Hello this is fcd i’m here to give you guys a much requested tutorial you know recently I I helped green in actually have helped green in a couple times with noteblock songs and yeah he let everybody know that I helped them this time as well and since then people have Been like Iowa a tutorial on that song so here iam I’m gonna I’m gonna do a tutorial for you guys this is a tutorial for uh the official name is the Westminster chime otherwise known as the the Big Bend chime or you know what a grandfather clock typically does you’ll Know what I’m talking about when you hear it here we go Nice and simple and of course you cannot you could drag this out for the full 12 if you choose to I just do two three because it makes a nice doorbell sound it’s given me an idea all these requests I want to do an entire series on these Simple little doorbell chimes you know I think that might be a lot of fun if you like the idea let me know and yeah let’s get on with the tutorial all right first thing you’re gonna need is a 6 by 15 area somewhere in your base wherever you Want your doorbell to be and yeah you’re gonna need 35 building blocks you’re gonna need 14 pack dice 35 redstone repeaters 7 bits of redstone dust and 14 note blocks and of course a button for the input so first we’re gonna start out with the input here we’re gonna go one Two and go up one like that and the inputs there redstone redstone and then we do packed ice noteblock now we’re gonna set the notes at the end that makes it easier for us to understand what’s happening we’re gonna set up the timing first so first we’re gonna do one Two like this and repeater set to four ticks just like that and then another ice block and another note block and we repeat this for a little bit here so we’re just gonna do a little bit of this just to make things a little bit faster And we’re gonna put the note blocks in Bam Bam and then Dee’s all go to four ticks leading all the way to the round alright and the round is really nice and easy just one two three redstone dust like this one two three and then we’re Gonna go back like this put these two four ticks and then repeat the same thing just going all the way down this way just like so and then we have another round we actually go one more here let’s get the note blocks end of the repeaters In same as before all four ticks this is a really simple song with the timing very very very very simple and very repetitive so yeah it makes it easier to make these kind of songs it was a nice and quick so this roundabouts a little bit different We’re going to put two bits of redstone there a repeater here set the four tix two repeaters here set to four ticks each now what we’re doing there is we’re creating very similar to this I’m just making it a little bit more compact but yeah so we got we got the redstone dust So we got four of these with two redstone dust like that so yeah then we’re going to do one of these and then now we’re going to go force one two three four one of these one two three four one of these now for these ones We’re gonna have two notes each so we’re actually going to double up on the note blocks and there we go and all the repeaters are once again all set to four ticks one two three like this like this and all the way down right now it doesn’t sound so good let’s take a Listen and then we got the doubles there you go so that that’s it that’s the song we’re done No so here are here are the numbers we’re going to be putting in in the description below there is an image a link to an image that will give you all The information that I showed you here and how the notes work but we’re gonna count it out right here on camera so the first one here is 10 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 and we got 6 we got eight we got one this is also another one this Is an eight this is a 10 this is a 6 and then this is another 6 and this is a 1 and we repeat this for all three of these 1 2 3 4 5 6 1 and there we go that’s it we are done let’s take a listen to it And there you have it now like I said in the description below there is a link to an image the same image I gave Green actually and it will give you all the information you need as far as the numbers for each of these note blocks The timing on this one’s really easy so I didn’t get too detailed with it because every single repeater is sent to four ticks now what I want you guys to do is if there’s any doorbells you want to hear you want a little tutorial on let me know I’m taking requests that’s Right go on in the comments below let me know what doorbells you want to hear now remember this is for a doorbell we’re not talking full-fledged songs we’re talking about little chimes like this one but anyways I hope you enjoyed this and yeah I’ll catch you in the next one toodles Video Information
