THE PERFECT STARTER HOUSE IN HARDCORE??? – LET’S PLAY SURVIVAL MINECRAFT (EPISODE 1)

What is going on my friends we are on a brand new hardcore world now now I know you’re probably wondering what happened to the last hardcore World well I died and kind of in an embarrassing way too no no no no no no no no no no

Oh are you kidding me but don’t worry I think this world is gonna be a whole lot better and I won’t make the same mistake twice or at least hopefully but like usual since it is Hardcore we should probably get started on collecting up some resources hello there Mr Piggy how

Are you doing you’re doing good what about your friends down there are they doing good oh we got a sheep over there too all right let’s go collect up some wood and it also looks like we have a village right over here with a blacksmith foreign So let’s see what we have in this blacksmith house oh looks like we got a few iron ingots and iron sword and some horse armor and one bread the one bread is definitely the best part what do you think Mr one eye I think he agrees all

Right hopefully we can find some hay bales around here so we can have like unlimited food for the first few days there any other goodies now we’ll take this bed though so we can sleep through the first night anything in here we got a blast furnace nothing in there let’s

Make our way down the hill real quick and collect up all of these hay bales and it looks like we have another patch right over there gotta make sure to take some of these crops we got carrots is there any potatoes we got a potato right there perfect which is pretty much everything

We need anything in this guy oh there’s an upstairs let’s check this out but nothing but kind of a useless porch or should I say balcony well the sun is beginning to fall and nighttime is about to come so I think it’s time we sleep through our first

Night in this Minecraft world rise and shine we are on our second day of Hardcore Minecraft hopefully I can get through this one taking the iron and hay bales we got from the village I took the iron turned it into a pickaxe and took the hay bales and made tons of bread so

We could head down into the mines in the hopes of hopefully finding some coal some iron and maybe some diamonds if we’re lucky playing this in hardcore has really given me a grasp on how hard it is to actually do this and jump into these mines knowing I have one life and

If I die this world is done luckily I didn’t run into too many bad guys down there take you out don’t blow me up don’t blow me up come on get out of here get out of here dude I don’t want you get out of here I would love to find

Some iron is there really no iron in here just copper oh we got a little bit of iron right there and oh my goodness oh my goodness cool that was a close call that was a close call let’s take this guy out eat some food real quick I was hoping we

Could maybe get a CD from that skeleton creeper but I guess not oh my goodness look at it in here so many bad guys get out of here dude get out of here you’re taking too much health from me more than I’d like perfect and then just throw some torches around this entire

Area so no more mobs can spawn luckily fighting those mobs was worth it because there was a bunch of iron and even some golden ore in this mine finishing off my pickaxe by collecting up some andesite it was time to make a new iron pickaxe so I crafted a furnace through all my

Iron I’ve collected in there once that was done I had enough to make a full suit of iron armor and two more pickaxes and oh man do I feel much more comfortable with this suit of iron armor in this cave let’s collect up our furnace and our crafting table and we

Have a lot more cave to explore which also means a lot more iron look at that look at that you see that that means diamonds well at least hopefully Heading deeper into the caves I started to feel like I was in over my head although I guess it paid off because we found our first diamonds in this world and not only one but we found two more and another after that giving us a total of four diamonds but the happiness ended

When I laid my eyes on a giant ancient ruins and oh my are these things just a piece of work by the Minecraft Developers As much as I want to keep exploring these amazing Minds my inventory is starting to fill up and I really don’t want to put myself in a corner that I can’t get out of meaning I don’t want to get blown up by a creeper because that would really suck because this is

Probably the best second day I have ever had in hardcore well I have found my way back up to the surface and it’s actually not even the second day anymore I forget how fast time flies when you’re down in those caves oh sweet sunlight how I have

Missed you the caves are much scarier and hardcore trust me I think I might know but not totally with more than enough resources collected it was time to head out on a journey a journey to find a place to settle down and build a starter house quickly into my trip I

