’s test something let’s test something because I I’ve actually never tested this before because I’ve never needed to but so you get to the end of this while it’s still here

And then you do that aha so if you do that you place a block on it and you can keep moving you can place a block and then boom more pathway you can basically create a floating path I think it does eventually go away but I’m not sure how long it lasts

Anywho let’s keep moving so we’ve got a force field let’s get off of this area and come down here so as you can probably guess let’s create a force field that surrounds you and knocks out anything that tries to get near it we’ve got Ray of purification

This is a visual Sun like laser beam you got radiant beam pretty cool and Grand magic Missile there’s all kinds of magic missiles but this is the best one it’s a magic Missile that shoots through this is where I think the magic circles get really cool too

Um on some of these spells they they continuously follow them like this one and boom so a very cool spell in my opinion at least all right next up we’re going to this one we have Scroll of meteor we cast this right here it Summers a Meteo from this guy and

Everything goes boom kafriz the bigger version of this but now it summons one of those vortexes of fire once you hit them so we’re on the next level we’re gonna scroll fire breath again this is just a consistent fiber but this one actually creates fire damage you can

Burn a forest you’ve got Scroll of fire storm this one creates a storm of fire this one will also bend a damage but it’s a very cool looking um fire now you got Inferno form this one’s pretty simple um you use it and you become a tornado of fire

That that’s it you become a tornado of fire um you deal damage I need something here we go down here you I gotta do it again you just yeah you deal fire damage as you hit things as and when so that’s pretty neat um so next up we got explosion cataclysm

This is a massive explosive spell um so what I’ll do you can continuously cast it but yeah I think the the magic circle on this one’s awesome because it’s a massive thing but yeah that’s really really neat Armageddon as you can see um from that little Glimpse what we’ll do here is

Armageddon casts a rocket hell of meteors so enjoy that we’ve got the living comet this basically is a flyer like a fire meteor flying spell you can just fly around as a fiery meteor and then Supernova so this one basically summons the Sun and then blasts the Sun so if we come

Over here there’s a lot of enemies they all kind of charge above you like this and then you let out the sun’s burst above you that’s not cool I don’t know what is we’re really getting into the the upper echelon of spells here these are the coolest looking magic spells that I’ve seen

In Minecraft all right so next up we have frostborn this is the equivalent of the um fire one but you’re a frosty snowstorm we’ve got wall of Frost this one’s pretty cool um basically Wherever You cast you create a wall so if you ever wanted to

Make something out of ice this is a way to do it we’ve got hailstorm this one creates a storm of ice spikes that just kind of hit down we’ve got absolute zero which just does this kind of best of icy hell and it freezes enemies we have icicle storm which is again a

Very similar um icicle one but now you’ve got ice clusters that deal damage we’ve got thimble winter this one is a very cool spell that just kind of summons winter from the sky these ice spikes drop freezing enemies and creating snow we have Frozen orb

This is just a lot like a large orb of a frost and it will freeze any enemy that hits if it doesn’t kill them we’ve got lightning web this one’s very very cool it’s just this uh kind of epic beam of lightning that deals like electrified damage as well as the beam damage

And then we got fun to storm you you probably recognize this one yeah it creates a thunderstorm literally you want lightning going everywhere this is the spell you need a thunderstorm you’ve got a thunderstorm it will surround you all right now we’re getting into some really good ones the lightning spells

I’m very familiar with so here we go with lightning hammer now lightninghammer is a really awesome spell now this is a good thing that I should say about you know how I’m saying there’s artifacts to work with spells there’s an artifact that if you wear it

You can then pick up the hammer and throw it if you wear the artifact so I think that’s pretty cool um is it is it this one yeah this one lightning hammers can be picked up and thrown so if I grab that um

And can I equip it I think I have to go into survival mode to equip it so game mode survival uh we got a Bubbles and we equip that and then we go game mode creative okay I need to bring the hammer back I need to bring the hammer

All right so we’re gonna summon it down now I’ve picked up the hammer and I can eat it we can pick it up and we can throw it and if it lands on an enemy set a pick we created a pigman so yeah if you ever want a quick wasted

Charge creepers or create pigment is a great way to do it and over time the hammer does this sort of lightning AOE effect thunderbest this is just you know abyss of lightning that knocks enemies back we have storm blink this is one of my absolute favorites point

And in a blink of a storm you will deal damage hit an AOE and it’s just really really cool way of traveling as a lightning wizard we have Master Bolt um yeah so this one you click and you get this um Master bolt basically you throw it you click it

