Hi guys this is Duncan from Dance blog calm on my last video are talking about bucket plugins I’ve had a lot of comments messages and you can see here people wanted me to make an updated video so here it is we’ve got 65 different plugins so feel Free to kick back or go get a cup of tea because this could take a while I’m at the spawn point of our server at the moment we’ve got a lot cake here because there’s an admins birthday so free cake today and let’s just get straight into the plugins so plug man is Useful if you need to disable enable unload or load in plugins it’s useful to load loading new plugins update plugins so you can just unload it get the update load in the new one and also disable things find information on plugins but you have to be very careful with this Because some plugins aren’t designed to be work that way so some may even freeze up your server if you’re unloading them or if you’re loading in new ones that may not work in my require a restart but the whole aim of this is to not have you restart your server so if there’s Something like a really basic thing like something the modifies torch is something like that you can probably use plug mount for that joints in naturally spawning Giants in the world we have them in Nexus and clan I don’t probably my bear to show you because there’s a Little dependency on or a little low amount that you can set on how many spawn but it’s a nice place or a nice thing to have to shake up the gameplay when you’re playing minecraft cuz obviously it used to the same up so you Want to kind of step up a little bit so Giants are around volt is an essential for any server really because it links into permissions that links into economy and it allows other plugins to work with it so if you have one of the main ones Like we have permissions X still we have economy still and they then link into all the plugins that work for that so it’s really nice to have multiverse core multiverse portals and multiverse inventories you see I just went for a portal this is another world our Nexus World because there’s so many you’ll see if I go there more averse world list these are all the worlds were running this is just page one again because we’ve got dedicated hardware we can do that but it’s really nice to have it you can even have more averse even if you don’t go Multi-world on your server because it will allow you to change things like the weather the weather or not mobs spawn and the difficulty on the fly so I recommend having it anyway because you can do those settings but as you saw we had we have all these poles here that Are really nice to have the portals go to Ivar coordinates the world spawn or a certain Paul in another world or something like that but that’s pretty cool to have next stop is vitals mitosis is quite nice it’s a pack of things that can make modifications on the server I’m Using an older version because the latest one requires there they they advertise their own server every four hours you need to use the plug-in so I’m not using though on easing an older version but one of the most helpful things is helper pop so if someone types In help me you can have this help of our thing respond in the chat to them saying if you need help type blah blah blah blah so that’s quite useful and also word swap so if you’ve got people swearing or if you’ve got a specific word you don’t want people to Say you can use word swap to swap the words out and that’s quite nice it’s good to have fun with – next thing is chairs so I’m going to go to my little office chair which is quite near the spawn and I’m just going to shift right Click and I can now sit that’s quite nice to do sitting a Minecraft this is a nice little novelty for people and you just sit there it’s quite nice next up is spectate so you’ll see oxygen over there Fox I’m sorry Fox m10 let’s go Ahead and spec him this is a quiet time in the server so I’m now seeing through his eyes so if he walks around oh there we go he’s gone somewhere now he’s gone to his town yeah I can see what he’s got I can see is inventory it’s a good way to Check your people the cheating you see us a little bit laggy that’s essentially because not because of the server just because of the way it works obviously can’t see things in real time she don’t have his client but you can see he’s looking in his chest it’s Really good you can also cycle through people – so that’s quite nice one thing there does annoy is when he looks in a chest when you’re trying to type a come-on because it will cancel out out but that is spectate which is quite nice the next One is craft RC I’m sure I’ve shown you this before but it’s essentially a chatroom you can link it up we also have Autobots here that respond to certain things and allows us to see things when we’re not in game which is nice a disguise craft if I do slash D which are Again slash D here are all the things I can disguise as I can disguise as a player of allowed people who have helped the server out with the highest amount of real life money to have certain types so people can identify them I haven’t given them access to everything because I think it’s too too much to give a player but if you want to allow yourself to do that that’s cool but I wouldn’t give it to players or all of them to players until the rest of the players know that they can disguises that but You can have issues also with PvP and something over there are extra plugins that work around that system so that is the skies craft the next