Mojang's latest Bedrock beta drops experimental tags on several features including abandoned camps, adds new conditional worldgen tools for creators, and adjusts mob and trader behavior for the Dappled Forest drop.

While everyone was still digesting the cushion and straw bed additions from earlier in the month, Mojang pushed out Preview 26.50.20. The headline is the decision to drop experimental status from three feature sets including Abandoned Camps. That means looted campsites with free supplies are likely headed to stable Bedrock soon.
What actually changed
- Abandoned Camp, certain accessibility options, and some block experiments are no longer behind toggles
- Added minecraft:conditional_list feature that evaluates conditions in order before placing content
- New multipart_block_column_feature for more flexible worldgen
- Wolves spawned in Dappled Forests now use the Pale Wolf variant
- Wandering Traders can sell Poplar Logs
- Fresh Creator World Clocks Features experimental toggle added

The bulk of the notes cover bug fixes ranging from UI layout problems to performance regressions and animation glitches. Nothing game breaking, but the kind of housekeeping that has to happen before the next big content drop leaves experimental. The full list is worth a skim if you maintain addons or custom worlds.
Players on Bedrock Preview or the Android beta can grab it now. Java users will see equivalent changes in upcoming snapshots if the features are cross-edition. If you are deep into experimental worlds, back up your saves because dropping toggles can sometimes change generation.
The Minecraft team has been consistent about this cadence since they moved away from one giant summer update. Expect more previews like this every couple weeks until the full drop lands later in 2026.
