Hello wonderful people it’s wild here today I’m going to be showing you how to build This Magnificent Wizards Tower this Woods’s Tower comes complete with two mini Towers floating beside flanking the main tower and with plenty of space this would make a grand base The materials you’ll need for this Builder on your screen now keep in mind that for a build this big it’s nice to have a few extra of each material on hand especially when it comes to texturizing here is the airline for today’s build you can see that the tower Is a circular shape with an interior dimension of 11 blocks across you’ll also need to allow 10 blocks to the left and right of the build for the floating Towers we’re going to begin this Tower by building up the base using a mixture of deep slate and then you can throw in Some cracked deep sleep bricks for texture I’m going to start by building 5 across the face then three by three centered like this and then build up an extra two in the center to create this shape now you can go in and add your deep sleep bricks as you go or afterwards I’m going to start adding them in as I go now that we have a basic shape to work with here breaking down a complicated shape like a curving Tower in to its basic shapes can make it a lot easier to build we can think of these sections as flat Faces and then the aspects connecting them as the corners Now that we’ve got these sections in let’s work on the next Corner parts so we’re going to come up like this going to then a two by two square and then we’ll go up three High one two three and then come in to fill in this Gap so It looks like that and I’ll do this towards this direction as well Like that Foreign There we go now we have this corner section to fill in and for this I’m going to start by placing a placeholder block right in the corner and building all the way up to the height of the rest of these walls then I’ll go inside and break this Placeholder block and come back out and fill in these two gaps there we go and we’ll do the other ones if you’d like to get a world download for this build as well as tons of other builds and all sorts of styles check out my patreon I also have to offer custom Tutorials there and an awesome server with multi-worlds to plan with other builders foreign Onto the last corner for this layer and then we’ll take a step back and see how we’re going All right so here’s how the tower base should look so far we’re slowly curving inwards so if we look from above now the circle is slightly smaller for this next layer you’ll also need purple stained glass and a warped door I’m going to start by building across These sections with a grouping of three now from here on up we’re going to use less and less of the cracked deep sleep bricks so that we’re fading and adjusting our texture as our ego this just makes the whole build more interesting to look at then I’m going to fill in these Corners By placing on top of this block here and then building across Now that we’re all the way around I’m going to add a warped door in the center front and then build out one more layer all the way around You can see I’m really using the cracked deep sleep bricks very sparsely here I think I might just add one more on this side for this layer and there we go now I’m going to add in my windows now one too high centered on this right side And then one two heists on the back and once again it should be centered and we’re using our purple stained glass panes so you can see the placement there now I’m going to build one more layer up all the way around and then we’re going to start framing Around the top of the door and the windows and I’m pretty much just using the plain deep sleep bricks at this point now what we’re going to do here is we’re going to build straight over the top of the window three across this Gap here and then either side of the windows On the two walls like that then we’re going to put one in the center of each of these three groups whilst these will be on top of the windows and then we need to fill in the corners by building little L shapes like this All right foreign For these Corners we’ll use a placeholder block and then fill it in like that you can see I’m working from the inside here that just means I don’t have to fly all the way around the build though you might if you’re building this in survival like to set up a scaffolding System on the inside of the build although it is also helpful to work from the outside of the build when looking at details so if we take a step back here you can see we’ve got lots of the cracked deep slate at the bottom and Then it gets less and less and you can always go in and add a few extra if you think it just needs a bit more for that faded texture so always look at the build from all the different angles I think that’s pretty good I think I might Add one more on this side up here and I’m happy with that Before we continue building up the height of this tower now is a good time to come inside the build and add in the floor now it’s up to you what kind of material you use for your floor but I’m going to be using these polished andesite blocks I really like the tiled Texture this gives and if you would like to add a little bit more interest you could easily create a checkerboard pattern by switching out every other block for a plane and aside or if you want a more dramatic look you could use a mixture of diorite and andesite so on The bottom I’m using blocks although of course in survival you could replace these with slabs to save in resources and then I’ll be using slabs for the remaining floor this just gives a little bit of extra roof height now don’t forget to light up down here I’m just Going to place some torches in and then when it comes time to decorate I’ll put in some decorative lighting for this next floor we want to place it at the level