Welcome back everybody to another episode of project ozone 3 kappa oh yeah today I want to start off the episode by looking at some of this pneumatic craft stuff last episode we set up our assembly controller here and we were able to take unassembled or I guess Empty PCBs and turn it into the unassembled PCB using a laser which skips us having to use the light box and dropping the PCBs in the etching acid and waiting for forever yeah this uses the pressure from the pneumatic craft mod in order to do it and much more Efficiently what I wanted to look at today was starting to upgrade from these basic pressure tubes that can only have a max to the more advanced ones I guess if you search for pressure pneumatic you kind of find everything yeah these guys right here these can hold 20 bar of pressure Whereas these can only hold 5 so this will allow us to send a lot more air and pretty much power things a lot more efficiently now I saw that there was a way that we can make these advanced pressure tubes using pressure chamber valves a 20 of them and you can turn Those into eight advanced pressure tubes you need the assembly program laser so that’s a lot of valve so to get 20 valves we’re gonna have to do this recipe five times which is a lot of advanced plating a lot of pressure tubes and the pressure chamber walls or in the Assembly controller if you use the assembly program drill you can turn one block a compressed iron into 20 pressure chamber valves that’s very convenient isn’t it so for each one of these blocks that compressed iron we’re essentially gonna get ourselves e to the Advanced tubes so I’m thinking we’re gonna do This recipe eight times I meet 16 blocks compressed iron and we did get this drill one no it’s right here my inventory yeah we did get this drill before from the amateur on so let’s get rid of that we’ll put this in here I don’t really know how long this takes We’ll see we’ll see how this goes ice soon what’s gonna be the scene in my time does that and the losers gotta do its thing it says standby problems not all machines for the inserted program or present add one assembly drill to your assembly system ah so this actually Needs something different here so if we go back to here requires two i/o units an assembly drill assembly platform and an assembly controller well if I want to make the drill that does require another PCB and some more pneumatic cylinders well that’s easy enough for us to do so We are going to need 12 blue plastic I think we can do that real quick so there is the 12 a blue plastic we are going to need the cannon barrel so there’s a little bit more to this that we have to do I don’t know how this gets set up do We change out actually let’s go back to this thing so that is okay so it’s a drill instead of a laser it’s what we got to do so we have to replace that middle block we keep the two i/o units the mean the middle platform but the Laser gets replaced with the drill I see okay I’m not sure if I’ve ever done this particular thing before do we have we don’t have so we are going to need two of these this one more okay so now we have the pneumatic tubes so we have everything except for this printed Circuit board and there we go now we have that so we do this and there is the assembly drill awesome alright so quest complete pressurized assembly so the laser goes away we replace it with the drill and the drill does a thing and essentially everything’s gonna work just The way it did before that takes a little bit of time for the drill bit to stop spinning in the pull the arm back does each one of those take a long time or was that just because I like put that in there no no it just takes a long time for that Drill bit to spin down and then the arm to retract okay that’s fine well we got a little bit of the pressure chamber valves to be done this is good do that’s six more times we’ll be right back guys all right so we got a bunch of these Pressure valves made and we are currently turning them into the advanced pressure tubing now the thing that I find kind of interesting about this is the the laser program that we’re using says the required machines as a controller platform to i/o units in the laser however if I do not have this Drill here it says it doesn’t know how to do this particular thing or at least it wouldn’t start this recipe up previously maybe it’s like if we switch it out to the drill and then we do the the compressed iron into the valves and then You switch it back yeah maybe you got a brake controller or something it would not do this recipe until I place this drill down so I guess that’s some kind of a bug in the mod not exactly sure there might be some other tweak to this I’m not aware of any way things are happening just fine now apparently and we’re getting plenty of our advanced pressure tubing so I can go around and replace all the tubes all over the place with that we are going to need to increase the amount of pressure that we Can put into the system to 20 bar which means we’re gonna have to do a different compressor now I was looking at the different compressors that are available we have the liquid compressor which I don’t think I think that does up to five bar like the current one that we have Does and there’s the advanced one which requires a liquid one as part of the recipe and this requires thermo conducting