When I was going to the gym my trainer and I I think I realized that like it it might not have been the best uh but he had me doing just like push pool and then on the pool day like I was also doing like legs as well and I realized

That in terms of the back day I felt like I guess I had like more left in the tank on those days because my day was like split so I I don’t think I was getting enough out of that that so it was only 4

Days a week which might seem like a lot but now I’m doing just like fullon push pool legs and so back has its own dedicated day and legs have its own dedicated day so I feel like I get more out of those days now because I do more

On those days for that for those specific body parts whereas like at the gym I had to split a day for both I think it works out a little better honestly since I’ve gotten back from uh Vegas I feel like I’ve seen more um progression I think overall which is

Be where I was when I started last year honestly I mean what what what are people’s goals usually when they start on like a fitness journey I mean I guess everybody kind of has their own different goals but that’s what I would say yeah you already are okay shut the [ __ ]

Honest you’re supposed to skip cardio like a real gymgo but I think the cardio actually is what’s doing honestly I mean I think cardio is helping me a lot though so I don’t really want to skip out on cardio I’m not doing a tremendous amount that

Didn’t give me any energy at all at all like while I was working out it wasn’t like it tasted good but it didn’t help me at all in performance in the gym and then I had a [ __ ] what was the other one it started with a p let me check real

Looked up about trying to do like Jiu-Jitsu or something like that like just like starter classes but then I saw like that it was like really complicated and you have to devote a lot of time and like where the [ __ ] where where the [ __ ] am I going to have the time to do

Something like that you know what I’m saying I wake up at 4:00 I [ __ ] uh do my [ __ ] I I jump on here and now I’m up and I’m up until like [ __ ] 6:00 a.m. 4:00 a.m. whatever it is and then I sleep like I don’t know where

The [ __ ] I would have any time for something like that so there’s no way it’s hard to find protein powder that doesn’t taste like [ __ ] uh I have Alpha liion for that too and that that’s actually pretty good um I was trying different ones they had like a cereal one like a Fruity

Pebbles one it tasted like [ __ ] um I’d recently tried an orange creamsicle one tasted like [ __ ] but I also got the one called like Hulk milk and that one’s really good it’s like just plain vanilla and that actually tastes really good axing is easier yeah but I’m not

Because there’s nothing else so I get like a couple chicken sandwiches at water bger which I don’t know you know but it’s like what what can you do when you’re on a road trip there’s nothing there’s nothing open not really anything else you could do i’ I’ve had a couple of those

Instances or when you went to the automated McDonald’s yeah that’s what I mean when we went to Dallas yeah I we also had to do it when um when Builders put together his uh spooky [ __ ] haunted location or whatever because that was like 2 hours and 45 minutes

Away or something like that from Austin and when we left it was so late it was already 2:00 a.m. when we left so we had to stop and get what a burger so there’s some there’s setbacks like that I think that are just kind kind of unavoidable but I think as long

As I stay consistent then um it’s not that bad what’s an automated McDonald’s uh so basically there was a McDonald in Dallas that had said on the news was completely automated as in it was run by robots and so I wanted to take a trip there uh to see it in person

And so we went there and when we saw it in person there were there were people there and so I asked the lady there it was like the manager I was like what’s the deal here and uh basically they said that the news outlets kind of made that [ __ ]

Up and that wasn’t true and that basically the robot thing is just pretty much a conveyor belt uh that you order from via their app and you couldn’t even order it then and there you have to like you have to like leave the [ __ ] McDonald’s and go

Off site by a couple blcks and then you come back and you pick up your food off of a conveyor Bel and that’s that’s pretty much all it was so I was really excited for that too I really thought like that was going to be a really like out of thebox unique trip

Mean it’s whatever I like I like taking trips like that but uh I realized that the the backpack live stream stuff is like really spotty on road trips which I don’t really understand how that is cuz I I have like one of the newer backpacks but it it doesn’t work as well

As I guess it you would think it constantly was going out as we were streaming it so my idea for it was that apparently there’s a way that you can make your car a hot spot some some newer cars offer like it’s kind of like the roadside assistance kind of thing but I

I can I can essentially turn my car into a hot spot if but I mean it’s a data plan I think that you have to [ __ ] pay for but that might be worth it and then just have the backpack connect to my car and so as long as we stay in the

Car which is 90% of these road trips anyway uh hopefully it would like stay up while we’re in the car once we get out of the car and actually get to the location though I I don’t know if there’s anything we could really do about that other than like just buying more