just below the door like this and fill in with slabs I’ll also be coming in later to add in my ladder and Instead of using a regular ladder I’m going to be using some Twisted Vines those are the ones that go with the warped door and they really have a magical look for now I’ll fill in the whole floor and I can decide on where I want my later Ladder later depending on how I go about decorating but I will add in some torches alright now we can continue up the tower in this next layer we’ll be fading from the deep sleep break into some stone brick I’m going to start by placing a Deep sleep brick on top of each of these Center points like this Then I’m going to add one layer on top of the whole thing but I’m going to add in a little bit of stone break Foreign We’ll build three across here and we’re going to be bringing in a little bit more stone brick as we build And I’m building three high on this section and I’ll do that on all the faces We’ve got some invisible blocks here but I can see that I’ve got three on that side and I need to go up too high and those will load back in as I work on the rest of the build but there we go Rebecca with my stone come round to this side again Just like that now that we’ve got all those and we need to fill in these Corners so I’m going to start by building a little L shape which will fill in the whole corner keeping in mind here how it’s going to line up with the stone brick and then I’ll just build it too high in these two sections to fill in that Gap I’ll do this on all the sides Take a step back and see if you like how your texture is going with the stone brick you can always make adjustments and change it after you’ve placed it to get a look you’re really happy with All right there we go let’s take a look from all the Angles and I think I’m happy with this fade now before we work on the next layer we’re going to come inside this build and break these two blocks here and grab a little bit more of the Deep Sleep bricks To place one in here so we can add in a walkway so I’ll go ahead and place in my block like this and then I’m going to add in my polish and aside slabs at this same level to create my floor this door here is going to lead to our First floating tower off to the left the walls of this next part of the tower are just out of stone brick but you also need some purple stained glass some purple stained glass panes and a warped door I’m going to start by building two up on each of the centers here We’re getting quite narrow with our circles now and then I’m going to come across too high joining up from the corners Like that then I’m going to connect all the way across and I’m kind of creating a square shape here just like this now we’re going to create some windows and I’m going to be using some purple stained glass here creating a little t-shape like this And I’m just doing this on the front the back and the left on the right hand side or the left hand side if you’re looking for the front leaving the right hand side free just like that then we’ll grab some more stone brick and we’ll fill in either side of the window The right hand side wall and then I’m going to build a little u-shape over the top of each of these windows you should have something that looks like this so far I’m going to go ahead and fill in the corners of these U shapes now And then I’ll fill in a two by three area on that side to match I’ll also fill in these Corners now and I might use a bit of my placeholder block to make placing this in easier So the tower should be looking like that now we’re going to add in some more windows so we’re going to have three Windows on this level like this a door on the right hand side like that and then I’m going to build five high at Each corner with purple stained glass One two three four five Like that now I can go ahead and fill in all the way up to the height of the glass with my stone brick cost building over the top of the windows and the doorways We’re getting really tall now and we’re going to add four more blocks on top of all of this going over the top of the windows as well Let’s take a step back and see how the base of the tower is looking so we’ve gotten quite narrow now we’re going to be adding a base on top of here to add in the top section of the tower but before we do this I’m going to come Inside and I’m going to come to just above this window here and below this window here to add in my next floor you should see if you’ve added in these windows in the right locations this floor should match up with where we’ve got the doorway now I’m going to switch to some cobbled Deep sleep I’m going to follow along this outline and fill it in there we go now we’re going to expand out the edges I’m going to start by building two out from each of these three wide faces foreign Like that and then I’m going to build two up from here and here and then out again so we can end up with this two one block Gap two Just like that and you can see we have a circle with three two two three all the way around then I’m gonna follow along the outside of this Edge just using some upside down deep slate stairs You can see I’m being careful to rotate these around to follow the shape of the circle here Almost all the way around and there we go now we’ve got a nice space to add on the next part of our tower for the next part of the tower I’m going to start by finding the center of this platform by lining myself up with the center of two Of the sides like this and placing in a block you can fly up to check that’s in the center I’m then going to build two out from at least two of the sides and then I’m going to use this to microwave my walls are now this bit here I’m going To leave clear as I’m going to be adding in my door then I’ll add in a strip dark hook log in the corner and then come through across now that I’ve got this