Ultimate Minecraft Mage Tower Tutorial – Dragon King!

Foreign King here okay so I’m gonna show you well I’m not finished building it yet but basically I’m going to show you an amazing Mage Tower basically I’ve seen the picture on Google image and I want to show you the easiest way to start constructing this uh just because it

Looks the sheer fact how how good it looks so obviously you can see I’m slowly building up my own town uh if you see any other videos I sort of Built Me in Temple and big skull over there let’s see I’m sorry building everything up uh

Well this is gonna be a grand Monument that even compared to my last Tower thing it’s starting to be a lot bigger already but I was going to show you the the basic way to start this this will be a two-part video will be the foundation uh obviously this is how you

Set it to start getting the whole Tower itself uh built and established okay so how I started it because yeah it’s hard to see from pictures how the best way to do things uh or little tweaks that I put in that I can’t see in

The picture but I put in myself uh just because I thought they’d look cool okay so very first is I start with the stairs as you can see uh they’re half blocks block double block three blocks four blocks four blocks yes that that’s obviously you know it’s just there so

That it’s just half block yeah double black session it’s like teaching you shouldn’t be able to so I shouldn’t need to tell you so that’s that’s all it is for the stairs um half block again stairs then obviously it goes to the bit of wood where for art thou wood

Yes I think it’s that one anyway that’s it that’s there you go so that’s that’s so let’s be starting when you said so it should be four wide yeah so it should always be four Y and it’s the same every single Corner yeah it’s it’s exactly the same all the way around

All right so and it looks I think it looks extremely impressive so far I mean I’ve nearly finished it probably another hour on it then I’ll finish it uh but I’ll just go through the the base at the moment so once you’ve established a stairs like saying it’s Three Wooden bits across

Always and your last bit is a little step yeah so the last bit’s not wood it’s the stone uh once you’ve done the um let me move my mic away from that because it collects too much okay so once you’ve done the stairs and remember

It should be what like half a block one block two block three block four four what but technically should have another one there okay then after that she always looks straight on and it should be three across two up three across two up then one yeah

And that’s when you go to your corner just do your zigzag corner should be three bits sticking out should be three prominent bits sticking out then it’s same again it should be that you know one Gap to the two so this one get up to

The two three down two up three down two up then hit your stairs all right don’t do what I did to start with and let’s try and do the whole Square just as dig the whole Square first and then I realized yeah I did obviously did one

Set I did the set of stairs then did the whole square around so trying to judge it and obviously I know all your hours out an extra square and uh I was all here and there and I only figured out when I started doing the ups and downs

And I was doing these Corner bits of the wrong bits so that’s have a look AC suit one two three four five six seven eight nine ten zigzag one two three four five six seven eight nine ten yeah so it should be ten straight not not that one

Not that one but that one should be a tenth then it should be stairs then it should be ten again to there 10 again so you should always it should always be pretty easy so and stairs is exactly the same okay as you can see the whole bottom uh

Obviously I do the um thought this was better myself I I dug it out completely underneath uh so it’s just a straight water thing everywhere I just got the water bucket just clicked as many times I can all over the water just so it’ll come up and it wasn’t here and there

Like that for example that’s a bit down a bit down in the dumps so obviously I I just fill that up yeah so you just keep clicking everywhere now don’t try and get a waterfall anywhere just try and level it all out as much as you can just

So it looks pretty nice you know so missing but it’s there there you go it just looks a lot better and it’s nice and high and level all around so it’s a bit low there you go infinite water in your bucket okay so these these things are just Stone buttons right obviously that

Should be pretty obvious uh I did the wall around with smooth Stone you know the the that bit under their smooth Stone back there smooth Stone so I had it I didn’t want it being a double smooth Stone all around it I thought I’d do the corners like that as well I’m

Saying I only went off a hard to see picture uh so a lot of it I had to just like tweak a makeup uh This was meant to be trap doors but I thought it looked better as some glass like from a distance uh maybe I might change that I don’t know um

Let me remove all this killing the grass duh oh is it all right all right get rid of that I don’t need that okay so once you’ve built the foundation because you’re looking through a cage thing there I only did the whole floor I just did as half blocks yeah the half

Sandstone slabs so these are sandstone and the Sandstone slabs so that’s I did that so basically from a distance you weren’t covering so much the cage uh the little uh iron bars for the gate and obviously these you know do you do the bit there three three

Squares two squares and a one square right uh once you’ve done that for here basically you want to look at the middle bar middle Square so you want one two three four then do your little V thing you know do do your little that so you know you’re at the corner

Yeah so that’s what you’re basically doing so that it should just be there but one one back that’s all it should be it’s one of them then then you go to the next corner and judge it off there and then start attaching things all right so that

Should be in the middle middle middle brick one two three four let’s see if I didn’t cover this already which I know I didn’t uh that should be three bricks high and and half a brick on top okay and half a bricks on bottom as well

All right so not not that bomb but this but I’m half a brick there and yeah so it just looks pretty damn nice obviously caging across as you can see cage come iron bars coming down the stairs all right once you’ve established your Corners you know all four corners

And the easiest way is basically this is one two three four five six seven eight nine High all right this is nine High because you know you’ve done it right because obviously I was going off the picture because this is exactly a door three squares one dark wood two lighter

Wood you know and then you then basically that’s the same level as this all right so that’s when you know it’s been done right so these are nine High all right um the easiest way to do this uh obviously it looks cool from a distance yeah because it’s all