one is survival games this is still something that goes really strong it’s an automated system you get all these maps you can add we’ve Got four arenas running there they work really well it announces when people win and essentially if you know about the Hunger Games it works really well I like it ok so the next up is craft based if I do slash walk that allows you to do auction so You can have an auction what’s in your hands you can auction what’s in your inventory it has a delay to stop players from flooding the auctions with stupid auctions as a minimum amount you can tax it you can have charges on what you can Do it does spam the chat a tiny bit when it comes towards the end of the auctions are saying oh it’s five seconds there four three two one so that’s why I have it set to be gray and white because that way you can kind of glance over it if You don’t want to see it but you can also do slash orc ignore and then I can ignore the auctions okay next up is vote afire as you can see people have been voting I’ve actually silenced the chat so you can’t see what’s going on if I Go back to IRC I’ll show you again but you see people are actually talking I’ve just silenced it because obviously it’s not related to the video so you guys don’t need to see that I’ll tell you how I did that in a second to MC mm Oh MC Stats o / MC stats will show me information I’m gonna vanish this guys it’s not Beasley knows I’m here so gathering skills combat skills misc skills these are extra skills you can have on the server highly recommend doing it if you want to have some form of competition between players There’s leaderboards it’s a bunch of stuff that links into MC MMO it’s a really good thing to have next thing forced grammar again go back to this IRC thing you’ll see that when people are chatting you’ll see that they all have stops on the end or most of Them do unless it’s a number and also have capital letters at the beginning now force grammar is kind of like an autocorrect for Minecraft so if you type something like a like all under like all lowercase letters full of spelling mistakes I’ve set false grammar to a Long list of Corrections to kind of make it look more intelligent in a chat as bad as that sounds I know it sounds quite bad but people do do a lot of slang that other people don’t understand so I try and get it so it’s a it looks As nice as possible and there was a little bit of resistance in the beginning but people are gone used to it looks quite nice now so I like it it’s cool now the next thing is stealth login if you saw the last video you’ll see People logging in and out not a big fan of that when there’s a hundred people on the server so we have still flogging now which kind of gets rid of that and just hides in logins and lockouts a clean room generator is used with island world So I’ll talk about both of those clean room generator and whereas on various SR Skyblock area so as you as I said this is a multi server and you get your own little island and the great thing about this is kind of a it’s kind of self-preserving – or so that you don’t Need to really do much to it because players can delete their own islands they can reset their Islands they can teleport they have their own permissions for the islands and it doesn’t take a lot of disk space because obviously these are really small things you’re given a very limited Amount of items in Skyblock to use so it’s a nice little minigame to have there are servers that dedicated to this but we thought whatever there’s a little extra because a lot of people do like this so that is that that’s the combination of cleanroom generator essentially that doesn’t generate the World it just leaves it blank so this can work for it works pretty well back into the plugins as I said this will be a long video mine query now this isn’t used on mine status anymore I believe but we use it to show on the website how many people are Online we just use that as an extra thing it’s quite nice well did it we’ve talked about chat filter pretty obvious fill with swear words no cheat Plus is a pretty good thing to have talked about that previously I think but it’s still working pretty nicely it’s regularly Updated and we’ve talked about townie – that allows you to have your own region dearies battle tracker is worked with the battle arena which has also worked with arena paintball arena spleef arena CTF these are all different arena things which are really nice if I jump down just go down there quickly Oops and you’ll see we have all these different arenas but what they are tracked so people who play them can have their own statistics if I do for example PvP top you see the top players that are on there some people that have played so many games is ridiculous but yeah it Gives a win-lose ratio you can check through it does it individually for the games – the arena’s are really nice to have they’re something people can go into than the in – they can provide items so just to give a quick rundown we have this belief so that’s the layer of Snow that you dig under people when they can die in lava we have the team arena so red vs. blue – V – at the battleground 3 minutes most cool wins skirmish is where you take items in that’s useful for a survival world so you can just take in what you’ve got in Survival and then you leave with what you wind and see capture-the-flag obviously no gas ETF is capture the flags pretty nice nice to have and yes those are the arenas and bass or track are essentially