Circle started I can break my purple placeholder blocks and continue around in the circle So we should have a base like this now and then going to build up five high one two three four five using a purple stained glass panes one two three four five one two three four five and you can see I’m doing this on three sides and Then at the front on top of the door I’ll add in a stone brick and then I’m going to add in a small window one two three like that now we can build up this stripped dark little clogs another six blocks one two three four five six so this should be One block above the height of the window I need to make these a little taller at the back there we go and I can fill in the rest of the walls now with some stone brick Just like that we’ve got the base shape of the central tower finish now we’re going to go in and add in all the details later but for now we’re going to start working on these two floating side Towers we’re going to work on the left hand side one First you want to come to your door and then grab a plate holder block and build four across one two three four so this will set the tower five away from the door of the build then I’m going to grab my stone bricks and build three across like this and Then build a three by three Square out of polished andesite you can then go around the outside of this with some more stone brick to create an outline now we’re going to place our door in here on top of this block like that then we’ll go out one more layer with Stone brick before we add in our windows our windows are too high and centered on all three sides where we don’t have a door like that and then I’m just going to build up and around and over the top of each of the windows and the doorway There we go that’s placement for our first Tower next I’m going to come up to this door on the right hand side of the build and grab a placeholder block and build five across one two three four five we’re gonna do exactly the same thing here I’m going to build three and A three by three with andesite complete the outline and then I’m going to go about adding in Windows and Doors just as we did on the other side except here I’ll need to make sure my door is on the same side as the door there Build up too high for my windows and fill in if you’re enjoying today’s tutorial I’d really appreciate if you consider liking and subscribing for more it really helps me out and I’d love to have you part of my community there we go and you can also go ahead And break these blocks here for now we’re going to be adding in bridges to later but it doesn’t matter if they’re floating by themselves at the moment now we want to create some points coming down from the bottom of each of these I’m going to start on this left hand Side and I’m placing a lantern in here as we don’t want to leave a dark space for mobs to spawn I’m going to begin by coming two blocks down in the center of each side and as I build downwards I’m going to start fading into a bit of Cobbled deep sleep and that way we’ll be cobbled deep sleep entirely as we reach the bottom of the tower here and then going to fill in one block back in these corners Just like that and I’m going to come down and create a u-shape connecting up here this is where I’m going to start bringing in some of this cobbled deep slate Just like that you can see it connects up and we have some deep sleep and some stone brick now we’re going to come down into a point here and here I’m using entirely coupled deep sleep so we’ve got two blocks down and you can use a placeholder block And come another two blocks down just like that then I’m going to go in with some cobbled deep sleep walls and add these to accentuate the point Now these don’t have to be placed in the same location on each side and you might use more or less than I have here And don’t forget to take a step back and check you like the distribution think I’m pretty happy with that I might add some walls here and move these over to this side let’s take a step back I think maybe maybe I’ll bring the Deep Sleep up just a little bit more there and I can bring it down that way in making these changes is what really makes the build special because it means you spend time making sure that you’re happy with every detail and I think I am Happy with that now I’m going to do the same thing over on this top Tower so once again I’m going to start by coming down two on each of these sides and then one in each corner then I’m going to create my little u-shape adding in some of this Cobble deep sleep There we go then I’ll come down into my point Oh and don’t forget to hang your Lantern inside you could also use torches and come up and place them on these walls but I’ve got plenty of lanterns because I’m in Creative so I’ll hang one there And in with our walls just to add some more detail Let’s take a step back and I’m happy with that as well and we can see them together now now we’re going to add in the pointy roofs to these two smaller Towers we’re going to be using prismarine for this although you could change up the look of This build to create a different style of wizard tower by using another block all you have to do is make sure that you have access to blocks stairs slabs and walls in that material so you can see I’m starting my roof by just placing one On top of each of the wall blocks then I’m going to find the center and place in a stair on each face and then go around with some slabs Like that then I’m going to come one up in the center with a prismarine and to either side with a stair Go I’m gonna grab out of my purple wool placeholder block now and I’m going to place these in each corner to place a prismarine on top and I’ll go ahead and break those and then I’ll add a stair on top of each of these blocks You can see we’re starting to create that swoopy shape now thank you