EPIC Christmas Hello Kitty Pixel Art Tutorial

Welcome back to Minecraft I’m David today as you can see we’re gonna be building a holiday themed Hello Kitty so the Hello Kitty build was actually requested by Valerie flandro I hope I said that right if I didn’t sorry I decided to kind of put a holiday theme

To it much like I did with the Mario just because I kind of wanted to do another holiday build for you guys I hope that you like it I think it’ll fit in very nicely with a lot of the other holiday builds we’ve done thus far hopefully be able to get a

Couple more of these holiday themed builds done before the end of the month I have a couple more in mind and there have also been a couple that have been requested so I’m gonna try to get to them if I can so with that let’s go ahead and get into the building alright

For this build we’re gonna need five different blocks the first is black wool then white wool red wool pink wool and yellow wool as you can see we’ve already got one block of the black down to the right of it we’re gonna go ahead and add

18 more black so 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 and 18 now up above this right hand side we’re gonna go ahead and add one white to the right of it go ahead and add a black to the left

Of it go ahead and add three white so one two and three followed now by a black and then 9 red 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 followed by a black and then 4 white 1 2 3 4 followed by a black it’s going to

Build up here on this left hand side with one black to the right of it going out for white 1 2 3 4 followed by a black and then 1 red followed by two black 1 2 and now go ahead and we will

Add 7 red so 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 followed by a black and then three white one two and three and then a black let’s go ahead and move up we’re gonna move in one from the right so above the white go ahead now to

Black to the left of it add to white one two followed by a black and then go ahead and add five of your red so one two three four five followed by two black one two and then two red one two followed by two black one two four white

One two three four and then a black let’s go ahead and move up above the black here on the left out of black to the right of it at three white one two and three followed by a black and then four red one two three four followed by

A black and then red and then a black and then four red one two three four followed by three black one two and three let’s go ahead and move up we’re gonna skip these first two black on the third one go ahead and filled up one

Black to the left of it at three red one two and three followed by a black and then two red one two followed by a black and then four red one two three four followed by a black and then two white one two and a black alright so here’s

What we’re looking like thus far we’re getting close to being done with the body and moving into the head so let’s continue on here here on this left hand side we’re gonna go ahead and move in one from the left so above this white go

Ahead and build up with a black to the right of it going at to black so one two followed by three of your red one two and three and then add one black followed by three red one two three and then a black followed by two red one two

And then a black let’s go ahead and move up build up one black here on the right to the left of it add two red one two followed by a black and then three red one two three followed by a black three red one two three followed by a black let’s go ahead

And move up I’m gonna move in one from the left so above this red good and build up one black and to the right of it we’re gonna go ahead and we’ll add six black so one two three four five six followed by two red one two and then a

Black let’s go ahead and build up above this black with one black and to the left of it add six red so one two three four five six followed by a black white black let’s go ahead and move up directly up above this black here on the

Left we’re gonna add a black to the left of it add two black so one and two to the right of it we’re gonna go ahead and we’ll build all the way out to the outside right and then add two extra black so we’ll just build this straight

Across stop there and add two extra blacks or one two all right now what we’re gonna do is was build up a white hair on this right hand side and to the right of it go ahead and add two black so one two to the left of it just go

Ahead and build white all the way across and stop right there on the left side directly up above the black and to the left of it go ahead and add two black so one and two let’s go ahead and we’ll build up here on this left hand side

With our white to the left of it go ahead and add a black and what we’re actually gonna do is we’ll add one more black and then below that just add a black and go ahead and knock out that other one cuz that’s basically gonna be

A whisker is how that’s gonna work now to the right of this white we’re gonna build white all the way to the right hand side until we stop directly above the black here on the right and to the right of that we’re gonna add one black followed now by

Seven red so one two three four five six seven and then a black well we’re over here let’s just go ahead and build this down so directly below this black go ahead now two black to the left of it go ahead and add six red so one two three

Four five six followed by a black let’s go ahead and move down move in one from the left so below this red here we’re gonna build down one black to the right of it out of black now follow that with five red so one two three four five