tracks what you do in those games and gives you a little Rating or a low whatever you want to call it it’s a little number against your name it shows how well you’re doing okay next up tag API so I don’t think there’s any players all right this is the normal color you’d get if you are in Minecraft above your name let’s go ahead And do slash list this is of quiet time in the day but I’m gonna go ahead and go to turtle boy he’s got a blue name you’ll see in the chair actually this he’s got a pink name now this is done by the rank of his as Things so he’s obviously a king which makes him blue bar he’s also an uber spawn so he comes back actually let’s go someone else but yeah essentially it will take the first thing that they have so we have him on a sponsor rank of something and it will show that above His head but if I go to a veteran there we go sombre veteran is something you can earn without paying in real life money and you see his yellow here it’s also yellow above his head so that’s all done through essentials and permissions and stuff like that but it allows you to Change the not a color above their head it’s really nice in identifying people with their ranks admins can be red and bold you can change anything really above their head with a mixture of tag API name tags is the thing that does the the colors but you can have other Plugins that mix into tag API to make it look a lot better I know the battle arena does work with it too to differentiate from the teams which is nice Diablo drops so you’ll see that we have iron boots here actually no that’s about thing let’s try that CD you see This thing here is scrolling and it says I’m unidentified you can get in identity’s home which is made by I think it’s three books and an ender pearl and you can then right-click it and it will identify this thing so if I give myself something else I have merchandise or mechanist s– Readiness and it gives you a lot of extra stuff you can also get scalable items so Diablo drops we do is such DD and I’ll give you something a trial point 100 it will have sockets against it give me another one this is gonna happen Is it anyway you can have oh here we go lime brazier storms you can have sockets you got extra law really nice you can have tiered items so kind of turns it into something like World War Craft which is nice I like having it it has extra thing to the game and there Dropped by a standard mobs so one also good thing you noticed about all these items I’ve just given myself they’re all worn so there’s the potential that they’re going to break anyway so you won’t have these people that like repair them and they’re because they’ve got so Much on them they’re difficult to repair because I need a very high levels of repair so that’s pretty cool we are now at ok permissions next I’m looking to change away from this because it’s not really a recommended thing but it works it works pretty well I was in Conjunction with volt question oh we talked about World Cup were talked about so silence as I said there’s a lot of chat happening in game right now but obviously I don’t want you guys to see that because this isn’t really related to the video so / silence allows anybody To silence the chat or an admin to do / silence – all and that will silence everybody so if you have a spam bot attack or someone spamming or people are arguing on the server / silence – all and then you can come in and say look Stop doing this and then you do it again and then it redeems the chat so it’s highly recommended to have for that ok we’re also using here you can see bouncy beds so if I go back to the back to my little chair you see next to it There is a trampoline now if this guy moves or if I go onto it you see how I’m bouncing so bouncy beds is actually designed for beds but I asked for a modification for us for sponges so we now have bouncy sponges so it’s a nice little addition some people it’s very Difficult to get sponge on the server so it’s a rare item that people won because also that will provide the job for them because server wide but it’s quite nice to have helps out with the economy too because they sell for quite a lot okay next up is lottery so Sash lottery already talked about this this is still running still runs really good very nice telly confirm light now this is instant telly teleporting but with confirmation so normally when you teleport to a person through essentials it has a delay which is quite nice but we want to give A perk to people in the higher ranks so we give them instant teleports but they have to have to be able to confirm it because obviously you don’t want to give a player instant teleporting because they’ll just go around to a player and steal this stuff when they don’t want to So there has to be confirmation involved there to tell you confirm like works really well for that economy we’re still using work it’s really nice actually using economy 5 that’s been updated for this version this is a 1.4.7 as of this video on minecraft but it still works it Works nice if it ain’t broke don’t fix it I think so I like it a report RTS is our little ticket system so if I do slash check what do you mean Rev by Alex Alex so we can check that I can go to the position he was that when he made The mod wreck and all that sort of stuff it was called my TRS but it’s been taken over a report TRS works really nice a BK common loop is used with no lag so that allows me to examine what’s happening with the plugins there is one way you Can do