Well it’s been a long time since I last did one of these I’ve had a haircut and let’s get into doing some texture pack reviewing and before we get into this video the texture pack that we’re going to be reviewing is the back rooms texture pack by g-o-e Craft it’s Currently rated at 4.8 with 18 reviews and it’s worth 839 tokens I was corrected recently they’re not mine coins they’re mine tokens which equals 3.99 in my local currency probably about the same in your local currency so let’s get this purchased and then this start the review So make sure you guys hit the like drop a comment down little bit darker Nothing too special but we like to see you know just how much it affects the game and now if we jump into the world that I loaded I do like the redness though the redness is nice how does it affect the world we had a sneak peek at the normal World during The intro so what does this world now look like oh my Lord that is a big difference immediately that is a big difference everything is just that much darker that much gloomier I do like the trees though I do like the tree what is this a Vines Just normal Vines I like the purple the change up you know the contrasting colors that’s very very nice now I have no idea what this texture pack changes I thought it changed mobs but maybe oh my God it does he looks like Bones from Yu-Gi-Oh that’s probably not a reference everybody gets From up like from back here I was like this doesn’t change all the mobs the mobs haven’t changed and then you get around here oh my God the eyes the eyes are dead he’s dead inside this guy has no soul look at this guy good dentist Though very good Dentistry work but oh I mean well they’re a bit broken but they’re very white very pearly white what about the skis are over here how are you looking a fully formed sheep oh my Lord yeah it doesn’t get any better through age does it does not get any Better through age look at you can you even see me oh my god I’ve got a Parrot does it change parrots no way does it change parrots slow down bro slow down oh my Lord it does as well it does it’s a bit veiny can’t really see it too it’s got red eyes Okay that’s how blue eyes red eyes so that’s a red eyes blue dragon right there okay so it does it changes the mobs I wasn’t expecting it to change every mob I knew it changed the uh aggressive mobs like creepers and zombies so we’ll be looking out for Those it’s having to be a chicken that chick these chickens have seen better days oh my Lord look at that okay he looks a bit like a digimon I don’t know where all these references are coming from but look at the look at the nashes on this Guy this just don’t kill me bro I didn’t do nothing what’d you mean absolute madman right there that is a Madman all right before we go down into the tunnels and see the mobs we want to find ourselves a village I mean oh my god I’ve just had a thought If this game changes passive mobs what has it done to villagers we have to find a village we have to find a village now come on we’ve had we normally get some good luck when it comes to finer Villages they’re not normally that far away but yeah I suppose while we’re looking For this Village I can say sorry for taking a break if you guys do enjoy the texture pack reviews they were doing really well on the channel to be fair um I did just took a couple weeks again my mental health terrible it now I need to brace myself I need to be ready I do like the purple trees I think they’re Acacia are these acacia yeah they’re Acacia I do like the purple tree I’m not such a fan of the gloomy Dark blocks in terms of the grass and how big that changed from the intro but I do like the purple something that just adds contrast is good like the path blocks being green I like that as well right we need to be ready here villagers where are you oh he’s got a nose Okay I expected a lot worse that’s actually quite nothing really although the eyes the eyes look good I do like the eyes his eyes tell maybe it’s because he’s got blue eyes like me but his eyes say he’s seen some things you know like he’s been into the back rooms He’s seen some problems my guys go drip for days as well look at that hell yeah where are you getting where you get your clothes from bro I don’t know um big nose though big nose Minecraft mod makers texture pack makers you guys love a villager with a big nose in it but Yeah okay I was expecting scary face what about this guy does it depend on the skin he’s got rounder eyes no hey how you doing yeah it’s got around the rise okay so not much going on with the Villagers then oh is that cat that’s not a cat I Refuse to believe that that is a cat are you a cat you can’t be a cat that is the scariest cat I have ever seen I’ve just noticed as well the crosshairs has changed into a bit of a box as well fair enough that’s the whoa that is a scary old cat There’s another chicken right there that’s mental man it is actually crazy these chickens and these cats are crazy what are you are you you’re you’re a little that’s a little kitten that’s a little kitten no way that is that is horror right there that is horror if you’re not a cat Person this must be what you see that is meant Oh that carrot looked weird hang on a second give me that car back look at that carrot that’s you know what we don’t do this till later normally but the blocks okay they haven’t changed every block but they have changed some blocks okay Oh look melons look a little bit infected they’ve changed they always change the food I find when you see the texture packs the texture packs always change the food they’ve taken time to change the spawn eggs as well which is kind of mad when you consider that in the normal game In a survival world You Don’t See spornics but they took the time to do it there’s a nice little chin right going on here we’ve got hundreds of people here oh wow we got diverse Villages oh I like that I like that we’ve got diverse villagers Very good this map’s gone up in my book already straight away anything that that promotes diversity and inclusivity I love it I love it straight away that’s that’s a big win right there from me okay big win big win we support that what next what next anything else though That door looks scary okay I do like the cracks as well cracks just make it seem a little bit more is that bread that’s like a turd um anywho um all right so what are you sir what are you what is this hello what are you that’s annoying no way that’s an iron Golem so what is this that’s a llama you’re joking this is a llama this is a llama no that’s mad and look at this guy just oh my days they made the background monster into an iron