alloy which is like a lot of nuclear craft stuff like getting boron arsenide if I remember quickly it’s like not a simple thing to do like it Actually requires quite a lot of work so that’s not something that I want to do right now not until we get into nuclear craft the other option I saw actually what is this pneumatic dynamo this block converts compressed air into forge energy oh that goes the other way Okay I saw there was this flex compressor and this one converts Forge energy so RF into compressed air it says it has an efficiency of 40% I don’t know if there is a way to like resolve that make it more efficient be either way this is essentially we’re just taking RF That we’re getting from our nether stars and converting you to pressure when we need it I think even if it’s at a 40% efficiency this is gonna be much better and this recipe doesn’t seem that bad it does require two printed circuit boards compressed iron gear which we can make Very easily redstone and then this turbine rotor so compressed iron and three turbine blades which is two redstone on a gold per that’s like super easy yeah I think we’re gonna switch over to this so I guess the first thing that I’m going to do is swap at all the Tubes for the advanced one since we have these now and then we can look at replacing our air compressor with the Forge one alright guys so I went ahead and I upgraded our pressure chamber to a five by five by five it holds a lot more internal pressure I was thinking this Pressure chamber actually went up to twenty bar but apparently it doesn’t still goes up to five so this goes up to five and our assembly controller goes up to five yeah so there’s really not a lot more that we can do as far as making these particular things go faster but This holding five bar pressure means this thing should be able to run top speed and this will provide its energy this will be like the battery I guess because this holds a whole lot of air in it so once it gets up to pressure it’s gonna take a long time for That to lose all of its pressure so anyway since we’re upgrading the pipes to twenty bar and these can only do five bar I have made some changes under here it’s kind of popped down take a look so we are using a pressure gauge YouTube module right so this is similar To what we did for our our our compressor is that what it’s called try think of what the name of this thing is yeah our air compressor over here so the same kind of thing that this is doing so this will admit a redstone Signal when we are at I think it was a redstone signal of nine which should be four or four point five bar or something like that the air compressor can only do up to five if it does more than that then it has a chance of exploding our Pipes that we were using before can only do five so if it went above that the pipes could have exploded so that’s why we had this safety precaution in place and we’re also we’re using this regulator tube module just as an on/off switch manually to turn on our vortex Tube below but now we’re using that as an automatic system so pretty much what happens is the two but before this advanced pressure module can get all the way up to 20 psi where I’m sorry 20 bar and that’s fine but this redstone signal here when it’s on let’s pressure when It’s off stops any further pressure from going down this tube and that’s based on this pressure gauge tube module so this thing says hey we’re at four four point five whatever we have it set to the redstone signal is going to be emitted which is gonna turn off this torch and Turn off this advanced pressure our tube regulator tube module reading the thing without looking at it yeah I’ll turn this thing off and stop pressure from going down the line right so everything beyond this point right here should be at five bar or lower everything before this point can be up To 20 bar right so I guess having these advanced pressure tubes beyond this point really isn’t necessary unless these things just hold more air or they can fill like transfer more air I’m not sure if that’s the case if they can fill up our pressure chamber faster then I guess they’re worth it But anyway so that’s what we have set up here everything should be ready to go we shouldn’t explode anything when we upgrade the rest of the system so we can start pressurizing beyond the five bar that we had before now I have not made the new forge energy converter thing I’m About to do that right now but I wanted to show you guys where we are before I did that but yeah that requires two of these PCBs so I’m gonna go ahead and get started on that we’re gonna make that where I swap out our air compressor no More coal burning for us yeah I’m gonna swap this thing out and we’ll be back so amending up spending way more time on this than I originally intended but yeah I think we got everything pretty much sorted now so we don’t have our air compressor up top anymore it is now Located underneath now the reason why is the flux compressor that we just made does have a temperature range if the temperature gets between these two arrows it starts losing efficiency you really want the temperature to be below 50 C I believe is with this little warning thing said cool the machine down To under 50 C as it goes up in temperature the efficiency goes down which means you’re using more RF to produce the same amount