Ultimate Mana Generation! Minecraft All The Mods 9 Modpack

Hello everyone and welcome back to all the mods 9 we are back and last episode we got started on a new mod to the mod pack it’s not it’s not a new mod but new to the mod pack at least let me just double check I’ve got like a little uh

Screen off to my side and I can see like my mic audio and it’s not looking normal give me a second all right that that you know it didn’t look like it changed at all that’s fine everything’s okay uh but we got started with batania uh so bat

Has entered the mod pack which is pretty cool um one of the benefits is we’ve got some living Rock which I can turn into some polished living Rock which I can turn into some slabs that I guess we’re using to make this look just that little

Bit better or at least I’m hoping it’ll look better I don’t listen that that’s up to you guys to uh determine I guess um but huh but I’m happy with it yeah that looks yeah it looks like something it’s quite bad but it’s okay um so specifically we automated the apothecary

So this guy here if we want to add new recipes in it’s quite simple all we have to do is um put the pattern in here and then also whitelist whatever the item is so in this case it’s a pure Daisy and we can order more than one thing at a time

We also obviously hooked it up with like a little bit of redstone so that it you know pulses in one recipe at a time cool uh this guy over here is pretty obvious he’s automated um Living Wood and living Stone and he’ll make 256 of each before

Turning off sweet now what are we going to do with this episode well we’re sort of trying to aim towards this uh tainted blood pendant for no other reason than I don’t have water breathing I wanted to do some batania stuff this seems like the Best of Both Worlds uh so we’ll need

A few things one of which is going to be like a Mana Diamond so I’ll need some Mana we’re going to have to make some runes which also needs some Mana um so I guess we’ll be making Mana today um on top of that it was pointed out I believe

Uh James Rodriguez said we’ve been using cables and um and and pipes from whatam weall it from create quite a bit and although I’ve got my network accessible and we can grab the stuff it would be nice to not always have to go in and out of my

Inventory for these cables and so the suggestion was to try out a cable dank so we’ve got a spare dank here which I could probably just upgrade up a little bit I think it’s empty I think it is but we could set it to you know this tier which seems pretty cool

Um I could grab I guess I’ll grab some cables out just to test it um we’ll grab some what are they called pipes and I want to see if I can automate the fing of it I don’t know if we can but we’re going to give it a try so I’m going to

Put uh cables and fluid pipes in there what this will allow us to do is when I’m trying to use it I can middle click on a cable and it selects it and then if I were to Middle click on say the fluid pipe or any other cable it would also

Select it um which I think is pretty cool um now how do we automate it to stay full well I I don’t know if this works but I think it works so we’ll see there’s this guy the dock from dank storage it requires black concrete which

I’ll tell you what I doubt we’ve got much of but apparently we can make um I don’t think we have a way to automate the actual concrete part but I guess I can just manually Chuck the stuff in there it’s not oh okay it’s slightly the end of the world because

Our pickax is still too powerful but oh God it’s okay everything’s fine we’ll we’ll we’ll live um so we’ll make a dock there we go and so this guy um I guess we’ll Chuck him over here it’s a pretty gross area but one day we’ll make it

Look nice but we can place this guy here and what does he do well he does nothing but you can place your DK in there and access it and you can also access it with um pipes and whatnot so for example I can grab an expor um yeah I guess

We’ll do an uh Auto exporter we’ll go upgrade and we’ll grab a crafting upgrade and a regulator so we’ll Chuck these here yeah I guess we can go there why not sure I didn’t plan to but that’s okay and we can say hey I want you to

Actually keep one stack in there and as you can see it keeps it stacking there now that’s all well and good but my problem is I want this on my inventory not taking it back here every time because if I’m taking it back here I

Might as well you know just do it myself so we’re going to try some stuff now when I was looking it up I was like okay I think there’s a thing called the um the dock and there was and then there’s also this red print copies frequency to

Other dats only works on St tier so we’re going to oh oh hold on it doesn’t have a recipe oh no oh no I I really okay hold on so what oh I thought this had a recipe oh no I’m guessing that’s going to be like some sort of um