golem I’ll be honest I played the back rooms I have no idea what I’m doing When I’m playing the back room so I’m not good at it at all somebody wants to explain to me what you’re supposed to do in the back rooms games let me know because I I do enjoy playing them they’re very scary but I’m I don’t know what I’m doing so yeah but At this guy don’t worry villagers I am here to protect you no way bro you trying to kill them in their sleep this guy’s crazy you ain’t protecting nobody I mean I see him I’m going indoors right you don’t need to ring a bell I’m going indoors look at this guy dead I’d hate to see what a zombie looks like because they’re scared of zombies right we’re gonna have to go find ourselves a tunnel and see what’s going on oh my Lord what must the warden look like right we’re on night time now and something did just flash up that I’m not Sure what it was we’ll have don’t you probably don’t like this and that’s fine that’s fine not everybody wants to play Minecraft for like the horrors and stuff and that’s absolutely fine I I’ve Experienced that people don’t want to join my streams when I’m doing horror stuff that’s absolutely fine but some people really like it I’m looking at Umar here Umar knows who Umar is right but I’m looking at Umar he’s a bit bit scary guy um but yeah if you like it then you do But you can’t deny that these do look really good and really creepy at the same time let’s see if we can find ourselves a um never Fortress or a Bastion I want to never Fortress though what is that is that Enderman that was an Enderman that was an Enderman okay we got a Glimpse of an Enderman I hope you guys liked it all right so we are at a fortress now very red which is probably what you would expect we’re looking for what a wither skeleton looks like and a blaze mostly here we haven’t seen a slime yet to be fair And that would be crazy but thinking of like a slime with multiple sizes doesn’t seem to be any mobs about hello okay we got Blaze we got Blaze oh my God that is a floating body of hell right there hell demons oh my God okay is there any slime What are we looking around I’ll never get used to seeing that spawn never get used to that any slimes not popping up is this one of those one of those fortresses that doesn’t have Withers oh yeah yeah that is scary man these Blazers are scary you can’t deny these Blazers look scary That goes off into a wall that leads nothing um with a skeleton do I have to spawn one of you I like to get it natural you know but if we have to then we will no that’s a piglet that’s that’s a piglet right yeah that’s a piglet Mr skeleton oh my goodness okay yep they’re they’re a black version of the skeletons yeah they are oh my goodness look at that that is just menacing there was a story right about um Jurassic Park they were going to get Raptors with guns and I don’t know if They ever did because I never watched the last ones but these guys that just reminds me of that although that’s a bit clunky in it the arms don’t move on the texture but the sword does if I punch him yeah look the sword is moving but the Hands on that okay that’s a big negative on that one that is a big negative I think what we’re going to do now we’re gonna head back to the Overworld and we’re gonna see if we can find ourselves the stronghold see what Andy looks like I don’t know where I’ve gone Okay so where we’re standing right now there should be a stronghold just beneath us I’m really excited to see what Andy looks like in all honesty so let’s get down here and hopefully find the end portal relatively quickly hello that was actually really quick I was expecting oh goodness guys Normally they’re not menacing at all I could see him being a little bit menacing not much but a little bit for sure um all right let’s get into here then oh wow they’ve even changed this that’s that’s a little bit bad scary eyes nonetheless the Portal’s got a tinted red look to it As well so that’s good to know and we jump in in now hopefully Andy looks cool I’m expecting a crazy Endy she’s on she’s on the perch oh that’s just lazy maybe you can’t change ND but I was fully expecting a back rooms ND they’ve done our eyes They’ve done her eyes but that’s all oh come on I expected so much more than that that’s really disappointing that is we got some more Enderman here nonetheless how do you like when we’re looking up I can’t really look at them in Creative I guess but yeah okay they look cool Looks like a skinny iron golem but that’s cool and you know what because I’m so like upset with how Andy looked how does a show car look give me a choker okay A bit weird oh look at that that is a that is a hell spawn demon inside There that’s kind of crazy how you doing buddy okay well I suppose all that leaves is to go and see what the warden looks like all right so once again where we are there should be an ancient city here it’s actually quite a nice little location as well really kind of hidden Underneath myself Village over there they don’t know what’s just so close to beneath their feet but yeah let’s get down here see what a water looks like here we go we’re in the ancient city now looks quite standard quite stale really night visions really do save the world don’t they Um and then I think we’re gonna have to get ourselves a a warden we need us we need a streak guys it’s a shrika down here bring us the water okay oh I thought I saw him but then I wasn’t sure oh my Lord okay that did that legitimately just made me jump I turned around and there he was quite telling that he doesn’t get a health bar like the Wither and the uh and the dragon does oh my good Lord this makes up for not having an ender dragon that actually did scare me I’m I’m shaking a little bit I I walked past I Hovered past him and I saw an arm and I was like what the hell is that span round and I saw a face only his mother could love look at that that is creepy as all hell oh my madness to be honest with you I think all in all hey diamonds nice Um all in all I was gonna say I’d give it maybe about a seven it’s definitely scary it’s definite well not scary isn’t I mean I just jumped right so it’s scary but it’s definitely creepy in terms of how they’ve designed it the Ender Dragon was a big upset that they Didn’t do anything to end the other than the eyes and the fact that the sword didn’t move with the Wither Skeleton which means it doesn’t move with the skeleton either that kind of was upsetting but aside from that it is very very nice I can’t give it a full score So yeah I think I got seven or eight I think I’m gonna give it let me know down in the comments what you would give it out of 10