I guess anyway so the way this is set up we have it said so on a low signal it will turn on On a high signal it turns off so we’re not running this thing all the time otherwise it’ll just keep going for forever I did put it in a security upgrade for some reason in case like this thing gets stuck on it won’t try and go all the way into the red zone and Blow itself up and we do have full speed upgrade so when it does turn on it like makes a lot of pressure so we have a gauge here to regulate and this gauge without any upgrade emits a redstone signal of 15 I think add pressure 16 It’s I’m sorry at 6 bar or 7 bar something like that anyway we have it set up so it’s a mini redstone 15 that signal gets transferred over here to turn off the compressor if it’s lower than what that gauge can detect then we turn it on just Pressurize the system more so again the Flex compressor has to be lower temperature it has to have a temper temperature regulation so underneath there we have all these heat heat sinks with the iron blocks the compressed iron blocks in the center yeah so that’s we’re moving some temperature and on top Of that we have ourselves the vortex tube that is providing heat above it and it cools the bottom of it so that will also provide a little additional cooling if we need to turn that vortex tube on but yeah pretty much everything’s a same now I did make a mistake here previously I had the advanced pressure tube one block over here which was allowing maximum pressure to go upstairs into our pressure chamber so I moved this back one block because we don’t want that to go higher than five bar and then also I had a redstone torch here which was Inverting the signal anyway so we now have this set up with a redstone comparator with a the potentiometer here set to an eight so we’re not going to let too much pressure through and then when this reaches eight redstone this will send the redstone signal through with a repeater that turns off the Pressure module thingy over here the red the what is it called advance the regulator that regulator tube module that’s what it’s called anyway so I think we’re kind of done with the pneumatic craft stuff for now yep all of this stuff is in pretty good working order I don’t think we’re gonna Have to mess with it too much unless we start doing anything else a little bit crazy with this mod but for now our pressure chamber is now staying at about four point two bar same thing with this same pressure we’re actually extracting yeah the same pressure tube into both of these from That regulator so yeah they should always stay at about the same bar the same pressure okay so now what I want to do we’ve been working on making all of these honest simple PCBs all these transistors and all these capacitors in order to make the printed Circuit board so we could make more Emmy controllers and start getting into p2p stuff that’s what I wanted to do today but we kind of got sidetracked a little bit but yeah we got a lot of this stuff ready to go already in fact I’m just Gonna dump like all this stuff from my inventory into here just so we have less stuff to look at okay I think that’s fine everything else in my inventory can stay cool so yeah we got a good portion of things here but we had to make these Reinforced alloys and we have to make these printed circuit boards now originally I wanted to do what was it I think an additional 23 any controllers I think we’re gonna scale that back just a little bit we’re gonna at least do six of them to fill up this front row and we Might do along the sides here but I don’t think we are going to do the entire ring right now just because making those capacitors is a real pain is that the capacitors or the yeah the capacitors these are a real pain to do and we’ve had to use a few of these to Make a few PCBs for the pneumatic craft stuff so I’m not sure we actually have enough anymore but anyway we need to make these reinforce two alloys so I guess the first thing we need to do is figure out how many we’re gonna do let’s start off With just making six seven eight let’s do eight controllers so we’ll do from this block over here and this over to this block mmm no we’re gonna do 10 we’re gonna do 10 controllers okay so we’re gonna make 10 of those which means we have to make 10 of or 20 of these Guys so 20 of these so 20 capacitors so that’s 40 redstone with 20 capacitors oh boy I don’t like using these things except expensive oh boy I said 20 capacitor rain I think I said 20 and 40 redstone okay so we are gonna bring this over to Our metallurgic confuse or that goes in here that goes in there metallurgic confuse err does its infusing thing very slowly because we have not put any up crazy in here it might be time to look at getting upgrades but we got one of these are rich down boys if I want to do Mech upgrade but I want to speed this up that is more of these enriched alloys yeah we are not doing that not until we can freely make these and these don’t cost anything I think we can switch it up and use our tik acceleration to help Us sell but we gotta move that thing just a little bit closer so it is being affected by it yeah I honestly am NOT looking forward to having to use a whole bunch of capacitors to make those alloy things they’re not called al yeah they’re the enriched alloy yeah I’m not Really interested in