it you can do timings merged in the console or / timings merged now generate a text file but that’s not very useful you have to run it for a website I recommend using no lag with no lag examine because it will give you a nice little graph of what’s happening and I’ll show you all the events and how long they’re taking and a really nice easy to view format can’t really show you that at the moment but it works pretty nicely MC bans were still using which is nice see shortcuts so if I was to change Someone’s a rank on the server I have to dupe X user and then user name group sets and then the group that’s a ridiculously long command when it’d be easier for me to just do slash group name group and it will go to the group so see shortcut allows you to do that All those commands that you spend a lot of time typing you can use C shortcut or a similar plug-in to shorten what you have to do I mean we’ve got things like C remover LW C because that’s quite common command just got it for C R and Things like that really nice to have next up is random location if I go to /warp nexus and go to this sign here you’ll see it says random location click me to teleport now one thing you’ll find if you’re making a server is that the spawn point if you have people that have System like townie players are lazy they don’t want to go too far so they will literally make a town just outside the spawn point or the protected area and that’s not what we want because then it makes it difficult for other people who join the server because They have to go through that town to find an area to build what you really want is a random area on the server where there’s resources and an area that obviously isn’t dangerous because you don’t want people swimming in lava on people or get in the air you don’t People going at bedrock level or something like that so this is a useful plugin because it takes all those factors into consideration doesn’t make it dangerous and allows people to go to an area where there’s stuff happening you actually have a warp here and people constantly user to find new areas on the Server it’s a nice way to explore I like it so next up is player skulls this is used for our clan world so if I do slash war plan that take us to the clan world this is an area a very difficult area where if you go outside here you’re Pretty much on your own but player skulls as you can see we have player skulls here when you kill a player in the clan world you can actually get their skull there’s a percentage that you’ll get it because you can then do like we’ve done and put them on the Fence and have it like is a little tribal thing or if you want to make a trophy room that’s pretty much what you can do so that is that’s that next is money drop we’ve talked about that that allows mobs to drop money essentials as I said before is a lie Extra things I highly recommend it for a server it’s quite bloated but a lot of people use it it’s quite nice world border again sets a border creative control so I don’t have a spawn point for creative now we have a creative world which is provided to our sponsors And above so we can put a lot of trust in these people because obviously they’ve invested in the server so they obviously want it to to do well and this is just proved by the word that we’ve got here that this is not protected by Tony or anything it’s not protected by Anything to be honest but with creative control you can stop people using things like lava water anything that can be used to cause harm to the server it also disables dropping of items use of things that might drop items so people don’t end up going around and trying to move Things across worlds they only get it stuck in their inventory so it will it will do it it could do a permissions based it can do it it can give you a separate inventory for creative and survival and or different stuff like that it works really well with more Averse inventories so I highly recommend it next up is let’s go back and corruption so we have corrupted mobs on the server I forgot to warn exes again we have extra mobs I talked about giants earlier about having them having more power so for GM see myself in speed 5 Did do what they do is you’ll be able to identify them as extra things they have like these little flames coming out of them very similar to a spawner so if I go here for example a little area and do slash cor spawn zombie they have extra Abilities they drop extra staff as you can see here it’s got flames around him and he’s got armor so this is going to be incredibly difficult to kill boss the spawn naturally and they’re really nice so I like them you might be noticing this xbp is flashing up So this Ilkka 66 we’re gonna have to go investigate that oh yes and you feel an evil presence there showing that this boss is around but you’ll see his rating is actually quite high this can be mistaken for people who actually have Dimond or in their town or things like that and they Dig it it can it can throw it off a little bit but xbp is something we’re using for helping with x-rays it’s actually quite effective Oh ease it with a couple of other methods to try and hunt those people down because yet people still do they do that on the server so that Pretty much covers necks bp’s as well so engine minecraft plugin we have an engine so i’ll try and load that up in the background so you know watch a page load but it’s what this does is send statistics it can also change the rank Of a user on a server if they make a