You get it there and you teleport to it so it’s similar to the storm blink but you get this kind of bolt that you throw instead which I think is pretty cool so next up then we have eye of the storm this creates this sort of Stormy Cloud

That allows you to fly around and it shoots out lightning to charge creepers cath whack this one is kind of like a pulse on the ground of dark magic kazamol is just an upgrade to Kazam it does it does like a beam and a beam from this guy

And let’s get the ball out of our hands next up we have possession okay so this is a cool one let’s grab this witch over here so this is The Possession spell if I go to a witch my hip possess I am now the witch you know what I can

Do with the witch I can run around I can be the witch I can do what witches do I can throw out poisonous potions I am the witch and then if you hit left shift I’m out of possession and boom plague of Darkness so this actually does withering damage

To anyone that gets hit by it but yeah that’s a dark magic spell all right we’ve really gotten to the good ones now I really like possession very very cool okay so let’s go uh these ones and then these ones okay so we are going here so we’ve got Unholy Alliance

Um let’s go let’s go over here okay so this one is oh yeah so this is one of many summoning spells this one summons these Wizards skeleton evil wizards so you got fire Mage Earth Mage lightning Mage ice Mage dark mage kind of all of the ones that you would

Need and a light Mage over there so all of the elements and you have them on your team that’s the best of the summoning spells you could pretty much summon an army of anything there’s all of them um next up we have thorrester thorns this just summons Thorns around you that

Will do thorn damage like this then we have Boulder this is one of my absolute favorite spells so this is Boulder it summons a giant boulder that rolls shakes the ground and Deals damage now the one thing I really like about this spell is this it does block damage

So it will run through forests that’s really cool next up we have Forest curse so this one um just shoots out like a leaf and does like a withering poison damage it’s like an AOE of leaves all right the best of the earth spells now earthquake you’ve probably seen us

Use this one before this shakes the Earth all around you knocks up enemies and Deals massive damage kasputual an upgrade on the kasploosh you’ve now got this Vortex of Triple S like bubble whirlpools and it goes really high as you can see this one’s pretty simple flight

You point way to go you get angel wings and you fly there wind Awakening this one is a speed spell you get Hunger but you get speed for a certain amount of time now these are ones that I was going to show you is this is called mushroom Forest

And well it’s not working uh is it working there no it’s not working now okay let’s just move let’s just move away from the areas there we go so this one’s kind of working basically it summons mushrooms everywhere it turns the area into a mushroom area now that one I feel like

Doesn’t work as well as the next one we’re going to show um but you know I thought it’s pretty cool that you can affect kind of a whole area if you wish I don’t know if you need to hold it so much um but yeah it just continuously summons mushrooms

Kind of everywhere as you can see the area effect is pretty big so we’re gonna now do the swamp vision and here it goes so you can kind of slowly see this is all what is it mud is that mud it’s like sinking sand mud so this whole

Area now is going to become a swampy mess anywho Shockwave this is a really cool spell I want to show you what this one does which means I need to find something um what have we got we’ve kind of killed here we go so Shockwave sends things for lying and I mean for

Lying then we’ve got Slow Time so we hit that for the next basically 12 seconds everything is in salomo we’ve slowed time so pigs and chickens they’re moving very very slowly they can’t really do anything me I can do anything pretty neat Arrow rain this one’s cool too

It shoots down like a like a barrage of spectral arrows probably one of if not my favorite spell we got black hole this is a summons a black hole that sucks in enemies and does incredible amounts of damage and it stays there for a while now you got time knot this one’s really

Really cool so if I activate time not here it creates a 10 second time knot where I can do something anything that I want I will go over here and I’ll break the crafting table boom done and now I’m way back where I started but the crafting table is broken so it’s

Kind of like being able it’s if you ever played League of Legends it’s like an echo alt if anyone gets that reference well done if not you know that’s what it is we’ve got Celestial smite this is a beam of celestial light from the sky radiant storm it’s the same

Thing but in a in a circle around you and then Saint Tess’s son this one’s really cool it basically summons this giant Sun that will follow you around um and it’s let’s let’s get to night time because I think it’s really really cool um let’s see let’s go over to these

Chickens we’ll do it here yeah isn’t that freaking awesome like tell me that’s not cool it will follow you around and shoot light beams down from above you yeah it’s it’s awesome it’s awesome it’s awesome so yeah those are just a glimpse of some of the greatest spells in this magic mod

And that’s why I ask is this the best magic mod in Minecraft