Prominent and going in depth as well is basically the easiest way I did it was I built it all separately so first I did obviously once you do your Corners uh these Corners uh are in the middle as well yes that’s four in do you V

You know four in do your vs the same with that so they’re both fours so yeah so establish all that and once you’ve been able to build this nine high you’re basically making a square yeah so that’s that was a square same again that was a square and then

You just go on the inside and build that so it’s three uh four across sorry one down either side and then you just have one coming down from there all right and then you have these two from there yeah basically it’s just another little Arch thing there all right so that

It try and just mimic that it says leave it on that as sex you could just see it so you could just mimic that easy as possible I mean I’ll go inside so you can see how it looks from the inside I mean that’s all all you can see from

Here so if you really want to just build the quick Arch first in in wood and then just wedge all your stone on it and fill all that in uh as soon as you fill it all in and you go from the front you could sort of Chip it away until it

Looks right and that’s how it should look it then that should be prominent and the corner bits and angle should be prominent right um and once you’ve established I mean I I did the I did all four things before I moved on to anything else yeah so I

Established the whole thing from moved on to anything else then after that I did the windows uh which was you know let’s see once I made the square there I just did another full-on slab here uh as soon as I’ve done that all four sides again uh remember to stick your buttons

On the buttons go all the way all the way yeah all right just so it looks pretty cool it just it suits the theme of it more of a I don’t know more of it hardcore place for quite a lot of metal let me turn it today with the powers of God

All right um I’m not religious don’t worry all right so here when you go to the windows it’s pretty straightforward the the arch bit coming out that’s where you’re building the wood all right I did a bit of trial and error here okay with the wood it’s I used uh

Dark wood I think it was yeah dark dark wood for that and this was uh I think yeah Spruce Wood odd yeah I think yeah I think it’s pretty sure whatever’s quite dark that stands out um so that’s obviously a block if you want to do your blocks first you

Want to do one block there one block there coming straight up so one two three then it goes to the angles one there yeah block there four there and same again that side these are Little Steps so as you can see should be uh one step two step three step

Yeah so that’s as simple as that uh so let me remove this step so you can see what it looks like okay that’s it without steps just so you’ve got a bit of an indication what it looks like let’s see pause the video if you need to oh

So for the windows that was a step back obviously you can use because obviously you’ve already just filled that in with stone either side so just use that come straight across make your boxes three High filling your two out there fill it with iron bars same with all full size so you should

Have it I’m a bit of a gap between the wood right just so things are protruding a bit and it looks quite nice uh once you’ve done that established all your wood area establish your own bars you go into the corners here so it’s only one not back

Yeah that’s all it is just one little knock right or or block make your v um then it is four across yeah so you should have a a solid Gap here okay should we four across then Build It Up should be four high so there’s four

Across four high right and then you put two little halves on top just to make it look a little nicer see same again all around the sides all right so I’ll let you guys build that um so I might as well I might as well just

Move on to the rest of it but I’ll let you guys take a look at what what you’re aiming for so far I’ll see the foundation uh the stairs and the solid platform all around uh normal doors and the gateways I might stick torches here and there just to illuminate things

All right so once you’ve established everything um another V is I always like to do the v’s you know from your half bits there should be the block back to the half bit so that’s where you do your little V just do that three high do that all

Around and then basically you want to do a solid three-way lines going straight down to that one straight down to that one obviously chipping the hole out uh for here because you want to see it to be seen so just do your solid threes all the way

Down and then just do a blocking solid all the way down blocking solid all the way down and then fill that in and then just do that you know well then ones you want to do all the way to the top yeah they therefore you’re starting your Towers so then once you just

Knocked in and the little bit coming out all the way up supremely high right unless you’ve done that four across three across it should be and then two across on that second one that goes all the way up so if you’re just doing it all the same it’ll quickly

Start making its you know show how it is so once you’ve done the four across three across two across two’s up all the way that this whole Tower the whole Tower looks fantastic and you really made the mark of it showing its signs after that

It’s from the notch in you know so it should be one two and this one is one two but this one’s two up two up all the way up yeah so it should be a gap here should be one two three four five six and that one should be one two three four

Okay just let you guys have a look at it that’s what it should look like onto the windows two up okay uh iron bars two up I am bars right little buttons either side just to break it up and make it look a little nicer that’s as simple as that is

Okay from here it should be one two three four is what I did and then uh basically made the stairs should be one there one there two Gap here all right all you could just do from this level from the iron bar level one two here

Built make sure the gap’s there one two and you get here all the way up yeah and it really starts making the tower circle’s done that all four sides that’s when you’ve got the full circle in the tower now all right uh and then the same

Again two up because it’s same as that two up uh they’ll make your iron bars and then again from the thing it’s two up make the hole one two one two there’s no need for a bit coming up here right and then it is same again two up hole

Two up hole this is as high as your windows are going by the way uh this is basically the height of it for this bit after this it starts being more formidable Towers uh which I’ll cover in part two uh which will be short obviously it’s not called the majority but

So you can get a look at it you can already see I mean the foundation is extremely Exquisite I think it’s so nice but I look forward to part two uh I’ll finish this off to protect me now in it or something I’m not too sure but you’re probably looking about four

Four and a half hours of work here maybe it’s quite quite a big job as you can see I mean it probably doesn’t look here but I did a lot of trial and errors but because I’m explaining it to you it should be it should be quite easy to do