Creative mode only thing essentially what this does is it would have linked two danks to be the same well like I said frequency so we would have been able to access um the same inventory from both of them oh no I’ll tell you what well H I’m I’m going to have to

Look this up because that was that was my plan I feel like I’ve had this plan in the past as well as you can see we’ve got this new dank and it has an ID of negative 1 which means I don’t think it actually has an

ID yet you know what I mean cuz this one’s 12 but I insane that I don’t know how to apply that to it what if I put this in here and then right click that huh no this is ID Zer okay well that that didn’t work we had this issue a

While ago because I I was on a server uh what was that I don’t know yeah that’s um because I was playing on a server we had a bunch of other people that were using danks that’s what all of these are and so the IDS got messed up

Quite a bit um okay what if we grab paper I’m wondering if maybe there’s not a recipe to do it there’s just a thing we do as in like if I place this in here perhaps I can somehow copy the data across I’m going to have to look this up

Because clearly it’s uh not as uh black and white as I thought it would be oh my God okay so so I looked it up um and here we go Urban ninja 67 264 days ago on I don’t even know it’s probably Reddit in fact I think it’s in all the mods um

Mentioned that there’s this press to unlock frequency So currently the inventory ID is 12 on this guy cool let’s go ahead and make some more dank let’s see if we can pull this off apparently alternatively cuz obviously I don’t know we’re sort of jumping ahead here um apparently you could also how do

We not have planks I should probably add that to be maintained um you can also craft them together in like a single stack and they’ll share the same frequency so I mean that’s cool um let’s Chuck this in here try to continue I’m struggling clearly all right so we craft

One of these awesome we turn that into a red one I guess I could have grabbed that red one but it’s fine and so I can open this okay it’s it’s bugged this happened before is there really nothing I can do CU it wants to be level three okay you know what that

Option to type stuff oh cool so I I’ve clicked that so it’s now open we click around here and we’ve got a little text bar I I honestly didn’t know this existed if you guys knew this existed this is probably very boring content but for me this is mindblowing this opens

The door for I think so much stuff like this is actually really cool cuz oh my God we could have automated the emptying of our dank when we went mining in the early days for example if this was our dank after picking up ores like going

Mining or or picking all that stuff up we could have had that auto docked and emptying oh my god oh yeah that’s awesome cuz that you can get these really early game all right so we want this set to 12 I’m going to press enter no I’m going to click this this

Frequency doesn’t exist yet but it does you know what I have a feeling that cuz it says one I feel what does it say this is this says id1 hm what is this doing what does this mean okay save this new frequency interesting so I need it to be green right I do

Place both of them in create them both and so these are id2 and they’re both allegedly linked we’re now we’re good how do you guys feel was it a it was a fun Journey wasn’t it it was a beautiful experience but sadly comes to an end so let’s give

This a shot I place one in here and as you can see it has 64 cables I open this we have 64 cables look look it took us a while but we got there so now I can do that for everything um for example the pipes we can put in here and

We should get a stack of those kept um I do want to do pretty much every mechanism cable on the universal tier so I’m going to put each of these things in here um because we tend to use one of them every so often so we might as well what are these diversion

Transporters restrictive that’s fun um yeah I like this though I I could probably do uh what what what’s the word I’m looking for Ender gates in here as well yeah we I mean hey we might as well we probably don’t need to keep um nearly as much Ender Gates as like these guys

Benefit is I’ve got these on me I can just easily grab these out I suppose um yeah huh the more you know cool all right well either way um we can do the cables which was the main thing sweet okay we’ve done it the Honestly though

That feature of the game using those uh tanks that opens a lot of doors um for us it might be late get to late game for most of them but we might try that a bit more cuz essentially that’s like a little Ender Chest but then then you can

Also car yeah it’s like a like at the Ender pouch setup but obviously they can Auto pick up stuff that’s dropped when you walk it’s pretty cool um I’m trying to sell it for what it is it’s pretty cool um okay so we need to make Mana