Found an awesome snowy cap that I decided to go to the top of and then right after that I found the most beautiful mountain range I think I’ve ever seen in Minecraft with an amazing Archway and tunnel going right through the center of it and I think we’re gonna call this home Well I’ve got myself set up with the basic items that I’m going to need I got a chest crafting table furnace and bed now I’d love to build a starter house but I really don’t have the materials to do so and I also kind of want to go

Explore that Village so I’ve been cooking up some iron so we can make ourselves a ax actually two of them and also a shovel 13 bread should be enough so let’s head over to the village and then after that I actually want to go find some spruce trees oh my goodness we

Have a village right here and we have one right over there well that is pretty cool let’s see if we got any goodies in this blacksmith what do we got what do we got we got another iron sword and some more bread I’ll take it you know

I’m gonna take one of these beds just for my travels because I have no idea how far spruce trees are going to be away so it might be a smart idea oh what’s up there little fella oop and it looks like we have spruce trees right over there but they’re on a Snowy

Mountain which isn’t the safest thing in the world because next thing you know I can end up in powdery snow and die which would not be fun at all oh and there’s Spruce tree’s right behind me okay good to know spending a few minutes and use

Using up my entire first ax I got a few stacks of oak logs moving forward I ended up doing the same thing with the spruce trees and oh man was it frightening knowing I could step on some powdery snow and suffocate to death but I got out of there safely and I even

Found some lilacs which is awesome so we can bring them back to base while making my way back home I decided to stop by and grab some clay and also some sand the clay is going to be used for pots so we can fully decorate this starter house

And we need the sand for some windows let’s drop all our wood and our goodies off in the chest which isn’t too bad we got just over three stacks of spruce logs and just about three stacks of oak logs and also some Birch I also made

Sure to get a bunch of saplings so we can actually replant these trees a little bit closer and the next thing we’re gonna need is a lot of stone and I mean a lot making sure to not waste an opportunity I decided to build a mine shaft while I collected the stone

Starting off with some Spruce for the front and keeping it simple adding some leaves for a little detail and then extending it back so I have a little space for a storage room in the future and this thing was pretty much done then it came to digging down to the diamond

Levels which was a little concerning knowing that if I fell into lava this world would be over but luckily I made it and I didn’t hit any lava just a little bit of water and a cave well now that I’m down at the bottom of the world

I need to collect about three stacks of deep slate which is gonna take forever to mine with this iron pickaxe but maybe we can run into some diamonds if we’re lucky oh hello there we’re we’re really close I decided to keep digging after I got all three stacks of the deep slate

In the hopes of maybe finding diamonds and lucky enough I broke a block on accident and we uncovered diamonds giving us a total of four I mean it would have been nice but I’ll take four I definitely need to change out this ladder with a water elevator because

This takes forever I mean look how much further we have to go oh and by the way I ended up with a lot more than three stacks of Cobble deep slate more than I’ll ever need for this starter house well we now have a total of nine

Diamonds and enough items to build this starter house so enough talking and let’s get building Foreign ER itself I wanted to have two buildings that were separated by a bridge starting off strong with one side I think it turned out great but when it came to building the bridge in between the two of them I was having some trouble luckily after some trial and error I

Think I got it perfect following that it was time to finish up the first building getting a second floor on it and also building a roof foreign Side of the structure I came to realize I went through my entire wood supply so crafting a fresh ax I headed back over to the Oak Forest just like last time I took a massive chunk out of this forest and hopefully got enough wood to finish

Off this project when I got back to base I was greeted by some friends Foreign ER house is almost complete but I am in desperate need of some food because these six apples is all I have to my name so let’s go kill some animals and get some of that food I will gladly take these flowers I think it was such a great addition to the game by adding so many different colored tulips because it’s amazing for decorating ooh more flowers but back to killing seconds Well we got some food and it should last us a decent amount of time but first we gotta cook it up because I’m sure raw meat won’t taste too good well that cooks up the next thing we need to work on in the starter house is the actual

