After land babies claimed victory in round one by naming the most baby mobs, the water babies side gets its shot at redemption in the last challenge focused on golden dandelions and keeping tiny mobs from growing up before the April 6 deadline.

The cute challenges have reached their climax. Land babies took the first round by a solid margin after players across Minecraft crafted name tags and applied them to baby mobs in droves. Now the water babies team looks to even the score in the second and final challenge.
How the Final Round Works
Participants need to locate or craft golden dandelions and use them on baby mobs to prevent them from aging. The recipe becomes available in survival by breeding mobs with a special mixture of eight gold nuggets and one dandelion. A second dandelion fed afterward makes the mob grow up if needed.
- Challenge window runs from April 3 at 8 AM PT to April 6 at 10 AM PT
- Feed golden dandelions to baby land or water mobs to score for your team
- Unlock the golden dandelion recipe through mob breeding in survival mode
- Both Java and Bedrock players can join but receive edition specific rewards
The event builds on the recent emphasis on baby mobs and gives the community a lighthearted way to engage between larger updates. With only a short time left in the challenge window players still have time to jump in and support their favorite team before the cutoff.
Results from the first round showed strong participation from the land babies supporters. The water babies group now has its final opportunity to turn things around and claim overall bragging rights in this two round showdown.
