Something I might implement on my series because it’s a nice aesthetic change to the game so today guys I will be reviewing the item physics mod which as you guys may have seen in the intro adds a weird effect to items that are on the ground so I’ve got a couple things to

Show you all this mod a couple applications and just a lot of basic things so this version is the 1.7.2 version you guys do need Forge to load this mod if you don’t know how to know how to install Forge it’s a pretty basic process but I’m going to show you what

This thing it does so I’ve got my anvil right here right it’s a nice 3d item block even in my hand its 3d as you can see and it’s like as if it just goes from my hand straight to the ground look at that I just threw it on the ground I

Threw it on the ground already just bang just like that and it keeps that 3d model and how it would normally drop it would just look like some weird little item that would spin around in a 2d formation but now it’s fully 3d and it has this really cool spinning effect

Ready look I get up here and just throw it it spins and then stops in a certain location sits there and it’s really cool um now I want to show you there’s a couple other items of course is the 3d items like the anvil and the blocks but

There are a couple other things like cobwebs and chests and other things so let’s try and have a look at a couple of these items of course if you guys want to try any specific item be sure to download the mod in the description

Below but so as you can see you got your 3d items your blocks they all spin around your leaves your lazuli is your dispensers now the cobweb I’m pretty sure how it looks in your head is how it’s going to throw it’s not going to look like how it looks like when you

Place it so ready look and that’s how it looks it still looks like a nice flat piece but it goes flat on the ground and you pick it up just as if like it was an item on the ground just go ahead and pick it up and you can do some cool

Things I can do with that trail in the intro see I’ll throw the sponge and he just goes up and down and then the brush is a bush yeah it’s a it’s a bush not a crush you just throw it down and like that now some items do you have different effects

Now it looks like the buoyancy of an item has been decided some way or another and whether or not it floats or sinks so an amble is made out of like fully fully iron so that’ll sink right it sinks right down to the bottom however thing like a dead bush is pretty

Light so I think that floats and it does it actually floats however an anvil can also last through iron but it lava so it’ll probably sink but it will not die I can go in there and grab it if I’m really game but of course we’re in game

Right so we don’t die but bush it gets burnt that one needs a burn he’ll accept he’s dead so he’s going to need more than that he’s gone completely so it depends on like whether it’s wood or not so leaves will burn Pistons is part wood

So that doesn’t burn because it’s got a cobble in there somewhere cobweb interestingly enough doesn’t burn what about sponge sponge doesn’t burn either and it doesn’t seem to it seems to sink how does that work in water yeah it sinks in water as well so let’s try

And find an item that actually floats on the water I think someone told me because I was talking to a couple people that the flour actually just floats yeah it floats in lava somehow flowers don’t get burnt they skip the whole wood logic right there but so nonetheless it’s

Pretty cool now let me grab some other items I want to show you it also works for other modded items so like I said I was going to use this for a mi series just so nice aesthetic change and it even works with other modern items let

Me grab these out I’ve got this from the custom NPCs more this carpentry bench and also these things over here they’re all from the customer pcs mod don’t get confused with this mod I probably should have done it to confuse you guys I want to show you and it does work with

Moderate items so that’s a modded item and a lucky block of course is a modded item and you can throw that around it looks like a nice little cute block and you can just come and pick them up and pick them up so let’s put this down looks really cool actually like this

Carpentry bench okay it looks sick and so I think it will it doesn’t even burn they’re pretty sure a lot of the wood things well that actually but even be just because it was made of would somewhere that actually burnt a lot of the moderate items didn’t burn that was weird

Lucky blocks don’t burn I’ve already tested that and so I want to show you a couple of the other 2d things in this the enchanted stuff holds it’s like shiny glow when it’s dropped as well so and a half I wanted to grab some half-block items as well to show you

It’s pretty much essentially what’s ever in your hand will be thrown down so you have a look at the diamond how it is your hand and it just keeps going on just keeps going on Golden Apple see how it’s still got that little glow to pretty much yeah whatever is in your

Hand will be thrown just like that swords so let’s look really cool on the ground as well and you can do something really cool you pump it like an arrow on the ground next to it and that’s like a half slab block right there so that’s pretty

Cool and I want to show you one application for this that I reckon could spawn a new minigame now I just thought of this while I was like playing around with this stuff yeah there’s like signs and students stuff just for an extra thing plus like I said if you want to

Test something of your own even if it’s modded be sure to just chuck this in your mods folder but one thing and one application that I came up with was basketball how cool would that be now I’m gonna try an enderpearl but you need

Like a 3d beam or a block so a dragon egg would be perfect actually where is it egg what where is the dragon egg in here can you not spawn a dragon egg from the item menu are you serious right now that actually I have to get his item ID

That’s a little disappointing um I don’t have his ID on hand so I guess we’re gonna have to skip that for now but the lucky block works fine I’ve set up these little basketball things with a barrel on a lamp these are custom NPC items please do not be confused I just use

Them because I couldn’t find any vanilla atoms I used a cold Rijn at first but cauldrons still carried that ability of bouncing what’s ever in it so it and I think half slabs have the same thing as well so they put a slab down it should

Bounce off a slab let me test this that lets make it longer just so I don’t embarrass myself and throw it okay maybe doesn’t bounce off half slabs but the cauldron it definitely you throw it in there and it’s just you know it’s bounce and you can probably do some cool bouncy

Games I guess what if I just line these cold rooms out or any watch it bounce watch the belt with the pearl bounce bounce bounce bounce it will stick on the edges though infinite bounces right there let’s check a blocking air seal cool that looks that’s a colder not a block so that

Looks like it yeah we’re mixing stuff yeah yeah that’s funny and that’s why I didn’t use a corner because it’ll it’ll go out eventually but just imagine this you’re playing with two people because the block will always be on the ground you could like dive and try to pick it

Up before the other person so let me just remove it every other thing and just go into survival and so like so and just say I’m on this team and I’m like alright the balls in the middle starts in the middle first want to pick it up

Generally if you have better ping that will be you but just turn around go get the ball get the ball get the ball you play football with this as well and tackle people and stuff and then you can try and throw it and go for the layup

And I missed it completely I’ve gone over the hoop so gotta get around to do it go for a nice little shot alright and then maybe might foul me so matter if it’s and wow I’m horrible you gotta train you up to the layups but

You know I overshoot it oh my god that one went out of the arena okay I’m probably the best at lucky block basketball but oh my god that was that was a bad shot oh he’s stuck I think I actually got it wait let me just stand

Still and I aim it up and go oh my god you gotta jump but not oh yes it’s in we got it and then he’d grab the ball and then he try and return with on the layup he just tried dodge you maybe you could punch each other in this game just keep

Going keep going yo I’m going for the layup ah you trying to throw it on the way down the layup there’s like a trick to it I’ve already developed this trick there we go Oh it’s in it’s in yeah buddy that’s a point and you can play some of the fun

Games of that I don’t know it’s just like a nice little thing because it’s on the ground and you throw it around and stuff like that but yeah I guess that’s pretty much it for the motor view it’s more of an aesthetic changed more than anything yeah but it’s a really cool one