We’re jumping right back into batania in fact I’m curious I’m surprised I was like there might be a batania quest line not yet I’m sure that’s like probably it’s probably already out but um okay at batania let’s let’s get back into the swing of things we are after our pendant

So in order to make Mana we need um I think it’s dollar sign generating so I can type the entire thing out these here are class you can see in the blue text at the top they’re generating flowers so each of these generate Mana by doing something so for

Example um this one eats cake right um there’s this one here the endoflame this one burns up stuff like coal this is what everyone uses this is what I normally use and I usually use that one right until you get the Wither aconite which is like a flower that uses nether

Stars but that doesn’t seem to exist so it must be from a different mod that I was not aware about um but yeah so we can do that we can probably even in case there is a different mod I could just do that generating got what

Spectris cool so yeah there’s a lot of stuff here that like I I I mean I’ve never played with this stuff before you know it’s pretty late in bretania profitting off hate saor v um right no h maybe I don’t know how to pronounce that I’m just going to

Pretend that’s what that is it’s probably like the complete i’ probably just you know it’s fine we’re just going to move on um but yeah there’s a lot now these words for the most part if you’ve never played the mod before they mean nothing to you you’re probably pretty lost at

This point you’re like okay this kind of makes sense I can follow J I to get this far or REI or ji um but batna does have a book um if we go into batna it is the uh the Lexica batna this guy here so you

Put in a sapling you put in a book and you get this little guy and you can open him up and you can read through so for example we can click generating flora and as you can see we’ve got Endo flames and hydro Angus available and then the

Rest are locked I guess we discover those later or something we probably need to make like a rune that goes in the rest um so that is an option but the cooler thing to do is you hold this guy in your hot bar and as you can see now when we

Hover over it we’ve got this control option um so if I go back and we search for the generating flowers what we can do is I can hover over them and if they’re in the book or I guess if they’re unlocked in the book yeah if

They’re unlocked in the book we can hold control I thought we could get away with it for the other ones um so yeah I I guess we get to pick them h I’m debating here’s my my problem is that everyone does the endoflame and I’d rather not but the problem is like like

Once you do it you know it’s it’s addicting it’s just like oh well I’ve already got the setup I might um and there is the water one but from memory the water one’s not that good let’s let’s hold control and have a look um so these act as liquid-based

Passive generators they suck up any still water in a 3X3 area at the same multitude around them so pretty much much like how these uh the pure Daisy affects the 3X3 around it the water would have to be in these positions as well converting the water into Mana

Unfortunately even though they seem to function faster during rain um their base Mana throughput is still rather slow in addition they Decay after around 3 days making them nonviable for long-term Mana production unless you automated I recommend give it a shot we might as well we’ll see what it’s worth I

They say that it’s pretty slow Mana throughput sure why we’ll give it a shot we’ll we’ll give it a whirl um now we’re probably going to be getting a lot of dye recipes and whatnot so I’m going to go ahead and get a crafter here specifically for these recipes because

We’re probably going to be making a few um specifically I obviously want this so I’m going to add this in here I’m going to add in the seed that goes um right at the end boom boom boom cool I’m happy with that um oh actually yeah they’re

Mushrooms cool yeah perfect um so then for each of these mushrooms I need to figure out what I need now I think what I need is just different types of blue dye so for example we’re going to use this recipe cool um and then we’re also

Going no I’ve already got the recipe for the mushroom I’m pretty sure right we did that last episode yeah yeah so I just need the dyes so enter bom if I search search die we’ve got none automated awesome so we also want s die automated cool

Now it’s going to get a little bit messy at this point now oh we can turn the mushrooms into the Dy interesting now I’ll be honest one of the most powerful and I honestly like to use it um thing from mystical agriculture is in fact this the dye

Essence it’s a single seed that you grow and you can use the essence to make every single dye in the game it’s honestly it’s phenomenal it’s really really good stuff I highly recommend it but if you want a bit of a challenge I I guess you can try for something else for