Interior because right now it’s just kind of empty and doesn’t really serve a purpose so I’m thinking we do the stairs on this side going up to little bridge and I already decorated this a little bit I just added in a ceiling and then a little workbench with a lantern and a

Pot which has no flour in it which we can actually put a flower in I’m thinking up here can be our kitchen for now just because we can fit a few furnaces but we really don’t have room for chest especially if they’re double chest and then up on the second floor of

The smaller side will be our bedroom and then we actually can have sort of a little basement because this bottom of this building like the foundation area is pretty opened up so with that being said I think we should get started on the interior when it came to working on the floor I

Decided to go for a tiled deep slate look coming back around and breaking a few blocks which was treacherous because it takes so long to mine that deep slate but I replaced it with deep slate stone just to split it up a little bit following that it was now time to build

The stairs and some perimeters around the windows the stairs went pretty quickly along with the perimeter around the windows and then for the second floor ceiling and floor I switched back and forth between Spruce logs and some Spruce slabs just to give it a little bit of depth from below and also a

Little bit of color change from above foreign is pretty much complete we just need to add some color and also maybe some leaves just to give it a little bit of life in here obviously I have plenty of storage I have three double chests right here A bunch of barrels and I also

Placed in a ceiling although once again I have gone through all of my building blocks so we need to go Harvest some oak trees and also some spruce trees well isn’t that convenient oh and that might also be even more convenient I’m gonna give myself a pat on the back for

Placing it in an oak forest next to the starter house so I don’t have to travel as far to get some wood so I’m thinking this room is gonna work best as a storage room so maybe we put a double chest like that let’s put a barrel right

There and then a barrel facing up like that then we can take a lantern and place it right there and then I’m thinking we take some logs go three up like that strip these guys down we can place some slabs in a little bit like that take some trap doors go up three

Blocks and then add a bunch of double chests not like that but like that and then with this last Lantern I have we actually need to go over to the bedroom and we can place it let’s say do we have a fence on us yes we do place that and

Place that and now the bedroom is all at all which I should probably sleep before mobs start to spawn cause it’s nighttime now instead of doing this hallway as a kitchen I’m thinking we actually do the kitchen downstairs because we still have so much open space so I think we can do

A big furnace array right here along with maybe a little fireplace at the bottom and then we can do a stack of smokers right here and a stack of blast furnaces right there and when it comes to this basement area I think we actually saved this and this is what we

Use as our enchantment room slash library but mainly enchantment room before I could continue working I actually needed to collect up some Stone in order to craft the furnaces since I was all out [Applause] and oh yeah the starter house looks so cool from back here it definitely does look like a Gatehouse though maybe we’ll just have to build an entire Village on the inside and build a wall around it yeah I like that idea I actually just turned our render distance up if we can

See the mountain yes we can oh my goodness that is a spectacle you can barely see the archway going through right there but man does that thing look cool I did not bring a bed with me though so we probably should get back to base just in case Knight’s gonna fall

And I think we got plenty of time I decided to head over to the nearby Village to hopefully get some blocks for decorating sadly though there wasn’t much I ended up getting a grindstone two furnaces Two Bells and I found a chest but it really didn’t have anything good

In it so I decided to head over to the other Village which lucky enough it wasn’t too far away although there was a massive River splitting the land apart so I decided to take a risky jump and I got close to clipping the ledge but I made it foreign [Applause] shortly after I got the interior all finished up I decided to head outside and plant down a wheat field now this field is just going to be temporary in the hopes of getting some more seeds so then we can build a massive field oh man is this place really starting to

Come together I originally was going to put some smokers in this corner and then some blast furnaces over here but I decided to actually put the smokers here with a little bit of a countertop and I’m also thinking I might put some campfires under this because the smoke