doing that so let’s bring this over here click that hopefully that effects this guy and this will go just ever so slightly faster anyway I’m gonna finish up making the reinforced alloys and then the rest so that our printed circuit boards and I Think we saw to make these Energy Souls which we’ve done before it’s not that bad just a lot of iridium I suppose anyway I’m gonna finish this up and we’ll be right back guys so I wasn’t looking at this recipe like I should have been when I first started down this path I thought the dental energy cells are gonna be pretty easy because we only need what ten of them to make ten of these controllers but each of those requires eight of these so that’s eighty energy cells that we need which means that’s eighty energy acceptors which Means that is 320 iridium so the only way that we’ve been getting iridium so far is by sifting crushed netherrack as far as I know unless we’ve randomly found a radium or in the nether or something along those lines I don’t think we’ve been we haven’t minded anywhere else besides those two options So really we need to get ourselves a bunch of a radium so I feel like right now is a time where we should finally automate sifting yeah so I want to get myself a mechanical user and we actually have one in here perfect so a mechanical user and then we are Going to need something to transfer from one inventory into that like crush netherrack for instance so we need to get ourselves a chest iron chest would work for now we can upgrade this to a bigger one and then translocator x’ we want the item variant of those and we Need to make ourselves a piston which is fine one of those one of these something like that there we go and then we are also going to want to be loose tone for the translocator so so I think that is pretty much all we need to do as far as Actually automating this and then I set up our sibs over here so just a 3×3 now each of these have the what is it the sieve efficiency 5 instance if fortune 3 we put that on there a long time ago so I think if we do this then we put the Mechanical user underneath so that’d be right here face that thing upwards of course it’s facing the wrong way I mean come over here do one of these those abs are going into our item barrels by the way we need our hammer there we go yeah all right so let’s grab this back we Don’t want those in there so the mechanical user is now facing upwards into this we want to tell it to activate block with item right click random is fine and then we’re gonna put a chest well I think we’ll do translocator then chest so we can open this we put the Chest over here it won’t open because of the solid block and then translocator here with glowstone and like that so I think that is pretty much all we need to do in order to get this to be automated we just fill in the netherrack the crushing of the rack into this chest and I think this should work we’ll give it a try here so you have 20 four thousand crushed netherrack already it might be better for me to replace this with leaky barrel or something but for right now we’re just gonna do it this way make sure things work so that Has gone into mechanical user but nothing’s happening got the used item on block that’s not working please block generic click entity use item activate Blanc does that not work or does it have to be on top maybe it has to be on top actually that might be a mistake that I just made Can i well actually let me try can I do this from underneath oh yes so if I can do that from underneath the mechanical user can not I wonder what the problem is then ah always on actively use item on block activate block with item should Be what we need to do let me try moving that to the top side so as it turns out you can’t use the mechanical user anymore it’s the thing that we used to be able to do but yeah we can use this out of a sifter we made this a long time Ago and I think we had five water wheels as well I went ahead and I just crafted up a whole bunch more that requires a lot of creosote which we have stored up from previous but you had to make the water wheels that was the water wheel segment which requires three treated Planks but I guess it’s a total of five planks per segment because you wait do you get four six yeah you have four sticks per two points so that is seven planks no five planks per segment and then you need four segments so 20 of the treated planks per water wheel in the Stone axle which is stone gears and stone drawers anyway so we have a bunch of these things ready to go now I have extra stone axles so we can move these now I don’t remember these have to go a specific direction I don’t know if you Have to place them this way or if you place them this way but I do know if you place them wrong then things don’t work so we’ll have to rearrange these if that’s incorrect but what I wanted to do is to move these out here like we got a lot more Underneath like our knee tree area that way like the sound from the water that’s going over these waterwheels but we won’t have to listen to at least that’s the idea here so I want to bring these out a little further than what we actually need and then we should be able To place these waterwheels like this hopefully this is all correct now I don’t remember how many you need I know that after a certain amount of them like you get diminishing