once again I’m going to go in with a placeholder block and then I’m going to build up too high with my prismarine And then for this final layer I’m going to Omit using a placeholder block and just place in a prismarine here before I build up three that way I don’t have to worry about breaking the placeholder block from the interior I’m going to add in some walls now I’m adding one in each Of these corners one on top of each of these sides and then I’ll add two on the top to make it extra pointy there we go and I’m going to replicate this roof on the other side Now let’s start adding in some details for all these details we’ll be using some dark oak we’ll also need some end drugs some fences and some warps trap doors and there’s of course some placeholder blocks I’m going to start by creating the bridges to connect up all these turrets I’m going to come to this left hand side first to create the first bridge and placing in a stair here with a slab on top then I’m going to use a placeholder block to add in an upside down stair and I’ll come and place another upside down stair facing the other way like That I’ve got a stair coming off of this now like that and then a stair facing backwards you can see this creates a nice swirly shape then I’m going to come on top of all of this some dark oak trapdos connecting up the two doors and then I’ll use some Warp trapdoors Create some railing now if you don’t have access to end rods yet and we’ll be using those later in our decorations you could easily substitute those out for some chains now we’re going to create some door frames I’m adding a dark oak trapdoor to either side of the doors here Then I’m going to add a stripped dark oak log on top yeah and stairs on either side I also want to add a dark oak trapdoor on top this just creates a smoother Arch shape Here’s how our bridge should look now we’re going to add some decorations to the windows of this turret and for this I’m going to place a strip dark oak log above each window then I’ll go in with a dark oak slab below each window not placing some end rods here Once the Androids are in you can go in with some trapdoors on either side to create the frame There we go then I’ll grab some dark oak fences I’m going to put these in the corners stopping one block below the end of this section of stone brick let’s take a step back and look at this decoration so far let’s go work on the other side now We’re going to create a similar arching shape except this time we need to span across five blocks I’m going to start by adding in a stair facing towards the build here on this floating turret and then I’ll place a stair on top like that then I’m going in with the upside down Stair and using a placeholder block to add in one more there we go you can see it’s curved over like this then I’m going to grab two slabs and place them here and here I’ll grab my stairs out again and I’m going to place a one facing right way up like this And one right way up over there look at that lovely curve now we’ll go in with our trapdoors for this one I’m dropping down at the end here it just makes it a little easier to access this doorway then I’m gonna go in with my warp trapdoor railing All right now that all of these Bridge elements are in we’re going to use the same decorations as the other tower on this side so I’m going to go in with my door decorations Now I’m only going to add a dark oak trapdoor to this side here leaving this Gap free and then I’ll go in with some decorations on all my windows Foreign And don’t forget to add in the fences Let’s have a look at our two towers now I’m going to create this same window decoration on the two windows at this level here so we’ve got our log our slab or Androids and trapdoors I’ve got this one on the side and one on the back There we go now let’s start adding in some other wind direct decorations I’m going to come up to this window here at the front and I’m going to place a log at the bottom and then two stairs on either side like that then I’ll place a stamp up right facing into the center And then on top facing outwards then I’ll place in a slab in the very center like that I’m also going to add trapdoors to either side I then want to create this same window decoration on all of these shaped windows There we go next let’s add some decoration to these windows here I’m going to start by going with some stairs underneath and then stairs on top like this and then at the top of the window we’ll do the same thing two stairs and two stairs and you can see that these Ones are facing towards each other and these ones are facing away from each other but then add in some trapdoors to create the frame and add in some fences underneath and I’ll do this to all of these windows on the corners foreign Decorations to these smaller Windows we’re going to go in with a slab above and below some Androids and some trapdoors thank you and I’ll do this all the way around foreign s are another place you could really customize this build to change the look of your wizard tower for example if You’d like a lighter design you could switch out this dark oak for some Birch for example I just like to aim to have a trapdoor for this design where it has a solid texture so something like a jungle wood trapdoor wouldn’t work quite as well but there we go all the windows are Now decorated before we add in some decorations to this top story here we’re going to add in some decorative supports they’re going to have a really spirally look which will look super magical I’m starting by placing in a stair at the center of the front here underneath There’s a deep sleep stair and then I’ve got one place behind it I’ll then place in a dark oak trapdoor and flip it down like this and to make sure you’ve got this chapter in the right location you should be able to place a block directly