Example it gives you six of the stuff whereas the normal recipes are oh god um yeah I I’ll tell you what I’ll I’ll have a quick look through and see if we have some uh fun Alternatives I might just do the what is that blue dye and green dye

And you get four out of it interesting this is it no ah H interesting I mean you get a lot I’m I’m just trying to think like cuz obviously we can craft the mushrooms I was trying to see if there was a an infinite Loop we could do there

Where we like craft them cuz the S and die oh God yeah okay I’ll tell you what um I’m just gonna craft these p uh these recipes what am I even saying yeah I’m just going to craft these recipes we got blue dye green Dy is what we need blue

Dy is obviously easy because we’ve got leppy lazuli for days um and the green dye well I guess we’ll have to do that by smelting uh Cactus which apparently we have automated huh do you recommend doing desert creeper what do we have automated for cactus I think it is yeah okay well

We’ve got a lot of cactus so I guess that won’t be a problem for a while so let’s just uh stick with it now obviously one of these is a smelting Rey so I’ll have to just add that over here it probably already is in here to be

Honest but we’ll Chuck it in why not we’ve got plenty of room in there it wasn’t in there either I had a had a quick peek I I saw it I witnessed it um but cool so in theory I can order one of these and we should see it show up let’s

Have a look it’s probably uh it’s probably doing something surely surely it still works right guys um oh you know what it probably helps to place the pattern where it’s meant to go um oh there we go so we’ got two blue mushrooms one can two canans

And the seed there we go and then our next step was to add it to the white list and there we go now if I drop that it’s in the system and so we have automated Hydro Ang angas angas we’ve got them okay cool uh so what are we

Doing now this is where it’s going to get interesting um I reckon we do something over here now let me show you the way that I’ve seen it done and then we’ll see if there’s a reason why it’s done that way so the way I’ve seen it done is it works

In a 3X3 I’ve seen um this sort of setup where the corners are infinite water sources like so right so I’ll show you uh the example I guess um you know what we probably just need to that’ll probably work oh God I’m pressing all the wrong buttons there we go um so for

Example this and then this and then that of course and this and so then these Corners they’re within the 3X3 and kill absorb them you can sort of see he’s already generating some stuff he’s doing some magic now I think the reason he don’t do anym is because the water knocks the flower

Over which begs the question what the hell um but I I mean we can try something right for example stairs we we can give it a shot at the very least I don’t really know how it’ll work you can also see the durability on the flower

Running out because you know he has a lifetime that he lives by um shall we try the I think we shall so I’m going to remove all the water and I’m going to place this guy here interesting so that worked the the chair worked cool what is this mean for us

Mess around with should we just like do them in a row as in like do this and put put one right here I mean I guess we can there’s no real harm I guess we’ll give it a um so once we have these we’ll obviously have to automate the placing of the

Thing in it um but I’ll tell you what in terms of a little design trying out something new this doesn’t look too bad we uh yeah I I’ll keep the shaders off until we’ve uh finished this little bit here so that we can actually yeah see see if the water’s flowing and

Whatnot oh nice okay um you know what as well let’s treat ourselves to something that looks nice let’s grab some Living Wood um um yeah oh oh this is going to look cool I I had an idea I’m like let’s actually make it look good let’s do some

Idea I was about to like put just something on the top of these but I re what we do is we have Mana pools on the top eh what do we have diluted Mana pool fabulous Everlasting guilty all right let’s grab um four of these and we’ll place them up

Here listen listen in the early game having this many this far apart away from our actual like setup area over here not that beneficial in fact four of these probably not going to do much at all for Mana generation but once again we’re just trying to We’re just trying

To get it looking a little bit nicer than uh it otherwise would be and obviously giving it a basic setup oh it looks so much nicer with the shaders yeah that oh everything looks nicer all right um so these guys currently just to give you a rundown

They are making Mana but then they have like an internal buffer and they’re full so how do we how do we see that and how do we harness It Well what we’ll need are a few things one of which is a wand of the forest this guy is made out of