returns maybe like 15 uh the best amount and then everything after that is not as good I Don’t know I don’t remember but either way I brought some blocks with us so we can place water on here let that flow over and I think you kind of want to let it wrap around the water wheel if I remember correctly it’s been a little Bit of time since I’ve done one of these so yeah we’ll leave an air block underneath and then we will do you this and I don’t know if you have to steer step it around or how this all works I think we have to leave one air gap so Something like that probably would be enough so the water can flow down and around yeah I think that’s pretty much what we want to do okay so I’m just gonna repeat this using our our wand I don’t know if I got enough glass um I Have to go smelt up some more but this is the idea anyway this is what I’m trying to do and we just need to stop the water so it doesn’t go down to the void and cause like a huge mess but other than that I think we should be Pretty okay oh you know what let’s do one more of these then we’ll do this all the way down yeah so that should stop the water after we cap off the ends like so very good very good and yeah we just need to cap off the end right there Actually this whole thing needs to be capped off doesn’t it okay that should be fine and the other side the same way okay yeah that should be fine so yeah we’re gonna place water here and that’s gonna flow over we do want it to only go one way now I think the water Wheel has to turn a certain direction in order for this to work as well so it might be turning the wrong way I’m gonna have to go double-check this well it looks like this is rocking back and forth so I assume everything is going correctly we just need to get the rest Of this water please so all of the rest of these water wheels are turning at the same rate and we should be good to go okay so you can see the water wheels turning really fast over here at the front and over at the very end it’s turning quite slowly Eventually if you had enough of these in all the way down it’ll stop turning if it’s too far away and since it’s turning so slowly I’m not really sure that really has much effect anyway this is how we have that set up right now which shows that we have an Effective rotation of minus 10.5 I assume that the water goes the other way will be a positive 10.5 not sure if that really matters the direction but anyway so our sins are doing their things so now all we have to do is just place in some of the crush netherrack into here And then things should happen yeah it is sifting it it’s doing it alright I kind of feel like I want to see what this thing can do just a little bit kind of want to see what it can do so let’s go grab our tickets elevator I’m sure these Things can be tick accelerated I’m pretty pretty positive about that we’re gonna make it nighttime so we get the maximum effect of that and we’ll move this OOP I haven’t magnet off because of the sifting action over here we’ll move this over here right-click that and just Kind of see what’s about to happen here okay so looks like things are being tick accelerated this isn’t rotating any faster but this block right here should be affected by it as well I do believe let me get rid of some of these other things in my inventory okay very good Let us put in a bunch of that is not the right thing put in a bunch of the crushed netherrack into here and just kind of see if this thing is gonna go much faster oh my goodness Wow Wow yeah that’s that’s definitely going much Faster okay um I like it yes that is going about as fast as I could possibly want this thing to go that is literally chewing through all those blocks oh my goodness that was multiple stacks that just went through in almost no time at all Wow Okay so iridium or after all that we only have 24 pieces that’s not very much I kind of feel like the next thing that I want to do is to get all the crushed netherrack out of here put it into another barrel and replace that chest With a barrel yeah I would say that’s going pretty quickly I would definitely say that’s going pretty quickly well almost all of the different or the question of the rack has been chewed through we’re up to over eight stacks of iridium or pieces which is quite Fantastic that is gonna be a lot of iridium for us to do what we need to do with unfortunately we’re out of time on this episode for us to be able to do the Emmie controllers and the PDP’s and all their automations and stuff like that to me other things took priority today Like well I guess collecting your radium since we need that in order to make the Emmie controllers yep and then working with a pneumatic craft stuff over here as well this is definitely something that we needed to get done make sure everything is gonna have pressure all the time make sure nothing’s gonna Explode and all of that kind of stuff yeah I know we need to do some automations with the pressure chamber later on especially if we’re gonna be automating capacitors and things like that so that’s definitely a great idea to make sure everything is in good working order with all of this but Anyway guys that’s gonna do it for today thank you guys for watching remember to leave a like on this episode if you liked it and we’ll see you next time thanks for watching guys you Video Information