Behind it if you find that when you place a block onto this here a trapdoor and it places against the wall instead of underneath this stair you can see that this trapdoor is therefore placed on this stair and not the outermost stem so I’ll go ahead and move that back now And that way I can go ahead and add in a stair on the back like that all right now I’m going to come underneath and add a stair here and then a stare against this wall then I’m going to come down with two stairs like this create the start of our spiral And I’m going to come underneath and add in an upside down stair here now you’re going to need to use a placeholder block by placing it onto this slab to add in the last stair which curves back out and you can see this creates a lovely spirally shape Now we want to create the same shape on the other three sides of the build Now on this last side where we’re connecting it up here to the doorway you might need to use a few extra placeholder blocks to get your stair into the right location go like that and I’m gonna go in with my last stair here now create the swooping curve all right We’ve got all of our swoops in let’s grab some fences and I’m gonna add one underneath each of these stairs where it joins in the corner so there should be three on each of the four sides of the build there we go it should look like this On to this next level I’m going to start by adding in the decorations for all of the windows and the door here and then we’re going to add in the banister so I’m starting with the door creating a decoration using the dark oak and some stone brick and this is going to connect Up to the decoration we have for this window just going in with three trapdoors here and a slab at the top like that then for the rest of the windows I’m creating a simple decoration with a slab and then some trapdoors You can see I’m just using another trapdoor here so I can place my trapdoor on the Outer Edge you could easily use a placeholder block Foreign There we go next we’re going to carry through the design element of these curvy brackets on the top with a slightly simpler design so I’m going to start two blocks down and I’m going to place in a stair here and here and a place to Stair right way up on top Of that like that and then I’ll place in one more stair bridging outwards there we go it’s creating two little brackets and I’ll do this on all of the sides Thank you just like that now let’s start working on this banester I’m going to begin by placing a stripped darker clog on either side of the each of these three white faces like that I’ll then find this corner block here and place one too high foreign To the two high ones I’ll add in a dark oak slab and each of the one high ones I’ll add in a stone brick wall with an End Rod on top There we go all the way around now let’s connect up this banister so in each of the three wide gaps I’ll go in with two fences and then a fence gate and then to connect from here to here I’ll go with a fence behind this block then a fence Gate and then a stone brick wool and in Reverse for the other side there we go and I’ll just wrap around following in this pattern Perfect just like that I’m now going to go in with some warped buttons and I’m placing these on the faces that are facing out from each of the three of five wide sides there we go all about buttons are in and we’ve got a lovely railing We’re going to use a similar rail design when we work down here on the walkway up but first we’re going to make a little section when you come out of the doorway using some of the cobbled deep sleep you can see I’ve created a 2×3 rectangle and Then I’m coming to either side with some stairs and then at the front I’m going to wrap them around like this so you can see that they are not fully connected like that all right now we can add a door on top of here we’re going to use the same Design as we have at the top except this time I’m placing a trapdoor on top just to finish it off there we go now we can start working on our staircase staircase I’m going to be using dark oak slabs and we’re going to be working our Way around the tower I’m going to start by placing in two slabs here then I’ll come down a slab level placing in two this way and come back towards the build then I’ll come along this way some more and you can see we’re going down this slab level each time Rotate round to go against the build again here I just need to place in one slab as we’re on top of here but then I’ll continue down foreign here and we can walk all the way up the stair without falling off I’m going to do the same thing on the other side Go we’re going to come down come back towards the build and just continue creating this staircase There we go staircase is in now we need to add some railing we’ve got two sections of railing to add in here we’re going to add the railing at the top and we’re creating a similar design as we have at the balcony at the top of this build like that I’m also going to create a similar design down here with a log just don’t break stair and an End Rod and then I’ll go on these three sides with buttons I’ll do this on this side of the build too Now for the style of railing we’ll use up the actual staircase for this I’m going to be using warped trapdoors and I’ll just be placing these along it’s helpful to have a placeholder block right next to your chapter as you build this so you can easily switch between And you can see I’m just covering up all the places where you could fall off here sometimes you’ll be able to place them right on the slab and other times you’ll need a placeholder block Go and now we’ll work down the other side There we go and then I’ll also come up here and I’m going to add in two trapdoors here and here and on the other side as well now at the top here we’ve got these fences underneath of our balcony