Can actually go through the smokers so it looks like they’re being used and I didn’t do the blast furnaces because I currently don’t have enough iron to actually craft them if we come upstairs I added in some picture frames some hanging leaves and some more chest I got

My little grindstone table right there and then over here I have a little library and I mean really little and as you guys can see the sign says challenges because I have some cool ideas I still need to get a book and quill but I think one of the challenges

I want to have in this world is every episode I have to eat a different food I’m pretty sure there’s 24 different kinds of foods in the game of Minecraft not including the raw items so my goal is that every single episode I’m gonna be eating something different currently

I’m not gonna count episode one just because I’ve eaten like seven or eight different items but starting next episode we’re gonna eat one item and once we eat it we can’t eat it again until we are through 24f episodes or I guess 25 since we’re not including the

First episode but let’s get back to building because there is a few things I want to finish up before we end the episode starting off I want to build a road leading up to the front of the house because right now it kind of looks unfinished so using a bunch of coarse

Dirt and normal dirt I started to terraform slowly evening out the landscape to blend in a nice pathway at a certain point though I did have to bring in some Stone because it was a little too steep to use dirt using my shears I harvested a bunch of long grass

And also flowers and then I went through placing it all in to give it a little bit more detail to finish it off I did want to add in a custom tree I’m not totally happy with how it looks but I think some fine tuning will make it look

Perfect and now we actually have a walkway leading up to the starter house and even a lopsided custom tree I think I just need to get rid of like a few leaves right there and there maybe get rid of that one in the middle that one

There it just looks too bushy I want it to be a little bit lighter the tree’s been eating way too many cheat meals if you know what I mean next up I want to build a wheat farm and not just a 14 by 14 Square I want to make this thing look

Detailed and really make it fit into the area because I feel if we make this thing look good we can actually build a structure up here that’s going to overlook the wheat farm so first things first I want to harvest this whole thing up and hopefully we get a ton of seeds

From this it’s always so satisfying harvesting Farms okay so we got almost five stacks of seeds which I think will be enough to do this and usually what I do for my Farms is I’ll actually just have the Farmland kind of border the terrain to give it a nice natural look

So I’m going to need a few more buckets of water uh no I can actually go one block further we can put that there then I’m actually gonna break this block put water there and then cover it back up and I’m gonna do the same thing right

Here and then I need one more bucket but it’s about to become nighttime and I don’t want to get killed by mobs so I’m gonna go sleep and then we can put our last bucket of water right there and I’m gonna take my stone hoe and start

Turning all of this into Farmland I don’t even know if we’re gonna have enough seeds I didn’t realize how big this area is so next I’m gonna go around the outside and just terraform it a little bit that should be enough terraforming now we just gotta go through and place all these seeds

Hopefully we have enough and that is one stack complete onto our second one second stack complete let’s grab our third one I think we’re gonna have enough to do this it’s gonna be close but I think we’re gonna be able to we cleared it with 55 seeds to spare next

Up I’m gonna take some Spruce fence posts place them like that and then just cluster some leaves around them in every couple fence posts I’m actually going to place a lantern on top of some of them just hopefully light up the area so no mob spawn and I’m actually gonna take my

Last Lantern and I’m gonna place it in the center of the farm so let’s say right about there and that should be good come along this Edge over here just kind of cluster some leaves around and just like that the farm is pretty much complete I also crafted up a book and

Quill that we can throw in that lectern which is right up here and I already got challenges written down now our first challenge is going to be no same food each episode let’s actually add in a one and a period right there and so far that

Is pretty much all I have now we can throw this guy back in the lectern and if you guys have any cool challenges you’d like me to do in this hardcore world just write them down in the comments I’ll read through them and if it’s not crazy then I’ll most likely add

It to the book besides that though I think we’re at a good stopping point for today’s episode and man was today’s episode just absolutely perfect I mean look at the amazing starter house that we built and also the insane location that we’re building in with the massive
