These Tools FINALLY Exist for Minecraft Bedrock Edition!

For a long time I’ve been after a tool that allows me to edit the coordinates of my Minecraft bedrock edition worlds I mean I’ve been able to do this on Java edition since at least minecraft alpha it’s always perplexed me how difficult this process has been for bedrock

Edition you can’t just open up a level data file and go crazy in the past I’ve shown off the farlands in bedrock edition and I’ve shown off the stripe lands as well but I’ve always had difficulty travelling beyond 30 million blocks one trick that a lot of people think could work creating a

Nether portal 30 million blocks out in the nether therefore traveling eight times the distance in the overworld doesn’t actually do anything at all since the game does limit how far you will teleport once you exit the nether as it also does in Java edition so what options were there for teleporting even

Further than that in bedrock edition well as far as I knew anyways there weren’t any at least that were easy to use but now there is and not only is there a tool for editing every element of your bedrock edition world but there’s also a separate al biet paid

Tool that allows you to convert your Minecraft Java Edition worlds to work on bedrock edition seamlessly or the other way around in fact you can convert any world type to any other world type seamlessly and just about flawlessly yeah there’s a lot to cover today so

Let’s go ahead and let’s get right into it Today I’m gonna be covering two extremely useful programs for Minecraft bedrock edition the free Universal minecraft editor and the paid Universal minecraft converter and before I go any further know this video is not sponsored and I have no involvement direct or indirect with the development of either

Project if you need to convert your Java edition world to bedrock edition for free there are more complex options out there like fast asynchronous world at it that I’ve covered in the past I’ll link that video above if any other editors come along in the future that are free

And work just as well I’ll change the links in the description down below but first let’s get into the free Universal minecraft editor this program functions exactly like you would expect a level data file editor to function such as the one that I commonly use for Java edition called NBT Explorer

Upon opening up the program you’re greeted with a screen that simply asks you to choose which version of Minecraft you’re playing now remember before when I said this was a bedrock edition editor well you can also edit the data for your xbox360 worlds or ps3 world’s Wii U Java

Edition and even Pocket Edition though you’ll need to find your own method for getting those worlds onto your computer and then back onto your consoles or phones if you want to take advantage of them in our case let’s click on Windows 10 from here the program automatically

Populates a list of the worlds that I have saved on minecraft bedrock Edition and it even lets me choose a different directory if I need to so let’s open one up and check it out once the universal minecraft editor opens up your world what can you do with it well honestly

Just about anything but let’s run through the options one by one first up on the list is the chunk locator on the surface this feature seems pretty simple we get a top-down view of our Minecraft world we can click on any given location and get back that chuncks

Position within the world we can also type in any coordinate that we want and just teleport to it it’s pretty flexible we can also check out the N dimension and the nether dimension as well but the nether roof will prevent you from really seeing anything useful with this tool

However the real magic of this tab occurs once you open the chunk itself from here you can edit well everything the properties of the entities within that chunk the properties of blocks that have some kind of secondary properties such as the direction of a torch sign or

Where a door is facing or even the hex code representing the blocks themselves well I would not recommend messing around with the stuff if you don’t explicitly know what you’re doing the fact that this level of customization is built into this program is honestly why

I like it so much I can even directly edit the text that’s on a sign with all of its color information to remember this is four versions of Minecraft that are not Java edition where there aren’t really a wide array of mods to do this sort of work in game and while this

Feature may be useful for a handful of you out there for me and my uses we haven’t even gotten to the best part yet so next up the players tab this is everything I’ve ever wanted for a Minecraft data editor for versions of Minecraft that are not Java edition

Honestly this editor feels as easy to use as the NBT Explorer that I mentioned before within this tab we can edit just about everything pertaining to the player I can edit their armor every attribute which includes health absorption knock-back resistance hunger over-and-under water movement information their luck follow range

Attack damage exhaustion saturation and even their total experience and total level I can edit the contents of there enter chests their inventory equipped weapon offhand all of these attributes and most importantly to their position within the world itself within Minecraft bedrock addition you can seamlessly teleport anywhere from

Zero to 30 million blocks with commands in game why they allow this since the world collapses in on itself after twelve million five hundred fifty thousand eight hundred twenty four blocks is beyond me but they allow it however if you ever wanted to travel beyond 30 million blocks it’s been

Incredibly difficult or downright impossible to do so I mean on my dis court server which you can join at discord GG / antvenom a user by the name of XP – actually flew from 30 million blocks all the way out to 33 million 550 4432 where the stripe lands double in

Converter now I’m gonna be honest whenever I see third-party paid minecraft tools I get skeptical but considering how well put together the editing tool is which is free I decided to give the paid world converter a try and I was not disappointed this program works exactly as you would expect it to

Choose which version of Minecraft your world is being converted from select the world itself and then choose which format you wish to convert it to and that’s it for today’s example I converted to Java edition Maps over to bedrock edition to see how much of this program can handle first off my old

Peaceful map project here’s the map in Minecraft Java edition and here it is again in Minecraft bedrock edition just about everything is here actually as far as this world is concerned everything is here all of the blocks are in place paintings are on the walls items are in

The chests everything but the program is not perfect because I always like to push things way too far I got in contact with my friends over at the Imagineers Club minecraft server to allow me to convert their minecraft Java edition one to one recreation of Disney World’s Magic Kingdom over to bedrock edition

This map is seriously impressive walking around on Java edition anyways it’s easy to see just how much detail has been put into this project when it’s converted over to bedrock edition the only real issues that I can see aside from a few things that probably have nothing to do

With the conversion process is that maps are not currently converted over at all they just appear blank in the grand scheme of things however being able to crank my render distance up to 96 and see just about the entirety of Disney’s Magic Kingdom from the Floridian hotel

Two I can really see this tool being incredibly useful for build teams looking to easily convert their big projects over to bedrock addition because bedrock Edition is such a limited version of Minecraft I know from experience that some build teams actually build their base map in Java
