Hey what’s going on guys logdotzip here welcome back to only one command minecraft redstone series where i showcase the amazing command block creations i only take one custom command to add a minecraft world for amazing things i’m here with my friend of mine they’re collecting blocks for my newest

Creation although we’ve got a little bit of a dilemma the area i want to show you all the way up there and i just don’t know how to reach it you guys have any ideas hey was it something i said hey hey dude you forgot you forgot your bow portal gun

What is this all about hey wait a second what’s going on hey that’s what i’m talking about baby i’m just kidding i knew that was gonna happen welcome to portal guns in minecraft 1.9 that’s right baby you can add portals to any which way direction of your world using only one command

Block now this awesome command was created by the redstone engineer link to his channel as well as the link to the map it’s gonna be found in the description of this video baby so if you want to check it out you better do so there i’m going to show you how to make

Only version it’s been tested on anything newer than that however should work just fine next up you’re going to give yourself a command block slash giveaway comm and press tab press n on your keyboard baby just like that place that baby down of course you will find a

Porter gun 2.0 in minecraft 1.9 by the red engineer and you see and you got that you got the you can click it and it’ll take you it’s good stuff now once you got that you’re pretty much ready to take on the world i’m just saying man

So you’re gonna need to grab yourself a bow where’s the bows there you go and you’re gonna need to give yourself a stack oda and pearls yeah drop these two suckers on the ground just like that boom portal gun 2.0 now this bow is upgraded check it out when you hover

Your mouse over it it’ll show you if you’ve placed any portals or not right now we have not placed any portals but we’re going to change that right now now this seems like a great village to you know decorate with portals let’s just go ahead and just place one down here just

For the time being and we’ll make it make sense in a little bit so wherever the arrow lands we now have a portal down there you can kind of make it out if you look right between the box there that’s cute you gotta look kind of close

But you can now see that the orange one has been placed now when you fire off the next thing it’s gonna automatically give you the blue portal so let’s go ahead and boom about a boom about a b now i got both and we’re gonna go ahead

And just jump on in and check it out check me out what am i insane we can go right on back as well are you kidding me are you serious oh it’s crazy it’s so much fun oh yes now if you want to get so i’m really into this if you want to

Get rid of the portal it’s simple enough you’re going to just drop the bow where the portal is and that will get rid of it as you can see there now you might want to be careful because if there’s nothing underneath your portal you could

Lose the bow and nobody wants to do that you know now this portal is still down here but when you go in it doesn’t do anything it just kind of flaps its wings invisible i’m flapping beautiful but you can also get rid of this one by doing the very same thing alternatively

If you want to get rid of multiple portals at the same time you know boom and then one uh boom and you see and then look first of all this is just this is just fantastic if you want to get rid of everything at once go ahead and get yourself an iron block

Place that wherever it may need to be placed that’s a little too close you might not believe me okay so nowhere near the portals dropped the boat i hear you guys complaining shut up you even have anything good hey that’s i mean you’re very expensive but that’s

A nice book hey that’s cool man anyways drop it right here and it will get rid of all portals within your world yes all two of them right raw you can actually have you ready for this whoa it like it’s part of my headband and look at these guys over here they’re

Like having a foot race it’s crazy you can have multiple portals multiple pairs of portals so we’ve got one right there let’s um let’s see what’s going on over at this dude’s house right can i do this uh right here good good that’s actually a good place

So we’ve got that right right so we’re now near this guy’s house however let’s place another portal let’s place one right there so now there’s another orange portal and look what happens now we go to this one takes us to the new orange portal however we can still

Use this portal to get to that fancy blue one up up there you see look at this it’s crazy you can place another blue one as well now the way it works is it will teleport you to the closest portal nearby so let’s place a uh i wonder let’s place a blue one

Right here yeah that’s good so now this baby should take me over there because it is a little bit closer yeah oh perhaps not maybe i don’t know anything let me see how about where is this sucker going to take us huh i see you right there yes see it takes oh hmm

I’m a little bit lost now where does this guy take me maybe he’s just not closest to anything it could just simply be oh my word see it’ll take you to that one though and every single time it’ll take you this one but if i were to place

Another orange one down and we place it reasonably close to that baby let’s place you we’ll place you right here yeah that’s good there we go um maybe uh okay maybe one of these will work yeah yeah oh okay this actually did work before i just i didn’t recognize where i

Was never mind i’m stupid i literally didn’t know where i was but here’s the really cool thing if you decide to add this to your world wow oh and that’s another thing by the way you can teleport entities through these portals items will go through as well you see the item just disappeared

Where did it go well i’ll tell you where what it went over here to wherever it just took us uh you know or maybe it went to a different orange one like i said it’s portals okay you gotta think with poor i don’t know how to think of porn what here they are

What are you guys crazy you guys are ridiculous that’s weird like they didn’t they didn’t seems like they didn’t use the same portal logic i don’t know are you gonna go through let’s see you should appear over here yeah okay all right like i said i probably just been placing portals in

Weird spots messing things up but that’s why you’ve got the iron block in case something like that happened you get rid of all of them at once it’s not like it takes up the iron block you know it’s it’s real convenient now you could use this in a multiplayer aspect to create a

Bit of a hub because if you have this in your spawn chunks which are always loaded at all times and spawn trunks are usually where you start in your minecraft world if you’re on a server and this is multiplayer compatible by the way then you could in theory be like hey hey

Server owner where are your spawn trucks well young billy they happen to be right here and then you can go ahead and place down a single orange portal and then maybe you want to travel to your friend joe’s house right over there you got a blue portal there um but this