purchase through the website auto all automatically it’s a nice extra to have and it can also send through the player count how long the servers been up response times and things like that but One thing i use it for i go here top MC players today and top technic players today so this will show me the most active users they’ve been on the server and then you can you can find out from this you can see the arcade game where it’s played for 12 hours Nice ok so next up magic spells this is something i think i’ve talked about before if i /z list you’ll see that there’s a lot of spells here extra stuff you can give these to players you can give them to ranks it’s quite nice I haven’t given too much Out because a lot of them are overpowered but they’re nice though X just to make it more RPG like which is quite nice next up Hawkeye we change from that from Big Brother I’m a big fan of Hawkeye for some reason their web interface doesn’t work very well if at All didn’t work for me but it is quite nice to find commands that people type and what I saw stuff that we talked about paper over the last time it can do blog placements it can do pretty much everything you need talked about no lag craft books quite nice is a Replacement for false book from the last thing I don’t think I don’t know if also it works anymore but craft book is really nice it has extra added things like machines it also has as a sign that allows you to play MIDI files to the server it was just quite Nice you also have a radio station that you can do to the server – if they have a block so music block it can be a radio station so that’s quite nice to essentially spawn we know about essential chat that’s what we’re using now instead of M chat we used to use M Chat but now we’re using the rank shown inside the game I can actually show you that on our Tekkit server so two three will go up a bit you can see we have these little things and brackets these are all colored they’re showing differently for this because we’ve got a Set up slightly different for Tekkit but you can essentially do that with essentials essentially what else do we have battle arena I talked about those the arena’s such as spleef simple clans is really nice I talked about this on my other channel I can do stuff like clan Stats I don’t know if I can do that in this world actually yeah let’s go to let’s go to the clan world and do things like plant stairs and it tells me all about the people in the staff clan we get our own chat so I can do hello We’re Slashdot we can have our own ranks inside those clans and we have our own kdr who shows how many deaths have got all that sort of stuff I think there’s clan vitals as well which shows information like my health and my hunger what weapons I’ve got what Food I’ve got all that sauce are really useful for a clan world or a client server I recommend using not using their latest version sorry but their earlier version because for some reason the chat wasn’t working for the other version for me anyway so let’s go back and support Us and I think that pretty much is most of them Oh WC as you know is for locking chests check tweaks allows you to do hashtags at tags it makes it a lot like Twitter one thing I like about chat tweaks is if you do something like a Smiley face that will get turned into a motor con so an actual emoticon or you can set it to go to and work on it supports unicode characters and you can set your own so I’ve done things like a heart if you do this one actually shows a real Heart so that’s pretty nice to have arena paintball we talked about social network is something I was working with a developer on for quite a while essentially you can and you can do /s or this help and there’s a lot of things you can have here you can add people in Your social network you can add marriages you can have friendships you can have engagements you can have affairs if you really want to you can give people stuff you can have it so you can’t attack each other you can find out when they’re online because it as I said Before you can hide the went blah blah is online but with the social network you can have it so it will tell you when they’re online so tell me whenever a modern admins online because I have them as friends on here so if I also do such S online or s list it tells me other people that I friended on here that I know either personally or are on the server so really useful to have if you want to have your own little network you can brand it yourself as well irena CTF we talked about and chess Chops so chess shop as you know it’s very easy as you to have your own little shops on the server so a lot of the stuff we have our little added extras which are really nice they’re not too heavy on the server but that’s about it really there’s 65 different plugins that You can use on your server I wouldn’t recommend using them all because they are very difficult to manage but if you want to do certain things on your server it’s highly recommended to check them out our server is on MCM swept calm feel free to check it out Please don’t ask about plugins though because we don’t talk about them mainly because people do find ways to get around things and we do change things often another thing just quickly is anti advertising you see this this was done through vitals if someone tries to put An IP and it will mute it which is really useful because you know there’s a lot of people that come on and try and get you on their server so that’s about it really if you want