and we’re going to hang some lanterns off of Those and we want to bring that design element down here to the base to build so I’m going to add some fences underneath here and then I can hang some lanterns from chains I want these at two different heights I’ve got some two chains down and some Just one chain down and I’m switching between the two here so it looks like this now I come up to the top part of the build and I’m going to hang some more so I’m going to hang with just one chain down we’ll hang three chains down And some too and the idea here is to switch between them so we have a really variety look as we come along I think I’ll bring this chain three down then maybe just one down here and then two down Maybe one down here three again and two on this side Let’s see I think I’ll have three And then one and then two again Let’s take a step back that looks really good the other place we want to hang some lanterns is underneath these Bridges and once again I want these at different heights I’ll hang this one two chains down and this one just one and then up on this side I think I’ll have This one come down three and this one full make a step back and see looking marvelous now let’s add a grand Spire roof to this Grand Wizards Tower I’m going to come up to the top Tower here and add in some torches to my floor just using some more polished under side slabs And I’m going to add in a few torches up here so it doesn’t get too dark as we build then I’ll grab some deep sleep brick slabs and we’re going to place these across the top of the Windows like this and then in a little V shape And follow all the way around the build here You can see we’re creating a nice Circle just like that I’ll then grab my prismarine and I’ll Place one off of each Center And from each of these I’ll hang a lantern one chain down There we go now we can continue working on this roof the next block I’m going to grab out and some stairs and these are going either side of these blocks Like that then I’ll grab another block and I’m going to place them in each of these Corners with two stairs to fill in this Gap there’s going to be lots of going around in circles to create this roof here but with a finishing product as stunning As this the circles are worth it so that’s our first layer done and now I’m going to grab some prismarine slabs what I want to do is place them underneath each of these stairs and then connect across the front and come out to either side This will leave a gap here so I’ll go in with two more here and then one in the corner let’s go around and connect all of these up There we go on to the next layer now it’s helpful to grab outer placeholder block here I’m going to grab out some purple wool and we don’t need the slabs anymore so I can take those out of my inventory if right this next block is going to go on the deep sleep And then I’m going to have stairs on either side and around we go then to fill in the corners here we’re going to have two blocks and a slab Like that and you can see our circle is getting much smaller already I use a placeholder block to build three across behind each of these sections Oh And then of course we need to fill in the corner I’m going to be placing two prismarine walls here and here and then I can place my extra block by clicking on these walls here’s how a circle is looking all right let’s keep building up now I’m Going to build two on top of each section like that and then I’m going to create a little curvy Point shape like this just filling in the corners like that So it creates kind of a diamond shape so far then I’m going to build three across the top of each of these sections Like that and place in some walls Next section I’m going to add in one on top of here and using a placeholder block I’m going to add in one in each Gap and then on top of each of the flat faces we’re going to have a stair going back in without blocks I’m adding one on top of here And placeholder blocks and adding on to I’m gonna go in with some walls now one in each corner I’ll build up three here and like we did on the smaller roof so I’m just going to place in a block so I don’t have to worry about a placeholder block and then Build up three High one two three going in with these walls now and creating an extra pointy Point Let’s Take a look that looks marvelous now let’s add some finishing touches and put this Wizards Tower in a magical setting alright here we go the wizard towers now in a magical Landscape I’ve got an ice Spike biome as the simple colors in the spine really allow this Tower to pop but it would also look great in a dark forest or on top of a mountain for the garden around the wizard tower I’ve stuck to the same colors that we’ve Got going on in the build so up here we’ve got the prismarine with this turquoise color and so to balance it I’ve got all of these warped plants twisting around the base and they really have a very magical feel you can see that I have kind of broken Up the snow with these patches of the walked mycelium and this allows me to plant and then I’ve got Pathways leading up to each of my doors I’ve also broken some holes into the ground below these towers perhaps that these towers were ripped right out of the ground so that they Float beside the tower as for decorations at the top but you can see I’ve created this really magical spiral out of glass and to do this I’ve just built a snaking kind of a string of blocks you could use wool or anything really and then Place glass panes all around it and Then I’ve used light blocks to illuminate it but you can also mix in some end rods for a similar illuminated effect in survival and the overall effect is a really very magical this tower has a lots of space to work with inside so if you’d like an interior Tutorial leave a comment down below hope you enjoyed today’s video if