Is the this is the hub area right we’re gonna go even we’re gonna go a step further spawn point isn’t that my spawn point so maybe you also want to travel to your friend jill’s house right here you actually want to direct access to jill’s house

Well what you’re going to want to make sure you do before you do anything else oh it’s not use an iron block to try and make sure the item doesn’t go in there first set your new blue portal again so now we have one right into jill’s house

That is an orange guy and that is not what i wanted oh i’ll tell you why when you switch when you switch to a different item it’ll do the orange one again so now what we have here is a blue portal and we’re gonna get rid whoa take it easy

We’re gonna get rid of this orange portal because we already have the orange portal back at spawn now look what happens this blue guy is gonna take me to my central spawn slash oh did i not get rid of oh duh there we go i think i just get

Disoriented because it’s so weird for me so we have our blue portal right here it’s going to take us right back to our spawns part which we just were right there yeah and then we also have our deer portal over here again look at this so in

Theory you could have a different portal to like all the different places of interest in your home you ready for this boom whoa partying here what’s going on am i interrupting something that was funny okay so now we’ll place a blue portal right here and again we’re

Gonna get rid of this baby by throwing this bow next to him and then you check it out you ready for this it did something it did something crazy but once the craziness is over you can see that it is working now where where did i just go

Where was it was it up here yes it was hey guys what am i am i interrupting something oh okay good nice now here is where the dilemma actually comes into play and this is something i did express to you guys wait why did this disappear you’re supposed to go away uh

Okay so it’s a little buggy anything worth fighting for is buggy you know that’s the what they say takes you back to spawn it takes you the closest one takes you back to spawn that will take you back to the closest one are you getting it do you get it it’ll

All take you back to spawn just make sure you actually get rid of the orange portals otherwise solid chance you’re gonna have a bad time it’s not gonna work out we’re gonna try one more for sake of demonstration and we’re gonna make sure we get rid of the orange pork right right so

Get rid of you get on rid right get out of here see sometimes it’ll teleport and that’s not what you want you want to get rid of the stupid thing no bad are you kidding me drop it maybe you gotta just drop it nearby maybe i just gotta destroy everything

That this thing cares about and matters too and it’s life break break already okay so place it directly in the middle of if you want it to work apparently but anyways look we’re back here there you go now one of the limitations as i said is render distance these will only work

In chunks that are rendered in but you know what that means is that does technically mean that those blocks all the like oh man oh baby see this great island over here no i’m trying to turn into thank you see this great island over here

Are you ready for this are you ready for this so orange guy placed right there remember that remember that okay now we’re gonna go backwards all the way over here all the way over here are you serious right now i’m 100 serious watch this watch this actually i’ll probably end up

Triggering hold on i’m gonna figure out a place to go look inside the square box you see right in there right here that is that island that we just placed a portal this is as reasonably far as i can go there’s literally ocean this way check it out

Oh dang it this one’s closer shoot but you’ll know that when we go through this portal it’ll i mean it’ll probably take us to uh it’ll help oh boy come on did it okay so it’s a little buggy oh no there it is it’s just cause it’s a little

Laggy that’s what’s going on here i just lag it because because oh because i turn my render distance crazy high you don’t want to probably do this with a laggy computer because it’s gonna cause everything to lag but you can see the portal’s gonna slowly come back in a second once i stop

Destroying my computer see they are i wasn’t even in the right spot it’ll take you to the closest one and it won’t work properly if your render distance is broken that’s all i wanted to say i was all i’ll try to say that now of course you need to be able

To have fun with it and you can don’t you worry about that so portal’s now in place let’s go ahead and just yeah that’s good and what’s this island in the center of the ocean well i mean it’s not really an island but i like the lava drip it’s real it’s cute now

For our next trick oh break this guy down and you ready for this oh i should have placed you higher up to be honest this uh we’re gonna test this and see how it works i may end up dying because i’ll hit that but check it out oh yeah

And you of course know what this means right sorry i wanted a nice change of scenery check this out of course you can infinite loop of course you can now you may have to adjust your loc as i was saying you may have to relocate you know where you’re exactly standing

Otherwise there’s a chance that you miss your target which is what happened here which means i also encourage you to not maybe use these portals for anything like death drops because they’re not technically good for any you see like in this case we missed it it can be a simple just

Yeah a pixel away and you’re done goofed or maybe your world just lags and you can’t get it away you know what i mean so you know it’s fun but you gotta stay grinded okay otherwise you’re probably gonna lose some stuff and of course you need to have fun with

Mooshrooms and other mobs and subject them to horrible terrible things not because you want to but because it’s fun we’ve got a mine cart here now we’ve got a mushroom spawn egg here let’s see what happens when we combine the two oh is it a fun obstacle course you say huh

Ooh it sounds good to me what do we have as he slowly descends and passes us just kidding we’re gonna pass him again but check it out check it out check it out check it out boom and then again and again and literally forever and just keeps going and going

And going and going just kidding we’re gonna break his minecart i missed you shall we okay we kind of knocked him and now he died it kind of works with humans but you kind of have to be ready to intercept the minecart because when you push a mob into a minecart

It sounds like a shell silverstein book they go into it but you have to right click so let’s get some hands-free and we’re just gonna just drop right on in yeah and then now we can kind of get it so let’s see if we actually survived let’s go to game mode

Ride oh well i died oh i think because minecart mechanics work differently for humans compared to mobs whatever it’s not a big deal but that’s all you need to know for the most part about portals minecraft 1.9 using only one command block add this baby to world have some

Server spawns have some fun perhaps throw off enemies you got a quick escape route portal hidden behind a tree that they don’t see and you just gotta kind of hope that they don’t see you go okay maybe not the best for escape routes but it’s fun nonetheless