Followed by one black now go ahead and what we’ll do is we’ll build down below this black here on the right-hand side with one red to the right of it go ahead and add five black so one two three four five to the left of it we’re gonna go

Ahead and add four red so one two three four followed by a black it’s going to move down and we’re gonna build down below this first red here after we move in from the left with one black and to the right of it go ahead and add six

Black so one two three four five six now what we’re going to do is we’re actually gonna build kind of the pom pom ball on the top of the hat and so to do that out here on the south side right directly up above the black to add a white to the

Right of it out of black to the left of it out of white I’m gonna black I’m gonna move up above the black out of white to the left of it out of black to the right of it at three white so one two and three followed by a black go

Ahead and duplicate that row one time so black for white and a black let’s go ahead and move up move in one from the left out of black and then to white one two and a black go and move up and we’re just gonna cap off the white here with

Two black so one two all right now that we’ve done that we can go ahead and move back here to the inside so up above this black here on the Left we’re gonna go ahead and build up with one black and to the left of it

We’re gonna go ahead and we will add six red so one two three four five six followed by a black and then two white 1 2 followed by two pink one two and then 12 white one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve

Followed by two pink one two and then two white one two and then one black all right now what we’re gonna do is was build up above this black with one black to the left of it go ahead and add two black so one two directly below this

Black here on the left out of black and then go ahead and knock one above out because again that’s gonna be a whisker now to the right of this black here on this Robo we’re gonna go ahead now to black and then add it eight white so one

Two three four five six seven eight followed by two black one two and then eight white one two three four five six seven eight followed by three black one two three and actually while we’re over here what I think we’ll do is to the right of this

Black here we move down we have this red block let’s go ahead and knock that out and out of black because that’ll be like a whisker just like the other side and I think we want to kind of try to follow similar design here on the right hand

Side so now to the right of these black that we just added we’re gonna go ahead and we’ll add five red so one two three four five followed by a black alright so here’s what we’re looking like that’s far we’re getting close to finishing off the nose and starting into the eyes and

Then we’ll just go ahead and move up into the Hat and finish it off so let’s go ahead move in here on the right hand side what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna move in one from the right so above this red here we’re gonna have one black to

The left of it go ahead and add four red one two three four followed by a black and then go in at four white one two three four followed by two black one two and then go ahead and have three white one two and three followed by a black

And then two yellow one two followed by a black and then three white one two three two black one two and then four white one two three four and a black let’s go ahead and move up directly up above this black here on the left hand side out of

Black to the right of it go ahead and add 4 white one two three four followed by two black one two then go ahead and add 4 white 1 2 3 4 followed by two black 1 2 and then 4 white 1 2 3 4 followed by two black 1 2

And then 4 white 1 2 3 4 and then a black red black to red 1 2 and a black let’s go ahead and move up directly up above the black here on the right out of black to the left of it at 3 red 1 2 and

3 followed by three black 1 2 and 3 and then 3 white 1 2 3 2 black 1 2 and then go ahead and just add 10 white 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 followed by two black 1 2 and then go

Ahead and add 3 white 1 2 and 3 followed by three black actually we’ll do four black 1 2 3 4 because again we’re gonna build below this left-hand side of the black and then go ahead and knock that black out because we have a whisker

There now we’re gonna do is up here on this next row we’re gonna go ahead and move in one from the left out of black and we’re gonna go ahead and build white all the way across the top until we get I think what I might do is just go ahead

And build up this right side and then we can just fill across with our white so up up up this black here on the right we’re gonna go ahead and add a black to the left of it at to red so 1 2 followed by a black and then red I’m gonna black

And then just fill it across with white over here on the left we’re gonna go ahead and build up with a black to the right of it we’re just gonna follow the white that’s directly below it so let’s just build that straight across and stop where the white does on this right side

Pull out with two black one two and then three red one two and three and then a black let’s go ahead and move up here on this right-hand side build up with a black to the left of it add two red one two followed by black and then two white