Livingwood Twigs which are made out of livingwood logs so we’ll need three of those looked like and then we also need two mushrooms or two petals either or and we have a wand of the forest with this we can now look at stuff and see hey that blue bar let me actually clear

The text there that blue bar is the Mana stored in this guy so he’s full and he’s saying hey I don’t have a Mana spreader to distribute this Mana um that’s essentially what that means um so we can look at P again search Mana spreader and

We have four options here the first one is the only one we’ll use for quite a while I guess there’s a pulse one which probably does something cool once again if we hold the book out I can actually see what’s the difference um oh it fires when given Redstone pulse

Cool regardless of the Target so I guess you can put like some lenses on it maybe and just I know use it for other magic um so that’s cool there’s the Alba Mana spreader and the Gaia Mana spreader they’re pretty much just better ones as

Far as I’m aware this one is the one that we can make so it’s going to cost us a little bit of copper which apparently we don’t have let’s maybe just get like a thousand of that sort that out once and for all uh Mana spr we

Go um I’m going to assume we need more than one but we’ll just craft one for now and see how we go so um let’s let’s see I’m I’m trying to think of the plan here if I place this here oh you can still see BL beautiful we can look in

Here and this guy still not linked to anything um he’s currently set to bind mode if I shift right cck he goes to function or bind mode we’re going why is there an angry Enderman sound on top of that I swear didn’t I mute angry Ender

Ender okay don’t know what that was but I guess we’re okay um but if I shift right click on this guy I can then I think just right click on this guy normally no I guess I shift right click and there we go he’s connected so as you

Can see the blue bar on the um flower is empty and now the Mana spreader has a little bit of green so this guy currently is doing nothing he’s looking and he’s like uh there’s nothing there so we’re going to shift right click on

This guy and tell him to send it to the Mana pool oh maybe I got a shift right click as well to the Mana pool and so it will um hopefully we might be able to see it maybe if it you know what I don’t I

Mean that’s l line of sight right surely I think it needs line of sight well I was hoping it would send it in it’s possible we need to move them a bit I don’t know we we’ll see um but the main thing I wanted to see was can I

Link this guy to this I can cool and so I I mean what I was going to do was I was just going to get four of these anyway right and we’re going to Chuck them all uh in the middle let’s go mushroom click this order like a stack

Of them there we go beautiful is that not oh there we go there we go just just for the sake literally for the sake of looks I was just going to put one of these on each of them um these definitely do not need to be having one

Each just in terms of like their speed um so yeah this doesn’t really do anything let’s that’s okay hold on we’ll we’ll re we’ll reuse them so what I’ll do instead I don’t really know what will I do instead um I guess we’ll just place these

Here well we’re going to make this a lot more complicated than it need ah you know what we might be able to make it slightly less complicated all right if I place you here let’s try this select you and select you and there we go you can see

There’s the laser and it will slowly fill this guy up in the blue bar now it can hold a lot more Mana than the Little Flower can so you’ll see um the bar be slowly slowly filled now I think as well I might be able to do that and send him

Into that Mana spreader I guess we’ll see so we’ll select this flower and Link him there and so then that guy should start filling up it’s obviously not too obvious at the moment select you select there select you select there let’s see oh yep it’s sent it in there and

Then sent it there cool now I don’t know if there’s like loss each time this guy travels um but I should probably consult the book and have a look shouldn’t I let’s search Mana spreader let’s have a look uh large number of spreaders muffle sound oh that’s just the Mana spread

Here we go um okay a Mana burst will start suffering Mana loss after a small amount of time this can be seen in the burst appearance as it thins at that point um cool interesting um as long as the targeted the spreader can accept Mana um um it’ll repeatedly fly fire them cool

Cool yeah so when we see that beam come through we we clearly want that to be as big as possible I’m this is a very small Gap it’s going so I think it’s fine yeah the beam’s pretty powerful the whole way we’ll pretend sure cool all right well