One two followed by three black one two and three and what I’m gonna do is just move over here to the left hand side because I think it’ll be easier directly above this black out of black to the left of it out of black to the right of

It add to black so one two and then just fill across with white between the black here on the left and the right we’re going to move out here to the outside right directly up above the black out of black to the left of it and add two red

One two followed by a black and then two white one two followed by a black and two pink one two followed by a black and then I’m gonna go ahead and do the same thing we just did before we move out here to the left directly up above this left side out of

White to the left of it out of black to the right of it add three white one two three followed by two black one two and then fill in between the blacks with white there we go out here on the outside right we’re gonna go ahead and build up on the right

Side of the black to the left of it add two red one two followed by a black and then a white and then a black and then for pink one two three four followed by three black one two and three then seven white one two three four five six seven followed by four

Black one two three four and then six white one two three four five six and then black let’s go ahead and build up here on this left-hand side with the black to the right of it at ten white so one two three four five six seven eight nine ten

Followed now by seven black one two three four five six seven and then three pink one two and three followed by a black and then three pink one two and three I’m gonna black actually two black will add a black above this white as well and then three red one two and

Three followed by a black let’s go and move up here on this right-hand side build up with one black to the left of it go ahead Matt four red one two three four followed by a black and then two pink so one to follow up now by two

Black so one two and then three pink one two and three followed by a black and then three pink one two three black and then nine white one two three four five six seven eight nine followed by three black one two and three let’s go ahead

And move up we’re gonna move in one from the left so above this middle black going out of black to the right of it out of red followed by two black one to then go ahead and add seven white one two three four five six seven followed

By a black three pink one two three black three pink one two and three and then a black three pink one two three and then a black followed by three red one two and three and then a black let’s go and move up add a black to the left of it go

Ahead and add four red one two three four followed by three black one two and three and then a red three black one two three followed by a pink black to pink one – black and five white one two three four five followed by two black one two

And then three red one two and three and then I’m black it’s going to move up here on the left add a black to the right of it go ahead now five red one two three four five followed by six black one two three four

Five six and then add five pink one two three four five followed by a black and then just go ahead and build red out to the outside edge just before the black so that would be one two three four five six seven eight nine another black let’s

Go to move up build up a black follow the red directly below so the nine red stop right there then out of black followed by four pink one two three four and then a black now what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna add red out here to the

Outside left but we’re gonna move in one from the left and out of black and then just fill across with red all right let’s go ahead and build up here on this left hand side with a black directly up above the black and what we’re gonna do

Is we’re actually gonna fill red across – directly above that black right there kind of near the top of that ribbon so let’s just fill that across to the right of that we’re gonna have four blacks so one two three four well we’re gonna do

Over here on the right is we’re gonna go ahead move in one from the right out of black fill across with red let’s go ahead and build up here on this right-hand side with a black directly up above the black on the left-hand side we’re gonna go

Ahead and move in one from the left now to black just build across with red and we’re gonna do this over and over again for a couple rows just to kind of finish off the Hat so now here on the right hand side go ahead and move in one for

The right out of black on the Left go ahead and move in one from the left and now to black fill across with red on this right hand side we’re gonna go and move in one from the right and add two black this time so one two on the left

Hand side we’re just gonna go ahead and move in one from the left and out of black and then fill cross with our red we’re gonna skip these two black and on the first read out of black over there on the left-hand side we’re gonna move

In one from the left and add two blacks so one two and then fill across with bread go ahead and move in one from the right now to black to the left of that to black one two now over here on the left hand side we’re gonna skip these two black and on

The first read out of black to the right of it add to black one two and then just go ahead and fill in with red and now all we have to do is just cap off the top of the red here with some black and

There we go all right so here’s the way the build turns out like I said I’m very happy with it I hope that you all liked it as well I hope Valerie likes it I think it’ll fit very nicely as I said with a lot of the other holiday builds

It’s a lot of fun building these I really enjoy it Christmas is one of my favorite holidays so I I love putting together these builds I hope that you guys like it and we’ll try to put it together on your Maps and with that it’s been a pleasure
